Purluxe has quickly become my favorite nail salon in Denver! Not only is it beautiful but the service is always fantastic, the appointments start on time and the complimentary coffee/tea is a lovely bonus. My nail artist, Ben, worked with me to create a nail art design that I would be happy with and I am SO obsessed with how it came out! This place looks nice from the outside and on the site, but the chairs and pillows were visibly dirty. Had a manicure and pedicure. The nail techs did a really good job, however, this place doesn’t allow you to wait and dry your nails there, although there is a sign stating that and “sorry for the inconvenience”, but no reason is given. They want you to pay and leave immediately after service and offer you paper thin flip flops you can wear on your feet. They let me stay a little while because I couldn’t and didn’t want to walk in them leaving the building. I also would’ve canceled had I known, but this place also charges you 50% of the cost of whatever service you are canceling if not within 48 hours. A basic pedicure with callus remover and gel manicure is wayyy overpriced-$95 and I was told twice tips are appreciated. This was my first time there. Water was also cold when doing the foot soak. Mainly the cleanliness of the place bothered me along with the prices. I won’t ever be going there again.

Always running at least 10-15 minutes late because the owners want appointments booked back to back without even 5 minutes in between. Time to update your polish assortment and stay on trend and up to date with new color collections from brands, across lacquer gel and dip. It’s pathetic how low it is there. Literally only come here for the nail technician I use, otherwise the place is not worth checking out.Also extremely unprofessional owners who treat their staff poorly.

I live near this area and used to always go to Base Coat which has amazing service. This was my first time at Purluxe and definitely not the worst experience but for a $70 pedicure, I guess I would expect better service and quality. I was called to come in earlier because they were running late but had to wait like 15 minutes which is fine. The girl at the front desk was training someone and she just seemed so annoyed at any question that I asked.The service itself was fine but again, not worth the price. The nail color chipped after 3 days and decided not to call because I just rather go somewhere else. I enjoy splurging on pedicures and manicures and look to have a relaxing experience, and this was just a let down. Its not the worst but if youre looking for a luxurious experience, maybe try another place first.

We had a big group of us get our nails done for my wedding. 2 of us called in to make sure we could have designs. When we got there, the front desk was super rude and said “you have to make a special appointment” and said we could not get designs even though we called in. My mom got punctured by a tool and bled while getting her manicure. And 2 of the girls chipped within 2 days. They do have a 3 day chip policy, but we were out of town for my wedding and could not come back in. It’s pretty pricey to have everything chip within 2 days. I will not be coming back here. The manicurist and pedicurist were actually very nice!The manager did reach out to me when I told them they had a bad experience, but never followed through when reaching out. Again, not worth it for the price.

Really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately doubt Ill be going back. I had a bit of a wait despite a reservation, the champagne and roses pedicure itself was nice but not a good polish job. Its only been 5 days since I got my eyelash extensions and 3/4 of the lashes are out. They were also pretty uncomfortable due to her placement of some of them. May have just been an off day.

This was my first experience EVER getting my nails done, and everyone was so gracious and helpful and walked me through what my desired design would be like on the Gel X nails. My technician Ben was so amazing and clearly very skilled! He took awesome care of me and checked in with me often to make sure I was doing okay. Luu was also so awesome in helping both me and my partner and she was one of the most friendly and genuine people Ive ever met.I will absolutely be making Purluxe my place for whenever I want to get anything done and I highly recommend it to everyone, seasoned vets and newbies alike!

I have been seeing Tiffany for my waxes since March and I have nothing but great things to say! Always on time and very clean. She remembers a lot of things about me and is very quick and efficient with the wax. I don’t trust anyone else!

Wayyyy overpriced. They don’t even have massage Chairs and I asked for a flower to be painted on my big toe and no one would even do that for me… I paid $75 just to have my feet soaked in water and toenails painted. The water bath for our feet doesn’t even have jets… the lady who did my pedicure was way more kind than the one who did my friends. The lady that did my friends toes kept hurting her. I would not go here ever again, I wish I could have my money back. So lackluster

This was one of the best nail salons Ive ever been to. Ben was so patient as I picked out my polish. Everything was very clean and relaxing. I will recommend this place friends in the future.

