Best salon in Denver! If youre looking for a place to treat yourself and youre using reviews to find a good one, your search ends here. I made a reservation for a big group for a pedicure and when we showed up they were all ready, we didnt wait a minute. The interior design is unique and has all been done by an artist that works there. They gave me one of the best pedicures Ive ever had in my life and exceeded my expectations. Everyone in my group was happy with their experience. They were all so kind and warm and are good people! Go see them!
I have been here a few times and I cant say enough good things. The staff always provide service that is better than what you pay for.
Love this salon! The staff is so caring and does such a great job. Awesome place for walk-ins. Best spot in Denver! Highly recommend. :) Sara did such an amazing job and was so sweet as well.
I saw the review about someone getting toenail fungus before going, figured it was a one off experience. Ignored it.Now I have a fungal toenail infection for the first time in my life, and this can be the only cause.Buyer beware, itβs a cute place and they did a good job, but their hygiene wasnβt there and now Iβm paying the price for having looked it over.
Love my manicure and pedicure. It was $72 for the best pedicure and a gel manicure! They did a great job and I canβt wait to go back!! I saw May and she is amazing
Before I boarded my flight I had a little time so I decided to stop in. I didnβt know I would be receiving the best pedicure Iβve ever had. A little tip.. go see Anna. She has to be the best. Trust me. Sheβs very particular about her work and will easily handle all of the smallest details. The foot massage! Felt so good, I fell asleep! You leave feeling like your money was well spent. Nice gem located close to Union Station and some very good restaurants. My feet feel like pillows, and look normal again. Thank you Anna! Iβll be back!
Top notch service... Dont go after 5:30; if you want the royal treatment because around 7 they rush everything...
Another amazing mani/pedi from Laura and Anna. Best place in downtown Denverπ―π
Way over priced but the workers are friendly. Service is good depending on the technician you get. Whole building smells of weed, if your fine with it then its a nice place to be.
I had a really wonderful experience here! Everyone working there was friendly and extremely detail-oriented - my pedicure and manicure both look absolutely perfect!
I had the VERY BEST pedicure from Anna. She took her time and delivered a quality experience. She made love to my feet and I walked away feeling like a million bucks.
Massage chairs were the best part.
Today was my first time coming here, and it was amazing. Great service, everyone was friendly and accommodating. I got a gel mani and regular pedicure, and it came out amazing. Will definitely come back here!
For removal and dip, the total cost was $60, which is a lot more than what I am used to ($45). I didnt mind paying more because, in my mind, that means a higher quality product.Ive been to quite a few nail salons in the past, and this was the most expensive and worst quality Ive experienced. After a few days, two chipped, my nail stayed intact, but the dip chipped off. Now a little less than two weeks later, 4 of my nails have chipped. Usually, I can get my dip manicure to last me three weeks or more, but this product does not seem as durable. To top it off my nails were all shaped unevenly, and I had to fix them once I got home.Although it was a bad experience, and I will not be going back, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to remove my old dip.
The highlight is always the shoulder massage from Bruce Lee...
Top notch every time. I always choose this place over salons closer to my house because the service is so good. Tracy was amazing. She recommended the Hot Stone Pedicure and it was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and always well done.
Iβm so happy with the precision to detail in my pedicure. I seriously canβt find ant flaw in my pedicure!
This is a beautiful salon in Denver with great pedicure services!
Tracy and Anna are amazing! Best pedicure and massage Iβve ever had! Very clean place and definitely were maintaining distance through Covid.
I have been going to Pink and White nailsβs for about two years. Dropped by Fifth Avenue for the first time today and had one of the best pedicures Iβve ever had. The dip manicure looks perfect. Prices are high, but the service is amazing. You get what you pay for. Will definitely be back.
Amazing! So kind, courteous and clean. One of the best dip manicures Iβve had and at a reasonable price, too.
