Amazing experience at Nails Touch 32!! The staff were so friendly and personable. It was my first time getting an acrylic set and they were very patient with me through some of my odd requests on it :) Amazing prices for the quality of service, definitely going back!

I went in yesterday to get a full set of acrylics and when I left I was a bit unhappy. The experience was lack luster to say the least, the service took about 30 min, I’ve never had a set go so fast and felt so rushed. Maybe it’s because I’m a man asking for a full set of acrylics, who knows.So let’s talk about the results. The tips were too small for my nail beds, they don’t sit center on my nail bed either. Two of the nails were filed at an angle (which I corrected). Then today while at work (I work from home) 3 nails came flying off while I was typing, less than 24 hours after getting them. I have an entire week til my next day off when I can get them taken care of.This is not my first time getting acrylics but I think it’s my last time going here, sad that I wasted my money.

Vanessa has been my amazing nail girl for a year! Not to mention beautiful eyelash extensions and always fitting me in when I need to come! My nails are gorgeous and they are so nice! It’s such a welcoming place and I love having my spa days here.

Theyre super friendly. I love all of the nail technicians here as they are so talented and receptive. I usually go to Vanessa and she always remembers my preferences. I highly recommend this place.

They have several options for pedicures, depending on the level of luxury you want. We got the package for $30 which included a sugar scrub, massage and hot stones! Great value! Loved the massage chairs!! Staff was also very polite and professional :)

Great first experience! I recently moved to the neighborhood and have been looking for a new nail salon to call home. This place checked all my boxes - great staff, clean, and an INCREDIBLE super deluxe pedicure!! The massage was heavenly. Thank you so much, Nail Touch 32. You gained a new regular customer :)

My go to place! Love everyone there - they always get my nails exactly how I want it. So glad they’re in my neighborhood but I would drive to them if they weren’t!

Vanessa, Tracy, & Leena all did an amazing job on waiting on me like a queen! Today was my first time to this nail salon in the neighborhood I live in & I was quite impressed. First of all, superImpressed by the customer service I was given! All three ladies were super nice and treated me so well. I had just gotten off work and it was the best way to destress after a long shift and a hot day. I walked in about 6:45pm (normally I wouldn’t have walked in so late) but I was in need of cuticles getting taken care of. I will be making this my primary nail salon from now on. So friendly and so close to my home! My nails are still in pristine condition!

I had my eyebrows waxed yesterday and tech took a big chunk of my eyebrow out and did not tell me. I would not be upset if she just would have mentioned it to me. I thought it was weird that she did not give me a mirror after she was done waxing. Disappointed that she was not honest and then charged me. I will not be going back .

I made an appointment but got off of work early so ended up showing up an hour early. They were nice enough to get me in, and did fast, but thorough work! Vanessa did my full set dip and it turned out wonderful! She was very gentle, everyone was friendly, and and everything was clean and sterile. Will definitely be back!

Service was nice although I felt a bit rushed although I was the only person there. Moved me to the drying area where none of the fans worked. I asked if I could stay in the massage chair, but they said they needed to clean. Again... no one else was waiting.

Wonderful people with great skills! The music is a plus. The owner is great man with lots of humor. Always a pleasure to see them all.

One of the worst pedicure services I’ve ever received. The women was extremely rude the entire time. First, she cut the side of my foot, was aggressive in handling my feet, she rushed through the pedicure. She even tried to charge me for something that she forgot to include in my pedicure.It was literally so horrible to the point I had to tell her twice that I felt very uncomfortable by her energy.And at the end she put her hands on my mask and pulled it up over my nose.It was the most uncomfortable experience I ever had in a pedicure.Do not go here.

Skilled staff, its gel coating kept more than 3 weeks. Mostly liked its design, its form is required here as well. Xuan is very meticulous, and sometimes I see beautiful, but she is still better for editing.

Vanessa was hurried and did the bare minimum for my Deluxe pedicure.

