This place is worthless. I wanted to rent a texture paint sprayer, none. I wanted to rent a mirror ball, none. I searched for both on the website and Im given completely different articles.

I booked a carpet cleaner for today. I never received a confirmation call so I reached out to them . I was told that they would be bringing my carpet cleaner tomorrow instead of today. No phone call or email asking me if that was ok or what I wanted. I ordered it today so I could enjoy my weekend. I guess the customers wants don’t matter . That is not good business.

THEIR website double booked a camper but instead of working to resolve their mistake they did nothing. Apparently they called and left a message. No email to inform me of the issue, no second call no further attempt to resolve the issue. So I call the day before, and we already have plans and a camping site reserved, and they are like o well sorry. No receipt for the refund was sent either. On their website it shows the correct phone number and email to contact me but theyre records somehow indicate a different phone number. No attempt to offer us something else just a sucks to be you, good luck with that. Book with us again sometime. Why would I ever book with them again!? Theyve proven to be unreliable. Very unprofessional and complete lack of customer service.

Outstanding product and service from The Shed at Denver! We rented the Aero Teardrops camper trailer for a week to help determine a future purchase. The Shed Team took their time to educate me on the teardrop from reservation through pick up. Kenny attached the trailer to my hitch himself and took his time walking me through the main components. The Shed Team was also very responsive when I asked about the product from home. The trailer was very clean and looked/smelled brand new. The rental included a little propane tank that you don’t have to refill upon return. Pro tip: Rental rates drop to 50% if you rent for 7 or more days. Hands down the best deal on a teardrop rental anywhere. I’ll regret making that known when I try to reserve the teardrop again next summer and it has limited availability. Kenny received us at return. He detached the trailer from my vehicle, provided a quick tour of the warehouse, and handed me a The Shed swag bag (a grocery tote, a couple of koozies, and a hat). We’ll be back again for the teardrop and paddle boards in the future. Highly recommend this business!

I’ve rented from them twice now and neither time hasn’t gone well. Most recently I tried renting a excavator from them after making my reservation I immediately received a receipt stating I would receive a confirmation shortly with more details about pick up etc. but that email never came. I called the store the day before my reservation date to see if there was a certain time I need to pick up and to confirm what size ball I need it for the trailer hitch and was told the excavators aren’t rented on a trailer unlike literally everywhere else and that I would need to bring my own trailer. I tell the guy on the phone that I didn’t own a trailer that would handle the weight of an excavator and he told me I could just get it delivered and that the delivery fee would be $22. only to receive a call back later from the manager saying that the delivery fee was in fact $70 each way not $22 and that The $70 delivery fee was on the website so they wouldn’t be honoring what I was told on the phone because the correct delivery fee was on their website. upon checking their website it turns out both delivery fees are listed on the website but of course they went with the more expensive one and said there was no way that they could honor the cheaper delivery fee that I was quoted over the phone and was on their website! He said if I didn’t pay the $70 fee for both delivery and pick up (for a total of $150 additionally) I would have to cancel my reservation. nowhere on their website does it say that a trailer is an additional cost. This is misleading advertising. The manager would not do anything meaningful to make the mistake right so I just had to cancel in rent elsewhere. All this headache put my project back several days. The first time I rented from them I wasn’t any better. I rented an inflatable hot tub for a BBQ only to find out that the pump and heater didn’t work so it basically left me with a giant plastic tub of cold water.... not exactly ideal for a weekend barbecue. The manager did finally refund me for that after a lot of back-and-forth and accusing me of user error I don’t know why anyone would rent from them when they refuse to make their product descriptions clear or make things right by their customers. definitely not giving them a third shot.

Great experience. Its a new company and they are still working out the kinks on a couple of things, but overall they were super helpful and the equipment was basically brand new. I rented a 6 wood Chipper which was easy to set up and use, this thing is a beast and unless you are cutting down massive trees, it will eat through everything. They seem to have a good variety of equipment, and the fact that you can pick up any time the first day and return before close the next (for a 24hr rental) makes it very convenient.