I walked into the salon and asked for acrylics, someone shouted β we donβt do those ?β And then dismissed me, I assume hoping I would leave ..I then asked for a powder dip and patiently waited 30 minutes ( no problem at all ). When we sat down she went right to it and then said βthis will be $85 just so you knowβ .. which I thought was absolutely insane, but she already started her work so I dishearteningly agreed. It took 1.5 hours just for the nails - not including the 30 minutes I waited... I asked for shorter nails with some length, I walked out with the longest claws you have ever seen ( when I kept asking her to shorten them she said to be patient the end result will be much different). Every single coworker/ friend laughed at my nails as they were absolutely ridiculous- not to mentioned chipped within two days. I still tipped 20% and paid WAY more than I should have but I can not stress how important it is for you to NOT go here. I was taken advantage of completely.
I happened to ruin my pedi while drying. They fixed it immediately even though the salon was shut.
One the best places Ive been too. They take care of you very well and attention to detail is awesome! Wish this place was in Dallas! Price is just right and they work really hard to make you feel taken care of. β₯οΈ
I got dip nails without tips and they were done really well, and my tech was super friendly and took her time, but when I was told it would be $60 I was surprised. Talking to some of my friends, their dip nails at other places were usually $40-ish. I love how they turned out, but I wouldnβt pay $60 to get them again.
Beautiful Place ;)Very cozy and clean. Last week Me and my girlfriend had our nails done. Ari who did our nails was professional and nice person. My girlfriend and me are so satisfied of service that we got there.
Literally amazing Everytime I go, and the women that work there are so nice :) this will definitely be my go to spot from now on
Soooo friendly and profesional service. Come back for sure
I really like this place! They donβt tickle my feet. They have electric tools for the dry skin. And itβs awesome. Nice, relaxing, calm and accommodating. They are slightly more pricey; I come from Oklahoma where EVERYTHING is cheaper. But I donβt have any problem with the price myself. I think they worked hard. You havenβt seen my feet!! Anyway; this is my NEW FAVORITE place in downtown Denver.
My favorite nail salon in down town! They work really hard and it is worth the money. I always get such a good service and their massage is great! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The owner is also an architect, he told me they designed and painted the walls(very artsy and cozy), it is pretty impressive. Also what I really like about this nail salon is that they have sooo many nail color choices. I will definitely return and also recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing service.
Great place, Mimi was awesome and did a fantastic job on my nails. I even got a much appreciated massage while my nails dried!
They took 1:30 hours to do my deep powder nails. I felt very disappointed and disrespected by them. They used 2 different powder in one hand and just one on the other hand, when I asked them about it the lady didnβt let me even finish what I was saying. She put her hands in front of my face and said that she knows what she was doing and told me to look away (???). They donβt have the right tools to do it either. It was my first time and it will also be my last. I wish them luck, because treating customers like that they canβt be open for too long. By the way a day later my nails began to chip. There are much better places in Denver. Donβt go here.
Needed a quick manicure, not knowing all the pampering I was going to get along with it. Just the basic mani alone was amazing. They staff was very friendly and the techs paid attention to the details. Thank you ladies!!
Great and fast! While on vacation we found this gem and the staff was so nice. We were helped right away. They gave a great pedicure, massage included. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they did a great job. Definitely recommend.
Visiting Denver and 5th Ave Nail Salon is near my hotel. Called for an appointment and they got me in within 30 minutes (mid-day). Hannah did my manicure and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. She did an excellent job and was pleasant to chat with. The salon is very nice, clean and well-decorated, and the basic manicure was not expensive. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience, but they dont speak much English. I was trying to ask what the benefits are of adding the Green Tea to my package. I asked What makes the Green Tea better than the classic version? and they kept saying Better! Better! Not to be mean all BTW.
