My Wifes apartment looks nice but the plumbing is bad. Her toilet and sink stays stopped up

The location makes this a bad place. The ignorance makes for bad management and poor mentality of the ppl that live there. Some of the honest reviews that are posted on here have been hidden. Thats a violation of rights. Norrhlawn gardens or Google reviews maybe getting sued for it

Renovations will be done soon apartments should look very nice mine looks ok now.Clean grounds and my building is pretty quiet.Get the young people out and it would be an even better place to live.Wish it was 55 and older.

The apartment grounds are well kept, but maintenance is poor. When it comes to things being fixed, maintenance doesnt have a clue. The apartments are tiny and severely outdated. The carpet is a ugly brown and the walls are paper thin. The noise can be a nuisance; people sit in the parking lot and play loud music at disrespectful hours, but for the location it’s not horrible. I hate that Detroit is known for low living standards. The people in the area have a poor mentality.
