Amazing vacation destination! Weve been taking our family here for 7 years. They essentially have a private beach that stretches to the jetty, and the most beautiful water and ocean life. We often see rays swimming along the surf in the evening, on our sunset walks. Love this place!

This was my first time staying in this location. It occupied a nice part of the beaches in Destin, Fl. Located in the middle of all the action. Takes a little fight through traffic to get here, but once your here your in a calm, quiet and relaxing place. There is a gate and an active security guard during the day. There is also adequate parking under the building. The building was clean both in the parking garage and inside the unit. This unit had so a great deal of sitting space. There was a main living room, a dinning room table, a breakfast table, a secondary living room, and then two tables and high chairs on the enormous balcony. I would definitely come back to this place. We had a large 3 bedroom with 3 bath unit.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The condos are in a great location to Harborwalk (where you board for most cruises), activities, restaurants, and stores (including Target, Walmart, and lots of beach stores).The view from our condo was stunning. We loved that we had direct access to a private beach. We loved it here and definitely will be back.

There arent enough words to say how great this place is! Pam in the office is just the best! Everything was perfect! We got married here and have already booked for next years anniversary trip!

This is heaven. Beautiful facility, outdoor entertainment almost nightly and lots of friendly people. Gate guards are great and work very hard checking people in and out. My only suggestion is widen the entrance lane so that guests don’t have to sit in line for 20 minutes while people fill out checkin paperwork

This was our 4th time at Jetty East and we were very disappointed in our condo 319a. The 3 prior condos have been very nice. The couch and chair were very old and uncomfortable. In the bathroom there was a leak somewhere as you step on certain tiles water would come up through the grout and smell. As a whole, we like jetty east but we have heard the prices are going up and the stay 6 nights 7th free is going away. We are considering to find another place to stay next trip.

The Jetty East pool is my favorite place on the planet. You feel like youre on the beach without having to get sandy and dirty. Ive stayed in several condos over the years and have only had one not so great experience. Each condo is individually owned and the owner is responsible for the furniture and upkeep so look at the pics before you book.

This was a perfect location for our family vacation. We were able to rent a few condos, but come together daily on the beach, under the pavilion or at the pool. It location on the beach was perfect.

Location was great, Rooms were cute and well furnished. Would love to give 4 or 5 stars but I cannot. Unfortunately the fact that you only get a few towels and you cant get any more is very frustrating. Also there was hardly any Internet access the entire time.

Ive been going here since I was a child. Im 48 years old. When hurricane IDA beared down on the south jetty east had no interest in helping my family possibly stay 1 or 2 days while we were displaced by this hurricane. The whole metro area of New Orleans Louisiana lost the transmission lines that power the whole city. We could not return to our home. These transmission lines fell into the Mississippi river, a monumental feat to repair. I feel like they could have been sympathetic to our needs. Why would you turn down someone trying to give you money in their time of need. I love this place, but Im very disappointed 😞Your response to my post is a feeble attempt to try and cya. You werent sold out. You offered rooms for 3 nights only. There was no negotiation. This is an insult. You clearly have no idea

Overall, our stay was really wonderful... But the unit (512A) REALLY needs a makeover. Extremely uncomfortable living room furniture and WAY too much of it.... Metal doors for closets were a struggle to open and close. The patio furniture was very cheap, made out of PVC pipes. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets had laminate peeling off. The shower head was also super cheap. Not luxurious at all. Our view was nice, but because of the furniture we did not spend much time on the balcony. Wed consider staying here again MAYBE but not in this unit.

I stayed here with my in-laws for a few days. The place was a nice 3 bath, 3 bedroom condo with a view of the ocean. All the people we met were very nice. The hot tub was amazing on the chilly February mornings and the pool was heated. The sunsets were amazing and my kids enjoyed the boats coming out of the harbor. It was an easy walk to the beach to wade and look for sand dollars. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

I found Jetty East Condominiums on line, the reviews were great and all I can say, is that it met all of my expectations. Check in was simple, our room was beautiful. I will most definitely book here again ❤️.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pillows were nice and the bed comfortable. It was nice and quiet with and enjoyable view. I would recommend Jetty East Condos.

This place is awesome, a must visit place, some if my family lives there, but plenty of rental places to stay at, and plenty of very nice restaurants within walking distance..

The toilet leaked the whole entire time we were there. The doors in my condo were new when the building was built in 1978 but wouldnt stay on the tracks and were difficult to use. The light switches controlled the plug-ins and there was only one overhead light and it didnt work. I probably will never use it again.

