It was an international move for us and not an easy one. So many roadblocks along the way on so many levels. Matthew Richmond was not only super responsive to each and every one of our questions, he took the sting out of our process above and beyond what was expected. He was a wealth of information and truly cared, he proved it more than once. This is not my first house, I have dealt with many agents in several countries over the last 30 years. Matthew is probably the best I have had. He even offered to adjust our commission to suit the circumstance. You would be crazy to not use him. Pick your agent wisely it has nothing to do with where they work. BTW City Living has a professional office in the Fisher Building and is reputable.

City Living Detroit and Austin Black are true experts on residential real-estate in Detroit. Austin is my go-to person on all question regarding neighborhoods, market trends and the latest listings.

This agency doesnt care about the customer. We wish we would have chosen a different agency. The agents are greedy about commission and arent concerned if the seller makes a profit. Their services are rather bootlegged compared to other agencies.
