We spent a fabulous week in 2123! It’s 2 bedroom and 2 bath. We had a 1 1/2 year old. It was so easy to go down the elevator and be so close to the beach. The condo was clean and had beautiful views from the balcony. Can’t wait to rent it next year! Love Destin’s white sand and sparking blue waters!

I really love this property, not a massive complex but big enough to have nice amenities. I love the pickle ball courts! The location is great, 2 miles by beach to the state park, walkable by beach to The Backporch. The units mostly have great views, large bedrooms and balconies, and are a short walk to the water. FYI, no pets allowed, but other than that about perfect. I also like that the pool is away from the beach, less sand in the pool.

Shoreline Towers was a great stay for us! 3 towers, with 2 directly on the beach and one tower further back. There is a private beach entrance and beach chair and umbrella service on the beach. There is also a large pool, a decent gym and tennis court. The beach is all the reason in the world to go, with its soft, cool white powder sand and clear blue waters. The surrounding traffic is absolutely horrid. I would recommend walking to the Mexican restaurant Le Paz and also to Bric A Brac. They are great places and do not have the lines or waits of the other Destin restaurants.

Tried to keep vacation as COVID friendly as possible. Decided to stay in a condo. This place was well worth the price. Listening to the surf at night was amazing!!!! Had some issues and the vacation rental company were on the spot!

Do not rent 2114, this pace if gross and filthy and the photos are deceiving. I am trying to load pictures but the WiFi is bad so it is slow. I have traveled a lot and have stayed in many places but never stayed anywhere this pathetic. The lady that owns this place should be ashamed!

Excellent place to stay in Destin! Our condo was just feet from the beach. perfect Gulf view! Family friendly and had a wheelchair accessible ramp down to the beach, a huge plus for my family!

Great place right on the ocean. Older complex but kept up very well.

We have came here for almost 15 years . Stayed in Town Homes and the towers . The past few years it seems a little ran down and people at Holiday Isle aren’t as friendly as they used to be . The stove had issues, one of the doors in condo was practically off the hinges and there were large water bugs in hallway and corridor.However, the view from the room was amazing and we still had a great time . But, for the price I think I will look elsewhere in the future.

We enjoyed the room and staff, but they make you rent a beach umbrella and chairs. That would not be so bad, but they didnt have any available. I dont want to go on vacation and have to deal with people freaking out because we brought an umbrella. We will not be back until they designate areas for rented and personal umbrellas.

We stayed in condo # 1125 and I cant say enough about how beautiful the unit was. Everything about the condo was top notch and the views were spectacular.I loved the private and less crowded beach and the convenience of being able to come and go as we pleased without having to fight traffic or look for parking.The property was perfectly located near shopping which made gathering groceries or souvenir shopping convenient! I also loved Harbor Boardwalk which had tons of things for the kids or whole family to enjoy.This was our first trip to Destin and is hands down our new favorite vacation destination. Looking forward to our next trip and hopefully able to stay in the same condo!

Our condo was right on the beach and the view was excellent. But the water pressure in the second shower was awful, their was mild in the shower, the stove would not work without resetting the breaker, the sliding glass door would not slide without coming out of the track, and several large cockroaches came out.i wouldnt stay there again.

Great location! The condo was a little outdated. Couch was very worn out. DVD players and TVs hard to use. Not enough bedding, only linens. The heated pool was awesome! Our condo number was 3083.

We arrived on Saturday to Shoreline Towers room 2063 without a running air conditioner. It’s June mind you. Management is completely inept, Sunday an a/c guy came out, no communication or notice whatsoever, said it wasn’t working, Monday another a/c guy came out (probably the owner’s guy, again no notice to us) and said it was toast, compressor has been leaking oil for a while and won’t be fixed anytime soon. Said he was sending a quote to the owner. Now Tuesday, the management is giving us the run around as we sweat at night with our infant and toddler and grandparents. Nobody came in and inspected the apartment before we arrived because we found the review card from the last week’s renters. After four days of no a/c they still refused to refund our money or put us in another room with working air conditioner. False advertising with poor management, this place is a scam, DO NOT STAY HERE!

A decent place, but over 30 years old. Guess it depends if your room has been remodeled. I am not too picky cuz I don’t come to the coast to stay in the room. Easy beach access, couple tennis courts, 60’ pool and decent off season rates. I like the place overall. Kinda not happy about some of the add on fees.