Condo was great and the location is awesome for my wife and I. Never got to enjoy pool due to kids constantly left unsupervised even though parents are there at the pool but have zero concern about other guest. Hard to enjoy a sunrise or sunset due to loud screeching from undisciplined children. Other guest in resort act as their number one. Been working the whole time through the pandemic being an essential worker and this was our first needed vacation with no real rest at the resort. Had to venture away to find peace. Location is gated with security. Parking can be problematic.

Jetty East Condominiums is the ONLY place we stay for our annual vacation in Destin. No other spot in the area compares! Awesome amenities, direct access to the beach, and super friendly staff.

Always a pleasant stay!Another trip to Jetty East in the books. We stayed in 508B this time, and I have no complaints about this unit. We love this location on Holiday Isle! Beaches are not overcrowded like other areas in Destin, and the pool is a nice size. Very family friendly. We also love the HUGE covered pavilion, which is equipped with charcoal grills (pack a lighter!) and tables and chairs. We love to retreat to the shade for lunch and grill out while enjoying the ocean view. Winn Dixie and Target are VERY close by. Walmart is a short drive down the highway. [Tip: bring a box fan to drown out possible noise in the corridor at night.]

Older condos with a good beach right out back. There were a lot of people on the beach but going in the morning or later at night it is less busy.

This jewel of the emerald coast is nestled at the far east end of Destin. Jetty East is an awesome place to spend your summer vacation! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The Gazebo is a wonderful place to cook and meet new people. The pool is a great spot if you arent feeling the beach. The views from the Gulf or Jetty side can be enjoyed with an early cup of coffee as the waves roll in. You cant go wrong with Jetty East for your next vacation spot!

Room 211A. If you are looking for a college dorm room style condo, then book it. The room felt like a jail cell. Very small and compact. The pictures were deceiving and the room was falling apart in places. I was not impressed in the least and I would absolutely not reccomend this room. Look into a different condominium altogether.

Its okay if you get a deal on a unit. They are renovating a little so thats nice. Pretty loud at night.

Parking details, not specified in email or website. Drove from far with a small cargo trailer and they refused to let us in with it. Won’t be returning, weren’t willing to work with us at all.

NOT KID FRIENDLY. Intended for old people. Kids cant do kid stuff in the pool. Better keep your kids quiet on the balcony or else they will give you a call from the office (wasnt even our children BTW). If you are a family with kids...look somewhere else.Otherwise, acceptable amenities. Nice location.Was hoping to make this our regular beach spot. Guess we will look elsewhere.

My family has been going to Jetty East for years! Very sad to hear about the rates jacking up so high. 3200 going to 5700 for three bedroom. Our group filled 8 different rooms last March and dont plan on returning with these rates.

I booked a room through booking.com for two months from now and there was no indication on the site that you had to be a certain age to book a room. Once I received the confirmation email, I noticed it said you must be 25 years old to book and you will be refused service if not 25.I immediately cancelled my reservation (before the charge could even get past “pending” in my account. I was still charged a full $744 after the cancellation. I have been trying to get my money back for 3 days now to no avail. I’ve sent Jetty East 6 emails detailing what’s happening and when they do respond, it’s something short and useless to my cause. Today I was told that they can’t find my reservation (SO WHY WAS I CHARGED $750 IF YOU CANT EVEN FIND MY NAME IN YOUR SYSTEM?!) and that the unit that I booked is managed by Vacasa, not Jetty East. I’ve now been on the phone on hold with Vacasa for 35 minutes and haven’t spoken with a person. I feel like I got robbed. I feel like a sick game is being played with me and with my money. And now I can’t even try to find another accommodation because they took $750 from me and just “can’t find it” DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Loved our 3 bedroom C222,for our group of 8 was perfect,plenty of room,different areas for TV, Relaxing and games, watching the Sunset and Boats coming n going out the Jetty from the balcony.Loved the Easy accessibility to the Beach via the boardwalk and cooking at the Pavillion Hamburgers n Hot dogs one night then shrimp,red snapper the next.This was our second trip to Jetty East,looking forward to many more trips in the future.

