Been going here for years now. Absolutely love the service and the staff. I’m really picky about the way I want my nails done and they never disappoint. Prices are amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Pedi is always enjoyable and affordable as well!

Everyone knows how hard it is to feel comfortable at times. I can be extremely difficult but everytime I have been to this Nail Salon, I am greeted by warm, welcoming smiles, a beautiful assortmemt of colorful polishes, and I have been lucky enough to walk in without an appointment and helped in such a timely fashion, that each experience leaves such satisfaction that needs to be appreciated. There is a woman, Linda, who has become my regular technician. I highly recommend her. She is quick, patient, and kind and her skills are definitely an attribute to this establishment and one of the reasons I keep coming back. Definitely a place my feet enjoy visiting. Thank you to all of the staff for making my day!

Mai does a fantastic job on manicures. She is attentive to cleaning up your nails and making them have a natural shape, in a fun color of your choice!

This nail salon is great. They do a very thorough job and really care about their customers. I’ve always been happy with the service for both manicures and pedicures. They even copied a simple design for me from a picture. My feet and toes always feel so soft and moisturized when I’m done. Definitely recommend the Belcaro pedicure with paraffin.

Absolutely love this spot! We all have our favorite techs but no matter who you get ~ they all do amazing work! The entire staff is incredibly kind & funny! They’ve really helped bring back the quality & health of my nails! It’s always an enjoyable time! The technicians are very detailed oriented as well which is much appreciated!!

Mai is my girl... but all the ladies do a great job! She’s kind and listens to what you want. It’s hard finding someone good 😌. I don’t know what she does but I can always go three weeks when I typically can barely get my nails to last 2 weeks. See them already!

Owner was so sweet and had a great 15 minute conversation with me and she wasn’t even working on my pedicure. Didn’t feel rushed and they handled all the covid guidelines extremely well. The women who did my pedicure was extremely sweet and did an awesome job! Will 100% go back because great service and all the women were sweethearts!

My nail tech was rushing and didnt use the correct tip sizes to fit my nail beds which has caused a few to chip and rip off breaking my natural nail with it. I would suggest to go somewhere else where they actually care to do things the correct way.

I have been going here for over 3 years. I have tried other places because they were closer to where I live but have never been as satisfied. The work is always good and my pedis last for weeks. This is my nail place as long as I live in the Denver area.

The customer service was less than personal and certainly not professional. I came in town for business and to see family and took a chance after calling for an appointment. The manicurist was rushing and did not attempt to slowdown and the time for my entire visit was less than an hour. I am writing this review less than 24 hours after my appointment because the polish is already coming off on two of my nails. I have a sister that lives in Denver and have recommended she not visit this nail salon.

I have gone here a few times and have been pleased with my experience. However, I will no longer be going back. I went to go get my tips and SNS dip powder taken off. Instead of taking it off in a safe manner, they literally tore them off. It was incredibly painful and my nails were left very damaged.

My Mani/pedi was extremely relaxing. They look beautiful.

Andrea is awesome she is the only one I like to do my nails. Its always entertaining to talk with her. Ahe is very personable.

Will never come back here.. spent $55 for dip nails and she filed my nails all the way down and they’re so uneven and way too thick and she didn’t even touch my cuticles... very disappointed.

My first impulse is to be selfish and keep it to myself but they are excellent. Ive been coming here for years and they do a great jobOne year later and they keep getting better! *****DONT GO HERE***** I DONT HAVE NAILS ANYMORE!!!!I went in for acrylic with all natural nails. She then put the acrylic on and filed all my natural nails off underneath!!!!When I realized on my right hand what she had done, I told her not to do it on my left. She filed them completely off on my left..The manager then proceeded to manipulate the situation and try to make it my fault because my nails were bad and I didnt tell her I wanted to keep my nails... WHAT?!?!? The lady TAN even told me to be careful washing my hands so my nails dont break (they were thin but strong)... then she filed them off!I got up and left with my nails not finished (because if I wanted then to even look descent I would have to pay for full service). Its a scam to force people to get tips!!!I cried on my way home and I am not a crier... My nails used to be my life... and now I have none.. and have to find somewhere to fix this..

WORST paint job on my toes EVER. Epic waste of time and money. This is a gel manicure and as I was trying to peel off the extra polish this whole nail chipped off. I was put to wait to get it fixed but I just dont have the time. I should have been refunded immediately. I will not be back.

The gentleman who did my pedicure rushed through the entire thing and it looked as if I personally had painted them. I pointed out the spots he completely missed. He Didn’t buff my toes well so the polish didn’t look smooth. Massage at the end was nice but other than that complete waste of money.

Got a regular pedicure and it was pretty good, tho I feel like the started to rush through it. The polish has held up for about two weeks and was decently priced!

