Pros: Beautiful restoration of an early 20th century commercial structure. Location is right off the Baltimore Street QLINE stop which makes getting to midtown/downtown area shops, restaurants, and attractions a breeze. My unit was tastefully appointed with granite countertops, in-unit laundry, and an exposed brick wall 🧱. I love the view from my unit and the noise from the traffic and the nearby train tracks is minimal.Cons: Unfortunately I had no idea there is a nightclub attached to the north side of the building and the daily/nightly heavy bass sounds can be nearly unbearable when you just want to sleep, read a book, or have quiet time.

Im diggin the location and its a new building. Hard to beat.
