Used this place to get my eyebrows waxed & they did a good job. So decided I’d make this my go to place. Booked an appointment for a pedicure. Went & a simple pedicure with polish was almost $50 & it looked like something I could have done. Prices are a little steep but whatever. Go to pay with my card and they explained they could not take a card. Okay? I understand the fees that come with having a card machine but with those prices I don’t see why they couldn’t. Thankfully I had cash. Next time I went I called before hand for a wax because it was a Saturday. They told me to just come in & they would get me right out. Cool. I sat there for over an hour & no one even acknowledged me or let me know how long it would be. Multiple people waiting to get nails done with an appointment but they would take people walking in the door. One lady spoke up as she has been sitting a while & they stated that the people working only knew how to do pedicures….. never once have I heard of someone with a nail licenses that could only do pedicures. They had multiple signs posted about people’s attitudes which is highly highly unprofessional. Two of the worked was yelling at each other over something & the owners son refused to paint someone’s toes but when forced to do it was incredibly rude to the customer. Used to really like this place but now I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. Unprofessional rude staff. Surprised they are still open because my review is not the only bad one. Crazy to think the location is in a busy shopping center & they are unprofessional as they are.

Waited an hour to be seated when i got there 5 minutes after it opened. Wanted a design and was told they could do it. Put base coat on and decided to tell me they couldnt do the design anymore and was short on staff and couldnt give me another color. Didnt even do the shape I asked for and still made me pay $50

I went just a little over a week ago (6-22-21) with a friend and paid for 2 sets of nails and 2 pedicures. The pedicures were great but the sets of nails for both me and my friend have cracked on 8 out of 10 fingers. I try calling them to speak with someone about them being cracked and not even having them for a week and when I call it rings twice and goes to voice mail and in the voice mail it says not to leave a message because they do not check them. I will not be returning to this place to get my nails done again. However Kim does a wonderful pedicure.

I love this place. It was a bit of a wait, but Im the goof who went on a Saturday morning. Even with the huge crowd, they handled each person with care and efficiency. And the reason there was a ton of people? They are good at what they do!! Well worth the wait.

Went in to get a simple gel nail color and design. I asked before they started if they could do a simple heart and they said sure after she did my nails and she didnt even paint them well she tells me she cant do a design bc she doesnt know how.... she ended up putting a sticker on my nail. The paint job was horrible. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed.

This is normally my go to place in Dickson. I got a pedicure two days ago and it felt like the girl cut me a bit. Unfortunately it seems like I have an infection now. Normally they are good but definitely scared to go back. Went in one last time before I have my baby and now dealing with this, not fun.

This business played favorite. They tell you that they don’t make appointments but for some people they do. I waited outside for twenty minutes for them to open up and they took someone else before me who uses the same nail tech as I do. I don’t like places that show favoritism. Not good for business.

I went in wanting mood changing color . Which I had on my nails before . After I got it applied checked to see if it would change colors when my fingers got cold on my way home . After leaving on my way home . It didn’t change colors . Called the nail bar talk to the owner . Ask her if the mood changing color gel polish was suppose to change from the temperature of my Hands getting cold or warm she told me she didn’t make the nail product and that there was something wrong with my body causing the polish not to work or change colors . Just beware if you ask for something and told a lie about the polish that was marked mood changing it should change colors once your hands get cold or warm . Was told to have a good day 😡😡😡

Super friendly and did a wonderful job on my feet. Even went above and beyond to help my dad who is a diabetic.

I love coming in! The ladies and gents at this place have become friends. At a lot of other nail places, I feel like my hands and feet are man-handled, but they are careful, clean, and gentle here. The atmosphere is always fun too! They handle a huge amount of clientele and always do a great job!

Went in told staff what I wanted. Got told had to wait 45 minutes. Staff didn’t listen, when they found out they messed up. Told me I had to wait longer, I asked a question. Said I got rude. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE TO EITHER. The sign in sheet wasn’t even next to the register, when it was finally placed there I wrote exactly what I had told them. 1 Star is to much for this place.

Went there on Tuesday when they were supposed to be open. They were closed with no sign as to when or if they would be open. Tried again on Wednesday and was ignored when I walked in. I just wanted an eyebrow wax. I waited for 20 minutes and was never spoken to. I left. Will never go there again. It’s a pity for them, because I’m a great tipper!

