Best salon in the area! Outstanding customer service and even better skills

Went with my friend who never had a pedicure before and it was amazing! We came in at 5pm and luckily came in before a bunch of people. They were really busy though, but they handled it very well! They tried to accommodate everyone and learn everyones name which I found very cool! Unfortunately I dont know the names of the people who helped me and my friend, but I think it was all of them lol. Theyre very nice and friendly, funny too! Would definitely come back!Ive attached pics of my nails, but the jewels fell off a day after.. oh wells at least I got my pics in lol

Used to love this place. Last experience I wanted the dip only....Somehow got convinced I had to do a little acrylic to flatten my nails out (adamant I didn’t want acrylic, yet let it happen a bit...I’m too nice and gullible in the moment) but EVERY nail cracked within two days. Terrible. She was on her phone the whole time watching something as she was doing my nails. Will never go back unless it is only for a pedicure.

I came here a few days ago with my daughter for pedicures. I was so excited to have found a place and was interested in most of their services. My daughter and I sit down for pedicures, I picked a $40 pedicure and told them 3x my daughter just needs the $18 kids pedicure. They charged me $40 for her pedicure and said she got the same as me. I reminded them no I said she can get the kids, then she said since she gave my daughter some lines on her big toe a “flower” that we didn’t ask for that I had to pay the $40. It was just so unprofessional and over priced. I was so disappointed they had swindled me. Will never go back.

I have been here more than 4 times and everyone here is so nice. Even if theyre super busy theyll greet you. I love all the work theyve done and cant wait for my next set:)

I loved this nail salon when I first tried it. They were conveniently closer than all the rest and they guy who chose to do my nails was very outgoing an kept asking me personal questions. He didnt prefer to give me shorter nails but did so anyways and I ended up loving them! He wanted me to come back to get a discount and had the perfect nail design in mind. Loved the atmosphere also.

They are fast moving machine with poor quality. They DO NOT listen to you at all. The first photo indicates that they did not clean properly previous nail polish and created this ugly bump in my nails. Also, they did not clean cuticles properly. Nail polish is see-through in spots, and leaked. Not very good place to get your nails done. Very disappointed.

Worst place ever the nail tech was rude and agressive she cut my finger and all her tools must not have been clean because all of my fingers got infected and developed periungual warts from the dirty tools and towels

It is a big enough place that they can accommodate more people than most salons and anyone there will do a fantastic job. Every time I’m satisfied with how flawless my nails look! All the staff are friendly and welcome you graciously when you come in.

4 stars because they were very nice and the prices were right. But I did have some issues. Firstly, we made an appointment and while I got started on time, my two companions had to wait about 15 mins for their services to start, and one of them had a very limited amount of time. Secondly, I had some issues with my manicure. I might just be being picky, but these are the things that bothered me: my ring finger is a bit crooked, there’s nail polish on the surrounding skin of some nails, my pinky finger isn’t painted all the way to the edge, my thumbnail is slanted at the tip, and the tips of my nails haven’t been painted.

Really loved the style choices. Took my daughter. She had fun too. Be back for sure.

They do a pretty good job on pedicures but the chairs and place in general isn’t the cleanest. Additionally, they played pretty loud music that I really didn’t like. It gets the job done but definitely wouldn’t be my first choice.

Worst gel mani I’ve ever had. She didn’t wait for my precious polish to properly lift and roughly took it off with a file to ruin my nails underneath. She did not remove all of the previous polish leaving my new polish bumpy. I asked for my nails to only be filed and she left each edge rough and didn’t smooth them before applying the polish. I was so disappointed as I want to find a good salon here in Denver.

Absolutely LOVE going here! They are always kind, and friendly. The workmanship is great and I have NEVER felt rushed while getting taken care of here even on their busiest of days.

I wanted to try a new nail salon since I wasn’t happy with the one I had been going to for the past year. I was referred by a good friend to try Magic Nails. I looked them up and this was the closest location to me so I tried it. I’m so glad I did! Quyen was very nice and explained what options I had. I close to try dipping my nails. It was quite the process to remove the gel polish and start fresh. She was very good and fast! She even did most of the process manually (without drills). I was very happy with the outcome. I even went back a few weeks later. My third visit will also include a pedicure just in time for Christmas!

Always immediately greeted with a welcoming and positive attitude as soon as I walk in!! Jasmine is my go to nail technician, however, I have had other nail techs and everyone’s work is excellent and relaxing!!! Also I have my eyebrows done there as well, very gentle and keep them nice and natural!

