Ive been here several times and have always had a great experience and leave being really happy with my nails. They are clean, the salon is cute and not over packed with stations or pedicure chairs (even before covid), which is just a more relaxing comfortable feel. Highly recommend

Scheduled a gel manicure. She finished in 15 minutes because they had a ton of walk-in customers surrounding my appt time so she rushed. Within a few days, several nails started losing their polish.

Changing my rating from 5 stars to 1. I go here sometimes because they do a nice job, but they are more expensive than a lot of places so I dont go often. I was really looking forward to a pedicure today - I have a dog with a new diabetes diagnosis, and Im worried to leave her alone because her blood sugars arent yet very stable. But she seemed ok today so I went to Pure Nail Spa because theyre close...just to have a few minutes to myself. The woman told me they couldnt take me because they had a 3 pm appointment, and it was better if I would make an appointment. Well, I only saw 1 appointment on the book, and there were 4 of them there. They were all busy, but I would have been happy to wait. But I didnt even get that option. She offered me a $5 discount coupon and told me to make an appointment. Super frustrating and disappointing. Their sign says walk-ins welcome. I went to Nails Touch nearby instead.

I’ve been getting my nails done for 5+ years and this is hands down the worst salon I’ve ever been to. The shape was all wrong when I left then I had 2 nails break 3 days later. When I went back they “fixed them” but the shape was completely messed up and they put the WRONG COLOR on my nails! $60 for dip too and only about 20 colors. 0/5 stars if I could. Terrible.In response to your response...charging $60 for a dip manicure is outrageous so of course I was taken aback when I heard that then you did me a favor by charging $50, which is still $10 more than every other place Ive ever gone. Also your response to making people feel unsafe is absolutely hysterical. There were NO customers in the salon (shocker) and no kids in sight. Nice try though.

Always enjoy coming here. I get the green tea pedi and a chair massage. Both are wonderful and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Great place! I have been coming here for years. One of the reasons is because they autoclave (sterilize) their manicure instruments. They pamper me, and Susan the owner is extremely friendly and kind, always greeting me by my name. My nails always look great.

Dont pay for the extra services. They painted over debris left under toenail which is unacceptable. I also requested them to cut sides of nails for minor ingrown area which they did not even attempt. My daughter and I both went and she had same issue. We spent 120.00 on pedicure and tip and feel like we should have stuck with the place we had great service from before. Our mistake for trying something new. Go with what you know

I just had the BEST mani/pedi!! This is such an awesome nail salon. Massages included: deep tissue leg, feet and arms plus a bonus shoulder and neck massage. I think I’ll be making this my monthly routine!

This establishment is very clean . Sanitizing seems Paramount in this place. Manicure was done professional as it should be . I used the rest room and it smelled of a hint of lavender not to strong and not to light. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely be a returning customer. Pure nail spa two thumbs up!

Love getting my mani and pedi here — the women who work here are really nice and do an awesome job. They’re very attentive and my nails look great for weeks afterwards. They have a huge selection of polish colors and the salon is always clean with comfortable chairs. After trying a handful of other nail salons in the area I’ve been a fan of Pure Nails for years.

Best hot stone, cucumber & lavender pedicure Ive ever gotten. Cherry took great care of me and left my skin and nails feeling baby soft!This was my first time coming here and the salon is very comfy and clean, definitely coming back to see Cherry!

The worst ever. I did manicure and she was in harry so she did not do anything except putting a two bad layers of gel on my nails without even fixing the broken nails!! Never go back to them!! I could of dine better at my home!

Had a great first experience at this salon. They take a lot of time massaging your feet and legs during pedicures and dont rush through the service like many other salons. The spa was very nice, clean, and full staffed. I enjoyed my service and left feeling very relaxed.

The Pure Nail Spa has gone down hill. If you dont choose the upgrade services, they do a less than mediocre job.On my pedicure, my left foot looks good, but on my right foot three of my toenails were barely trimmed. When you only get the basic pedicure you are treated very rudely. I feel I was injured when I was given a shoulder massage, it was more like assault and battery.

I do NOT recommend this place. I paid 86$ for a simple pedi & a mani just for my nails to fall off the next day..

I went with my two kids for manicures and we had an appointment. Unfortunately, they overbooked because we had our nails done one at a time- resulting in a 1.5 hour ordeal that should’ve been 30 minutes. I had dip from another salon on and instead of filing the top layer off, they just let my fingers soak for an hour and when that didn’t do anything they physically peeled the nails off. Also, the technician kept saying things like, “it’s taking so long” like it was my fault. I was horrified and my nails were badly damaged. To top it off, the manicure I received was easily the worst I’ve ever had.

