Do not waste your time here... I did not get paid for a gig i did.. I had to give a pay of demand letter then when i finally hot paid 2mounths after the job ended they terminated me for threats. Lol how did i threaten yall the only thing i said was i will see you in court if you do not pay me that was not a threat but a promise... This place needs to close down

I need to either file a lawsuit against primesource Or report an unpaid wage!!! Literally was supposed to get paid Friday and it’s gonna be Wednesday and I still haven’t gotten paid. They keep telling me it should be in your bank acct by today from 3-5 pm or by tomorrow morning and it has never showed up yet..Yeah there just playing with me right now.. I’m not gonna work 11 hour shifts and not get paid!!!!!

Ive worked multiple jobs through PrimeSource, some purely temporary and also temp to hire positions. Some positions are better than others but PrimeSource staff has always been consistent and a pleasure to work with. If you need a job just to get by or if youre trying to get your foot in the door for a long term opportunity PrimeSource is a great place to start.

This place has 2.5 star rating and to be honest, I’m not even sure how they have that. I’d give 0 if I could. Highly unprofessional, dishonest and rude staff. Even the owner (CEO) is rude and I’m not sure how she gets away with calling this a “professional” business. Save yourself the headache and stay clear of this place.

They will have you sign all this paper work give you an assignment then tell you they will contact you but they never will. If you dont mind wasting your time go to prime source.

If your new to the company and need work its hard to get any here unless you know the staff and are friends. Seems like they have favorites on who they give jobs to although there suppose to have a waiting list and first come first serve. Also when I call for a job they never send me final details, and when you call back they avoid you! People really want to work. Im not related to anyone so if your not either, good luck finding work here.

First day I went in in response to a recruiter ad. The person I spoke with was lovely, she got me set up with paperwork and talked me through the job Id be interviewing for. I was told to come in the following week for a typing test, an administrative assesment, and a seminar on the position. The seminar was at one, I was asked to arrive at noon for the assessments.I showed up the following week for my appointment after rescheduling due to weather. Arriving a few minutes early, the woman at the front desk did not look up from her cell phone, and I waited a solid two minutes before asking if there was something I needed to sign in on for my noon assesment and 1pm seminar. Without looking up, she told me to sign in on the sheet of paper and sit down, then called a person with the company phone, on speaker, and asked them to send her photos to post to social media.I sat down, now just after 12, and waited for someone to call me. The woman at the desk went to the back and was replaced by another woman. I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes and watched as people were greeted, signed in and took a seat. The woman at the desk made and took multiple calls on speaker, asking individuals for personal information like last four of their social, first and last names - the lobby could hear all of this including one instance of a check not being valid, exchanging check numbers and personal details of the person all while on speaker..One person who came in asked about an interview and was told that, because the office is on lunch between 12 and 1, no one was available to help that person but they were welcome to wait the now 40 minutes until 1pm.I asked the woman at the desk if the wait time applied for testing as well, mentioning I was told to be there at noon specifically to do testing prior to the seminar. She said she could try to set it up for me but that it would probably take longer than the time I now had before the seminar. She said to have a seat and she would look into it. Id now been there 35 minutes, no conversation as to what was going on, and there was a line of people at the desk trying to get signed in. I waited a few more minutes before I got up and walked out. 45 minutes of my time..I want to say no one was mean or rude. The first woman at the desk was a little unaware of her surroundings but ultimatley I guess she was on lunch too and probably not interested in being bothered. Theres extreme disorganisation here, a lack of communication,and a complete disregard for the sensitive information of the clients. There needs to be an office closure during lunch, and definitely not the scheduling of appointments or testing during a time when no one is available to help. Im seeking employment, that doesnt mean my time lacks value and ultimately I feel the importance of my time was ignored. I wish it would have been better communicated that I might have to wait, or that the timing was subject to staff lunches (which the staff obviously need and deserves to take, 100%). I would not recommend their services, save your time and go elsewhere.