I got my nails done by someone named Sandy & toes but they were so rude & rough i have cuts on my hand. The receptionist wasnt professional or dressed like it also very rude! The nail salon around the corner is a way better atmosphere! Spend elsewhere!!

We went to Purluxe the day before our wedding to get mani-pedi’s with our wedding party. It was a very fun experience, and the salon is very cute & not too pricy! Immediately, we knew we wanted you guys for this big event. I know you ended up having one of your nail techs call in that day, and when we called to figure this out, we got a little bit of an attitude from the receptionist Emily, but when we interacted with her in person, she was very polite and sweet, so we are still giving 5 stars. Our girls’ nails looked amazing, as did mine & my now-husband’s nails & eyebrows. It was a very fun day, so thank you guys for making it even better. I have really struggled about wether I should post this review bc Tan is absolutely amazing and my dip manicures were always great. Unfortunately I decided to get a lash lift and eyebrow lamination. That was 4 plus months ago and I still can’t put mascara on. Tiffany turned my brows into COARSE curly caterpillars and my lashes were so OVER-PROCESSED that they turned into COARSE spiral curls. I have spent over $1K and 3 months to try to correct then. My lashes will never be the same and I am devastated.

I’ve gotten a Gel-X manicure by Tiffany 3 times now and I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. Tiffany does an amazing job and is very meticulous with her work. She’s also very sweet and I look forward to seeing her. The Gel-X has literally lasted me about one month each time which has shocked me. Highly recommend!

I decided to visit Tiffany to get my eyebrows done after seeing her work on Instagram. She was very meticulous and honest with my brows and I ended up getting my lashes done with her as well. This girl is an absolute perfectionist I love her work I don’t trust many people to touch my brows but I trusted her and after a few months she helped train my brows to look perfect. She also did my lashes for my wedding and I’m obsessed with them. She knows exactly what kind of lashes you need with your specific eye shape. I’ve recommended her to everyone I know and the people who have gone to her love her work too.

My nail techs were speedy, thorough and did a really good job. I was sat in the back, so I didnt have a fun view of downtown. The 5th star is missing b/c I dont care to be up-charged $7 for Essie and Orly polishes. These are standard brands and it doesnt make sense for the customer. I dont think they mention this when booking a service either. I like that you have the ability to tip your tech using Venmo. Was happy with both the mani and pedi.

I came in for a pedicure and when I got home I realized that the polish didn’t cover the entire nail and they were uneven so I contacted them and was asked to come back to get it fixed. When I came back, they wanted to give me the same technician and I asked for someone else. After waiting about 15 minutes, they sent over the same technician so I again had to ask for someone else. The woman that did eventually come over was nice but the experience was very awkward. I won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit to Purluxe today. I asked if they could do a simple design on my nails. Dots. Literally just dots on my nails. And the nail tech said she “didn’t have time”…. You would think for spending over $100 on a gel mani and pedi service, they would be able to give you simple nail art. I came here because they show on the website and Instagram that they do designs. I didn’t think this was too much to ask for. Very misleading. I was only able to do one solid color. The whole appointment just felt rushed. I didn’t expect this from Purluxe. Will not return.

Dee Dee and Tiffany are both amazing. They are very, very professional, very, very pleasant, very, very attentive and they both do exceptional, quality work. I love them both.

I went last Thursday to get my gel X manicure removed, since I did not have time to get a manicure redone. I walked in planning on a 15-20 minute appointment, and had cut that time out of my workday. They sat me, had a technician wrap my nails, then went on to FORGET ABOUT ME and left me with acetone on my nails for AN HOUR. I figured they were busy and when I finally asked it still took them 10 minutes to get another technician. My nails are ruined, they are in complete flakes and have blood blisters underneath the nails. I have never been treated so unprofessionally at a high end salon. When I asked for a discount on my service, they gave me 20% off but did not apologize whatsoever. The $4 I got off of the treatment does not make up for the fact that I now need to wait for my nails to heal until I can get another manicure. I wont be returning unless they offer me a better discount on my next service. So disappointed, my nails would be in better shape if I just ripped them off myself.