There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this experience, and the final product was the worst manicure that I have ever had. I felt rushed and invisible; neither technician who worked with me introduced herself or said more than two words to me. Additionally, the lady who did my nails was in a huge rush. When she was finished I mentioned to her that she had failed to completely cover several of my nails making it look messy and old. Another woman came over and assured me that if she had covered the nail to the cuticle, the polish would chip off. I have gotten enough manicures to know that if it is done correctly, this should not be the case. At that point, I realized that I would be getting no help from any one in this establishment, and I paid and left. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

SO GOOD! I got my nails done by Daria and shes amazing! 2 weeks later my nails are still on, though grown out, and looking AMAZING! This is the longest a gel mani has ever lasted on my nails! I am now officially switching to her for my gel manicures! Cant wait to have them done this week!!

3 for the pedicure, 1 for the manicure.I love their pedicures, very thorough and the polish lasts a long time. Manicures, not so much and I wont get any more. They dont even soak your nails. Stick with pedi, you cant go wrong!

Walked in needing a rebase. They simply said to choose a color and they’d do it. But they don’t do acrylic or gel rebase. Didn’t find this out until she took off all my color. Walked out with my nail polish half off.

Came in for acrylic but they didn’t have it so I settled on extensions and gel which I was assured would be better. They all broke or chipped off in less than a week. The only positive was the people were nice.

Daria was great for my first pedicure here. I have very sensitive feet and she never hurtme one bit. Will return soon.

Everyone was nice but services were extremely overpriced and disappointing. Paint all over skin, pedicure station leaked all over shoes, and nails were left with rough edges. For $70 youre better off doing your own nails or going somewhere else more reasonably priced.

This was a very average manicure/pedicure.For $75, I expect my shellac to last longer than 4 days. The pedicure was 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly, but I dont recommend spending your money for this average service.

Spent $85 on a full set with extensions. They started popping off and cracking less than a week after I got them. I dont do high intensity anything that would cause this. Seriously disappointed at the money I wasted. Shouldve bought press onstage at Wal-Mart and saved $70.

This place is horrible!!!! They use horribly unclean materials which have me an infected toe nail. It was very bad and very swolen for two weeks. This morning it got so bad that I had to go to an actual doctor where he injected and numbed my foot before performing a small operation on it to remove infection. I am very disappointed by this experience and do not recommend this place.

I went in today and had a waxing on my eyebrows and Chin to which she had left all kinds of hair still on my face my eyebrows dont even match I would not recommend them for waxing. So disappointed

I love this place and have tried many salons and nail places around town. They are by the best. It is clean, quiet, no funky smells and they have wireless access. I also call ahead to make an appointment that way they can accommodate, because they do tend to get busy. The people who work there do an outstanding job on pedicures, manicures and gel. I recently moved south of Denver and I still make the drive to Lowry to get manis and pedis here. I highly recommend!

I was beyond disatisfied with their gel manicure. The manager messed up one of my nails and instead of fixing it, gave me a $10 discount. The next day one of my nails chipped. So, I go back in to get all of them redone, just to give them a second chance. Nope, three days later my nails start developing little bubbles. Would not recomend this place, especially when they charge higher than avarage.

One of the worst gel manicures Ive ever had.. They did not use a hot towel, cut my cuticles, or buff my nails. Additionally, they did not paint my nail to the nail bed so it looks like the manicure is a week old but I got it today. Will not return. They seemed very rush but no one was even waiting.

Very disappointed in the gel manicure. After asking for my nails to be evened up, (some were longer than others) she cut them all short. She barely pushed back or cut my cuticles and the polish looks all clumped at the tip of my nail. If I could give less than 1 star I would!!

Worst nail salon experience in my lifetime. Staff were unbelievably hurried, to the point that my pedicure was rushed, aggressive and painful. It was not relaxing. The polish was uneven and poorly applied. They also wanted to charge me an additional $7 on top of their inflated pricing to remove calluses, which I declined. I also had a manicure- again very much rushed and sloppily completed. Cuticles were not properly taken care of and the water was so hot for my hands that I could barely put my fingers in the bowl. The technician was so sloppy that there was polish on my skin and cuticles. When I pointed it out to her, she blamed me for bumping my hand on something when I had not moved away from the table at all! Then they were demanding and rude about their tip and were clearly seen gossiping about the clients. I am so disappointed and angered by this experience. I wish there was a way to get my money back. Needless to say, I will never set foot in this establishment again. I will also add that my regular salon is far nicer, the staff are pleasant, take their time, dont charge extra to treat calluses-- please note that my regular salon charges $15 less for the exact same services I had today at this location. I only went there to meet up with a friend for a relaxing afternoon. Neither of us had a relaxing or enjoyable experience.

The worst thing is that the lady finishes doing “the pedicure” and says: its $ 30, I give him $ 40 and he asks me if I want the change😑 ahhhhhh ???? I have never been treated so badly. 👎
