The lady who did my nails was very irritated, she hurt me on two on my fingers, and I had blood. The polish didn reach the ends of my nails, after 2 weeks the nails look terrible. I wouldnt recommend this place at all!

I came in here with my daughter and dropped over $200. My daughter got a full set and each one popped off in the first few days about 1/2 of them. I got a French mani and they started turning yellow immediately-like a stain, when we went in they said my nail color must be turning because of cleaning products. Not the case. Offer to do something? Nope. “$5 dollars off” No way am I going to come here again. I’ve never had a mani turn yellow/orange. You can see from my receipt 7 days ago-nails this expensive should last more than a week.

The lady who worked on me was very impatient and irritated that I did understand her grunting. I left a very small tip and she grunted at me again.I go there only because its convenient, but I may travel further next time for better customer service.

I had a deluxe manu/pedi today. The nail tech did a marvelous job; very thorough (my first M/P in 16 months!) and pleasant. The foot bath had a liner and the instruments used for both the manicure and pedicure were sterile (she removed them from sealed packaging). I have only had positive experiences at this location, and I love that Snappy Nails is open on Sundays!

RUN AWAY! PICK A DIFFERENT PLACE! Left my cuticles bloody and painted clear coat over the blood. Asked to fix and the pictures are the FIXED versions. My nails are rough and unprofessional appearing. I could have done better at home. The massages were AWFUL. I went to have a little relaxation and felt rushed and like I was an inconvenience. I was asked to pay before my services were finished and felt pressured to both pay and tip lest my toes be left unpolished. Ill be reporting them to the appropriate health departments for failing to use autoclaved, separate tools for each client.

I went to snappy nails for years. I loved this place. They have ruined my fingernails twice now. I had to cut them down to the nub after growing them for months. Not only did they ruin my nails but they made me pay to have their bad job fixed. Terrible customer service. I am so disappointed.

I cant believe I just got a mani/pedi/wax for under 100 bucks here! They were super kind and super efficient. If I didnt live in a different city, this would be my spot.

The place is not managed well. Anyone with an appointment that shows up early should be waited on BEFORE those who dont have an appointment. I had been a client for over 10 years. No more. I will not goback. You raise the price and cant honor appointments.

Chairs at pedicure station are difficult as the controls are hidden and difficult to operate.Manicure standing next to pedicure chair ended up being poor quality. Lots of cuts and polish did NOT cover nail.Will check out other technicians elsewhere.

40 dollars for white gel polish and a fix on one broken nail. the polish was done horribly its lumpy and there are bubbles. one of my nails arent even fully polished. I am so disappointed in this company. I will NEVER come back here. Beware buyer.

Usually excellent serviceI have been here multiple times and usually the service is great! I get shellac manicures every two weeks and usually they last for about 2.5 weeks. A couple of times though I have had a particular lady who just doesn’t care. My most recent manicure was done by her and that lasted barely a week. After 2 days you could plainly see that it was done sloppily, and carelessly. It has only been a week and the polish is starting to catch on my hair. The polish didn’t reach the ends of my nails or the corners. It was uneven and once they grew out, I had to file the edges down so that they wouldn’t scratch anything. The ladies here do such excellent work and I will continue coming back, I would just like to warn everyone that every once in a while you get someone who just doesn’t care, but you shouldn’t let that ruin your experience because all of the other people that I’ve had have done careful, amazing work.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. I went in they sat me down to get my pedicure, all seemed fine but they lady was not very good. The massage was horrible.. I finally sat down for my fill set and she picked a different color than what I wanted. My nails are sloppy, crooked, and longer than I asked. I asked for shorter and she said they were fine shed file them short soon but didnt. He paid $100 and shes charged me another $28. And wouldnt explain why. Horrible place

I’ve walked into Snappy Nails approx 5 times over the past 6 months. Each visit has been a different time of day and with a different nail tech. Overall, each experience was very good and I was pleased with my gel manicure and the length of time it lasted (if it doesn’t hold up at least 2 weeks, then it’s not worth it).My better, more enjoyable manicures were at off-peak times. But the couple times I popped in after work or on a Saturday, I never waited more than 15 minutes and I didn’t feel overly rushed thru the manicure.Be sure to clearly communicate nail shape and color. A couple times there was a language barrier, but the nail tech understood what I was looking for.Prices are good compared to other nearby salons. And parking is easy in their lot.