I adore getting my nails done by Tiffany! Ive always been extremely rough with my hands and nails, so she actually introduced me to Gel X, and now I dont ever want to get my nails done any differently—Its so incredibly strong and long-lasting. I can easily go a month before having my nails done again. All my life Ive thought my hands were just ugly, but Tiffany easily makes them look beautiful. I return to her every time because shes also meticulous and professional. So very happy I found her and PurLuxe!

Its was really over priced for what I got. I asked to do nail art and the woman doing my Mani just completely ignored it and didnt even respond. Definitely not a $200 service experience.... I could have gone to a salon 2 mins away in cherry creek north for half the cost and gotten what I want. I guess thats what you get for trying something new.

The first time I came in, I had a gentleman do my nails and he did a phenomenal job. I came back a second time expecting the same excellent service however the technician my second time was a woman and she did a horrible job. My nails are different lengths, there are bumps, I didnt get the design or color I wanted and she wasted a lot of time walking around looking for colors and kept bringing the wrong ones. For example I asked for yellow for one nail, she brought green. I ask for hot pink for another nail, she brings purple and claims its the color I picked when Im showing her the image of the nail polish bottle from your website and it is completely different from what she brought. When I went to pay I explained my concerns to the front desk personnel and she rudely said I can come in another time within a week so they can fix the errors and I explained to her that I dont have time to come in again as I have a very tight schedule, and she replies well I gave you an option bye.

Getting nails done is expensive, especially when theres no consideration put into what you ask for. Booked an appointment at the Cherry Creek location, after thoroughly looking for a salon online. Unfortunately this was not the place. Through the polish you could see the glue and buffering, pointed this out and when it came to checking out, the technician offered a discount only after having already checked out, which was obviously too late. But instead of offering it towards my next appointment I was told a thank you and nice day. Long story short, Im not recommending or coming back. Check out Mainstream Nails! They have the best, experienced technicians and only found them after this disappointing and pricey appointment.

I have gone to both the Lohi and cherry creek locations and have had my nails done by Tan. He is the best! It is hard to find a good nail technician who can do nails on small nail beds. Tan is so precise and thorough. He makes sure every nail is right before he lets you leave. I will go to him from now on. Paul did my pedicure, and he did a wonderful job. Truly enjoyed my experiences there.

My technician educated me about the gel X nails, recommended a shape more on trend, took great care applying the nails, and added a fancy element to the design I requested.

I did a quick Google search on Cherry Creek nail salons and PurLuxe came up. It was the best looking in terms of decor and stations and I loved the website. So my boyfriend and I went in for mani/pedi/polish change, but after seeing the receptionists nails, I wanted those instead of a manicure. She told me it was Gel X and Reyna did them so I booked that. It was the BEST decision of the day! Reyna was such a joy to work with! She was very professional and had a bubbly personality! She hooked my nails up! Ive finally found a home nail salon ( I travel between here and Atlanta often). Its well worth the trip alone! Also, Im so sorry I dont remember the other techs names (we had 2 each) but my boyfriend got a Sweet Coco-asis mani and pedi, and it looked AMAZING!! (He said it felt good too!) Rose petals, milk, a mask, we really paid a small price for a great luxury! And shout out to the tech who redid my French toes, its waaaay better looking! We will definitely be returning!

Our group of 6 girls, where 3 got gel manicures and 3 got pedicures, was a great experience. The staff was friendly, and they did quick work on our manicures. Not a perfect manicure, as there were some eveness issues with the coats of color, but it looks great if you dont look too close.

Okay, this place is freaking adorable and does excellent work. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful, a total sweetheart and did an excellent job on my nails.Update: Rachel who did my gel pedicure today was phenomenal. Super fun to chat with and did a killer job on my toes. Purluxe is always strong on their COVID measures too! Each time I visit they have a clever new safety feature/measure.

