The lady who did my nails was very sweet, did a good job and was meticulous with the thickness of the dip on the tips. She took her time and did a great job. The staff interacted with repeat customers well, which isn’t something you always see in nail salons. I will be a repeat customer. I was very happy with the service. the prices are decent there as well.

1000x yes!!!!!! I have been searching and searching for a good nail salon to go to and this one tops the charts!!! My younger sister and I went right after I got off of work and we had the appointment scheduled for 6 p.m. (an hour before they closed, but that was the best that I could do). When we walked in they had a big party right before us come in who all wanted pedicures. Despite a full salon, the wait was nothing.Lien (I hope I spelt it correctly, I do not wish to offend anyone) got to work on my sister(14yr) and did an amazing job on her dip and tip. She made good efforts to make conversation with her but my sister is a little shy so she didn’t speak a lot. Nonetheless, Lien did great!!!! Being the oldest sister, I’m picky about how my sisters get serviced when we go out anywhere. I do only want the best for them and Lien was definitely it!! She’s very patient, kind, and an overall great lady to visit. Highly recommend her!!I had the honor of having Lisa tonight and she was just as amazing!!!! At first, I did want acrylic but when she started to get to work, I knew that I must have been allergic to something that she was putting on. After I had addressed it to her, she quickly and efficiently changed it to a dip service, and I honestly couldn’t have been more thankful. My nails felt the relief too. Despite a slight language barrier, Lisa did her best to make conversation and I appreciated it a lot. The work that she did on my nails was phenomenal. Being mil, I do have to have my nails cut somewhat short when I get them done and most places said it’s hard to work on them that short, but Lisa was very accommodating!!! Sweet, and efficient. Will definitely make an effort to ask for her again next time.Overall, the staff was very warm and welcoming and the prices can’t be beat!!! Would love to give more stars if I could.

I was having a rough day figured i would go and get my nails done. My lady Emily wasnt in today. I should have just waited cuz i was disappointed with my nail service outcome. I got regular polish. It was thick and clumpy. Even told her that she said top coat will make it look better. It didnt. Its rough looking and bumpy and pictures dont do justice. You can tell its old polish on my nails. Disappointed.

I had a girl do my pedicure that I had never had before. The massage was awesome and felt so good on my feet and legs. I asked for flowers on my big toes and got this. I love the colors but there will never be anyone paint flowers as great as Rose. I miss her

My first time was great. So i came back. I wanted a very extra design bless their hearts they tried their best but I dont love em but theyre ok. If you want anything extra maybe dont go here. I gave them a reference photo from pintrest.

I have been here twice so far and both times I got in quickly, each person did a quick but thorough job and my nails are flawless each time I leave. I do hair for a living and constantly have my nails in water and have had no problems with my nails getting messed up. I will continue to come back to these ladies!

Ive gone to Annie for a few years and I walk out with a smile on my face every single time! theres been a few times where shes out of town so I have to go to someone else and no matter who does my nails they listen to exactly what I want and are friendly throughout the entire service!!

Called ahead and scheduled an appointment. I was a little early, however 20 min past my appointment time two people came in after me and was taken in front of me. Nothing was said to me by anyone. Im very disappointed. So I left.

Been here twice now because i had coupons for 20% any service. My first time here I got a pedicure and my nails filled. My pedicure lasted around an hour and the lady took her time and my toes looked the best they ever had. But getting my nails filled took 2 hours.. I was late to work because of it. I didnt need my nails filed 6 times. Still decided to come back again today to get a pedicure with another 20% off coupon because I love coupons. The girl didnt know how to work the pedicure tub and didnt even know she was supposed to turn the water off. took 10 minutes with the water almost overflowing to figure out how to drain the water... that made me nervous at first. Pedicure was good though, wasnt sure if she knew exactly what she was doing at some points. Most likely will just go back to my favorite place Diva Nails across the street. Overall my toes came out looking good.

My daughter went in to get her nails done and she says they did a great job. She had Lien as her nails tech and she did amazing with the shape and took her time. She highly recommends.

I am not sure why people would judge the entire salon by one bad experience. You have one bad experience at McDonald, do you stop coming to that McDonald? Hanna and the girls at Diva have been in business for over 11 years. They are super friendly and know you by your first name the minute you walk into their doors. The girls never fail to ask if I was happy before I pay for the service. The girls hand-free all the designs and can do pretty much any design you requested. If I have a broken nail, they fix it for free. BEST NAIL SALON in Derby!!! I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND HAVE BEEN FOR 11 YEARS!

I really wanted to try and relax a bit after losing a loved one. The shop seemed nice and the people were nice enough. The lady who did my nails was very soft spoken. I could barely hear her most of the time. What bothered me was how she clipped the side of my big toenails and then pulled the side off. She pulled so much off one that it bled. Both toes were sore the next morning and one is red, puffy, sore and infected now. I got my nails done Saturday. Its only Wednesday.This wasnt the best choice for a pedicure.

Hannah and Annie are the best. I have been going here for 15 years. Hannah also did by eyebrows (microblading) and they are amazing. I drive 35 minutes just to get my nails/eyebrows taken care of by these ladies-worth EVERY SINGLE mile.

Highly disappointed in my new person of 3 months doing Mani/pedi. I have used Jade Nails several times for the past 7 years and this is the first time I thought about never going back. I will go back but not to the same girl I had for both my Mani&Pedi.

They do a really good job on the pedicure. I was kind of frustrated that they did not have a menu type of paamplet that listed products with prices. When I asked what a product was we had trouble understanding eachother. She also did my message on my legs with the abrasive stuff which was pretty uncomfortable. I did not feel relaxed when I left like I usually do when I get a pedicure.

Ive gotten acrylics and they were really pretty BUT when I went back to have them removed the lady who was doing my nails were prying them off. It hurt, & I told her to stop because it was hurting me but she told me that was the only way to take them off. I know youre suppose to soak them off but the lady insisted with prying them off. It was a horrible experience.

Ive gone to Diva Nails for years and have had very few complaints. Hanna is professional and always friendly. They do a fantastic job on pedicures - I wont go anywhere else! My nails are always done the way I ask and if I want anything tweeked they are happy to do it. If you are going for the first time, ask Hanna for a more experienced tech. She has grown significantly and has many new techs which are young and still getting their experience. They are always busy so call and make an appt. otherwise you may have a wait.

If I could nit give a star I would this was one of the worst places ever the first lady didnt listen to what I wanted then got mad because I didnt like what she did so she got another lady to finish and the one thing I said I didnt want the most was for my nails to look wide and thats exactly what they looked like and so she started fileing and I told her to stop that she was making my cuticles sore and they still looked awful so she got mad because I told her I wanted her to just stop and take them off and she was trying to charge me for it ughhh if you dont know what your doing then dont do it.....

I had the worse experience when I got my nails done 2 days ago. The nail lady stabbed her nail into my finger and it started bleeding and one of my nails are messed up. Dont think I will be coming back.