Went in and had Mani pedicure. Gal that did my pedicure did a great job. Mani was something else. She went so fast and looked at her watch 10 plus times, each time cutting my cuticle. I have cuts on 5 fingers. As Im getting done with my pedicure I notice that 3 of my nails are already lifting up in color. Ask to have someone fix since the first lady hurt me so much, they have the same lady repair and she filed off to the point that I have file burns now on those 3 fingers. SO 8 out of 10 have blood sores. Awful!!!!

Im new to the area and went to Snappy Nails on a whim last week since the warm weather seemed to have arrived and I hadnt had a pedicure in quite a while....so my feet werent in the best of shape. The young woman did a beautiful job and I didnt feel rushed. A good first experience for me!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Im not the type to leave negative reviews, but I want others to beware of this shop.First, I asked for a full set using the cat eye polish. This should have been $50 ($35 for full set, $15 for the special polish) yet I was charged $70. Next, they did absolutely NOTHING for my cuticles. Did not soak or push back, barely trimmed them, and didnt even apply cuticle oil. The woman didnt bother to shape my nails, it looks like a toddlers attempt at a coffin shape. Rather than starting to shape when she glued on the tips, she waited until she finished the acrylic and then FILED THE SHAPE. I have never had my fingers hurt so badly, she was filing way too much and practically ripping my nails off of my hand. When she got done, they were in no way consistent. Some are longer than others, and none of them are symmetrical. They dont even match the size of my fingers, I look like a kid who went through some 80s press-on nails. Two of them have ridges and valleys -- even my husband commented on how weird the shape is. They are currently glued to my skin on the sides. The straw that broke the camels back was when my tech made fun of someone coming in for a lip wax, in English, to the other customers. Oh, and my nail tech was the manager. HIGHLY unprofessional, I will NEVER come here again.

They just feel rushed and don’t get into getting what you want done. You have to ask multiple times. I feel they are over priced for what they offer and I shouldn’t have to tell you over and over how to clean out and how short to make my nails.

I wanted to give this place another chance. I hadnt been here for a while due to the fact that when I went in previously to have my acrylic nails done they looked terrible. They were crooked and uneven and looked like a 4 year old had done them. They offer dip powder and I wanted to try it and crossed my fingers that it would be better. Unfortunately I ended up with the same outcome. They are crooked and uneven. I had to come home and file them myself so that they at least dont look like I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. Unfortunately everything else about them still looks like a child did them. I will be getting ahold of my normal nail salon and asking then to take this off and put acrylics back on. My pedicure also left a lot to be desired. The massage was lackluster and rushed. I am disappointed with this nail salon as a whole.

I have only gotten like 5 pedicures my entire life so Im not any kind of expert. But the times Ive been here (someone elses treat) Ive felt like an assembly line person and almost an inconvenience. Service is okay and its relatively quick to get in.

At first, I was pleased to be able to get right in for a gel mani as a walk in with no waiting. And I thought I was rather happy with my nail tech lady. She was pleasant enough. I did think it was unusual that she did not ask my to wash my hands before applying gel polish. My nails appeared to look nice when I left. BUT! Just TWO days later, one nail was peeling. I used super glue and glued the gel back and got another 3 Days. By then, 2 other nails were already peeling off. I have never had the gel peel off that quickly. In less than one week, my nails looked horrible. I won’t be back. There are many other nail places to try.