I had a wonderful experience on my first visit and was looking forward to going back. I had a different technician the second time, who I believe is the owner or manager. I told her that I wanted the solar powder/gel polish taken off and the color dip powder put on. She started taking off my old nails with a drill and nail clippers. She used her own nails and an acrylic nail to help get the solar powder off. I thought she should have used acetone to soak it off. She also was cutting my natural nail really short, which concerned me. I didnt say anything at the time because I dont get my nails done that often so I assumed she knew what she was doing. When she started to apply the new stuff, she started to fit me for acrylic nails. I had never said anything about acrylic nails and did not want acrylic nails. When I told her so, she started scolding, bullying, and berating me for not telling her sooner. She never asked if I wanted to use my natural nails (which were quite long) or an acrylic nail. She kept telling me that she couldnt do it with my natural nail and that I had to have acrylics. I told her that I didnt want them and that it was either use my natural nail or I would leave. That finally made her do it my way. My nails were cut almost to the nail bed and were all different lengths and shapes. I also believe she overcharged me based on the pricing board behind the register. However, at that point I just wanted to get out of there so I didnt say anything. I will never go back to Belcaro Nails. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 was because my first visit was so positive.

Got an ingrown toenail from my last pedi and my dip manicure was awful. Plus the owner got mad because I didnt call ahead, after I told them I could come back another time.

Great place! Everyone is so sweet and eagar to please. Mai was so wonderful. She took her time with my nails. They came out fantastic and I get a lot of compliments on them.I also received a pedicure which was outstanding. Great prices as well.

Very skilled and professional. Always super clean, the massage chairs are newer and they give amazingly thorough pedicures. The Belcaro pedicure is well worth the extra cost with lemon exfoliation and hot rocks. They never skimp on the massaging. I highly recommend!!

Really was looking forward to getting a relaxing and quality Mani/pedi with my mom and sister. Our services could not have been more rushed. The lady that did my services massaged my feet for maybe 45 seconds. When this was mentioned to the owner she said that the deluxe pedi is for longer massage. Not much clean up of cuticles and definitely did not get under the nails to clean them. My shellac Mani did not even last a week. And to be honest the cleanliness and conditons of the salon where not great. I will be looking to go somewhere else as Denver has its fair share of nail salons.

Do not go here. When they cut my cuticles they made me bleed on two fingers. I got shellac, the next day one nail completely came off. I went back the next day to fix it and it was fine. The day after that, another nail completely came off.

Great new find and Mai Tran, the owner, saved the day! After 3+ years going to same salon for white tips – called on Monday morning for app’t. and was told by new owners that they didn’t do white tips or “extensions” of any kind! After spending a good hour or so the night before peeling off the old white tips in prep for getting new set – was staring at ten really ugly, scarred nails badly in need of help and an event that evening!To the rescue YELP reviews – found Belcaro Nails and good comments on Mai and her staff - called, Mai booked me and was ready when I walked in – no waiting. She was efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job on French white tips. She took her time and didn’t rush – all the while keeping her eye on the business and greeting and saying “good bye” to each and every customer. As excellent a manicurist, she is also excellent business person who cares that every aspect of the salon is perfect; it is clean, nicely decorated, sterile instruments and everything in good repair. She and her sisters along with a team of happy people present a great experience for manicure or pedicure. Was so happy to have found her and the salon – will be returning.Tip: Mai did say that it’s best to try and get in during the week as week-ends can be very busy and crazy; I read that as less time will be spent with each customer – so, for maximum excellence try and go Mon-Fri.

AWFUL!!!!!! I used to come here years ago and they did a great job. I am in town visiting and came for a pedicure and SNS. The pedicure was AWFUL. The girl did literally ONE MINUTE of a massage and rushed through it. My SNS nails are okay -- nothing to brag about. I let the manager who greets you when you come in know and she told me I should have gotten the deluxe massage. WASTE OF MONEY. I was highly dissatisfied.

This place is such a hidden gem, and I will never go anywhere else for my dip-powder manicures and gel pedicures! I stopped by as a walk-in several months ago to kill some time while my kids were at a birthday party nearby. I was very impressed by their quality and customer service, so Ive continued to come back every 2wks. Before I found this salon, I have never been a loyal returning cutomer to any place for very long. This place is friendly, clean, has reasonable prices and short wait times, offers you free coffee/tea/ water at every appmt, and does great work every time. I highly recommend Andrea! She is very detailed, careful, and never rushes.