I went in for my 22nd birthday and got the Champagne and Petals pedicure. My nail tech was Kim. I had a fabulous experience. It was very clean, professional, welcoming, and considerate. I wanted to take pictures and enjoy every moment and the nail techs were very patient and alerted me when a cute “Insta worthy” moment was about to begin so I could pull out my phone. I’ll definitely be coming back, you feel so pampered and feminine!

I came here exepecting to get wonderful service especially for the price. My first nails looked okay, crooked here and there and the dip was uneven. 1-2 days after my manicure the color design on the top which I paid 10$ extra for started chipping and dip on one nail already chipped off. Made an appointment to come get them fixed. I was talked rudely to on the phone and then when I came in to get it fixed, the lady didn’t even offer to redo my nails. She just filed them down and took off the design and added a top coat that is bumpy and uneven and sent me on my way. So I paid $10 for a design i didn’t even recieve and a total of $70 for nails that look like they cost $20. Very disappointed in such a high end salon where you would expect the service to be unbeatable.Update: my fixed dip nails have begun to chip 2 days later, absolutely ridiculous I have never had this many issues with dip before!

Horrible experience. Did my nails so terrible. Went to get them fixed, woman was beyond rude about repairing them. Had to go back a third time and they are still awful. Woman said I couldnt get a refund and told me there was no manager? Dont waste time or money here.

They grinder my nails so thin. They started breaking within a couple days. The tech also made rude comments about the quality of the polish that I had one coming in. My friend is a nail tech and uses hard gel only. He commented on how bad it was and how it would leave my nails. I’ve never had an issue with my nails before coming here.

Im quite picky when it comes to my nails. It can be hard to find someone you trust to put your ideas into fruition. Im so grateful I found Reyna at Purluxe Beauty Bar. Not only is she talented with her work, but, she is extremely personable and fun to hang out with. Every time I see her I fall more in love with what she does to my nails. I highly recommend Purluxe Beauty Bar and I STRONGLY recommend you see Reyna. Also, they serve wine.... which is an automatic plus.

I rarely do anything for myself, as a single mom everything goes to my son! I decided to treat myself with a mani-pedi and this salon had the availability. The experience was taking a turn for the worse when my nail tech couldn’t get the ombré nail look I was asking for. I thought it was going to be a disaster. But they made it right. Not only did they get a more experienced tech to redo the job, they discounted my bill and paid for my beverages. I appreciate everything and I’ll be back.

The service was great and they did an amazing job. Once I arrived, they offered me a drink, I asked what they had and they said wine, I said sure, Ill have a white... I had a long day at work.I get the bill and realized the one glass of wine was $13..... $13.... for a glass of white Franzia Im sure.Again, service was great. But dont offer wine and then up charge like crazy.

This review is for the LoHi location. I had the best pedicure of my life with the Cool Cucumber Pedicure. It was so relaxing, and wonderful. My nail tech did an excellent job with the actual pedicure as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this service and the LoHi location. Very clean, spaced out, and wonderful experience. I wish I could give more stars!

I tried out their LoHi location ten days ago and got the dip manicure. I asked the manicurist several times to push back my cuticles and make sure all of my nails were the same length. She filed them a few times, but each time I checked they were different lengths and the edges were not smooth. I felt uncomfortable asking again, so finally asked her for the nail file so I could smooth the edges. My pointer fingers are still completely different shapes.When done, a couple of the nails still had nail visible on the sides. She kindly fixed them.About a week after getting the dip done I had visible cracks in my nails! I texted them a video and sent an email but have not heard back. Today, one my then finally chipped! I have been getting dip religiously for the past few years and have never had this experience! I also feel like the mistakes are so simple and not something that should happen!

A friend of mine recently told me about Purluxe and I’m so glad they did! Tiffany did my manicure and Bee did my pedicure. Efficient, thorough, friendly, and professional. Such a nice and relaxing atmosphere to be in. I will definitely be coming back soon!