The nail tech could have been Any kind of more friendly or like she didnt hate every customer, and tried to talk me out of moving to the state because its a hard knock life - its also like that other places Jennifer, and whats your Actual name? You could be decent enough not to talk crap about the customers in your native language. Im being honest and you can understand me just fine.It wasnt super expensive, on the other hand, but Id rather not have someone who seems almost hateful. I tipped her decently even though she didnt listen to the fact that my nails needed to be neat and short enough to not clatter them on a table (which I demonstrated). At least I got something good done for myself.
There are so many places to get my nails done in Denver but this place is absolutely the best. The atmosphere here is so cool and the people who work here are so nice its a pleasure every time I come here to get my nails done. They do an amazing job on my nails and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.
Convenient location, beautiful modern interior design, and friendly staff. The nail technician had great attention to detail, which I always appreciate when getting a manicure. I got a gel manicure and it was one of the best I have received. When I went in, I had just removed a set of acrylics the night before, so my nails werent in the best shape. I had also accidentally shaved a part of my nail off while shaving in the shower--yikes. The nail tech was very sweet and understanding. She left my nails and hands in much better condition than when they came in! At other salons in the past, I have often left after the manicure and looked at my nails, noticing small flaws that I didnt see while being caught up in the experience. That wasnt the case after my time here. I was pleasantly surprised at how meticulously they had been done. However, I had been told that if I had any need for touch-ups, they would gladly touch up my nails for up to 2 weeks after the service. This seemed incredibly generous to me. I work in the health care field and have to wash my hands/use hand sanitizer often, so manicures dont always last as long as I would like. If I need to take them up on the touch up, I will update my review after!
They were fast, friendly and accommodating for walk ins. The reason why I dont give it 5 stars is because I had to ask my manicurist several times to be more gentle when extracting my cuticles. She did a good job but felt like she was rushing.
Absolutely horrible experience. She cut my pinky and ring finger so bad that the bleeding prevented me from getting a manicure because she couldnβt get it to stop bleeding. I had to leave.
Jenny was available upon walk in and she did a fantastic job on my shellac manicure. The price was reasonable for being in the heart of downtown Denver.
Best nail salon Iβve ever been to! The customer service and attention to detail is unmatched. I came in off the street in desperate need of a manicure and pedicure. For the mani pedi classic combination was $50. I also received a nice shoulder massage while I waited for my nails to dry. Rose and Ari were phenomenal! I plan on coming back!
Staff is professional and very good!
Got me right!
I have been there numerous times and have always had a good experience with Hannah. The last few times that I have been were really rushed. I typically go after my hair appointment which is at 6. They close at 7. Plenty of time for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I have never been opposed to having 2 girls for each service. I did request Hannah for my nails. They did not tell me she was out of town. I got there 10 minutes late which was my fault, but they said they didnt have enough ladies to do each service at the same time and I couldnt get a spa pedicure. I am not sure what I ended up with, but they barely used scrub on my feet or lotion and rushed through my pedicure in 20 minutes max. Halfway through a woman came out to do my nails. They turned off the massage chair because it was apparently messing them up. My nephew was with me and his tech took great care of him unlike mine. My finger nail girl rushed so much that I have lumpy bubbly nails and had to ask for lotion with my manicure. They charged me $95.00 and basically talked about me the entire time. So much that they called a man that appeared to be a manager over to point at me and talk a few times as well. I will not be going back!!!
I love this place! I go there all the time with my mom and friends. In fact, I had my entire bridal shower and more family members go there right before the wedding. They do a good job, theyre clean, theyre friendly and I feel reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.
I came here to get a dip manicure and it isnt bad but it isnt great. One of my nails broke which Im bummed about, but I went back and a different woman (who might be the owner?) fixed it for free. She did a much better job and was happy to fix it, which I really appreciated. Beautiful space and great customer service. If you want dip, maybe try another place or ask specifically for someone here who is good at it.
My husband and I just popped in here after walking by while visiting Denver for business. Great place! Lovely ladies and superb treatment! I had a shellac manicure and he had a manicure.