After reading some negative reviews I didnt see any of the issues that were mentioned so in my opinion, they care and take time to correct mistakes if there are any. I called and we got in first thing Friday morning. No long wait times and they had other customers in.

Tim did an amazing job on my nails. They were not crooked, no little pieces coming off, and he kept asking if the length, shape and just the overall look of the nails was good. Making this my new place.

My pedicure was great! The massage chairs are a dream. The shop is clean, and the staff are so friendly! Tao did my pedicure and was so attentive and sweet. She made my feet look wonderful! I will definitely be back.

They do a decent job, their big thing is shellac. They always want you to do shellac and never colored acrylic or anything like that. They don’t seem to have many options if you like nails that aren’t just plain colored. They also make you wait a long time regardless if you have an appointment or not. I came here to get Halloween nails done back in October. They were really surprised that I wanted a design on my nails and seemed almost annoyed. And then they had a customer that was literally sitting in the seat next to me lined up waiting for the nail tech that was doing my nails so the entire time this customer was just staring at me with a dirty look because she was waiting on me but it wasn’t my fault they are poorly staffed. Then I remember on another incident while I was getting my nails done someone had come in and she had been waiting there for at least a good 20 to 30 minutes and there was plenty of chairs open plenty of employees there and she went to get up and leave and they went chasing after her saying that someone was ready for her and it was conveniently right when she was about to leave. Today I called in an hour ahead of time to make sure that they would have time for me I set up an appointment I was there 15 minutes before my appointment. They had me wait the full 15 minutes and then an additional Five minutes after my appointment had already been scheduled. And I just thought that was really poor customer service they also helped walk in before me. And I understand that I was early for my appointment but I would think if I was courteous enough to set up a time for my appointment and I came early that I would be helped before I walk in. So I decided to call another nail place that had better reviews that was 10 minutes away and set up an appointment there. And I told my kids to grab their stuff then all the sudden One of the employees came running after me telling me someone was ready for me again so conveniently that it’s right when I’m about to leave because I’m so annoyed. Then she has the audacity to touch me on my shoulder and try to grab me and tell me again that someone was waiting for me and I was like no thank you and walked out. I also forgot to mention that the man that I spoke to you to set up my appointment took down all of my information what I wanted and my name and when I got there and told him that I had set up the appointment and what it was for he looks so confused but he was the only male employee in the building so I’m pretty sure he was the one that had to have taken my phone call

Can we please take minutes to appreciate the staff here? I love this salon and most of all Thu as she’s incredibly talented and is very sweet.Its so hard to find a nails artist and stick with them but she’s the best and I will always come back to her.

Hello all,I’m from New York/New Jersey and I’ve lived out in Colorado for 5 years now. This place is comparable with the places I am used to back home. They are extremely quick and efficient, Tim does an amazing job with his professional skills working with my hands and nails, his prices are fair and he really works hard on your nails. He takes his time, and really gives 100% effort. Tim really cares about his customers, who return to him often and his new customers as well. He is personable, and professional, and I heard his wife is really great at getting the in grown toe nails out.I highly recommend other women/Men interested in using their services, to give them a try! My nails look phenomenal and feel so clean and sexy! Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Ive been looking for a great place to get my nails done & Ive finally found it. The prices are affordable & Megan was amazing. She took her time doing my nails & she did a great job, down to the last little detail I wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My daughter and I have been coming here for about 18 months. The owners and everyone on their staff are amazing. They do a very proficient and artistic job everytime. They make every customer feel welcome and will work hard to accommodate special requests. Wonderful people. Wonderful place. I recommend this place without reservations.

I set up my appointment and they took me in as soon as I walked in the door. They werent busy but had a steady flow and made sure everyone was okay and taken care even if they were walk ins and waiting. They also pay attention to detail. I recommend this place and definitely going again. I went to three different nail salons before this one and I wish I went to this one first.

I love this nail shop ! The first nail shop I’ve found that was friendly and reasonably priced ! They all do an amazing job. They make sure you’re satisfied with your nails before you leave and are more than willing to fix anything, if you ask. I highly recommend coming here, you will not be disappointed !

Chemicals, disorganization and delay.The smell is overwhelming. The display is totally disorganized and riddled with off-brand polish. They tell you to “Come right in!” And then make you wait 15+ minutes... and are surprised when you’re frustrated. My “massage” was a light rub. The final product was just fine, but not worth the other stuff... ESPECIALLY THE CHEMICALS! No wonder they’re not that busy.***After rearing this review (and/or Yelp), the owner gave me a call to apologize. Very kind.