Walked in and got in right away both my husband and I for deluxe pedicures. It was delightful! My feet had been neglected all winter and it was a great pedicure. Gentle touch but really good job. The massage of the legs and feet my favorite along with the wax dip and hot stones. If you can afford it the deluxe pedicure is the way to go!

I found this place on Google and was impressed immediately but nothing compared to how I felt when I arrived. The ladies are so upbeat and friendly . We laughed the entire time. I was there about 2 hours but it didnt feel like it at all . I cant wait to bring my daughter & girlfriends.Thank so much Four Season Nails!!

Defiantly my new nail salon

They did such a beautiful job doing my acrylic toe nails as well as hands. I enjoyed my time here they were very professional and a very relaxing setting. Will be coming back.

Due to Covid19, they can only have so much staff and customers at any given time. With only two techs working, they were still very welcoming and attentive.These ladies were working really hard. I received a dip powder manicure, and a basic pedicure. The only thing is, I did feel it was a bit rushed because they were under staffed.. because of this my dip nails cracked and began chipping within the first week. I have had dip only once before at a different place and they lasted me weeks and didn’t chip or crack once, even with me working with my hands a lot. Unfortunately I probably won’t go back. I do hope for the best for this business, their intent isn’t bad they are doing their best.

Ouch! Ive been hobbling around for a week post-pedicure... my heels and big toe are cracked and bloody. Ive never had an experience like this with a pedicure before. Ive been applying vaseline morning and night is hopes of heeling my feet. Will not be going back... yikes.

Yesterday was my first experience and I am satisfied! I went in for a spa pedicure and saw that they offered different types of pedicures like basic, paraffin wax pedicure, sea salt pedicure, etc. I went with the Paraffin wax and loved it! The lady doing my nails was very attentive and did a great job. The chairs are amazing. Very strong massage, makes the whole experience that much better. Definitely a diamond in the rough in Denver! :)

First timer at Nails Touch 32, Vanessa was my tech and she was so sweet, genuine, patient and caring and funny! She took her time along with ensuring I was comfortable and pleased with the service. I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. She helped me pickout a nail color. I did the regualr manicure and deluxe pedi. I’m 100% pleased with both services. I even smudged my nail polish on a few nails while getting my pedi and she was super gracious about it and repainted the few. The establishment is clean. Prices are fair with thr quality of service to match. I plan to recommend the nail salon and they absolutely have a repeat customer with me!

My nails look okay but I am pretty grossed out! This place used to be called Four Seasons nails and they would get your nail clippers out of a sealed bag and used clean tools for each customer. I just watched a girl that worked there cut her own nails and use the same nail clippers on a girl that walked in as I was getting my nails done. Pulling tools out of a draw filled with a bunch of random stuff. Not what it used to be, I wish it was cleaner because I’ve lived in the neighbor for a long time. Seems dirty to me, I won’t be back.

I’ve been going here for at least a few years now, and today, I broke my nail, which I got done yesterday, and they fixed it for me no problem, didn’t even charge me! I love the ladies that work here, and my nails always look fabulous!! I’ll forever always come back here!

Been coming here for years. Friendly staff, great color selections. Reasonably priced too. I think it could be cleaner, though. I didn’t know the ownership had changed. For a mid Saturday I thought it would be busier. But I’ve never gotten a bad service here.

The place and people are great their prices are off the wall! Way too expensive!!! I spent $100 for a pink and white full set and a French tip pedicure. Never again will I go back! Not to mention my nails are okay!

My first visit after ownership change was good - but I think they had employees from another shop working there. Not so great since. Manicure just ok. Also, misleading pricing - was charged $45 for Dip Powder listed at $40 - was told price didnt include manicure. What? I wont be back.

Tried to get a rebate and they didnt know what I wanted and told me they couldnt do it. They turned me and my daughter away. They werent nice and looked at us like we were from space.... only because the nails were used to are extravagant and beautiful. I wont recommend them to anyone!

