I gave this place a second chance because the first time I thought the owners were super friendly. I waited over an hour to get basic 15 mins of just polish done. It was reasonably priced. The first time I got a dip and pedicure and It just wasnt good. My nail polish cam off both times super early. Theyre nice and friendly but not the place for me.

He didn’t ask me if I wanted my nails cut down. He didn’t trim my toe nails and when I asked him to he said he did. I don’t like how my toes turned out. I got French on both toes and fingers and the fingers looked fine but I’m not happy with my toes. And then to top it off the charge was $90! I know French costs more but that is ridiculous. I am from CA and this would never have cost that much there. I moved here for lower costs. I will not be back here again

Thoroughly enjoyed the pedicure. My wife has been trying for years to get me to do this. I got my first pedicure 3 years ago. Besides the tickling of my feet; it felt awesome! Went again today and I was so relaxed, I nearly went to sleep! I asked the pedicurist to make the water super hot. Spa water massaging my tired feet; I had to catch myself from slipping into an induced nap. The personnel give top notch customer service. Complimentary beverages are offered during your appointment. I was driving, so bottled water for me. The libations my wife did indulge. I look forward to our next appointment. 🙂

We ask if they had room for three they said yes, but when we we walked in with our dad in a walker they backtrack and said they didnt have room. Then denied they said that they had room. So disrespectful to treat people like that and I felt super sad for my Dad. Hope they dont treat anyone else like that.

Recently moved to area. Walked into this salon to ask some questions. Owner was very nice and friendly. Was very happy with my nails and will be returning on a regular basis. I’m so glad to have found a place that does a great job. Had French nails done with dip process.

This nail spa is great! The husband and wife who own it are extremely accommodating! They are so friendly and do a great job. The upgraded pedicures are wonderful. They do an amazing job on Dip nail polish. That ploish last flawless for a month to six weeks!

I love Nail Spa! I had a problem with dry cuticles that affected the look of my acrylics and they tidied them up at no charge! The prices are very fair, they are clean and hygienic, and oh so friendly! Definitely give them a shot!

Wonderful experience the first time. Second visit I explained to her I wanted nails removed and gel nails put on. I asked 4 different times if thats what she was doing. She said yes. After spending over an hour there she informs me they dont do gel nails. Ridiculous.

Would be a 5 stars but the customer service is lacking

Had to wait, but I expect to wait. Had pedi and manish. Excellent job. Tried the dip nail to see if it last better than the time I had at another nail salon. I had been going to another salon, but it stopped being open on Sundays. I travel each week for work and not always back in time to go on Saturday. Also, I have seen once a business has built up a clientele some workers begin to rush and forget details. I plan to go back to Nail Spa as had good service and see how the gel polishing does next time. I think people need to have patience when going to any nail spa.

Tom is the absolute best hes the fastest nail tech Ive ever been to, my nails are perfectly stunning, and great personality.. Think Ive found my new favorite nail salon. Cant attest to the rest so request Tom when you go by or call in! AND theyre open 7 days a week and later than any others in town 2 thumbs WAAAAAY up

Best nail salon in dickson if you havent been there. You want regret it and probably want ever go anywhere else. Love this place

They didn’t give me what I wanted

Possibly the hardest place you will try to give your business to. Long waits for half the service you ask for. Went in with my granddaughter for Manis and Pedis. We got manicures first (that we didnt get the color we asked for but the one he told us it was supposed to be). They then took two other people who came in after us and did took care of them no caring about us waiting for pedicures. Paid the bill and left. We wont be back.

Terrible terrible customer service. Tom did my nails yesterday (first time I had been here) before we EVER started I showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted (paint) a simple red and black ombre and a picture for length. He continues to do my nails. He cut the nails (before filing and shaping) and asked me if that was the length I wanted I said whatever will be in the picture because I dont know how much will come off after filing and shaping so he started filing and shaping and he did one hand and when I looked they are double the length in the picture and I asked if he could go shorter and he gets an attitude with me and says I should have said something when he cut them like Im supposed to know how much he will take off hence why I showed him a picture of length. So he finishes with my nails and asks me about the pain I again show him the picture that he had said no problem to in the beginning and he asked to pick one color. I said red and black and he said no one color. I said but I dont want one color I want this. And he argued and basically said I was stupid bc the ombre picture I showed him was edited that no one could achieve that that it was IMPOSSIBLE when I know for a fact it is not. But he insisted that its not achievable and in front of a salon full of people he was belittling me bc the idea I had was stupid. He continued to talk about it and even went to other clients (that I do not know) talking about me and what I want that its impossible and making jokes about it when Im 2 feet away from them and at this point crying because I am so mad and so embarrassed with my nails half way done. I cried the remainder of my time there and had to settle for something else that I did not want when I need these for a special occasion They are lopsided and some are longer than the rest. When he did my moms nails he talked the whole time about how great he is at nails and hes the best in town etc etc but yet HE cant do a simple ombre color.

Horrible experience. They are getting one star because I cant do no stars. Made an appointment for pedicures 3 weeks ago, only to walk on today and be told he didnt know anything about even though he was the one who made the appointment. So now the day before I leave for vacation I am scrambling to find a place to do a last minute pedicure. Thank for ruining my day.