I will never go back to Belcaro Nails again. I suffer from psoriasis, a noncontagious skin condition, which flares from time to time. Because of this, I rarely visit nail salons as people can be rude and make me feel even uglier than I already do. In the past, when my skin was actually worse, Ive had no trouble with the staff here. One tech asked me if my skin would hurt and was very polite. Today, when I rolled up my pants to get my pedicure for the first time in 2 years, the nail tech bugged her eyes out and immediately nudged the two women on either side of her. They pointed, rolled their eyes, and never asked me once about anything. My skin is not red, I have no scales, its just dry with some scars where the previous patches were - not raised like scabs, just slight spots. The nail tech walked away while the other two kept pointing and whispering to each other. When the nail tech came back, she just stared at my legs, nudged another nail tech who was walking by and pointed again, he said ew. I was done. I dont need to be made fun of for something which is not my fault, not disgusting, and when Im paying for a service. No one deserves to be made fun for their appearance.

Very nice staff. Nice salon facilities. Unhappy with having to sit in a pedicure chair to get my manicure. ( was not asked, just told) and chair broken and unable to sit up straight so had to sit on edge of seat for entire service. Not good for back. Service mediocre due to make-shift way manicurist had to go about doing the manicure. Like I said, nice people, and if you get to sit in a chair at a table, maybe the quality is better...but personally wont be going back.

Been there a couple times, always clean, and they help you quickly. Only one experience was great, and go back hoping for another. The last time I went, however, I think will be my last. Started out okay, but they lady who did my toes looked like she couldnt have been more annoyed to be there. Another gal did my shellac Mani, but as soon as I say down a bridal party walked in and she couldnt have gotten me out of there fast enough. She kept slamming my hands into the UV lamp, and smudged my thumb nail doing so. I wanted to have a relaxing personal day for my birthday, but that did not happen. Over a week and a half later my nails are chipping and the skin on my palms and fingertips (not just cuticles) is STILL peeling. Gross!!

I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have been going to this salon since shortly after they opened. My boyfriend comes with me know and they take very good care of him. My boyfriends mother is now a regular customer as well as several of my friends and co-workers. Once someone starts getting their mani/pedi treatments here... they keep coming back.

I met my friend at this spot for a mani-ped. When I came in, the guy behind the reception desk looked at me then walked away without a hello or any other acknowledgement. I then turned and found my friend in agony and frustrated with the Manager who was taking her acrylics off without soaking the nails. The Manager seemed more concerned with getting the nails off quickly than in a safe and painless manner. We left and found a better shop within a few miles. Patrons beware!

Today is the first time Ive been to Belcaro Nails. Mai did my nails, and I really liked her a lot. She was not only friendly, she was fast, and LISTENED TO ME when I told her how I wanted my nails. The salon was really clean. She thanked me for coming when she checked me out, and the prices are right. I got her card, and will go back to her.

Wow is all I can say about this place. The ladies that work there are so sweet, the pricing is fabulous and they did SUCH a good job. 10/10 would recommend.

Pros: nails look greatCons: still have plenty of polish all over my fingers, never had any cuticle care. Additionally, time management is poor to non-existent. We called in at 3:30 and asked for 3 Mani/pedis. They said they could take care of us as soon as we made it in. We arrived 30 minutes later at 4pm with traffic. Walked into the salon and had at least 10 people in front of us. They sat us down and had me soaking my gel for 45 minutes. The lady doing my SNS nails was actively working on 4 other people. She would come over intermittently and say a few more minutes while she proceeded to work on another person. Finally she came to do my polish then rushed off while they were drying to work on someone elses without doing ANY of the rest of the manicure. Meanwhile the other two girls had been waiting 45 minutes+ for the pedicure. Finally when we got up 1.5 hours after getting there they tried to usher 2 of us into two pedicure chairs after they had seated 5 people who had come in over an hour after us. Bottom line: unless you want to be there for 3 hours even with calling in ahead of time, go somewhere else.

I had a Great Experience. I am a man, I play soccer and my feet do not always look maintained. I have ashy feet and I dead skin. My partner was tired of looking at my feet and decided that I needed a makeover. I refused then agreed to the experience. We went to Balcaro Nails where service is the comparative advantage. The staff really believe on giving their customer the best (from beverage to snacks to massages of my feet, I left happy) I was so relaxed and they took good care of my feet. The esperience lasted almost half an hour for a basic pedicure. I vowed to return because of the quality and the friendliness of their service. I do have happy feet.