This place is a valid job resource if you have limited English, you don’t care about your hygiene, and don’t mind sitting in a lobby with screaming children for a couple of hours for a 5 minute “interview”. I did better as a day laborer by standing on the corner waiting for a white guy to pick me up in a truck. At least he paid me cash, and I didn’t have to deal with the bored and arrogant women that I always get for an interview.Garbage in/garbage out.

This company does not care about people imo. There are a couple staff members that are polite. I have been there twice and met an extremely rude person and an extremely clueless person. Update your emails if its not really an appointment and include you dont plan on honoring the time. Say you want two forms of i.d. for your interview appointment, and for all that is good in this world pay attention to how long people are waiting. What is the sign in sheet there for if no one is going to check it? Its extremely frustrating that in your emails and phone calls from staff members that you do not include pertinent information and come across as extremely unorganized when people come in for appointments. I was told to come in and fill out some paper work. Instead I waited an hour and 20 minutes to do nothing but analyze the company and how its running. Why not have paper work waiting for someone up front? Especially if you give extreme short notice and picked the time you wanted them to be there. Only to make them wait over an hour passed the requested time. Its extremely rude and I will make sure and tell everyone that is looking for a job to not come here.

Future employees beware...worked 36 hours for Udis bakery but received a check for 22 hrs. Worked three 12 hour shifts.....thieves in the night. Pretend they want to help you but dont pay you for the time you work. Employers be careful of who represent you ..not sure to place the blame on Udis bakery or shady staffing agency. First and last time using a staffing agency.

They looked at my resume and then saw I had food experience and then sent me to only food related factories when I said I wanted to try something else it was always doing the same thing but at a different factory they do not listen to u I wouldnt suggest working here

Receptionist is rude. Several times in a row. Only helps her own people. Needless to say she needs to get fired. I called up their last week and asked if my check had arrived I caught the bus 2 hrs after I got off work only to be told that they didnt have my check. She is a lazy and rude. Prime source is a good temp agency. The receptionist is just rude dont let that defer you from them.

I thought this place was a welfare office. It smelled like fecal waste and children running around me eating candy and rubbing their sticky habds on my professional attire.This is the most unprofessional establishment that I have ever encountered!The receptionist barely has a pulse and is absolutely useless. While waiting for an interview several employees came in inquiring about their paychecks. Four in fact! I waited over an hour to be seen and rescheduled for today.Upon arrival I had to explain to the receptionist several that I had applied the day before. Her attitude made me look this company up. Based on the reviews and my first impression. I withdrew my application. Beware!

Have been with this company for several months, and have never worked for them yet. Every single time I go into the office, its always a negative experience. A couple of weeks ago, I went to the office to inquire about a customer service job they had available. I waited for almost an hour to be seen, and then had to take a 3-part test that had nothing to do with being a CSR. I passed all but one portion of the test, and a man named Travis mentioned that he would be sending a re-take of the test to me through email. Well......two weeks have passed and no test to be found. I then called them back and some man told me that those positions were probably gone and he would pass my name and number on to someone named George. Oh well.....I called right back and told the secretary to delete me from their system.....definitely dont need the headache!

I am very thankful for Primescource and all of the staff. I would recommend to anyone who was in my situation. Twice they helped me find a job. I am presently working a job I absolutely love because of Primescource. I am grateful because they helped prepare me for my interview. They can be at times a little disorganized but I think all staff do the best they can.

I had came in this morning and had my interview and they found me a job right in there and I started the next weekday. They answer any questions you have and they help you find a job that is close to you. I recommend prime source if you need a job quickly.