We did lots of research before deciding on Jetty East Condos due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We wanted to make sure that we were not in a crowded area. We learned that the atmosphere was very laid back with an older population which is what we were looking for. The check in policy was very strict at 4 p.m.or later and we arrived around 4:45 p.m. Upon approaching the gate we received our parking decal and proceeded to the office to immediately receive our room keys. It was good to know that masks were required in the office and and only one family member at a time. There are carts available to help you unload your vehicle and get to your condo. There are sanitizing stations at all of the elevators as well as signs posted reminding you of social distancing and face coverings.We stayed in 503A and upon entering I was so happy to see that the condo looked EXACTLY like the pictures on the website. It was so nice and the view was amazing. The king size bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of towels available for us to use. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook any meal, well stocked and we were pleased. There is also a washer and dryer.There is not daily housekeeping service, but we were totally okay with that. Should you need extra towels, you can exchange them every morning. It was just the two of us so we had plenty of towels, extra blankets, covers, everything. We honestly felt like it was a home away from home.There is a nice pavilion area where we would go every evening to sit and have a drink. The pavilion also has at least 15 grills to use and a few nights there were people out there grilling. There are plenty of tables for multiple families to enjoy meals and still social distance and one night there was actually live entertainment. There is a fitness room, however due to social distancing, only one person can be there at a time so I chose to walk the parking lot for exercise. Location wise, you are literally steps away from the beach and we rented an umbrella and chairs each day and that was great considering the beach was not crowded it was very peaceful and enjoyable. I was also happy to see that security was serious and made sure that everyone who entered was supposed to be there. There are restaurants in the area and there is a Target across the street if you need any items. I cannot wait to visit again, our stay was great.

Really liked this place to stay in Destin Fl. Great 1 BR condo, beautifully decorated, most comfortable bed, everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Enjoyed the beautiful water, sunrises & sunsets, live music at the pavilion as well as plenty of parking. The only thing I would have liked to have is have bigger elevators(pandemic reasoning) & a little more info with directions around the amenities & operating features in the condos.

Great place. If you want a little more quieter beach without all the public accesses, then this is a great spot. Friendly staff, nice rooms and they were quick to fix any issues. Had one day of bad weather so stayed in more and watched a little tv. It wasnt working, so on my way into town stopped by and let them know. 35 minutes later when I returned, everything was fixed. Great view on the gulf side. I was in 503A, right near the beach. Almost every morning sitting on my balcony having coffee, there would be dolphins playing around within 200 feet of shore. The only complaint I had was given the room had a washer and dryer, that they did not offer or have any single load complimentary laundry detergent. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Destin

5 star experience. Staff friendly and helpful. 413A room was very clean and had everything we needed to be functional. Pots, pans, cups, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, fridge, stove top, over, toaster, dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron, drying rack, bar with 4 stools, king size bed(maybe memory foam?), closet and plenty of dressers and drawers. Located in very low traffic area with private beach. Umbrella rental on beach front at reasonable rates. Room balcony has amazing view of ocean with sunrise to your left and a small table with two chairs for a beachview breakfast. The resort has a clean heated pool, hot tub at the pool area, tennis courts, basketball court and some other outside games. The parking area requires a parking pass to gain access to the resort which was provided at yhe security gate. Gate staff was very helpful in answering questions about facility and Destin area. Located off highway 98 and was amazingly convenient to groceries, fuel, restaurants, outdoor adventure experiences and shopping. 15 minute drive to silver sands outlet, 5 to destin commons and about 5 minute drive to crab island. Each floor has a trash chute for easy removal of trash. If you are looking for a party area, this is Not the place you are looking for. If you are looking for all of the other advantages of going to the Destin area- beautiful beaches, relaxation, outdoor fun, fishing, para sailing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, eating and being with friends and family-this is the place for you. Absolutely can not wait to go back and will try to book the same room! Highly recommended! Enjoy!

Stayed in 607A. Smaller than we are used to. Great ocean view and loved hearing the waves from our room, even while sitting in the couch. Clean and nice. Some people like it here but it’s just not for us.

Great as always. Comfortable bed lots of room the lady at the security hut lorraine was so very helpful and kind she was so enjoyable to talk to she was a treat can,t wait to come back again next year.my wife Robin and I look forward to the beach every year.

Beautiful place! Very clean awesome beach

We stayed in 310B. It had a great view of the harbor looking out towards the bridge. The unit was very clean and even had two active windows. New appliances and plenty of seating. My only complaint about this place is that you could hear the elevator moving all night, but after the first two nights, we got used to it. The building is kind of old and the common areas/hallways could use a little TLC, but this was a great condo.

November trip. Maintenance crew is top notch here. We see them doing something to the property daily that is normal upkeep. Everything is VERY clean. Beach service is still being offered and they are really nice.

One of the nice things is it’s on the Beach, youdon’t have to cross the street.We enjoy grilling out on the Beach under theGazebo. They have lots of Charcoal grills and are cleaned every day. While you are grilling, the pool is next to the Gazebo so kids and family can come straight from the pool to a table and eat or you can take your food back to the room.

We stayed in condo 503B. It was very clean and comfortable. There is a well maintained bridge to the beach. The local beach has an attendant (not employed by the condo) to place out chairs and umbrellas ($32 per day). I liked the residential style Internet, so I could connect various devices (Firesticks). This works much better than hotel Wi-Fi that requires a splash screen and does not work well with streaming devices. The condo had good amenities inside (range, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, washer and dryer). Great stay overall.

