They are Excellent!! I had an interview via Zoom. And then I was placed in a job. The staff was excellent at understanding my personal needs. They placed me in an awesome job!!

They responded very quickly with job offers which I appreciated, but it seems no one there knows how to set up a zoom meeting. I had to reschedule twice because I wasn’t sent the link until after the scheduled time and then because the web address I was sent had no link attached. I’m about as tech savvy as the average bear in today’s society so I know how to use zoom, but apparently some of their staff does not. Other than that, they are very responsive.

Excellent customer service in a friendly environment. Chad helped me get set up for an interview with the job I was looking for. He made sure everything would be a good fit and then sent my info out. The waiting game lasted a good week, but I did get a follow up to let me know I was going on to round 2 by Chad himself. Overall experience was great and personable.

I went in with out a job and within 30 minutes had a job starting the next day . The people in this building are very sweet personal and professional. They worked with me and actually listened. I didnt feel rushed or pushed in to anything . Chad was absolutely amazing and helpful ! The office even gave me subway cards for bringing in another person. The receptionist w Alexandra was very kind and helpful as well. Definitely worth giving a try.

Horribly unreliable job placement consulting! I had lived in Aurora and they’re located up northwest of me about 30 minutes away. I applied online as directed, yet they sill had me drive that 30 minutes claiming to place me in an open job project. When I got there, all they did was help me log into my account and verify it. Then, I spoke to the recruiter, and all she did was tell me they were slow at the time which was Christmas break. Then, she proceeded to say for me to wait about a week for a placement. I waited The week and she never contacted me as she said she would. So basically, I drove out of my way for nothing. They don’t really have decent projects anyways and pay rates aren’t sufficient for anyone’s lifestyle support!

The interview process was very efficient and the staff was friendly! I was looking for a full time job that I had experience in and Excel had the perfect job. They check up on you now and then to see how you are doing which is great because I feel like they actually care about my well being and happiness. Would recommend them to my friends and family..

I applied here in the beginning of December and to this day they have not tried to find me a job, despite me calling them almost every day. Your nothing but a number to them. It helps if your white as it would seem to me that Louise is a racist female mutt that has no problem insulting you and your intelligence. How her and others manage to get paid for what they do is beyond me. What to treated like a human?, go to pro logistics. Other staffing places are much better to.

Beware of these scammers! They dont have jobs, they are simply there as a means to collect your personal information. Ive ran across this scam countless times across most staffing firms. They post some fake job on job boards, you apply, they respond with an auto script saying youre a good fit and to come in and speak to them. You ask why this cant be done on the phone and they say you must come in and register before you can hear about this job. I already know what happens if you fall for it, you take their juvenile testing and suddenly youre no longer a good fit for anything but they do have these min wage 2 hour jobs for you.They bait and switch because they have zero positions or zero positions anyone would want. They lure you in with higher paying jobs and then the day you go in that job isnt there. I highly advise everyone to avoid these types of firms because they arent making money from placements its purely data collection. A real staffing firm will do a phone interview and then send you on a job interview right away. No real staffing firm requires coming in prior to having a job offer. They have no say in if you get the job thats up to the company. Doing a pre-interview is a pure bait and switch scam.

Worked with them for a little while I got into an accident and they let me go. Found me a new job when I got food poisoning before my first day they let me go even with a Dr note. They are not understanding or considerate. This place expects people to be robots. I wouldnt go here.

Great company to work with. I went in for an interview, they said they were going to send my resume out to several companies.. They followed up with me couple times and gave me options for jobs. It felt great knowing a staffing agency gives you options on jobs and, not just sends you out to 1 company and expects you to like it. They found me my job within 2 weeks and, im sure planning to retire from my new job.

I worked for Excel, they placed me in a Seed packaging warehouse. I received a phone call from someone from Excel about the assignment ending. No explanation whatsoever. Applied with the company for different positions, call them, no answer, no response back. Why is Louis still employed there! Cant believe HR for Excel hasnt fired her yet. Worse staffing agency ever!!! I wish I could have gaven them zero stars!

I can explain the disappointment of this company I went there two and a half weeks ago they hired me on a job I went to the job past welding test and was hired .they told me I would go in that following Monday two and a half weeks went by and they kept us in the loop telling us itll be the next day itll be the next day knowing that they did not have a position for us these people must not think we have family ..to support .that is all just a joke just because we are looking for work and my wife called Jennifer that works there and just ask her what was going on she was very rude very condescending and just said Ill just take you off the list then I said no its okay Ill wait so low and behold today her colleague Chad calls me and says youre out you no longer have this position I knew that was coming theyre very unprofessional very rude people I do not advise you guys to ever go there

I applied for an administrative assistant position via their Thornton office. When I received an invite to an interview with Excel, I asked for the location of the position. Excel staffer said she did not have that information!? Big scam, bait and switch.

Absolutely the worst employment agency you will ever visit . Agents are rude, disregarding and will avoid giving you contact to a superior by any means when you have a problem . You can do much better if youre not in desperate need of work.

I contacted them about a specific job and they told me to come in for an interview. I spent 1,5 hours just to get to the office and they tell me they dont have the job but they will contact me when something new comes up. Almost 2 weeks later I get no response so I call them and they tell that Im now on the list as available. I already said I was available, morons. Thanks for wasting my time and lying just so that you get more numbers on your statistics sheet.