We stayed in unit 2075 at Shoreline Towers. We have come here for many years and this may be our last trip. The views here are amazing but the condo was less than desirable. It seems run down and dated. The couch was super uncomfortable and when we pulled a cushion up we found plywood boards under the cushion to help support the couch. I think it is beyond time for a replacement. The master bedroom bed was so hard and uncomfortable that we had to go to target and purchase a mattress topper for $100 just to make it through the week. We had rented this exact condo about 8 years ago, we did notice the bed was hard but the condo seemed In good shape at that time. Overall the lighting is very dim and at night it is too dark. We are very disappointed in the accommodations this time around. This condo needs a refresh ASAP!

The condo that we rented (3063) is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. It is very spacious and has been well updated. The issue that we have is that curtains werent provided for the large windows in the living room, which holds in heat and makes it tough for the A/C to cool. We also do not have any privacy. Our shower liner was also dirty. We also asked for hand towels and they were not replaced. When all of this was brought up to management, there was no attempt to rectify the issues. The unit also does not come with a washer and dryer inside.

Visited from Texas and I loved the proximity of the beach. They have a tennis court and a great pool, and bbq area. I felt safe.

Love Shore Line Towers! It’s right on the beach. Clean and wonderful for families. The pool is a great size and the units are big. Close to some really good places to eat. Convenient to everything.

Slightly older community but very very well maintained and pretty quiet overall for families. The amenities including the pool, fitness center, tennis court, shuffleboard and carts to carry all your luggage and groceries serves to be extremely helpful. Just blocks from Target, multiple grocery stores, several tasty restaurants, gas station and Florida beach and sun accessory stores.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don’t check you in until they feel like checking you in. If you complain they say that in their fine very fine print it says check in begins at 4. What does that even mean? Like it begins at 4 and ends what time? Whenever they feel like it. Manager is extremely rude and offers no explanation. My kids are sleeping in the car while I paid thousands of dollars to rent a 3 bedroom unit. I’ve traveled the world and have never heard of such a thing. They hire less people to clean at our expense. It’s their way of saving money. Rent the rooms, inconvenience the guest and we check them in when we check them in. What a joke!

Go during OFF PEAK season and actually Get to see Destin. The condo could benefit from closer housekeeping oversight. Some areas were completely neglected, others poorly maintained. Then there was the roach issue 😱😱😱😫😫. It hampered the experience completely. The bedrooms and living rooms were awesome except the BR tv didnt work. We made the best of it and the owner graciously agreed to take care of the issues.

Things that didnt work: 1. Garbage disposal 2. Bathroom exhaust fan 3. Toilet did not flush. Dirty silverware . Food in couch.

Excellent view in unit 1111. Decor and unit it self was dated. Pictures online were inaccurate. Beds were uncomfortable. Unit needs a overhaul but the view was amazing.

Great place to spend a week! Easy access to the beach with chair/umbrella rentals available and hoses ready for cleaning feet.Rooms are very nice with balconies for sitting to watch the beach in mornings and evenings. Luggage carts available. Exercise room and pool available.

Stayed in tower 2. Paid $1800 for 2 bed 2 bath. Only to get there and only be able to utilize one bath, which we weren’t aware of until we were on the way down there. They PROMISED it would be fixed, had multiple plumbers come in and out of our condo unexpectedly and unproductively (mind you, we’re 5 young girls, also an inconvenience to only have one shower), only to NEVER have gotten the bath fixed. Our AC did not work for the entire first 24 hours. Our fridge did not work. The beds were the absolute worst. Half of the outlets did not work. Oh and 2043 (and many other units) doesn’t tell you this, but the balcony is closed in. After being hung up on, we couldn’t even receive a deposit back. Management was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Don’t stay here.

Beautiful condos. Very clean

This condo was awful! I went with a group of friends and the condo has false advertisement of how many bathrooms that were working and that the balcony was opened when it was really closed in. We walked in our and the air conditioner was not working the refrigerator d id not work and majority of the outlets in the condo did not work. The bed that were provided were awful it would have been better on my back to sleep on the floor. We contacted management multiple times as the were no help at all! While we were there and they sent plumbers multiple times at different times with our code to our door at unexpected times and scared me and my friends. I felt unsafe and very disappointed with the amount of money I paid for this condo I will never be saying there again!

Love Shoreline Towers and cant wait to be back enjoying another trip.

My family has been coming here for over 40 years. Our favorite place to stay in Destin is Shoreline Towers. The unit we love the most is 3111. It has gorgeous views and never disappoints on its amenities and cleanliness. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location, close to the shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff on the beach. Pool is small, but clean. We will probably come back in the late summer.