I booked online for a 1010am appointment. I received several text messages from the nail salon changing my time, last one stated 1045am in which I confirmed via text reply. At 1020 I receive a call fr the receptionist saying I was late for my appointment. I said I was not late and they changed the time. She offered no real explanation or apology. Arrived at the salon, and it is very nice inside. The nail and eyebrow techs were friendly and courteous. However, the receptionist was a bit snappy and not that friendly. I was asked to go to the back and wasnt given an option as to where to sit. Also, the process seemed confusing and I was definitely overcharged for the services. My nail chipped and got slightly smudged on a couple fingers as they dont allow you to sit in salon and let your nails dry. Street parking is really the only only option, and like many places in Cherry Creek North its a hassle and frustrating. I wouldnt likely return. Id recommend going elsewhere for more affordable prices and better overall service and parking.

The receptionist allowed me to reschedule twice and was so accommodating. Dee dee (Sawadee) put up with my indecisiveness and was very kind during my gel! Everything here always turns out great and the customer service is awesome.

Update: I added one star. They have good customer service and had me come back for a new mani. While it’s only been 3-days, they haven’t chipped yet!Got engaged with chipped nails...I went to the new location on opening day (by coincidence). It was really cute and obviously clean. While my pedicure was fantastic, Im pretty disappointed with my manicure and heres why:1. 2 nails chipped within 2-days. This is extra upsetting because I told Bee (my manicurist) that I thought I was getting engaged soon, so I was hoping for a fantastic manicure. I did get engaged... and unfortunately my nails were chipped.2. She didnt cut my cuticles so I had to do them myself at home3. They didnt have the color I wanted (which was a plain white)Overall I think this place seemed really cute and nice, however the quality of mani service was sub-par.

Got the dip manicure for the first time on my natural nails and the area around the cuticles is a little messy and they came out thicker than I have seen done before. Overall I like them but dont love them.

This is my second time going to Purluxe in Cherry Creek. I’m not sure if the beauty salons around here are just not as high quality as they are in CT but my manicure looks horrible. The first time I tried the dip powder and the color came out clear so they kindly offered for me to come back to fix them. This time I did gel and it looks like I painted them myself. Super disappointed for the $$$.

I love Purluxe! I’ve tried a lot of different places in Denver but Purluxe is by far the best. Every staff member is great, but Reyna is a stand out! She is one of the most talented nail artists i’ve ever worked with and definitely the best i’ve worked with in Denver. She will do everything possible to ensure you have the nails you love and a great experience!

We love getting our nails done here. They are efficient, have wonderful service and a large selection of nail polish. Ive even brought my 3yr old b/c they take extra special care of her as well. I often have mani/pedi work meetings and Ive tried tons of places around Denver and this is my favorite.

Covid procedures were effective and made me feel safe- temp checks at the door, sanitizing procedures, all the tools came from a package that they opened in front of the client. Everything was very clean.I adore my manicure. Ben was very patient as I talked prices and figured out what I wanted, and his ombre and gel work on my hands is stunning. ($40 for gel polish. It was an extra $10 for tips to get more length, but I stuck with my natural nails) Initially I was just going to do accent fingers, but after seeing his work I asked him to do more of them ($5 for ombre on accent nails, $15 for all nails). His lines are very neat and precise. I dont get my nails done often, because Im picky and usually do them myself, but I would go back to Ben in a heartbeat.My friend wanted a UV gel manicure, but accidentally picked a regular essie polish off the wall. The polishes off the wall are all polish, although some say gel polish on them. So if you want the soak off gel polish, you have to be very specific. You dont want the clear bottles. She scarred her manicure on the way out the door, and they were nice about fixing it. She got the classic manicure with the polish for $25 (with the essie polish as an extra $7 charge).This location is a little tighter inside than the lohi location- it felt crowded, although they did a good job social distancing with the space available. There is a free parking garage next to it that they share with drybar, although its small and fills up quick. Overall, I would recommend Ben if you come to this location, although I prefer the view, interior, and parking at the lohi location. Both offer excellent service and great mani pedis!

Do it, you will be pleasantly surprised! Christina gives the BEST pedicure from Dallas to Miami to Denver! And my manicure from Van was perfect.

I have been going to Tiffany at Purluxe for waxing for months now, and wouldnt go to anyone else! Tiffany does a great job -- shes very efficient, but not painful at all. Im happy with the results every time. Plus, shes always very friendly and professional. The prices are good and the location is convenient too. Highly recommend!