Has to be THE WORST nail salon Ive ever visited. Myself and 9 other people who visited all had the same experience.They are constantly complaining for more gratuity (even after giving 15-20%) for horrible service, they are rude to questions, and lie about honoring gift cards that THEY provide in the first place.After I got a racist remark, I stopped going there. Never felt so low and mistreated in a salon in front of other customers. Listen to the other reviews on here. There are reasons why they have the rating they have and other shops in the neighborhood have 4.5+ stars. Even on Google reviews, same scores ... FAR below their peers.Save your money. You work hard for it. Dont give your money to bad, racist people. Dont go there.

I got the deluxe pedicure & it was wonderful! The lady who did it took her time and I got a long massage. I also needed a nail fixed, & a woman who appeared to be the manager said “we will fix it with glue, it’ll be fine.” It’s a crack way down in one of my acrylics...I’ve never had them “fix” it with glue before, but she assured me it would fix it. A few hours later the crack is back, of course. She then yelled at the lady who was about to do my pedicure to get the glue, making her run across the salon. I also overheard her being pretty rude to another customer.Taking away a star for the rude manager (or so it seemed that she was in charge), and the “glue fix”.

Where do I begin.... We didnt even have a chance to pick out colors for our toes and shellac manicures they rushed us to the chairs. They have coupons on the website, but dont actually honor them. They claimed they applied our discounts already and the total for a shellac manicure and regular pedi was normally $60, so they charged us $55. I asked multiple times are you sure, they said yes. If you go to their website it clearly states the services we had were $55, they did not honor the coupon that is ON THEIR WEBSITE. The nail technician left me alone for about five minutes, came back threw lotion on my hands and said okay you done, that is NOT a hand massage! I also got my eyebrows waxed and the lady said she couldnt shape eyebrows, just trim and clean up. WHY do they offer eyebrow waxing if they cant do the basics? WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. What a scam.

I moved just a block away from this place and decided to try it out. Paid $35 for Shellac manicure that took 15 mins. She did not remove my cuticles and just layered on the shellac. 3 days later it keeps getting caught in my hair. I was very rush and they did a terrible job. I will not be returning!

Great friendly service, made me feel very pampered. Got a mani/pedi recently of nice quality for less than 50$ I usually go for their Deluxe Pedicure which is a nice little package of services for 35$. Worth every penny. Ill be back again for sure.

Came this salon just one time but I am totally impressed by the way staff do their job. They did my nails very meticulously and creatively. After about half of an hour, I got very new, unique and beautiful nails that Ive never had before.Im glad because this salon is not far from my apartments, so I can come this very often when I have time.

This place is horrible! They charge an additional $5.00 for any polish you decide, when you get a full set. The tech didn’t file any of my nails alike! They are all various lengths and widths! The acrylic is thick on some parts, thinner on other parts! My nails are completely uneven, every one of them! The nails are full of bubbles in the acrylic as well! Such a horrible job! I will be going back to Signature Nails!

I was shopping next door and decided to pop in and get a pedicure. Overall the pedicure was fantastic and very reasonable price at $25 regular and $40 deluxe. They have 16 chairs for pedicures so very little wait time if any at all. My only recommendation that would make the experience better would be if they offered a drink to enjoy during the pedicure.

I came here while visiting my friend. They were nice and able to see us right away. The problem was the lady who did my nails must have been in a rush. She destroyed my cuticles and they were bleeding. They still sting whenever water hits them. I wish I could tell her name to urge anyone to avoid her. She was standing outside smoking when we left if that helps to identify her. I would not recommend this place

Skills questionable. I told them when I walked in the door what I wanted. They assigned a tech. First she did not speak or understand English. Anything i said to her she said yes,yes. I was not asking questions. Second i yelled out loud does anyone speak English. For a response and assist. The original tech was not knowledgeable of nail repair with acrylic. She used nail glue. I told them when I walked in I wanted acrylic or gel. Quite disappointed in service. They may think they are fast but the quality is not there.I do not recommend them. Note: I have visited several times.

Usually I leave the nail salon happy, feeling good about myself and in an overall better mood than when I went in, not this time however, I left so frustrated I was in tears. I would even stretch to say I almost let it ruin my day. No one here speaks enough English to understand a question much less answer it. If you try to ask a question they just assume you are making a complaint and get defensive. Horrible experience, wish I had read the reviews before experiencing it first hand.