Rented a condo for September 20 thru the 26. Bad weather first couple of days, after that the rest of the week great. Condo was clean and had a great view of the gulf.

There is no place I would rather be than sitting and looking front row seat at the beach, this place provided that opportunity for me and my family. Staff was friendly, condo was clean and spacious. I didnt want to leave. We would definitely like to stay there again.

304B needs a new AC and complete remodel. Lots of little problems, but the main thing was an extra full-sized refrigerator in the living room. Weve been here three times, and the other times were 5 star visits. The unit was clean and the beach in Destin never disappoints, so overall it was a good trip.

Stayed in 403a, perfect one bedroom one bath for me and husband. Nice king size bed, very clean. Morning sun till about 10 am, then its shaded. Gulf view is amazing!! Pull out couch in living room is outdated and uncomfortable, but arent all the pull outside? Thank you jetty, we enjoyed our stay

This was are second time visiting the jetty east .its very clean and the hospitality was very good as well, are stay had a few complications are reservations was for the wrong week and we where shuffled to a different room by the end of the week, and things were miss placed . So half my wardrobe was missing and even though I did receive a phone call from the site manager, there hasnt been a second phone call to let me know they havent found any of my things or a offer to replace them either. Not sure if Ill be returning for another stay.

We have been coming to the Jetty for over 25 years. This June 2019 trip started out horribly after being in room 606A. This room has NO atmosphere, it is uninviting and you wouldn’t know you were at the beach by the lack of decor. There is no balcony, but worse is that heavy drapes on the window are horrible. When closed it is dark, when the sun was bright we had to close them and had NO natural light. A nice blind or shutter would change that. There is no pantry for groceries. They turned it into a storage cabinet leaving NO place for food and the cabinets are filled. The room smelled of paint walking into it. After one night I had to get out of this room. It gave me the Blahs👎 To the rather new owners; put some money into the Decor, take those gross brown curtains down. Fix the pantry for groceries. You lost us because it had no vacation vibes. We went to #610B and it was perfect 😍

They have the most unique shops that you cant find other than online. You can actually see the item and get first hand knowledge of the item(s) I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Great place, closest condo to the Jetty

Its fine, but the internet is kinda poor, so I had to use data. Secondly, you cant record or pause cuz you need to subscribe to the COX TV. Third, theres so little room. When you open a door in the hallway, it wont let anybody through until you close it. Same thing with the refrigerator door. I want you to stop buying those cheap internet routers. Thank you! :)

This place is outstanding. The staff were always helpful. Gated resort with full amenities. The only thing missing was a restaurant on site. The rooms were clean and updated very nicely. This place was like a grand resort compare the previous place we were staying at earlier in the week. We will be back to visit real soon.

Rooms are amazing. Pool is bleh, could use better lighting at night. Worst elevators Ive ever been on in my life. Still our favorite spot for family vacays. Gazeebo is awesome for grilling and water and beach are perfect.

Very family friendly and right on the beach! We enjoyed our week!! I love that they have the washer and dryer! Went home with clean clothes! Made it easy to unpack!!

We have stayed there before. This will be the last time. Our room was dirty & smelly. It was hard to operate the main room tv. One of the towel bars, in the bathroom, was falling off of the wall. No overhead light in the bedroom. The floor lamp would stand if you propped it up in the corner. The only blanket smelled so bad, it wasnt usable. Most electric outlets were over loaded. We like to walk on the beach but it is steep and hard to walk on.

Best location and Condo in Destin! We sat at the balcony watching a paddle boarding Race. Clean & helpful staff. Breath taking views & crystal emerald green waters. Beach chairs service made sitting at the Beach all day so comfortable. Those guys are so friendly.

Have stayed here 3 times now. Place is beautiful and quiet yet close to everything. The owner is always helpful and accommodating

Perfect location, short walk down the beach to the Jetty, and family friendly atmosphere.

The pictures and virtual tour was right. It was a very nice place. Clean as well. Gave you enough towels nbeach towels to use. The beach was like a 30 second walk from the parking lot. It was great. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It was pretty quiet as well. It did say it was an ocean view but the view was barely of the ocean. But still no complaints. I am actually going to book another trip really soon.

Room 613---615 were all nice rooms. Other than the carpet needing replacing all was updated and clean. This makes twice we stayed. We enjoyed the boats coming in and out of the harbor and fire works at night. Local fresh seafood is a must. Shrimp Basket was nice, food is a bit pricey. Umbrella or chairs do not come with room cost.
