I tried this space after my favorite salon went out of business. The salon space is very cute and everyone was very nice. It didnt smell like chemicals and everything was very clean. Unfortunately the climb up to the pedicure chair was a bit concerning for my very pregnant self and Ive already had two nails randomly break the day after my manicure.

Went here yesterday and had an amazing experience. Had some issues with light chipping and discoloration so I called today and they took me in same day and fixed the issue with no extra charge to me. Super professional and clean. Highly recommended!!!

Haven Nails Denver it really feels like home there! Everyone is so so nice and attentive. so sweet and remembers me even when I call in to make an appointment. The staff is so careful and meticulous with their work. They are always willing to change a color if I dont love it or will help me find matching colors for my. Truly the best nail salon! I can say enough good things about the salon itself and the warm and wonderful staff!

Me and my 5 bridesmaids all got our nails done here and they did amazing! They were super prepared covid wise and made sure all of us washed our hands and took our temps. Lots of color choices and a super cute space. They did a great job on all of us especially on my ombre nails. Anika (may have spelt that wrong) did amazing and made them exactly how I wanted! They are doing a great job keeping everyone as healthy and safe as possible including observing social distancing, taking temperatures, and having everyone fill out a questionnaire. I got a Spa Pedicure and it was luxurious. I even got a little discount for my birthday. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful salon with friendly staff who are sweet and gentle. Puje did gel on my toes, she helped me find the perfect antique pink shade I was looking for and evened out my split toe nail. I definitely recommend this salon! 10/10 gel pedicure

Wow!! We came here for a bachelorette party and they were the best! I called other places around the area and was treated as a pain to get 6 of us seen at the same time. I just moved to the neighborhood and stopped in. Great hours, sweet and friendly staff. The nail tech was very detailed and kind. She did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and regular pedicure. Safe to say I’ve found my spot for my nails :)

Ive been to Haven twice because I live within walking distance. The location is great, tons of good food and drink options in the area. Sadly, I havent been impressed with the quality of work. I left feeling like I had overpaid and my gel manicure didnt last nearly as long as those Ive had in the past. Also I personally find the pedicure chairs uncomfortable. On the up-side, the salon is adorable and the staff was friendly. Booking was easy, and Ive never had to wait past my appointment time. Id consider giving this place another try, but its not necessarily my first choice.

Climbing up to get to the Pedicure Chair isnt exactly practical and can be downright impossible for people who have a fractured knee cap and in a full leg brace. When someone needs to help you get up there, it is ridiculous. And is not in line with The American Disabilitys Act.

Love Haven! Found them searching for local salons while I was in the area. A bit pricey and it’s totally worth it. Clean and comfortable. Love that they don’t use the traditional massages chairs and tubs. They use high quality products and take great care of you and give you the time you need! Sana is my girl!

Best gel manicure in Denver! Whenever I have to travel, I book here right before and it always lasts two weeks with no chips. I try to book towards the end of the day so its like a treat! I also love that they offer you a glass of wine to enjoy!

I’m so happy someone recommended Haven to me. I won’t go anywhere else to get my gel manicure! I’m a person who typically ends up with my gel peeling off after about 1 1/2 weeks. Here, I’ve lasted up to 3 weeks before deciding to get a fresh manicure, but only because my nails grow out, not because it chips. Every manicurist I’ve had does a phenomenal job and everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Do make an appointment in advance though because they tend to get booked up a few days in advance!

I’ve had hard gel overlay with gel polish twice at Haven now.The first time was awesome and they turned out great!The second time was sloppy. My nails were uneven in the gel overlay and the polish. Edges were thinner/thicker on the same nails and the polish wasn’t applied to the sides and edges.I was really excited to find this place as everything is sterilized well and it’s a beautiful spot.Sadly I won’t be back due to the inconsistency!I feel like I wasted $70 on nails I can’t wait to get redone.***** Updated ****Decided to call and voice my discontent at how my nails turned out and by day 9 one had broken where the overlay was too thin, every single one was lifting and all of the tips were dull and discolored as if the top coat was defective. 🤷🏻‍♀️Anyhow they were very accommodating and offered to do my nails over for free.Had a different technician this time and she did a flawless job!!!These pictures are 7 days later and they are still perfection!! The polish has worn a tiny bit on the tips but I expected it with the almond shape and my job is SUPER hard on my nails!!!I’ve received soooo many compliments! Ended paying $25 and tipping $15 as she ended up having to do a full fill.I’ll be back for sure. Five star customer service!

For $22, I was expecting at least some lotion and a hand massage, but all I got was a cuticle trim and a nail polish (regular, not gel). No lotion whatsoever. I left with dry hands. Its a nice salon, but Ive been to salons just as nice with much better services and value.

The first time I came in I had an amazing experience, my tech took her time and did a really great job. It was expensive but I felt, really worth it. The second time I went in the girl hurried through and did an awful job even when I asked her to make a few changes that I shouldn’t have had to point out. She was very sweet but I left very disappointed.