We stayed in 2122. The penthouse condo in Tower II, and it was incredible. It looks out over the beach and ocean, and was very comfortable, and clean. It was also huge. We plan on bringing some of our friends next time. We cant wait to go back!

I feel like the office and maintenance staff do everything they can to make it an enjoyable stay for everyone.

We planned a last minute vacation and rented unit 3113. We received a confirmation email and our credit card was charged. The next morning we got a phone call saying the property owner only rented to people he knows. Well, why did he confirm our reservation and charge our card? There were several other properties we were interested in, but they were all rented after the property owner cancelled our reservation. I wouldnt rent from this property or management company unless you want to deal with the headache of finding another property and getting your money back!

Beautiful place. Nice private beach.. heated pool. The townhome we stayed in was fully furnished. It was a better home when I was away from my home

900 Gulf Shore, #4.There water heater does not work properly in this townhome. You would have to switche off and on a button to the water heater constantly. The upstairs bathroom showers in both bedrooms run cold water only. Maintenance personal had mentioned, that its been that way for a while. The water heater needs to be replaced in order for all bathrooms and sink to work properly. Other then that, its a nice place.

Check in on Saturday March 30 the week of spring break stay in condo 1095 tower 1. The condo was nice & updated kinda of cozy place at the beach. Monday morning woke up to remodeling noise in the above unit 1105 to multiple tools like jack hammering of the floors which echoes through out the whole building. We spoke with the rental office & according to the rules the owners can remodel from 8 to 5pm. The noise level is so high since we’re right below you cannot hear TV or conversation between two people. Daughter in law came in Tuesday with grandkids 6 month old & 3 yr old to visit a few days needless to say trying to take naps or watch tv while taking a break from the beach was a joke. We had to listen to this all week while on vacation I would recommend sending a message to the condo owner at 1105 tower 1 by not renting this condo. You would think the owners would be respectful of renters to remodel in the winter months when there is less people staying in the condos. If jack hammers or other tools that vibrates through out building would have a time frame window like 11 to 1 or 2.Shoreline Towers management group needs to get the message on remodeling during busy months of the year. It’s pretty bad when a jack hammer drowns out the sounds of the ocean unfortunately the weather forecast was rainy & wasn’t able to go to beach on a couple of days.

Super super clean, and a great place for a family vacation. You feel welcome, and from the seventh floor, were I am staying, the view is goregeous! 100% come here!

My daughter and I are visiting my sister here in Destin Fla. It is beautiful here overlooking the ocean, lots of swimming, white sugar like soft sand. We love it here.

Our unit was great. Wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Beach access was great too. Out the door and on the beach in seconds. We will certainly be back.

We stayed from 10/8/17 to 10/12/17 and we loved it! The pool was cleaned and heated. Tennis courts and fitness center we great! But here is the thing, there were fleas/pest all over my room! There was literately a flea on me. They sent an email to us says no that there was pest control coming but it here was still fleas! Overall our stay was great!

This place is beautiful but the condo was not clean. I had retired for the day when I got into my bed there was sand in not one of the beds in my room but both of them. I also found someone elses hair in between the top sheet and fitted sheet as well. The floors had not been moped and you could feel sand on floor when walking barefoot and I had not been to the beach yet! My Mom was getting into the shower in master bedroom when she yelled for me and there was a huge hunk of hair in the drain! We called the owner again as we had called her before we left Georgia to tell her about the reviews we had read and she assured us that the condo would be closed off in order for it to be deep cleaned and to our satisfaction. I told her about the beds, floors, and hunk of hair and was told she would call housekeeping. So housekeeping came and they did agree that they found sand and hair which I did not tell them about the hair in my beds and they also agreed that the condo had not been cleaned. I was disappointed that some kind of discount was not givin due to the fact that we had called before arriving. These condos are not cheap so you would expect them to at least be friendly on top of this it was me and my mothers first trip since loosing my Dad. We loved the place but will NOT stay here again or recommend it. We were not offered a discount or an apology.