Ive been coming to this salon for about 6 months, and normally I have great experiences there with my services. There have been a few times when I would walk in the middle of the day and feel like Im such an inconvenience. But considering like I stated before, my services were great so I didnt mind that too much. Today I went in for just a brow and lip wax. Simple service. I felt like she was rushing through the service. Due to that, she ripped my skin off in 3 different places, and left alot of wax on my face. After sitting in my car debating on if I should go back in and say something (I HATE being that person) but I felt like it was necessary. After going back in and explaining the problem. There was no apology or acknowledgement to the mistake that happened. I completely understand accidents happen, but to go into a business that Ive been going to for months and be treated like my service didnt matter because I wasnt a big ticket client is upsetting. Ive been a regular there for a while now, and I figured that I would have been treated with more care. Like I said before, I know accidents happen. So I really hope this doesnt happen again to one of their clients. A simple apology and acknowledgment to the problem would saved them from losing a client.Im sorry for the poor review, but I felt like it was necessary.

NEVER AGAIN! Very bad service with very rude workers. Will never come back here for services, a waste of time and money. They love talking their language and making fun of patrons when telling them we were unsatisfied with service. Joke of an establishment and floors and seats where covered in others clipped nails and filth. Bad. Bad. Bad.

If I could give this place a -7 I would. The lady at the first station was more than rude and cheated me out of money. I got a mani pedi with no mani. She rushed the entire time through giving me a pedicure and didnt even give me a manicure. Her so-called manicure is her pushing my cuticles back with her nail. My friend and I both completely hated our experience at this low class nail salon, and my nails looked awful. I wouldnt even recommend this place to a sewer rat or my worst enemy.

The location of Belcaro Nail is convenient to arrive King Sooper, Office Depot and Hampden Avenue. Its a clean spa 💅.

Good experience. I went for the belcaro pedicure and it was worth it. I made an appointment and I got right in. I would go back again.

I went in to Belcaro Nails yesterday and requested a full set of gel nails painted white and with a simple chevron on one nail. After sitting down with the male tech, he began applying solar powder (aka more expensive acrylics). When I asked about it, all he said was that it was better despite not being what I asked for. In addition, they used shellac on top of the acrylics (which is not necessary) and did not do a very good job. There was shellac on my skin, and when one nail became smudged on the UV machine the second nail tech did not fix it. The gold chevron looks relatively haphazard and the edges of the polish are rough. So on top of getting acrylics (which I did not want but noticed too late) they look like something I couldve done at home with my left hand--and I would have saved 55 dollars that way. I will not be back.

I have very mixed reviews about this place.. I went in the first time because of the reviews and man did they deliver! The second time i came in not so much.. I was assigned with jon and he was very attention to detail but it took a long time and couple cuts later i had some what of a desired length. I wanted medium length instead got short some how.. i also wanted acrylic powder but he was adimit and gave me solar powder instead.. I just realized they just wanted to charge me more because i kept stating i just want the regular but instead they forced this on me... The weird thing about this experience was when i started bleeding he was working around the blood with the tool what the hell! If he did this on me who knows who else he did this on.. When it came to painting my nails horrible horrible paint job. It was so bad i had to come in the next day to get it fixed.. I believe the owner came to fix my nails when i asked for matte top coat she was telling me how bad itll look etc, i explained to her that the shiny coat always grimms up on me and low and behold my nails turned an ugly brown color and she insisted it have the shiny coat instead of the matte one like i asked. after the brown nail incident i didnt come back.. its sad how horrible my nails turned out for my birthday they where so badly done i had to take the polish off.. week later my nails are lifting horrible experience i will never come back.

We walked in and it was confusing. There were several people waiting and the place was busy but no one knew who was next. Finally someone came over and said we needed to sign in and then people were fustrated because no one knew who was there first. No one spoke english. Prices were not clear.

I have been to this nail salon 5 or 6 times now, and I will keep going back. I have been to nail salons all over the city, and am never as satisfied. The most important thing I can say about this salon is that it is clean. They always take new tools out of sterile packets, and are quick to clean the tubs after use, and at the end of the night. All of the employees are very nice, and while some are better than others at mani-pedis, they all do a fairly good job. I have received one unsatisfactory mani-pedi, but when I brought it to their attention they were quick to resolve the issue.I would suggest getting an appointment as they can get busy, but if you do call ahead, it will at least save your place in line if not get you in right at your time. They could do a little better with that, but even though you sometimes have to wait with an appointment, if you allow the time for them to do a good job, they usually make you forget you waited with their foot massage.This is also not a discount nail salon. All of their prices are higher than other places, even their lower price services; however, they are a great value at the price given their level of service and professionalism. If you are looking for inexpensive, this is not necessarily the place to go, but if you are looking for them to do a good, clean job and give you value for the money, then by all means it is worth the extra few dollars. Even better, if you have the money to spend, their top packages of manis and pedis are fantastic. They spend more time on the massages, and paraffin wax wraps, and spend a lot of time to make sure your hands and feet are at their best.Nikki and Mai are two of the best, but nearly everyone there is phenomenal. I would highly recommend you try them out.