I was not impressed at all by these recruiters generic as hell clickbait. I called a recruiter back whose email was clearly nathan something but his message he pasted into the browser was chris vargas. first of all, I was told to contact him about a certain positon i had applied for (which was a ridiculous ad) this loser actually called me after I told him he has no business telling people to call him and discuss positions that he was unwilling to discuss over the phone. Rude as hell to email someone an email that says Hey, call me personally about a job application you wasted your time because its just an ad.) these are low life people who are literally stealing money out of your pay. they do not care about anything but spamming you and making you work where they are getting paid by the companies and charging you? these people are like congress, playing both sides of the fence and cant even hire recruiters who can socialize on the phone. totally ridiculous tactics to employ people who have already applied to a job you are lying about having so you can intercept them and use them as slaves... no thanks your whole industry is a scam.

Ive worked with numerous temp agencies at various times in my life and have never experienced such an incompetent organization. I made an interview appointment and filled out my forms online, only to discover when I arrived that they couldnt print them out, so I had to do them over. I asked to have the wifi password so I could look up one of my references contact information and was denied the request. After waiting an hour for a scheduled interview, I finally met with someone. A week later, I received an email acknowledging receipt fo my online paperwork and suggesting I set up an interview. I wasnt able to check in with them for a couple of months because of some health issues, but when I did call, was told they did not have my application in their files because I had not brought in my two sources of identification and had not filled out the right paperwork. When I acknowledged I had done that, the person I spoke with told me she didnt believe I did. Dont waste your time with this agency; I wish I hadnt.

Ive never taken the time to write a review on anything, a product, company etc, this is my first. It seems as though all the staff agents have a chip on their shoulder. They hate their jobs and lives and it shows with how they communicate with their fellow employees. If you have to work with a staffing agent I recommend Intellisource. They have great customer service and actually try and secure you with a permanent job unlike primesource.

I had a bad experience with this temp service company. They sent me to First Transit and when I got there I was told that I dont start work till the next day, so I end up having to waste money and pay $15 for parking. Then the next day Prime Source calls me to let me know they filled the position I was suppose to start the next day. Worst experience ever!

WORST EVER!! DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM! THIEVES!!I was forced to quit my job after telling primesource I wasnt very happy about certain aspects of my job. They then withheld 2 checks of mine for almost an entire month. When I called them to get information, Michelle( in charge of payroll) was snotty and rude, had the WORST phone customer service. And I swear they have managed to steal 2 hours from this last check.

They never called me back if i can find a job that pays $30.00 you can too dont waste your time.

This place is horrible! The Representative was rude and did not want to do her job. They had the checks mixed up and when I finally recieved it, I was Shorted 70+ dollars. I have never had such a bad experience as far working for a temp agency. I recommend Tpm Staffing Or The Other Primesource.

I did a few jobs for them I got a call from Julio saying they didnt need me for the next day and told me he will put me on the top of the job search list, I said no thank you I had a job interview with RTD and I will let you know how that goes, He says ok thank you and hung up the phone. A week later I went back and they said I had a no call no show on file I talked with Julio and he said he remembers talking to me on the phone about it and he will try to clear it up. Next I call them talk to manager I can clearly tell she got power trip issues I told her what happened and she said I was lying and then I told her well Julio told me he remember talking to me on the phone and we should correct this mistake she said I am not her boss she in charge. So I decided I am better off broke than working for people like them they send you out to a job pay you percentage of what they make on you. Julio isnt the bad guy here but his boss isnt such a good person.

I am a current employee after reading some of these reviews i have some mixed feeling they got me a job in my field of expertise but all the work shop visits and long waits for a start were a bit much i was told to alter how i speak and what to keep and exclude on my resume an had i listened i probably wouldnt have the job the staff for the most part was nice a few rude and down right disrespectful team member but overall i got the job i wanted next issues with pay do seem to be high i have had none myself but my co-worker have had quite a few over time is not counted towards when you can become full time with the company your are assigned to and there is no extra incentive for certification and education which is my biggest issue i am being used is how i feel and not being paid half my worth with my skills and training for that they get a 1.5 but 2 seems to be the closest thing to that
