I used to do my nails here but I will not return! their bad treatment and rudeness because I said that I did not like how my nails turned out, they treated me super badly. all because the place was about to close and I was the last customer. They didnt even put a base gel on me, they left my whole nail badly cut and with a thickness of a little French the same that I didnt want, according to they were going to file it for me at the end and they didnt do it, so I immediately communicated that I didnt like them. They could put the whole nail in white so they told me no that the place was already closed to pay $ 27 and it is incredible that they charge me for a job that I do NOT like. You can reach an agreement such as putting white paint on me, but they didnt even want to do that. finally they took off my paint and left my nails very weak but their bad treatment during the whole discussion was excessive. very disappointed

Gel application went way over my nails onto my skin and gel is bumpy and uneven. My biggest problem was that they did not soak off my previous manicure and instead scraped it off, taking off huge layers of my nails with the polish. My nails are now very thin and brittle. I regret tipping as well as I did, and I truly never reduce tip due to poor service. Maybe consider another salon for your next manicure

I walked in on a Thursday at 11:00am. Asked if they could give me a French manicure. There was only one lady that could do that & I had to wait on her. She never told me how long I would need to wait. I figured 10-20 minutes,tops. After 45 minutes I asked her how much longer she said another 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes I called another Nails of the world & they got me in ASAP. I think its a reasonable courtesy to inform someone right away how long they will wait. Im still shocked only one person in this salon can do french manicure.

My go to salon & I have tried others on Colorado Blvd. Reasonably priced, clean, & efficient. What more can you ask for? Im the type of consumer who notices the details when Im visiting an establishment; especially how the staff & management treat customers & eachother. I can say the owner & staff treat customers like valued customers & not a number. This salon is extremely busy so booking an appointment on their website is highly recommended.

They are amazing! Great price, friendly people, amazing work! And they have kid prices!! I went to get a solar full set with blue tips. She took the time to make sure to give me exactly what I wanted. Ill definitely come back.

My nail started lifting in 2 days after getting an acrylic full set! The guy who did my nails argued with me about the length of my nails all being the same when clearly they were not!!! Total waste of my money!!!I will never go back!!

I really liked how accommodating Hot Tip Nails was on such short notice when my friends and I showed up. We were even lucky enough to get manicures while getting pedicures done at the same time. However, 9 days later and my gel manicure has chipped. In addition to this I have multiple cracks in my fingernails. I am kind of disappointed in the quality around the edges too.

My nails were done (shellac manicure) 4 hours ago.. they have air bubbles.. absolutely terrible looking manicure. This cost me $35! Looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I am so dissapointed, I am confused why this place has such good reviews.

Had a great experience this weekend - walked in and immediately sat down. The girl helping me treated me as if I was an old friend and she had seen me a thousand times before. They offered me water and everyone was friendly . Best part is of course that my nails look amazing :)

Normally this place has been great to me, but I had two dip nails break in under a week (only the color not the nail) so I went back in. I happened to get the same lady who originally did them—yes, I was polite too!—but felt that she intentionally cut my cuticle with the buffer because I came back. She buffed them much more carefully the first time. I tipped her a few dollars today because I’m a good person, even though she did it wrong and another technician had to take off the polish she just applied and re do it. Cut cuticle burning the whole time. Maybe would have come back if they offered a discount and a different technician, but they didn’t make that offer.

Ive been going here for a while now and I have loved it from day one! They are always convenient and never say no, so welcoming when you walk in and Phom the gentlemen that does my nails all the time is amazing all the time! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! The hot stone massage is absolutely amazing!! I never go any place else. After telling all my friends and family about Hot Tips Nails, they all come here to. The women who work here are nice, polite, and very professional. They do not rush through your service and always make sure that you are completely comfortable. Very busy salon, but it seems to be able to fit you in a moments notice. Appointment is recommended. Acrylic nails available and price is the average high in Denver and US in general. Not sure why mani/pedi is so expensive in the US! 😳

Moved to the area about 6 months ago, and this is my new go-to place. The staff is friendly, their shop is very clean, and they do a great job. I think there prices are pretty standard compared to other locations. They have a great variety of colors for polish and shellac.I would suggest making an appointment as they are typically busy, always.

Disgusted with this shop! Offered everyone getting services bottle water besides my daughter and I bottle water. Kept looking and whispering about us. I feel this shop is racist! So sad that I even choose this place to take my daughter and I.

It was ok. Not super impressed with my nails. They have the black dip powder on my skin and they don’t look as smooth as they should. Kinda looks like a child painted them. They were nice and it seemed clean. Not sure I’ll be back.

I moved to this area 3 years ago from Littleton. I continued the drive to my Littleton nail salon, but I have been trying to find a salon closer to home. After trying 3 local salons only to be disappointed, I found Hot Tips!!! Nicki, the owner was so nice and welcoming. The salon itself was clean and organized, I even did a walk in and they were very busy. Cindy did my pedicure and she did an amazing job! Tony food my nails. You can tell be cares about what he puts on his clients! He was very thorough and asked me questions to make sure I was happy. I have found my new salon and HIGHLY recommend Hot Tips to anyone looking for a great nail salon!!!

Got my first shellac manicure here a couple of weeks ago and it didn’t even last 7 days before three of my nails chipped and one even broke. My nails weren’t even cut to the same length or filed to the same shape. It didn’t feel like they cared at all if I was there or not. Never going back.

I was faithfull to my old nail salon for years but I moved to the oppsite side of town and I finally decided to look for something close to me. Hot Tips is the best nail salon in the area. I love them. It doesnt matter who you go to there, they are all great.

Tiffany is a great technician who took the time to make sure that my shellac would not peel by the time I was due for my fill. They have always been friendly and clean which is a huge plus for me!

Don’t spend your hard earned money here. i honestly do not normally leave reviews, but i am disappointed. my friend and i went in for pedicures (deluxe pedicures) i called ahead of time (at 3:40ish) to ask if they had any availability; i was told if i can make it in by 4:00 we would be fine. so we get there and they sat us down. i asked if they had the time to do a full set for me; i was told yes not knowing they close at 5:00! if i would have known i would have never asked. the pedicure was okay, but my tips look like cheap press ons i could have bought at wal mart for a way cheaper price. he rushed through the entire appointment causing the nails to be thin and crooked. i didn’t realize how disappointed i was until i looked at the matte black paint in the sunlight... there are spots on every nail. and the real reason i’m writing this review is because my nail broke today and it’s barely been a week.... i expect quality and not to be rushed when spending money at an establishment; especially when i plan on adding on gratuity.

Overpriced and not very clean. I was charged $60 for a matte look. They simply painted my nails and rubbed some of the polish off. Ridiculous.

Bad customer service tonight. This is the second time this lady was rude and purposely messed up ever other nail. Then she had her co worker spill a can of trash damn near on me and didnt say sorry . They started being very un professional as soon as Jessica left (boss). I probably wont return here again 😑

I went here to get a gel polish change. It hasn’t even been a full two weeks and my manicure isn’t just grown out like it normally would be, the gel is peeling away from my nails. I won’t be going back.

I went to get my eyebrows done on my lunch break like I normally do..they completely ruined the shape of my natural brow. I asked for a clean up and she took it upon herself to change my whole brow shape and they dont even match! Ruined!! I will never go back! EVER!!!!

None of the them know how to wax eyebrows 😡 I grew out my eyebrows for 3 months and went to go get them done here and they looked so bad, they weren’t even the same shape😡