Tan is THE best! He has done my nails for over a year or so. He is quick, courteous and always on point. He listens to what you want and is a true artist! Tan does amazing designs but can do simple too. Although I would follow Tan to ANY salon, Purluxe is very fancy and professional and I enjoy going there. They have parking and it’s gorgeous inside. There’s lots of natural light, pretty fixtures and finishes and it’s clean. I also like to schedule my services online to secure my spots. 10/10! 💯

I got an eyelash lift & tint from Tiffany. I’m in love with them!!! It was my first time getting these services so I had hesitation and she made me feel very comfortable!I also got an eyebrow tint & wax during the eyelash service (also first time for that). I never knew till now that I could have an arch in my eyebrows ! Highly recommend her. My eyes pop way more now. I’m 5x more confident because being a natural blonde your features aren’t naturally accentuated!

Was there last Tuesday so this all happened in 1 full week. While was there it was great. Friendly staff quick appointment. The problem started the night left my first nail broke. was able to go back the next day for a free repair which was great. Took about 10 minutes of that. The following day I went on a trip. First day another nail broke. I was able to super glue it back on and buff it so it didnt look so bad. Each day off my trip another nail broke. All of them had except for the one that was repaired had. discoloration by Monday when I got home. I can tell that the dip was thin because the repaired one was stronger and thicker than the rest. I will not be back to this shop. Upset thatI spent as much as did for this. Btw had dip with a tip.

This place is fabulous. Tiffany does a great job on lashes, brow tints, and nails. I seriously love the service and the staff is super friendly. Totally worth every penny. If youre in the area it is a must!

This place is top notch! I was able to get an appointment same day and when I arrived I didn’t have to wait at all. I got a pedicure from Jennifer, who was extremely sweet and attentive. I got an eyebrow wax from a really sweet young woman, but I can’t recall her name. Both were very professional and offered me a beverage. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service you get. Plus complimentary valet!! I think I found my new nail salon home!

The 5 stars is for Charmane, who did a fantastic job on my nails this weekend. She proved that doing nails is an art form. It was nothing fancy, just a single color, but Despite the simplicity, I was very impressed. Seemingly effortlessly, she gave me the best dip I have had to date. It’s completely even, well shaped, and looks natural. I was most impressed by her fluid technique than anything. Based on this experience, I believe she could do it with her eyes closed, so ‘honest’ and natural. It seemed effortless and came out perfect. She is a true talent.

While there was some confusion with my appointment (in regards to who was supposed to be providing me with my services), the staff was very professional and cleared up the issues right away. They gave me a small discount - allowing me to use a gel polish on my toes for no additional cost.Charmane was a wonderful, friendly, and skilled nail technician! The other gal who did my gel manicure was also incredibly sweet, social, and thorough.I appreciated the excellent customer service, and I will be returning in the near future!

I recently had an appointment here with Lynne. She was wonderful. I felt a little bad for her because she was clearly busy and wasnt receiving much support from the rest of the team. She did an alright job on my dip tip nails. Alright. Not amazing, not bad at all. The problem I had with the place was the coat rack they had up front, and no one offered to hang up my coat. Then the very fancy looking drink set up- and no one offered me a drink. I had to request a drink and when someone brought me one (after reminding them because it had been 20 minutes) the tea was cold and unable to steep because of the cold water. When I went to pay they quoted me a price, and when I went to pull out my wallet and realized I had left it. When I came back in with my wallet to pay, the price had gone up. When I asked about it they said they can adjust the price according to shaping. I freaking hate hidden fees. I work in the area and have been on the hunt for a good nail place. Ill keep looking!

I will not be going back! I got a dip manicure which chipped on the first day. It didnt even last two weeks. I had it removed and got a gel manicure and was charged almost $10 more than the technician quoted me. Within a couple days it started chipping. They gave me a complimentary repair, since it was within 5 days; however, the following day more nails started chipping. Its been less than two weeks and entire nails are peeling off. Not just chipping, but the whole thing is popping off! The only reason Im giving it more than one start is because the technicians are friendly and the ambience is nice. Otherwise, terrible quality and overpriced!