I went in to get a dip manicure (which at my normal place they last 2-3 weeks) I didnt go to my normal place because i was short on time and this is near work but after 2 days my nails were already chipping and completely off after 5 days. i was so sad because they were a good color pink and $50 :(
Hannah was amazing. I am visiting and wanted to get my nails done for Christmas and it was worth it. She did an amazing job with my cuticles and filing, great attention to detail! For sure will be coming back.
Took my mother to get her nails done. Great service. Great people. Highly recommend!
My favorite nail salon in the city. Much larger space than most salons in the area. Extremely nice and friendly staff. Good prices and good selection.
Nails and eyebrows done to perfection. Both technicians took their time and made me feel incredibly relaxed and at ease. Prices for both were fair, too. I will definitely be coming back here.
Love love love this place! Very nice people and they do a great job! I usually go as a walk-in and they get me right in.
What a wonderful nail salon! Definitely my favorite quick spot in Denver. They are so nice here, very efficient and well run.
Super nice and my pedicure lasted way longer than I expected it to!
I was rushed in and out, I am extremely displeased with my nails and I will not be returning to this nail salon. Itβs unfortunate that their customer service isnβt better because the space is large and very nice.
They do a really good job here. If you want to be spoiled.. this is the spot
The nail tech seemed to be in a very big hurry. I found this curious because it was before the lunch hour and they had no other customers. Consequently she did a rather poor job on my nails. I will not be back to 5th avenue nails downtown or in Cherry Creek. There are better salons who are more professional, more caring, and have far better skills.
I had a bad experience with a gel manicure where they didnβt buff everything out so it was incredibly bumpy and looked sloppy. It was only after I asked to show a manager were they willing to fix it. I decided to try them again and unfortunately had another bad experience. It was apparent they had watered down their gel polish and so the color (dark purple) was still see through on both my toes and fingers. On top of that they incorrectly removed the previous gel polish by just using a file on my nails making them incredibly thin. Ultimately this place uses cheap products, has poor quality and questionable sanitary standards. I wouldnβt suggest anyone to use this place.
I decided to try this place because my regular nail place was closed and I needed to get my nails done before leaving town for a wedding. The woman who did my gel manicure was very unfriendly, and acted annoyed that she had to take the time do do my nails. She went extremely fast because her goal was clearly to get me out the door as soon as possible. When she finished I had polish on my cuticles (which she barely cut), some of the nails had bubbles in them, there were sides/edges of certain nails that she missed painting all together and ONE day later two of the nails are already starting to peel. She obviously did not care about my experience at the salon or whether she provided a quality service. I will never go back here, it was a complete waste of money and a negative experience.
The people were super nice amd the place was clean. I gave it a 3 because I paid 37 plus tip for maybe a 15m pedicure, my heals were not soft and my nails werent completely painted.
Out of all the years getting my nails done, I had the best experience at 5th Avenue Nail Salon. The staff were very polite, nice, friendly and welcoming. My mani/pedi looked great too :) it was just an all-around great experience and I highly recommend making a trip in!
Came in for a manicure after a flight. I definitely found my new nail spot. Highly recommend!
I had been there last year and had a reasonably priced pedicure. So when I went in for the first time this year I asked for a pedicure. They said, of course, and immediately two other women came in behind me and I was hurried off to a seat and didnt think to check the price. After the pedicure a woman told me that the charge was $37. I said that isnt what I paid the last time I was here. Oh, yes, she said, our charges havent changed in 10 years (what? really?). But wait, another woman standing there said if you dont have a leg massage it is $25 which just happened to be the reasonable price I remembered.I will not give my business to people who are sneaky about their prices even though I only live 2 blocks away.
Beautiful calming elegant atmosphere, attentive staff, great manicure. (Curious why the overall rating is low - all was perfect)
This place is super expensive and poor quality. Shellac polish chipped off the very next day and one of my acrylic tips busted off within 3 days. I paid $70 for an acrylic set and shellac polish. I have now found another place that only charges $45 and does a much better job.