I wont get my nails done anywhere else! Swan (the owner) has the best organization of any nail salon. You will not wait for your appointment as they are very punctual. Best nail techs around - they are all great, cant go wrong with anyone. My favorite place and I highly recommend!!!!!!

Beautiful looking salon! Has a relaxing atmosphere and the place is very sanitary. Really like the pedicure service the most. My toe nails just look really incredible.

The quality of their work needs improvement. I went in for a shellac manicure twice. The first time the girl didn’t put enough coats on and I could still see my nails under the polish- had to have her redo it, sadly they were still not good looking. I went ahead and tried a second time. After about four days the shellac started chipping off of two nails and cracking on others. I only get shellac manicures and have never had this happen! Disappointed

Avoid going here. The manicurist was overall rough, cut several cuticles too far, didn’t finish filing properly, and was arguing with coworkers while cleaning under my nails with a sharp tool. I paid and left without even finishing the polish, since it was so unprofessional. I’ve paid a lot less for a much better experience and job.

Love this place. The nail techs are very high quality and the place is super clean. Love that the tools are individually wrapped so you know they are clean. They also have piles of scrub brushes that are a 1 time use. Highly recommend it

Good prices but I guess you get the service you pay for. They rushed me to pick a color even when I arrived early for my Mano/pedi appointment, then messed up my toes and instead of redoing it tried to just cover it up with another layer, then forgot about my manicure so I was left waiting for a while then they rushed my manicure too. Id rather pay more and go elsewhere.

I have been getting a shellac manicure and regular pedicure monthly here for the last year and I am never disappointed! The staff is always accommodating and sweet. They offer a variety of unique colors (cat eye to mood changing), reasonable prices, and timely service!

I absolutely love this nail salon! They have the best selection of shellac and are reasonably priced. I have tried many salons in the Denver area and this one is my favorite. We recently moved out to Lakewood, I make the commute to this salon because they are the best!

I walked in an hour 1 1/2 before closing and I asked the person at the front desk if they had time to do a full set white tip acrylic. There was only 2 people getting pedicures. She told me, NO! Not even a sorry no. But proceeded to do a rebase for the person after me. Im good, I wont be spending my money at this nail shop.

Booked in advance, but ended up getting stuck behind a terrible accident...nothing we could do about it. Called to tell them that we would be late, and the lady was extremely rude about it, proclaiming that she knew she should have taken a deposit. When we got there, we were treated very poorly, cycled through like all that mattered was our money. We were there for fifteen minutes, and no one said a word to us the entire time.Note that there was no one else in line, no one waiting, more than half of the chairs were empty, and there were technicians standing around. Even when we were getting our pedicures there was no line behind us, and when we were done, two of our technicians ended up just standing around. I could understand if it was super busy and they were putting people on hold for us - I would get that. But they werent. They were doing nothing at all, just being rude to us for no reason, when we had tried to be as nice and apologetic as possible.Will absolutely never go back and will deter people from going.

Best nail salon Ive ever been to. Ive gotten shellac from several people and each time they make sure my nails are perfect. They dont rush through like Ive experienced at other salons. Definitely more expensive than other places but if you go here you can expect your nails to be on point. Ill definitely pay the extra for how good of a job they do. Never going anywhere else.

This place is decent, but not my favorite. My shellac manicures never seem to last very long from here... only about 1.5 weeks as opposed to other places where it lasts 3 weeks.

Have been going here since I moved in December. They do a good job but are a bit more expensive than other places. Today, I got a gel manicure and gave them my $5 off punch card. (They gave me a punch card and it states Discount on Services $20 & Up.) I tried to use it today and she said only on pedicures. I said, it doesnt say that on the card, she showed her boss and she said the same thing. Poor customer service. Her boss is also the lady who works at the dry cleaners attached to the nail salon who told me it would be too expensive to tailor my blazer instead of quoting me an actual price. When I asked for a price she said too expensive and walked away. After these two encounters, I will definitely not be returning.