I’m not one to complain and I’ve had my nails done a million times before but my first time going here they give me a new guy to work on my toes which is fine but it was like no one was instructing him. My water was scorching hot and he cooled it down but then placed burning hot towels on my legs without cooling them down first. I ignored the hiccups and was excited for my nails. My friend and I got done with our toes the same time and she was done 40 min before me. The lady kept putting on and taking off my nails. There was acrylic stuck to my hands and acrylic balls formed under my nails. She attempted to clip them off with nail clippers and clipped my skin multiple times before using a electric nail drill. I paid 38 for my finger and my toes and I get home and my right ring finger falls off after grabbing a shirt from my bed as well as all the nails are different sizes and shapes. I left a message and my number no one returned my call. I went in and they were trying to make me wait for the SAME woman for an hour later when I already drove 30 min there. Would not issue me a refund. I have pictures everything. They were very unprofessional and rude. Don’t waste your time they obviously don’t care about the quality of their work and will hire anyone to touch your nails.

They were nice and would do a decent job but would always ask for more money and make me feel guilty about my 20% tip. saying they worked a long time on my nails and deserved more tip. I only go there as a last resort

You get what you pay for. It was a good manicure but a bit too fast to be great.

If you can avoid going here, do so. Very very overpriced for very sloppy, poor work and customer service. Not quite sure why clean tools aren’t an option here either. I would recommend upscale nails up the block a million times over this place.

HORRIBLE. My usual place was super busy and I had broken a nail and needed gel. They finished in 25 minutes! It should never just take 25 minutes. The polish isnt even at all. Then, they charged $40 instead of $35. I was so annoyed, and I should have argued the price. I had a rushed experience the time before and should have known better!

This place is real hit or miss, I usually dont write reviews but I just got one of the worst shellac manicures I think Ive ever had. All my nails are different shapes and different lengths, and the paint job is so sloppy. I had the same lady I got when I first went there for a pedicure and was severely disappointed. I decided to give them another chance and my 2nd lady was amazing, I tired to ask for her today but she wasnt there. I am so mad about my manicure right now, Im waiting to cool of till I go back to have them fix it...just be weary about some of the peope.Update: 3 nails came completely off 2 days after my manicure. Never going in here again.

I never should have stayed when I saw the tub was filthy, but I sat down anyway.. I asked for a regular manI pedi, which they insisted doing at the sane time at 130pm on a Thursday when the shop was empty. The towel the manicurist laid down was covered in nail polish. Im worried the tools were not clean. I got clipped with cuticle nippers on my finger and big toe which made me bleed. I had to ask for antiseptic. They blamed the bleeding on my dry skin. Staff were unfriendly, did not appreciate tip, and rushed through what was supposed to be a treat to myself. I highly do NOT recommend this salon.

I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Despite the mixed reviews online, I decided to have a mani+pedi at this Snappy Nails because it was in my neighborhood and the prices were reasonable. I wasnt looking for a spa day, just a good place close by to have basic services at affordable prices. I was greeted and quickly seated for my pedicure. The pedicure was quick (no problem) but sloppy. My 13 year old boy could have painted my toes better! On to the manicure, the nail technician offered a shellac manicure and promised it would last for weeks. I have been interested in trying the shellac products and I noticed they used CND, the original shellac nail product. I paid the extra $30 with the promise of a long lasting manicure for several weeks. Well...day two and there was a chip on my thumb after peeling a sticker off my apple! Day three and the tips began to fade ( I had black tips). Oh, did I mention that my cuticles were barely touched and manicured? Day 6 and the tips continue to fade along with the shellac starting to peel at the edges on some fingers. I gingerly take care of my hands at this point afraid my long-lasting manicure was only going to last 10 days if I was lucky! Day 9 and I return to the shop after one nail tip completely peeled off and another was starting to go. I quietly ask for the manager and after I explained what was happening, she had me take a seat to fix my nails. There was a male technician who was rude and told me I washed my hands too often...really? Then the technician informs me she will fix the one nail that peeled off. I said I would like them all corrected and she said no. I asked then to have them all removed. She got up and I was told I would have to wait. I walked out and now I have to pay to have them fixed or removed by a reputable nail salon. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! I have lived in California, Oklahoma and Colorado and have had manicures and pedicures done for over 20 years.