The man who did my manicure (tim?) did an amazing job, however the females doing pedicures made me very uncomfortable. They kept pointing at me and laughing while speaking in vietnamese. She was very quick with the pedicure and she also took way more off one of my eyebrows than the other when waxing them. Overall my nails still turned out good at least...

I visited Magic Nails today for the first time after moving across town and needing a new nail place. I had a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. The service was wonderful. I had a very short wait as a walk in, maybe 5 - 10 minutes. My feet look great and Ive rarely had a better brow wax. I had to return later in the day because I messed up the Polish on one of my toes and they fixed it for me quickly and for free. I will definitely be returning.

Tim does a great job (: they definitely care about their customers. They usually get me in the same day I call and have been very timely with appointments and even walk-in. Took me forever to find a nail place I actually like and Im so happy I found this place!

I have been going to this place for years! The staff is great! I know most of them by name because they have all been there for a long time. Their work looks great and lasts for a very long time.My mother has cognitive functioning issues and it is hard for her to follow the technician’s directions BUT they all treat her like a princess and are extremely patient!PLEASE BE SURE TO TIP WELL AND TREAT THEM NICELY! 💜 You will not find comparable service anywhere else!

Great staff and wonderful results

Nice and friendly which I cant say for all nail salons. They actully talk to you and I personally have made friends with a few of these ladies. They also do a great job and have lots of colors. Also waxing is good here.

After trying a few other nail salons, that were SO overpriced and left my nails an ugly shape, and bulky. This was the first place I left completely satisfied. Tim did my nails, he takes his time, triple checks your nails from different angles to make sure they look even, shapes them VERY well. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable letting him know if I noticed something was off about my nails, regardless he was always making sure I like them. So happy I found this place!

Ive come here for about six months, and never had a bad experience. Tim is a true professional and has fixed my nails after getting them done poorly at a shop in California. Its hard to find the right salon for me, Im a perfectionist, but so is Tim. Totally grateful for this find.

I cant say enough good things about Magic Nails. Ive been coming here for years after having tried, and been disappointed with, numerous other nail salons. Tim is a true craftsman: He takes so much pride in his work and is not happy unless Im happy. The place is spotless. They sanitize everything and use disposable liners in their pedicure tubs. Their prices are on par with other salons, but given the quality of service, Magic Nails is the best deal in town.

The techs were really rude to us (my friend speaks Vietnamese and could overhear them). They cut my friends finger tips with the nail file and didn’t apologize or acknowledge it, and then made her wait while they worked with another customer bc she had changed her mind about polish color (before the manicure started). I very much do not recommend this place.

I had the best experience here! The people who work here are so kind and professional and they did a wonderful job with listening and adding great detail to their work. They are very sanitary and have a very relaxing environment. I will definitely be back :) great job guys

I work in a warehouse. So I need 100% durability. The man you need to see is Tim. He has a vast knowledge of nail design, finish and style. Very friendly. The crowd at this salon is up beat, family oriented. Several manly men I noticed with their families at this establishment. I completely recommend. By the way. It is a neighborhood favorite. Book an appointment! Though I didnt and was in and out in a jiffy.

I have awful in grown toenails and this place is AMAZING!!!!! I absolutely loved my first visit. They are fast, they are kind, they are reasonably priced, and overall it was a great, great pedicure!!! I have not found another nail salon in the area that is comparable, really! Oh, and the massage chair didnt destroy my back by beating be senseless like most salons.... So theres that!! I will definitely be coming back.

I used to get shellac at a different salon all of the time and in 3 weeks Id peel it off which is terrible for your nails. I went to a different salon and the shellac started peeling on its own after ONE WEEK! I spent so much money for such terrible quality. I came to Magic Nails in hope for something that lasts longer and is healthier. I got the dip nails and I love them! It looks so good! I also am a cuticle picker and they used these special tools that Ive never seen before and they really did the job. I will be coming back.

Horrible experience. They were slammed, which is understandable but dont tell me itll 10 min,and I end up waiting 25. They didnt listen to what I wanted at all. She cut me 4 different places,when I told her she didnt do what I wanted, she said come back 2 weeks I do real pink and white! I dont live here. Dont advise going there.