Great place. Team is amazing and felt pampered!!
It took 2 hours for a full set.. they were to thick.. my husband paid 75$.. and tipped.. OMG. They lasted 3 days...! Very disappointed.. do not recommend anyone going to 5th Ave nails..
Very pleasant, the women who did my manicure was very sweet. Ask for Hannah, she does a very good job
Always pleasant staff...they spoil us with kindness and great service...always a relaxing treat...clean business and talented workers
I went in for an express pedi, and was happy about the quick seating. However was quickly disappointed with the tech who rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed with me. Granted, I havent had the means to spend $ on a pedicure for myself in years, so I apologize that I was rusty in your process, but you really know how to make someone feel very unwelcome very quickly. Thanks for showing me where NOT to spend my money. Oh, and your polish job was poor. You tried to fix it; however you failed. I regret giving you a tip. Dont waste your time.
Simply the best mani/pedi and at a reasonable price. I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I am always very satisfied with how festive my fingers and toes look.
Horrible experience! they have a prejudice staff. i had walked in casual, the staff looked at me ridiculous. the employees laughed at me when i walked in . asi walked out they made a rude comment. i was not aware of the fact the establishment does not rebase acrylics. i booked an appointment for a rebase & pedicure. they booked the appointment without giving me knowledge of having so such service.
They did a great job! Just be aware they dont do acrylics when you go!
This is my first google review. Im a big advocate in focusing on the positive and giving situations the benefit of the doubt. I did so three times with 5th Avenue. Outside of having one nail nicked several months ago right after application (at a different salon) dip polish stays on my nails for a minimum of three weeks. Thats why I pay more to get the dip.I went on August 3 and received a dip polish and pedicure. I paid close to $185. My right pinky nail polish fell off before one week lapsed. I returned to get my pinky corrected and they attempted to put gel on my pinky (after I repeated I received a dip polish) but stopped after I pointed to the ring of colors by the dip powders. Crisis averted! So I thought... Then I literally had the polish fall off a different nail August 15. I had a work related event at 5 pm so i couldnt fix it beforehand. I walked from my office today (August 17) to get it corrected since its was my birthday weekend and they said we are all booked. Come back at 4. That was the last straw. Do not go here especially if you are looking to get dip polish on your nails. Also, my pedicure chipped 72 hours after I received it.
Great experience! Clean place, nice and professional staff. Very accommodating.
Great service, great massage chairs!
This salon is beyond exceptional! I have been twice now, once for a mani and again for a mani pedi and both experiences were clean, professional and made me extremely comfortable. I will continue to come here for the great decor, professionalism and amazing atmosphere! Thank you all!
Very professional, well run establishment. Ive had several french manicures and a pedicure there. I am making an appointment now to go back.
Great pedicure and a mini massage after while my nails were drying!
Best place for nails in Colorado
Dipping powder chipped after two days. Awful.
If you want the best mani/pedi in your life, you need to go here. I have never left a nail salon so satisfied. They massage your legs, arms, hands, neck, shoulders and back before you walk out the door. Plus I got an amazing mani/pedi in just an hour! Perfect for pampering myself on my office lunch break!
What a nice place to get my nail
STAY AWAY! I had a women do my eyebrows here and she literally took out an entire chunk. The manager saw it and literally did nothing and seemed not to care. Will not return.
Very professional yet affordable place in Denver downtown
My favorite! Sophia & Ana π π
*walk ins not welcome* I do like 5th avenue, however, the last 4 times Ive tried to come in for a walk in appointment Ive been turned down.
Staff is unfortunately very rude and disinterested. Manicure is well done because you can not complain. However, the entire staff is generally very rude. The price for a simple oneManicure is absolutely o. K at $ 18. however, the price for a pedicure was totally over $ 37.