Horrible horrible horrible...... first the nail technician was unfriendly. Upon arrival i explained to her exactly what i wanted done and she agreed she could do it. as we started it seemed odd and did not look good but i thought maybe i just need to wait til the end. Once she finished an began doing the design she couldnt do what i wanted then told me to buy a sticker an put it on at home. I said no im paying all this money plus you told me you could do it i dont want to go home an finish it. She said she couldnt do what i wanted an no one else there did designs. She told me i can do one design i said fine do it. Once done every single nail was clumpy and had dents in them, the design she did was smeared from the top coat she put on and smeared on the nail next to it with white streaks. I asked for a refund after it dried an saw how horrible it was and she refused after lying to me about her being the manager.

If you want to be treated like you are inconveniencing them & love your nails to look like theyve been painted by a 5 year old, this is the place for you. Horrible.

Sloppiest french tips ive ever seen. No one could understand what I wanted and i didnt realize just how bad till I got home and saw how uneven and faint the line was. I would expect that they would be up to date on some of the trends but it seemes so difficult to have a colored tip instead of white. My pedicurist was so unfriendly and didnt understand i word I said to her. Besides the chair massage thrones my experience was bad. This is the 2nd time Ive walked out disappointed. I will never go back.

I had a bad experience at this place when one of the ladys put hot lotion on my feet and I screamed it burned so bad leaving a red mark. I honestly wanted to get up and leave. They gave me a hard time about paying with cash after paying with card. So I wont go back.

Took my mother to get a mani/pedi yeaterday and It might have been the weekend rush that caused our girls to rush through our services because Ive gone during the week before and had great service. The attention to detail was lacking and our polish jobs were sloppy. They also charged $3 for an OPI color I got on my toes because the bottle had a silver top...didnt like how that was added after the fact.

A few days ago a group of friends and I went into have mani and pedis done. Not only were our nails completely different lenghts and super crooked, they did not charge me for 1 of my friends and now are harassing another friend of mine who works 3 doors over for the money they failed to charge me. I will be calling them and if they will not leave her alone we will have to file a lawsuit for harassment.

I set an appointment for a manicure at this location. The lady on the phone was professional without any chit-chat, which I like. When there, my manicurist was very terse, which again, with language barriers, is okay. The inside of the salon was clean, spacious, chic, and had tons of pedi chairs. I was quite excited at first.My manicurist was a bit rough with my hands, jerking me about a bit. She filed and buffed my nails. I had to point out some of the spots that needed attention. It seemed that she was absentmindedly going through a routine rather than paying special attention to my nails. She then took very nice care of my cuticles. The massage she gave my hands/forarms was a joke. She basically quickly rubbed lotion on and was done.I decided I wanted the CND Shellac manicure. Maybe the Shellac is more difficult to paint on, but her ability to paint/polish the nails was pretty amateur. I do a better job at home, even with thicker polishes. I had to point out several times bald/uneven patches and she did not get the sides/edges very well at all. The gel topcoat ended up with a few bubbles, had pooled around my cuticles and was smeared on my skin. When I pointed this out, expecting her to remove the excess polish from my skin, she said that I should just take it off at home.In Summary:Pros: Convenient location, nice interior, large selection of services/polish colors. Staff is professional (and just this side of rude, but I dont mind that).Cons: Sloppy work with CND Shellac products, lack of skill polishing nails (unevenness, bald spots, and patches, bubbles in top coat).I am not sure if I would return for their services. Maybe their pedis are better? Overall, my experience was average and no better.