Got “the Spa” gel manicure for $47..it was fine but a little lumpy on the ends. Went back a few weeks later to try the gel “nail extensions”..showed the tech a photo of what I wanted and I got something similar..not too bad but the jewels were pink instead of silver and the colors were off and lumpy..again. I don’t think I’ll be going back. It took her 80 minutes to complete my nails and it’s $1 a minute. So not worth it. Of course I tipped so almost $100 for mediocre nails. They’re so sensitive and fragile that they cracked the third day of having them on. I have two broken nails and it hasn’t even been a full week. I don’t work with my hands and I don’t feel like everyday activities should cause my nails to break so often. I guess I’ll be going back to basics at my local salon instead of this “high end” salon..

HIGHLY recommend! I came in for a gift certificate and left relaxed, with cleaned up nails. I did The Mountain nail treatment for men. Great and friendly service in a spacious high-class environment. Beautifully designed space with high ceilings, loft, and huge glass wall that pivots open. Ill be back. I could see bringing clients or having an event here.

The first time I tried to get an appointment the girl I spoke to was extremely rude and left me wanting to go elsewhere but I always like to give places another chance. Unfortunately both times have been the same and not even the slightest bit of regard on their part. Being someone who is the service industry these girls running the front desk could really benefit from learning how to interact with guests in a more pleasant manner, that is if they intend to gain any client retention. Perhaps they should keep in mind that they wouldnt even have that job if it werent for the guest that bring them business. Both experiences with this salon have left me less than impressed. Will not recommend to anyone and will be going elsewhere.

Nope, never again. I’m still in disbelief. I called and booked for 2 pedis side by side, they gave me the time of 4:15, we were early. Services were fine until they told us we had to leave because they were locking up. I asked ‘do you think our nails are dry?’ ‘Oh no, definitely not’ was the reply. ‘But we have to go’ ‘yes’ mind you this was after i paid and tipped well. On my first visit I was never offered the complementary beverage. I also find the chairs very uncomfortable (but that could just be me). Anyhow, no thank you. I’m so disappointed that I just spent $120 and was sent out into the snow with wet nails. It would have only taken 10 more minutes to dry. They should not book appts if there is not sufficient time to dry.

Im willing to pay a bit extra for a great nail salon, but this did not meet my expectations. The person working the front desk was not friendly and when I sat down for my appointment, I was disappointed the chairs were not massage chairs. I get that its trendy, but they werent particularly comfortable. I got a gel mani/pedi and the nail tech nicked my nail with the dryer and when I told her about 30 seconds later, she said why didnt you tell me, now its messed up ... well.. that was a bit rude. The gel pedicure started peeling within 5 days, which is absolutely ridiculous considering it was $50.

Super friendly, did a great job, gels lasted long! Quick and reasonably priced.

I chose to try out this nail salon simply because my other nail salon was booked up and because of the short proximity to where I live. Unfortunately, I greatly regret making that decision. I shouldve known going here was a bad idea from the start because I had to call multiple times yesterday before someone even answered the phone to make and appointment. That being said, I did make an appointment for the morning when I thought they would be less busy (which turned out to be correct) and I even arrived 5 mins early. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk but I could see 2 people in the back who clearly saw me but did not come to the front for about 3 mins to greet me. Then the nail tech who did my nails came out while talking on her cell phone and told me to have a seat. So as I sat at the desk getting my gel polished removed, I tried sparking a little conversation but the nail tech seemed very uninterested, not to mention she had dirt and who knows what else under her own fingernails! Working at a nail salon your staff should be clean and friendly. I was also very disappointed because when she was removing my cuticles she cut me and acted like she didnt. She didnt even apologize when you could clearly see the blood! When it came time to choose my color, she acted annoyed because she didnt think they had it and had to look 2 extra seconds. Sure enough, they had it! Before she applied my color I asked for a design on 2, yes ONLY 2 of my nails and she said she didnt have time as her next client was coming. I was shocked because I made an appointment and was on time and am a paying costumer, yet you dont have time! Needless to say I wont be going back there and I am very disappointed as I paid more for here then other nail salons in the area.

Rude. I just wanted to remove my acrilic nails and the woman said We dont do anything with acrilic and that it woul ruin our tools. Happy to not have given them my business. It would have gone a long way to say Im sorry, we dont have the tools to do a good job since we dont use acrilic materials she was rude, and in an area already scrutinized for gentrification, treating people of color with a bit more respect might build patronage. Walk away from this snobbish and overpriced establishment.

My wife and daughter went here for a mani/pedi and loved the experience. The gentleman running the front desk was delightful and courteous with an excellent taste in music. The environment exuded peace and tranquility and had naturally comfortable feel. There were no bulky massage chairs and feet-whirlpools like you see in mall minispas. Instead, it was a personal touch and a calming experience. They loved how their nails looked and would highly recommend Haven. Great value for your money.

Well we went for a bachelorette party. One set of girls was suppose to go at 4:30 the other at 5:45 the second set of girls showed up at 5:00 and were told that they were late and not everyone could get a manicure. So it didnt start off well, the pedicure was awful I dont even think she pushed back my cuticles and the massage was a joke. Then we moved onto the manicure the best part is when they rub your arms and hands... All she did was put lotion on my hands I was so disappointed I said is that it and she just stared at me. Not only that my polish on my toes came off... They were rude and didnt care to keep me as a client so I will never be back.