My first dip manicure was horrible because it was so thick. I just went back and had the best dip manicure with Baobai! She’s amazing. She took her time and went above and beyond. I also love how clean everything is. It’s very well appointed. Thank you!

Great environment, spotty service. I got a gel pedicure recently. An hour later, it was lumpy and destroyed, almost as if the gel polish didnt dry properly. They were great about fixing it, and did it for free the next day. During the fixing, the male technician noted that it came out lumpy yet AGAIN. He started over and they came out great. He assured me they were dry. 30 minutes later, they are ruined again. I called back and the receptionist tells me that they will have to charge me to fix it. How is that possible? Gel is supposed to be dry by the time you leave the salon and last for weeks. I have been trying to give this salon repeated chances because its a lovely location and convenient. Never again. If your product is bad, the last thing you should do is cover it up with a snotty attitude.

I found Pureluxe on Instagram with their beautiful nail photos and designs. Absolutely fell in love the the place. The salon is beautiful and everyone is very nice and will answer any question you may have.I went in for the GelX nails and was consulted that i should get tips with dip. Having done this before it was fine. However, for the price I paid, my nails fell off in a week. When I contacted the salon they told me that they had a 5 day policy (not disclosed anywhere not was I told this in person) and basically you’re out of luck. I can say for a fact that if I do come back I will be making sure to go to a different tech. If this is considered a high end salon I expect high end customer service.

The ONLY person I will ever be going to is Tan. Because of the pandemic situation, he was not back yet😭The salon rescheduled me with another tech (with my permission)and omg...that was a waste of money. Mind you, they do have Cherry Creek prices and personally Im VERY picky. Paying $90 for dip, when Tan does it, is sort of acceptable because he does it perfectly, you cant find any flaws. This time...technician left for her other app. and different girl (who was better) was finishing my nails. Then I had a fastest pedi of my life(15min).... Two weeks later, I have ingrown toenail and my dip looks awful. I do understanding that NOW is very challenging to run any business, especially beauty salon BUT when you charging top dollar, personally I expect better service.

Just got a gel manicure at Purluxe and it was fantastic! They were so kind and fit me into their schedule without much notice. The space is clean, bright, and spacious. The tools are in sterilized cases and everything seems very well maintained. Loved it. Thank you Purluxe!

A friend recommended me this place and im glad I went because im so happy with my nails. Reyna did amazing job, she is a fun person to conversat with. Ill be coming back for my next set most definitely!

I paid $100 on two occasions for a set of nails at the Purluxe Beauty Bar. Each time I had them redone at another salon within the first week due to cracking or uneven mess. The nails not only looked like garbage but they couldn’t even last 5 days??? I asked for a free set and they said I was past the date of fixing it. I used to love this chic and adorable salon. Now, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

I came in on Sunday for a gel manicure. My manicurist struggled to get my previous gel off (she barely left the acetone on to soak off and Im worried about the integrity of my nails underneath). My manicurist clipped my cuticles and made bleed on 4 different nails. 1 cut is very deep and was very painful when she did it. The color is also very splotchy. Which the manicurist noticed and followed with a 3rd coat to even it out. Which it did not do. And now my nails are very thick and uneven. It has been 5 days and my nails are already peeling. Very disappointed in my service as my gels usually last 2-3 weeks not days. Will not be coming back.

I have had several visits to the salon, and I am always impressed with the service. I want to specifically mention Alexa, who has done my nails multiple times now, and I have always been extremely happy with the results. She takes her time to be thorough, her attention to detail is admirable- it shows she really enjoys what she does and puts her heart into it. She goes above and beyond to ensure I am happy and leave with a smile on my face. She has done dip, tips, nail art, and ombres for me, and has proven to be versatile and skilled in all she does. She is willing to push me just enough to try new things, but always manages to do it in a tasteful way that stays true to my classic style. She remembers personal topics and asks me about my life, and keeps me posted on fun things in hers, so the time is spent with friendly conversation and a lighthearted mood. I would 100% recommend the experience she provides.