I decided to get my nails done after work and found this hole in the wall. I was a little nervous, but she did a great job! I got the deluxe Mani/Pedi combo, and she did a great job during and I love how they turned out.

Made an appointment for my daughterin law and I to get the super deluxe pedicure. We started and one minute after my lady left and I was sitting there for 20 minutes with my feet soaking in cold water. My daughter in law got a great massage and was well taken care of . A different lady came and rusged and I didnt get a long massage, she flipped my toenails to short and it hurt, she rushed thru and it was supposed to be a good experience and Im super disappointed that it wasnt a spa day like it was supposed to be. I explained my disappointment and she offered me five dollars off the NEXT time I came in!! No thanks! That makes me spend more money there! Dont do it if your looking for an experience because you will waste money!!

I got there early the only one there but one woman (right next to me) was shouting across the room doing inventory I guess (right in my ear) was so irritating - gave me a headache. I wanted a basic pedi - was $10 more than the Nail place I usually go to. If you dont get deluxe I guess you dont get hardly anything - I wont go back - was treated poorly.

Four Season Nails is must a must stop nails spot! This has been my 2nd time here & absolutely have been pleased w the service. I dont remember the name of the first gal that did my gel mani, but today I got rest my soles pedicure & was so very blessed by the quality of service! Mind you I am 37 weeks pregnant, so quality is very important for this tired mama!

Clean salon! My nail tech Becky was really nice and listened on how I wanted my nails and nailed it!!! Luckily I live right around the corner, so I can walk! But just know parking gets a little tight!! I would call and schedule a time first because they do get busy!

Worst experience at Four Seasons Nails ever. Since their management has changed the level of service and quality has dropped dramatically. I had a gel mani and pedi completed in under 30 min! So rushed and messy. The sides of my gel mani were already coming up and I hadn’t even left the salon. My toes were supposedly done but there was still paint all over my skin. I could’ve done better and maybe I will next time. Needles to say I will never come back here. So sad because Swan and David were the best.

I had a fabulous shellac mani from Mai! This place is clean, the staff friendly, the selection huge, the work meticulous, and the location convenient for Highland residents. Couldnt ask for anything else from a nail salon. I will definitely be coming back as often as possible!

This was my first experience at this salon and I have to say that it will be my last. I was a walk-in customer in the morning and had received a shellac pedicure. Initially when I was greeted I was asked if I had had an appointment, I politely said that I hadnt and I was immediately treated like an inconvenience. I was told to pick a nail color and then quickly pushed into my chair before I had an opportunity to look and then the woman threw the color wheel in my lap. The whole pedicure lasted no more than 20 minutes from the time I entered the salon to the time that I left. I was not spoken to or asked if I had wanted any additional services. This was supposed to be a relaxing time for me and yet the callous removal was no more the 2 minutes total, I had lotion slapped on my legs and the massage wasnt even long enough for the lotion to be rubbed into my skin. I cannot believe I paid for this!

I just got a great mani and pedi from one of the staff members here—so thorough and meticulous with a great massage to boot. The website doesnt list prices, though, hence four stars instead of five. Altogether it was $70 for a pedicure and a gel manicure. Fingers crossed the polish holds up.

Worst pedicure of my life. The man refused to file my toes saying he did already. He made me file me own toes. The whole pedicure lasted 20 minutes. First time here and never will go back

This place have reasonable prices, nice environment, the gentleman that did my pedi was very nice did an OK job and the lady that did my nails was good too however I asked her not to cut my lower cuticular area and she just did what she wanted then I asked not to leave a gap between the polish and the end of the nail and she got very harsh and snapped she knew what she was doing. To me I will never work with her because she may know what she is doing but I know what I want. Thats why I dont give this place 5 stars

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment for 4 pedicures. We showed up 8 minutes late after having to travel across town to get there, and the man at the front turned us away. He said that we missed half of our appointment. Very rude, and the guy didnt even make any type of eye contact with us. Definitely will not be coming back.

