I absolutely love this place! Great people, wonderful service. Ive been going for 3 years and I wouldnt say I have ever been disappointed.

Loved the pampering it felt so good but we thought it was 30.00 ec. and the bill came to 90.00 wow surprised

They charged me about 120 for a mani and pedi the pedi wasnt bad but they seriously messed up my nails most arent straight and different lengths and they also did not use the color they showed me now i have 2 totally different colors i will never use this place again they were very rude when I let them know I wasnt happy

Crystal does the best pedicure especially if you have ingrown toenails!!! Phong and Lyn are the best with my pink and white manicures. I have been going to them from the very beginning. I have only had a broken nail 3 times. I work in my garden and also do mechanic work without gloves. That should speak volumes!! I also go to the beach and dig into the sand with my toes and hand and never even a chipped nail. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

Do not ever go to this place. Such rude and asinine attitude. I asked the person if they could do a gel manicure right now and he told me sure you want to pay double. I was asking if you had any availability at this moment if not thank you and have a nice day. What an A$$

They did a good job on my manicure but made us wait about 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment till they finally got to us and then they were out of the nail color my friend originally wanted. Overall, they did a beautiful job tho.

Made an appointment and waited 45 minutes and there were still a bunch of people in front of me.

I tried making an appointment for about two days straight and everytime I called nobody would answer so I just came in and put my name and number down and asked if they could call me when they’re ready for me I’ll be next door, he immediately got defensive saying “it’ll be a long wait” I said okay you can call me right and he rudely said “sure” . I came back about an hour later and kindly asked the same man if he could give me a time estimate and he again rudely said “we’re busy it’ll be a long time “ he wouldn’t even guess a time for me, then a woman that was doing nails literally stood up and gave me the worst look ever and just kept looking at me, then the man told me I need to sit down . Obviously I didn’t even want there service anymore . Would’ve been nice to just have my question answered .

Took my daughter to get nails today. Upon arriving she asked how long was the wait. She was told not long, not long at all. Took her back to a chair quickly where she sat for at least an hr and half. Finally after 2.5 hrs she was done and come out telling me how funny the nail guy was and that he was talking about how he needed a joint. My daughter is 13!!! Not freaking cool. This was our first and very last visit to this salon.

VIP Nails is my favorite salon. My mom and I always have our girls/pamper days here. The prices are reasonable and they always do a great job. Crystal did my manicure and eyebrow wax today and she did great! I love hearing stories about her son, haha! The staff is friendly and the work is good. I much prefer VIP to salons even in Franklin. Highly recommended.

Was left sitting in the chair for an hour. Had to select four different colors for my nails because they were out of every color. When someone did wait on me they rushed through the service, I had to advise them a couple of times that they had not done things that should be done. When it came time for the manicure she literally had a bowl of cold water told me to dip my hands in and immediately pulled them back out. Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years and this was very poor service

I’ve been going to vip for years. I spend about $150 a month there, between gel nails, pedicures and eye brow wax. However the past 2 times The guy who works there has been unbelievably rude! I showed up at 5pm 2 weeks ago and it was almost 730 when I Finally left . All I had done was a fill in. When I was checking out the guy says my people have to go home. My thought was you shouldn’t have had me sitting and waiting for 2 hours before you even started on me! Then today I went for my biweekly fill in and he was rude again! My phone rang while I was picking out my color and I took the call. The guy who checks you in came over and asked me what I was getting I told him and asked if the new polish they have was gel. The rude guy, owner I think, told him don’t answer he question with her on the phone. Well I answered him when he asked me a question so I feel like he can answer mine . I love crystal that does brow waxed however I will never go back!

I have had my nails done at many places but this one was BY FAR the best! The staff was super friendly and there were many laughs from patrons and employees while there. Fong did my nails and he was amazing!!!! I will honestly not go anywhere else now as i have found the best!

Excellent work!! They will do what you request and they offer so many options at reasonable prices. While in Dickson this will be my go to for all nail services. I would wait a day later than go somewhere else if that helps explain how happy I am with their professional services and.

So I have went to them 3 weeks in a row trying to get my eyebrows done and ended up walking out after waiting almost an hour each time bc they won’t give u an estimated wait time, they just tell u not long and to sit down. I think the greeter guy barely understands or speaks English. I finally get my eye brows done after saying I wanted an actual time and the women is rough like she’s mad! I did not tip and I always tip! I would of been Oka if they would of just gave me an estimated wait time and if the lady wasn’t so rough with me!

Me & my Mom went there today to get our nails done...it was my moms first time having acrylic nails. Started off great, with great service then it went to poor service...they had started on my moms nails and then went to custom customer and started doing there nails. How wrong is that? We will not go back there.

Me and my daughter had a fantastic time. Everyone was so friendly. They treated us wonderfully!! Cant wait to go back. Ill drive over an hr to be pampered!!

This is the best pedicure I have had since I moved to TN. Kelly is amazing!!!Revising my review to 2 stars as I had an apt. And was taken 15 minutes late and they raised the price by $5 and did less, no cuticle work and skimped on the polish and have blank spaces. Brought my own polish! Not going back! So sad I was really hoping I found a comparable place to Florida.

I go out of my way to visit this business. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that is because they do an excellent job.

Their hours are posted for Sunday 12-5. They didnt open until 12:15. The staff didnt show up until 12:40. It was a long inconvenient wait but the woman that did my pedicure did an awesome job.

They are very slow but friendly!! They also were supposed to only charge me $16 for a fill and they tried to charge me $30 for a full set. So if you dont want to be ripped off pay close attention to what they are charging you.

