Don’t go to oak lawn flexible staffing for a job.I have been working for them since August of 2020, I have requested for the them to take out federal and state, they started to take it out since the pandemic started, They don’t take it out, they said I make to much money and they were not going to take it out, because I have to many dependents. I only make $12.15 an hour, plus they are taking out $6.42 a week for me to work in Indiana, but they take out state and federal for Indiana and not Illinois, and I live on Illinois.They are liars, I wouldn’t recommend no one to work for them, you will be sorry.

They have 3 or 4 jobs TOTAL that they can send you to and are NOTORIOUSLY known to play with your money all of the jobs are LOW PAY with HIGH LABOR it is a complete WASTE OF TIME!!! if u need to work and really be appreciated and compensated for you work with checks that come in a timely manner turn around and RUN to EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT OR KELLY SERVICES. This place is really built to cater to mexicans that are illegal when i 1st signed up they didnt ask me to fill out an app or W2 forms the place should be shut down their hiring practice is a joke and so is the staff. I read of bad reviews and said they cant be that bad let me give them a try..WRONG now look at me!! 1 of the people thats writing a bad review DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO KELLY SERVICES OR EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT

I have nothing but good things to say about Flexible staffing services They are the best (yes) best in Chicago you can come across they stay loyal to the people who is looking for work and everything i first applied to them back in 2015 its 2016 now it been a whole year i never been in their building before it was my first time and a very welcoming place and easy application they now moved to a different address now but before they was at a old one Maria(is a worker for flexible Staffing) is a blessing from god without her i would still be looking for a job on indeed.etc so after i finish applying maria gave me her card and said she would put me first on her call list lf she hear anything back from a company looking for workers i kept checking and call back every week still the answer was no and no so my hope of giving up was High and i did not believe i could find one i suck at interviews so for right now this was my only hope to gain a little work experience i just stop checking for a while i got tired of asking and hearing no i waited into April of this month on a Friday to try give her a call since i stop she knew me right away from my voice and everything and said there was a job available Saturday i was happy to hear that because i need to buy some stuff and apply to college on the phone maria told me she had me 3th on her call list since 2015 i was happy to hear N NOBODY can`t tell me she not a life saver she truly is i just hope i become full time at my job i`m thankful of her This is the place to go There loyalty is 100% you don`t get laid off or its not a scam Thanks maria for all your help once again your the best!

The best reviews Ive seen so far I feel bad for the people who been mistreated at the other staffing agencies it is such disgrace.I aplied 2 days ago at flexible staffing and the geltalmen was very polite!I wont be going to any other agencyAfter all those review from other agencies around the area so save your gasoline

Flexible Staffing gets you in the door but its up to you to keep the job!

Staff workers are sometimes very rude, & youre lucky if you can get just a piece of work within a weeks time. Would definitely have other options as well.

Idk why but some of the staff up here act like they are upset at the people applying. The guy up there, Luis, is the only person who talks to you like a human being.