Four Seasons Nails is wonderful! My gel soak-off was done quickly and with care. My gel manicure was done very well and it looks great! The salon was immaculate and the utensils used were in a sealed package before use. The staff was very friendly. This will be my go to spot from now on. Although they took me as a walk-in, I highly recommend making an appointment because as I had my service done their calendar was filling up fast. This is a top quality nail salon and I am glad I found it. They have been at this location for 8 years and seem to have a solid client base which says alot about a business.(Prior to this location I visited another nail salon directly on the west side of Sloans Lake and the gel mani did not last more than two weeks, was more expensive, they were rude, did not use clean tools on me and the place was absolutely filthy.)

After an hour and half my nails were still not dry (put too much polish on) after they cut my fingers up at the cuticles and completely demolished my nails. Lady kept ripping and hurting my nails even after she could see they hurt and I kept telling her they hurt be easy. Ended up with a pinky nail split in half all the way down and holes in middle of my nails sanded down to the pink quick. I asked her to do coffin nails, its what I came in with. She files half an inch down past where I told her and then couldnt get a single nail to look the same yet alone look anything like a coffin nail. There was no fixing the shape, she had points going all directions but I couldnt just take nails off now my fingers hurt too bad. Well another girl takes over doing my nails and she was nice but there was no repairing them, so she didnt charge me but I didnt get anything that I wanted. My nails look terrible and weird, they look so flat and short and couldnt get a color or gems I wanted because I was already so upset and the shape already looked horrible but again it had been messed up beyond repair. I can not stress enough how horrible it was. Nail tech did not listen to me the entire time I kept telling her to stop it hurt and how to shape the nails and stop going short and I wanted them sharp. My nails look cheap and ratchet and so ugly I hate them but I cant do anything till my fingers heal a little better now. Now to mention I cant even keep the color on they put it on so thick that my thumb wont dry so the polish is just messed up and I just got them done 2 hours ago and did absolutely nothing but sit in a car after. Comepletly the worst experience of my life and I seriously want to break down in tears with how horrible my nails look.

Cannot believe I paid anyone to cut my nails this way...the top coat is uneven...and worse yet my feet are not smooth. Very upsetting!!!

This place used to be my go-to nail salon and Im very sad to say I will be finding a new place. Their service has gone downhill, on more than one occasion Ive had to come in to get my acrylic nails fixed because they broke or the gel chipped off. They were very nice about fixing them the first time but this last time, after I had only had my nails done for 1 day, the gel chipped and when I got them fixed I was treated very coldly. Also, Ive begun to notice that they reuse their nail files and Emory down drill bits for acrylic nails which harbors bacteria. Porous items should never be used on more than one client and they reuse. Please be sure to keep safety in mind when going to nail salons or any salon. Im a cosmetology student and safety, cleaning, and disinfection needs to be taken more seriously.

Ever since management has changed this place has gone down hill. Went to get a shellac manicure and pedicure today and the service was terrible.

The boss wanted to charge 15 just to change my nail color, however the nail tech did a good job on my pedicure.

I had an uncommunicative nail technician. More important though, she polished over my cuticles and applied nail polish thickly.

This used to be my go-to place to get my nails done in Denver but their services have gone downhill. I came in, on time for a nail appointment with my bridal party and although they were nice, it felt extremely rushed and my gel mani didnt even last a week. I went again before my honeymoon and got another gel mani that didnt even last a week. In the past, my gel manis lasted at least two weeks. Unfortunately, I am going to have to find another nail salon in Denver.

Walk-ins beware. I asked for a pedi and they said there was time (1.5 hours before they closed). 15 minutes later they charged me full price for a crappy paint job, little to no attention to callous care and an all around rushed job. This isnt the first time theyve failed to say they had appointments and wouldnt have time for a full pedicure. Im sad that I gave them a second chance and wont be going back. You shouldnt either.
