The owner listened to my request and made my nails look beautiful. She was quick and professional. The salon is clean and nicely organized. I will be back!

Very professional, and kind. they know just what I like. they are very friendly. they communicate with the customer. I really love that. They also make sure you are comfortable and you are not hurting in anyway. That was very nice of them. I think they are doings great job.They make sure you are always comfortable as if your not they will try to some way try. I will always go back to LV nails . They are the best.

I’ve been using LV nails for several years. I have also gone to get manicures in different places as we’ve traveled and I always returned to LV. I don’t think there is a better place to get a manicure and a pedicure. They are professional and very good at what they do!

Make sure you know what you are paying for. I paid for an expensive pedicure that included a paraffin wax but never received the wax and just now looked it up to see what it was exactly because Ive never had one done before and didnt think to ask about it before I left.I even asked the nail tech what the wax was and she tried explaining it ..... so she knew I wanted it with the level of pedicure I told her I wanted.

I personally did not have a good nail tech I got the dip and she layer it on so thick and chunky its very uncomfortable, she wouldnt do the nail look I wanted because she said that would be too chunky, yet my friend got the nail look I wanted with the dip on top of acrylics and hers were half the thickness of mine and were gorgeous. This place seems hit or miss

I have 3 nail techs that I like doing my. Ails, but really prefer just 1. Love her work! She is quick and does a beautiful job!!Place could use a major wipe down as its a bit dusty.

Seriously the WORST place to get your nails done!! I have actually gave them a few chances and every time its been a huge disappoint. I would never recommend anyone here, they like to raise their prices they tell you one price before they do your nails and once they are done it happens to be more. They take so long to get your nails done because they like to go to the back and eat and come back to work a little more on your nails. They are unprofessional and dirty, they dont clean their tools as they should and move right on to the next person. I hate this place and I will continue to let everyone know LV Nails is not a place you should trust to do your nails.

Have been going to LV Nails for awhile and had good experiences. I scheduled a manicure on Saturday as I had a special event on Sunday. The manicure looked fine when I left, but later that evening it was apparent the polish hadnt set/dried and was ruined. It was too late to go back in and the event was out of town so I could not come in on Sunday either. When I went in on Monday to speak to the manager and show her the ruined polish, she would only give me $5 on another visit or $5 back, which basically only covered the tip! She told me I should have had a dip or shellac if I wanted it to last - seriously?! I couldnt even expect a professional manicure to last for one single day?!! We will not go back and I certainly will not recommend this salon.

As soon as I walk in, they all greet me by name. Such a friendly atmosphere and they care about you. They follow State board regulatory sanitation procedures. Very clean with their tools. Always do a fabulous job eveytime. I wont go anywhere else.

This salon(is right next to Cox communication store) is so beautiful, everything is updated and remodeled.the technicians are so nice and the salon is super clean, Im very satisfied with the all the services. I got dip powder on my nail last time, it last more than 3 weeks. Highly recommended.

Sister and I went last minute on a Saturday and they got us seated and started right away. Very affordable and our ladies were very friendly. A couple of my nails underneath didn’t her completely filed but it’s no big deal for me. I will be going back!

Absolutely love the ladies here. It’s always relaxing & they get new colors so often! My girl Jenny always does a perfect job on my nails! I even take my 6 year old daughter with me for a mani - pedi ! She loves it & has so much fun!!! Highly recommended to everyone!

The place is clean. My hangup is customer service. I have anxiety going to these places, restaurants, etc. I asked for a long nail. The technician cut mine super short and I was scared to tell her to start over. I finally worked up the courage to say something and she got really annoyed, said she had to pick up her kid soon and she didnt have time to start over, but I stood my ground. She could have easily passed me on to a different tech. On top of that she then charged me extra for a full set removal..... wasnt a full set. Needless to say I go to Venetian now. I dont feel pressured or panicky there.

They really need to watch it when filing and cuting. She literally left cuts on 4 of my fingers, that are very deep cuts and they still hurt really bad. My cousin got hers done at the same time and had multiple cuts as well, that definitely shouldn’t happen.

When I have appointment they take forever usually 30 minutes after I arrive to get started. Eating hanging out In The back room ect. They never do what I want they always have to restart. They charge for things that I didnt get done which I have to argue every time Im not against the prices but if I didnt get a design Im not paying for it. They are rude. Also always making my fingers bleed. Im not sensitive I have very well used hands and it irritating that no I ther place will make me bleed except this place does never fails. I have gone 4 times hoping Ill find one I like but it hasnt happened. So needless to say I will not return or recommend to anyone!
