Have stayed at this condo resort on several occasions now and absolutely love the location and the rental options here.

Condo was well located and walking distance to beach and stores. Condo was outdated but comfortable. We rented a 3 bedroom condo, which can sleep up to 8 people. We were not allowed to bring our own tents or umbrellas out to the beach, even behind the condo umbrellas and chairs. We were given one umbrella free with our condo rental and expected to pay $20/day for each additional umbrella and also tip the staff on top of that. With a large family, that could be near $100/day, which is too much for umbrella rentals if we have our own. We typically travel to the beach with a tent for commodity and place it behind the line of umbrellas but had we known this before booking, we probably would have gone with another condo nearby. Otherwise, both the beach and condo staff were attentive and friendly.

We absolutely love Edgewater Resort. Not only is it on the beach, its walking distance to restaurants, Win Dixie, Outlet Stores. Condo 404, the one we always request is the bomb. The staff is super helpful and friendly. You could not ask for better management. Almost forgot beach plus two pools, hot tub, and exercise room, which my husband loves 😎

Older but nice place. Rooms, pools, and beaches were clean. Beds were Ok, pillows were good. We stayed during Hurricane Michael, we felt safe because of the storm doors and the fact it has concrete floors, walls and ceilings. The staff was great, helpful and kind. Our room was somewhat updated. So you may need to verify your condo, if things like that matter you.

The washer did not work, but the Edgewater staff did all they good to accommodate us by washing clothes. I actually came up with a fix for the washer so we able to do our own clothes. Bathroom fixtures were in bad shape also the patio furniture. They replaced the patio furniture with new table and chairs which was very acomidating. Overall 3 stars.

Nice stay, beautiful resort. Super quiet with an excellent professional staff. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the space this unit provided.

We have stayed here many times thru the years. It is an older condo but maintained well. Friendly staff from front office to housekeeping.

Will return 2 pools and a waterfall right be4 u reach the White Sandy 🌴 Beach... Beautiful roomy Condo was awesome with a large patio & a outside Ceiling Fan was a great highlight😊

Nice room. Easy beach access with good view from balcony. Decently close to good food and shopping.

The terrace suit is amazing with a private beach and two pools. This place is well located in town as well

This is the only place well stay in Destin. I love the staff and layout of the resort. Private beach and most importantly- no cigar policy!