My mother in law and I came all the way from Fort Carson. It was her birthday on Saturday and we figured we try this place out. The owners and staff were very friendly, even though we had an 11am appointment they didnt fuss with us coming in at 10:15. We had a great experience, very satisfied how we didnt have to tell anyone how we wanted things they just did it and you can tell they know what they were doing. Best place in Colorado ! We honestly dont mind driving out to them now at least once a month. Great service, quality and prices. Highly recommend! See you guys in a month!

So disappointed! I found a picture on the companies website, I wanted my nails exactly like the picture. I called to make an appointment and asked a if they still had the chains that was in the picture and woman said yes. When I came for my an appointment I showed the woman who was doing my nails the picture and she said they had the chains. After my nails are painted she tells me that they no longer do the chains!!! She lied to me from the start! I could of picked another design but I didnt have the choice to do so. Also this place is way over priced! When I came to my appointment she told me that with the chains and gel polish my total would be 42$! My total was still 42$ without the chains. Most nail shops are 30$ for a rebase with gel polish. I would not recommend anyone to come to this nail shop!

Visited on 11/09/2018 Did not re base nail to my cuticles, did my nails while I was in the pedicure chair so three fingers on my right hand are sideways, the gel polish is horrible she didnt even paint the whole nail on all fingers, all the sides I can see the fake nails. This is one of the worst places Ive been, are they supposed to use new nail files and buffers per customer because they dont here, then got mad when I tipped $7.00, $38.00 for a pedicure (my feet are still rough, massage was only a light rub) and $35 for a re base!? Total $80.00 and I hate the way my nails came out. Im super disappointed :(

I have been getting manicures and pedicures every two weeks with Quyen for 5 years now she does an amazing job! Dawn and Tim the owners are very nice people, I have also know Dawn for 5 years who has also done my nails in the past doing a great job!. I highly recommend this location. Mai is also very kind and does a great job!

Magic Nails & Spa has been my nail salonf0r more than 4years.The salon is clean and they often have the door open to allow for fresh air. Everyone is very friendly and so accommodating.I will continue coming.

Awesome service

I came in here and did not even get the chance to get my nails done because the employee was so rude and hostile towards me. I simply thought they were busy so I was about to leave because I had a doctors appointment in an hour. He basically got me to sit back down because he was almost done with his client. Then when he was done he told me to come sit and I asked if I could washed my hands first and he made a smart remark and then spoke to another coworker in his language and it was so obvious he was talking trash about me. Then I try to ignore it since I can’t understand what he was saying about me. I ask him how much for a full set (I usually get my nails extremely short) but it was $28 just got a regular full set and I usually don’t even ask for color. He asked if that was ok but almost as if he was ready for me to leave. I simply said no sorry, (mind you I already want an excuse to leave without being impolite) and he got up and walked away before I even got to stand up and leave. There is no reason for someone to treat people like that for no reason. Even another client was looking at him sideways.

I have been going here for a year and an OBSESSED WITH THEM!!! I am really really hard on my nails and broken up with many a salon before because my acrylics would break within 1-2 weeks. Magic Nails staff is not only amazing but they have made my nails significantly stronger!!!! They have so many color selections! I absolutely travel 20 mins out of my way just to go this salon. It is the only place I will go! My nails stay on for 4 weeks which is next to a miracle because I work a ton and am really hard on my nails! I just can’t say enough how much I love magic nails!If you want the most polite and quality nail salon in Denver this is the place!!!!

Great gel manicure

Really wanted to like this place, it seems clean and the staff is incredibly nice, but their nail polish application is terrible.Went in for a gel 2 days ago, got a light nude color. She applied two very thin (thus patchy) coats, did not cap off the end of the nail with any polish at all (leaving my Mani vulnerable to chips), left the sides of my nails streaky and partially unpolished, and didnt do a great job making an even cuticle line. She also got a lot of gel in the corners of my nails bed that I had to go home a cut/buff off.Because of this, mostly the uncapping, Im two days into my gel manicure, and its already chipped and the patches are becoming more apparent. Save yourself $30 and go somewhere else. Such a shame

Used to like this place but every time I’ve been the service has gotten worse. The nail polish was so old and filled with something to make it paint on easily - half of my nails are already chipped and the polish is flaking off. Waste of time and money.

They do a great job, they only lose a star because they take walkin when they have appointments and then the appointment waits.

As much as I want to give this place a good review, you can’t possibly relax if you have one of the nail techs smacking her gum and chewing like a truck driver.

This place has no concept of time. If I have to wait 40 minutes let me know so I can choose to go somewhere else. This is the second time in a row that this has happened.
