Royal nails has so many options for different manicures. I had Henry who did dip powder and gel polish. I wanted a funky design and he was able to hand paint it. I love my nails so much! Highly recommend.

First I got a pedicure by one nail tech and it was fine no complaints. Afterwards she began to sand down my current stiletto gel nails for a rebase. Frank took over because I scheduled an appointment with him the day before. He preformed a rush job on my nails because more clients started to come in with appointments. He said he knew how to do stiletto shaped nails but he didn’t and I truly don’t believe the pics on Instagram are of his work. He did a terrible job! My nails are bumping and not smooth at all and couple of them are so unevenly shaped. He also didn’t add enough coats of the polish that I requested. It’s been a week and I already have four nails that either broken tips or cracked on the nail bed. It was my first time and I will never go back.

My nail tech made fun of me for telling her I was in pain. She was too rough & my nails are sloppy..unnecessarily expensive....poor everything & they lied in their response to me hahahaha yall FAKE and my nails were TRAAAAAASSSSSHHHHHH. YALL YALKED SHUT THE ENTIRE TIME GET OUT IF HERE. YALL MAKE FUN OF DISBALED PPL. IMMA SUE YALL!!!

I was less than impressed with everything here. I had to wait even though I had an appointment. This only matters because someone who was a walk in came in after me but was services first. I chose the do powder on my natural nails and it was so uneven around my cuticles and shes off my fingers. I would not go here again.

I’ve been here multiple times giving them several chances hoping things would be better just for them to continue to disappoint. I will definitely not be going back ever again. I never get my nails the way I ask or show. I was also overpriced every single time even when I didn’t get what I asked for. They say they can do everything with nails and it’s absolutely not true they can barely do anything! Not experienced nail technicians as it shows in their work.

First time Visit- Nails were alright, yet the powder was applied so thin, that 3 had already broken by then end of that same week.Second visit- went in for basic coffin $30 set. The painting was not done to my liking and I was already annoyed that my hand was getting jerked like a rag doll! He finishes the painting and I showed a picture of the art design I would like w/o rhinestones (just to save time). He says that he’s able to do it. Okay fine. Tells me to let my hand dry and he will draw on the basic design, not even 2 minutes passed and he’s attempting to draw on wet polished nails. My issue with the visit, is that he thought he was able to draw on the design with me sitting and he’s standing almost 6 feet tall in dull lighting...no type of support(table) for a still-hand, to properly draw the art. He sees that the design is NOTHING like the picture and attempted to make it better by adding more lines and a “border” at the top of my cuticles. Then attempted some type of ‘art’ on my index finger. I told him to stop since I noticed he was too busy trying to vaccum, rush through a basic nail painting on another client, still trying to add these unnecessary lines on my nails, and try to pack up for home. Didn’t want to take a picture because My nails already look old and it’s not even the 2 week mark🤦🏽‍♀️ The first picture is expectations, the others are the reality of the finished product.

I love it here. I have been going for months now. They treat you like family. They have done everything I asked them to perfectly!!! I would 10/10 recommend I love it. 💜💜💜

Sloppy, rushed work. I left with dip polish stuck under my nails and around my cuticles. When I said something to the woman, she said it will wash off when I wash my hands. Since I got home I have been scrubbing them, trying to get it off. I have never left a nail salon with residue stuck to my fingers like this. Its a shame since this place came on a good recommendation. This is just a mess.

Super bummed spent $50 plus tip to get my fake nails off and nails painted it was a really poor paint job and it lasted one day before it completely started chipping off :(

Got the dip polish and it looks terrible. They also didn’t do anything with my cuticles, or hang nails. I even asked if he could get rid of one hang nail and he avoided it. Not worth the price considering how sloppy these look. Will not return.

After my pedicure she told me to go i have wet paint on my toe nails idc if its covid thats not right to send a client out the door with wet polish on.so unprofessional and unkind wouldnt recommend anybody to go here also very over priced.

Went with my sister, we felt rushed and they cut 3 of my sisters cuticles, very sloppy job on her nails when she asked them to do a 2nd coat the lady had attitude. When I got home I checked and I got overcharged on my card by 16$. Very upset with them. This was one of my favorite nail salons to go to, but very upset with the service and for the price I would have expected for them to do a better job ....

I was a walk in and want to give this salon a try. Great atmosphere and very nice place. The owner and staff was so nice. They welcoming and gave me an excellent service.. My tech was awesome and did a quality job on my nails! Im very happy with the results and so glad I came to this salon

Hi, this is the first time I ever got acrylics. They had no interest in talking to me. The lady rushed it and they charge for EVERYTHING!!!! To get a design it cost $80. They find a way to rip you off, won’t be back.

Been going here since Royal Nails opened 19 years ago. I am super picky so Na knows exactly what I want. My nails are always on point. Service is perfect, place is always clean, and staff is friendly.

This place has always teaken great care of my feet. I have been going for almost 2 years and I bring my girlfriend and sister as well. The staff is lovely and they do a great job taking care of my nails so that I dont have issues with ingrown toenails anymore. My feet look great in sandals and I get compliments all the time. Terrible service. Sent my wife there for mani and pedi. The guy spent most of the time on his cell watching soccer than to her nails. Not professional at all. The quality of work was poor and the place was not clean. Would not recommend.

I went with my 3 sisters to get our mani/pedis. They completely rushed us, skipped the hand/neck massages and did a terrible job on the nail polish. It didn’t even last 2 days. Plus, they talked about us in their language the whole time. There was one guy that had some normal social skills. Terrible experience, would NOT recommend.

I was unable to make it to my nail shop so I tried this one. The girl that did my Pedi was so sweet, but sometimes quick and fast isnt always good. The man that did my nails had a terrible attitude he rushed my nails and literally made me cry. Only because this is what he does for a living, he took no pride in his work and was so rude.When I nicely ask him to fix them he had gotten upset and said he was running late for his sons birthday party @ chuckie cheese. I was appalled and just got up paid and left. i wasnt happy with my nails which looked terrible after 2 days, please save your money this place isnt worth it I promise!

This is not the case for all the nail techs as I have gone there for waxes and enjoyed the young woman who did my eyebrows. But my experience getting my nails done was rushed, sloppy, and unfriendly.
