I have left 3 messages trying to get an update on a request for a leasing agent. Still no call back. I dont get what all the 5 stars are about if they have customer service like this... I will update if they do get back to me. I finally got a call back after leaving a frustrated message. Apparently no one gave Eric my messages?? Still not real happy about this, but some response is better than none.