Wife, daughters, and granddaughters went on 3/31/19. The people were rude. The massage chairs didnt function. They decided to leave and were told its good your leaving. They lost a couple hundred dollars that day and since this is something that my wife likes to do when the girls are in town they lost hundreds more each year.

Took my mom and 2 daughters to Dickson Nail spa. The next day took my other daughter to this place so I could compare. Nail Bar charged me $10 to paint my 6 year olds nails. For real. $10. The service and prices were far better at the other place. Will never return here

Very rude! A friend took her daughter (3years old) to get her nails painted. The nail bar said gel would be better. She paid $25 for the 3 year to get hers done. The gel came off one nail within hours, the rest in two days.When they were called to see if theyd just paint them, she said that as a parent you should know that gel wont stay on a childs fingers. That childrens fingers are too oily. I told her that was bad business and she should of told the parent. She said too bad no refund nor would she just paint her nails. She hung up on me when I told her that I didnt go to cosmetology school, she did, and I asked her how would I know that it wouldnt stay on.

I took my girls to get their toes done and mine. They did a awesome job. My 2 yo tried to hold still but messed up her toes and the man that did her toes was very patient with her. The last that did my oldest girls toes did a great job on her toes. Mine look great. Ive been waiting a month to get them done. Thank you guys for doing a great job and being patient with my girls.

Ignored when i came in. Wrote on the sign in sheet that i was here for a pedicure. Someone else comes in behind me maybe 10 mins later and they asked her what she was here for and she said a pedicure and they took her back before me still didn’t even ask what i needed. Leaving with my nails not done. Poor customer service and this is the second time I’ve tried to come here. I won’t be Coming back.

Clean . But if you dont pay extra for jell polish you are out of luck want late till you get to the car . 15 dollars for good polish .

I had acrylic nails done. The very next day they were already separating from my nails. By day 5 I had to go (somewhere else) and have 2 nails replaced. Day 7 a different nail popped completely off

I was done exactly the same way this morning and much the same..I went about every 4 weeks. Not the first time I d seen it..but the first time its happened to me. I’m a woman of color who came in to get nails and brows done. No one ever acknowledged me. I figured they must just be too busy. They acknowledged and help everyone but me even though they looked right at me on 3 different occasions. A white male walks in and the owner got up and helped him right away looked straight at me then went and sat back down in front of another customer to wait.The staff was never really friendly to me anyway in the past even though I always tipped really well, and their work is only mediocre. I only went in the past because it’s conveniently located. I would go every now and again when working in the area but never again. I’m not saying they are racist but definitely exhibited racist behavior & made me feel like a second class citizen!!!I will take my money elsewhere from now on!!!

My girl friend and I went to get pedicures and our nails done - we had received gift cards to this new place and decided to give it a try. We arrived inside a little after 6 and signed in... we were barely greeted but we signed in and sat ourselves.... about 20 mins later a man asked us what we wanted done (even though we had written it in the sheet) and proceeded o tell us that because they close at 7:00, they could only offer us some service... (when we called, they stated something like they didnt take in anymore business after 7:00) we both just chose to have pedicures. My daughter and I shared a foot bath (I didnt buy her a pedicure as she was only going to share my water and have her toes painted - I cleared this with one of the ladies there before doing). I precut my toenails because I have high nail beds and when I let others cut them, they usually end up way too short and hurt for days afterward... the lady cut and filed them until you could see my mail bed!!! We discussed a design that she said she could do and she began... the design looked awful on my big toe and the other toes had been painted black to flow with the design.... the man who was doing my friends pedicure added that to fix it I would need to come back tomorrow (I live 30 mins away!) and I was frantic to make it work so I suggested that she just paint my big toe black as well... I didnt know what else to do!! The job was rushed and sloppy... I noticed some of the damage and her advice to me was to go home and scrub my feet seriously!!! AND ITS GEL so it will not remove easily!!! They charged me $45 and $25 for my daughter to have gel painted on her toes!!!!!!!!!! After I left out of there, I examined my toes more closely and noticed just how horrific it was and I marched back in - mind you, the lady that had done my nails was gone but the man opened the door for me... I expressed my concerns and he was nice, telling me to come back tomorrow, saying that the lady lives far away - blah, blah, blah... HELLO, I live far away too!! Anyways, I will not go back unless its to receive a full refund or give them a chance to make this right!!

They told me they could do nail art, although it did not look good. my nails did not last a week. i got gel polish on my nails and regular polish on my toes. it took all day to get finished and they didn’t last.

Do not take a child there for a pedi.. not equipped and very expensive.