The nail technician was rough and heavy handed. When she used her dremel she pressed to hard amd I could feel the heat from the head on my nail bed. When she ised the emory board she pushed down so hard she took of some of the skin next to my nails. She gave my nails the wrong shape.

I got my nails painted and as some as I got in the car we went to eat and the paint started coming off other than that it is great

Very rude employees. The place was packed, so I simply asked how long was the wait? I was responded to with rude answers from the staff. They should just tell the customer how long the wait will be. So I said I would come back and one of the employees yelled out, Okay bye. I will not go back in there again. There a plenty of places to get nails done without dealing with rude employees.

ViP is the place to go to get your nails done. They are very customer friendly, they treat their customers with the utmost respect, they greet you at the door and overall just make sure your taken care of the right way. They have stations for Pedis and they also do facial waxing. They have 2 TVs, one to watch for your nails getting done and the other for when your soaking your feet. If anyone needs recommendations on whos best for nails, i recommend asking for Phong (Pong) he will hook you up and leaving you very satisfied with your nails.

Love going here everytime. Im never disappointed.

The results of my pedicure were great, but the person doing it nary acknowledged me and was busy talking to another employee the whole time.

I have always went here to get pedicures in the past and they did a great job. However, I went there awhile ago to get a gel acrylic manicure. At first I had Lee Krung and he did an excellent job, I got compliments everywhere I went. I went to get them removed and to get another set done. I got a man who didnt have a name tag on. He never said one word to me other than to ask me what I want or to tell me to quit moving. He removed my nails, it was pretty painful and he never once apologized and everytime I would flinch from the pain he would give me a really hateful look. He finally got them off throughout the whole manicure he never once even tried to make small talk. He did a pretty terrible job too. I got red this time and when I left there was red all over my fingers and I was in pain for the rest of the night I couldnt barely open presents at Christmas because of the pain. They look like big red bubbles and some of them he put polish down more than others and Then about a week later theyre already coming off. I am totally dissatisfied and I probably will not visit them again and if I do I will request somebody else if I get the same person.

I will never go back. I sat there for 2 hours waiting to get my nails done. The woman that did my nails (Lynn) was obviously new, didn’t care, or in a major rush bc she completely ruined my nails. She put one nail on crooked and when I said something about it she just filed it down shorter so it would look “less crooked”. It wasn’t work $20 let alone $40.

Came in for a pedi. After soaking in the footbath for about 25mins I asked how much longer it would be before my actual pedi was started? No answer...finally a girl who had been working on someone else came over and gave me pretty much a nail polish change with hot towels. I know for a fact the tools that she did use were not sterile and now 2 days later I have a patch of dry itching skin in between 2 of my toes! Athletes foot maybe??! Worst pedi ever! wont go back!

I had my nails done with my sister in law the guy that done hers was awesome, but the lady Chinh that did mine was horrible, left glue under and on my fingers, and what was supposed to be red trim looks pink!

They hurt me while doing acrylic gel nails. They made my cuticles bleed with the for and she never said a word about it. My left hand was worse my pinky on my right hand was bloody when i left. I even said ouch! 2 or 3 times and she never stopped to ask if i was okay or if she was being too rough. I will never go back! Rude people.

If I could give it 0 stars I would . I cannot believe this salon, I left crying because I couldnt believe how embarrassed I was. Ive never been to a Dickson salon and so I saw this one and decided to try it. I go in and its super dark and crowded (but I dont judge by looks) a lady there asked what I would like I said a full set (white tips). This man came up to me and said okay have a seat over there I will be with you in a minute. Like I said the place was very crowded. I had been waiting for 20 minutes and they closed at 7 . It was already 6:25. Everyone seemed to be rushing a busy . So my boyfriendiend said to call another salon and ask if they were busy . My mom had reomended me to go to memes nails. So I called memes and asked . Hi I was woundering if you guys were busy and how much would it cost for a full set she said no mam we arent busy and it will be $30 I said thankyou hung up the phone. I told my boyfriend they werent busy and they were going to charge $30. The guy that was sapposed to do my nails looked over at me and said you go there then your a walk in dont expect to be attended to immidiately I looked at him and said sir I just saw you were busy and close to closing. I was trying to do them a favor seems they closed in less than an hour . He repeatedly was yelling at me and being rude telling me to leave he was speaking so fast and being so rude the whole way out the door . And I just couldnt believe someone would talk to a customer that way. I cried the whole way to memes nails. But was absolutely astonished by how sweet they were I was offerd a drink and she called me baby and was being so nice she assured me she would be with me in a moment and made sure she did everything just the way I hoped. I ended up getting my toes done as well I loved it so much. I most definately recommend Memes nails! Please DO NOT give this nail salon your time or money !

The man here ruined my nails when he filled them down to nothing. The sign even said no nail damage with gel polish. The one English speaking white lady said the owner put that up and its a lie. Wow that says it all. She didnt care and they were very rude.

Normally come here monthly for my nails and pedicure. The other day i sat in a chair waiting for a pedicure with my feet soaking for over a hour! Meanwhile, they started others pedicures that arrived after me! Absurd! Im very displeased.. i will not be coming back.

Most of their polish selection is almost empty. They need to restock. The wait is too long. When you ask and they say not too long, then you soak for an hour...that’s too long! Did an okay job.

Went to this place today and I believe the girl I had, her name was kimmy, I had the worst experience I have had at a nail salon, she was rude and my nails looks terrible, I have lumps in my gel polish on my nails, I will not be back and would not recommend this place .