We stayed in unit 1111 at Shoreline Towers in August of 2013. We were very disappointed with the unit. The leather couches were visibly dirty, as was the carpeting. The ceiling fan in the kitchen was dirty. The dryer took over two hours to dry a small load of laundry. It appeared the unit was furnished with garage sale finds. Staff was swift to try and accommodate us, but most of the issues were the responsibility of the owner. When showering in the main bathroom, the door swung out, during a movie the DVD player in the family room suddenly wouldnt finish playing the movie, one burner on the stove didnt work and the cooktop was dirty. The master bath smelled like urine and was rusty behind the toilet. We moved the couches to be closer to the TV and found cereal and gum and trash underneath. We found a hairbrush under the queen bed. The fan in the double bedroom didnt work Before you arrive, make sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. Only one roll was provided and then youre on your own. Upon check out youre instructed to strip the beds, and have all dishes clean even though a $150 cleaning fee was required. The only thing this unit has going for it is the lovely view of the ocean. Sadly, we wont be back.

The condo is terrific and modern! I would consider this large for a beach view. The only negative, the commercial umbrella company has most of their umbrellas up by 630am..leaving the beach a bit crowded already (mych sooner than neighboring comdo buildings). At ST, people are trying to get their umbrellas set up early am. Location of condos is awesome...close to everything.

Best place I have ever stayed at on vacation. Extremely clean, quiet, steps from the beach and located close to restaurants and HarborWalk.

If you go here, dont rent from the management on site. The 2 condos I rented, I had problems with both. One smelled like smoke and made me sick. the other one had the bed arrangements wrong and I got 2 twin beds instead of double like was advertised. They also want to charge me extra cleaning fee for a small pile I swept on the kitchen floor but didnt sweep up. 2 rags were left on the floor and a roll of paper towels. they also sent me a picture of one of the rooms with the blankets on the floor? really, they have to sweep and remake the bed and they want to charge me extra for that? I did forget to clean up a spill in the frig. but they want $110 extra on top of the $100 I already paid for cleaning. i will be fighting them on this.so my units werent as advertised, bad management and the internet is horrible. I will never stay here again.

Very poorly run! The clubhouse closes at 4:30 and is closed all weekend. During the day, its mostly taken up by bridge players. If you go in, youd better whisper. They dont want to be disturbed. I was told if you want to use it, you need to make a request a week ahead. So, theres nowhere to meet people here. Even with three towers, theres nowhere to sit unless youre at the pool, or a small area outside the pool which is always very windy and cold.Furniture was delivered downstairs and they were to bring it up. A week later its still not up here. I went to the office again, and she said theres lots of furniture to be delivered, but its in a secure place. She showed me where it was which is a small library room, but is completely packed with furniture, with no access to books I wanted to exchange.There is a new stackable washer/dryer in this unit, and theres issues with severe dancing. A contractor and maintenance guy was here three times, and the issue remains, so its unusable. There are two small washers down the hall to use. One didnt work, lost quarters. I called for a maintenance guy who came. He said hed check it out. The sign I put there a week ago was gone, so I tried to use again. Again, lost quarters. Theyre also very small washers, so not much can go in. The sign is gone, but still not fixed three weeks later. My soap is still in it.The unit itself, 1086, has no cleaning supplies at all except for two dishwasher pods, a mop with no bucket, a vacuum, but no scrubbies, windex, cleaning products, etc.I wont be here again!

We had a great stay, the place was beautiful

We stayed in unit 3045. So tower 3, 4th floor. A GREAT place. 2 bedroom/2 bath. The entire unit is updated and furnished very well. Everything is well taken care of and very clean.All of the appliances are very clean and new. It has all of the necessities. A large pantry in the kitchen. Everything You need to stay and play. Kitchen utensils, furniture, board games, and washer and dryer are brand new. All the countertops are marble throughout.A huge king size memory foam bed in the master and 2 queen memory foam beds in the 2nd bedroom. All of them VERY comfortable.A very large smart tv in the main area and both bedrooms have flat screens in them. The master bedroom has a great view out of the large windows to the ocean.The master bath is super! Great shower and his/her sinks with a large counter top. The 2nd bath is also very nice.A balcony with table and chairs over look the views of the ocean.Overall a GREAT place! We will be back!

Worst hotel Ive ever been at you walk in to old paint, 2 rolls of toilet paper that you have to use your whole stay( no more is provided), the workers are stuck-up, you cant swim in the beach more that 5 ft out without the sheriff coming, then you go back to shower and the shower head breaks, theres nothing to do around the hotel, theres no room service so you get 6 towels to do you the week and bring money because you pay for laundry including your towels, its just in total the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at and skateboards and stuff like that is not allowed sorry, just checked our bedroom too and the water leaked through the window and our stuff is soaked including my kids brand new shoes