I had such an amazing experience with the shed that Im going to break it down into sections because it would be way too long to read otherwise.Ordering: the website is the best rental ordering website Ive ever dealt with. Things are searchable, and you can filter by category. The availability is accurate and clearing up front, the costs are clear and dont make you wait until you get to the last page of check out to see any fees or extra costs.Price: the prices at Ished blow everybody else out of the water. Everywhere I called around, lowes, Home Depot, three or four local rental places, they all wanted $220 or more as a base price to rent equipment per day. Ished had the same category wood chipper I was looking for for $50 a day. The cleaning and maintenance fee was two bucks and some change. They also have a 3% fee built-in that limits your liability as a customer. Because everybody pays this 3% fee, if the equipment is damaged during use, or something that you might be on the hook for, you will only pay 10% of the cost, up to $100. If, for example, I had done something dumb and ran the machine out of oil, and totaled the $700 machine. Because of the 3% fee, I would only pay $70 for them to replace it. The full details are explained in their terms of service, which you should read if youre going to rent something.The equipment: the chipper shredder I rented was immaculate. It was so clean and well Serviced, would reasonably think this had only been used two, three times, tops. It came with a full reservoir of gas inside was completely clean, and the outside didnt have any built up oil or gas residue or anything. I honestly felt kind of bad returning it a little dirty. The guy waved away my concerns, and said its all part of a agreement and didnt make any issue about there being some dirt still in the hopper. I never experienced any operational faults or issues, the chipper worked amazingly.Returning: returning the equipment was super easy, they helped me unload it from my vehicle, we brought all the parts inside and that was it. They gave it a quick look over to make sure nothing was broken or missing gave it a thumbs up and I was gone. They did not make any emphasis on returning it within 24 hours, as long as I got it back to them by the close of business, it would count as a single day. I didnt have to stress or worry that if I was late by half an hour, that they were going to charge me for an extra day.Overall: overall, entire process was amazing. It was quick, easy, no stress, and the cheapest place within 30 miles of here. The folks running the place are super happy and easy to get along with. They are happy to give you any kind of tips and tricks to using the equipment most efficiently, theyre happy to clarify and tell you the dos and donts of the equipment, on all it feels like a really great place to rent from because theyre not jerks about things. If it feels like they know people are human, and as long as youre not trying to scam them, theyre pretty chill about things.Context: I had a pretty decent pile of cut down trees and branches that I needed to chip and iShed made it cheap, painless, and easy to get my little project done without any kind of headache. I just found out about The Shed, and I was more than impressed! The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. The rental process was super easy, none of their rentals require a deposit payment and their prices are the best around! All the equipment I rented was very clean and in great condition. All my rentals were delivered and picked up right at my front door. I HIGHLY recommend renting from The Shed!!

For the most part a good experience. I rented a woodchipper for delivery. Unfortunately they only had one model available for delivery at the time and after doing the job, I wished I had gotten a larger one. The delivery guy mentioned that they were just getting the larger one available. Definitely will get the larger one next time. The only problem that I had was delivery time. When I set it up, they said it would be delivered 10am-11:30 pm. When that time had gone by I called and they said it would be delivered after noon. It finally came around 1:30 or 2 pm. It would have been better had they called me in the morning to let me know it would be afternoon. Luckily it was on a Saturday, so I still had till 2 on Sunday to finish the project, but.... Overall everyone was helpful and courteous.

Recently rented a generator from iShed, Denver. These guys are the best for any of your tools/equipment rentals. Dont waste your time with Home Depot or Sunbelt. iShed has super competitive pricing and their customer service is phenomenal. They will also deliver and pick up from your home for a small fee! Couldnt be more convenient. Thank you iShed!

The Shed is a great idea. The pick up and drop off was effortless. The prices are reasonable.However, we got an inflatable hot tub that never got hot. I contacted them to let them know and never got a response. When I dropped off the item and told them we couldnt use it because it never got hot, the gentleman at the door said thanks for letting me know, and shut the door. I paid for an item that was defective and never got a resolution.

Cant say enough good things about these guys. Incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative staff. Our paddle-boards, life jackets, etc. were well-organized, clean, and in almost new condition. Despite a very busy 4th of July weekend, Eric and another gentleman (so bummed I cant remember his name) helped us load up our equipment, taking the time to teach us proper winching techniques. Our trip was a total success beginning to end. I will definitely use them again this summer and would recommend the Shed and their crew to anyone in need of outdoor gear in the area.

Excellent customer service. Product available as described online. No wait for pick up. They also help you load and unload when you return your item. Items in new condition. First time using them we got a recycle shopping bag and return coupon to use in the future. Will pass up Home Depot in order to use this company again. 😀👌

I was in hotel 8 next door for 7 days while awaiting surgery for hernia so I got to watch the guy work I think hes doing a cool and smart thing I wanna rent in the future when I go back to at&t all Im trying to say is theres a guy there that was awake before me everyday working cleaning fixing tuning geting stuff ready and I noticed.

The 4th of July weekend was my first time renting from The Shed in Denver, and I had a GREAT experience! The pick up and drop off were quick and easy, the building was easy to find, and all of the employees were helpful throughout the entire process. I rented kayaks and paddleboards, and they were in great condition and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend The Shed to anyone looking to rent some outdoor gear for a fun adventure! Ill definitely be sharing this company with all my friends, too.

This is a great place to rent anything you need! Whether it be a lawn mower or some chairs for a party they have it! Their prices are also way lower than all other rental companies I have seen!! Highly recommend!

Dont bother trying to clear out your items for them to store and rent out for you. Which is one of the big advertising points. I tried to rent out a paddleboard/accessories and was told they are only taking items from businesses so it just defeated why Id want to use it.

I placed my first order form this company and during my checkout process there was a glitch with removing a membership fee that got added to my cart because I was poking around the membership tab to inquire about fees. I could not remove the 39.99 fee so I had to escalate to the customer service team through chat. The agent was unable to figure it out so he consulted with his leadership team for help who also struggled with removing the fee. After multiple attempts the CEO got involved and spent time with me figuring out the glitch. After multiple workarounds he was able to figure out how to remove the fee. That is next level customer service. I’m sure iShed will get to a point where the CEO will not be able to get personally involved with these types of customer issues but I was very impressed that he took time out of his day to make it right and has earned my business. I will continue to use iShed and look forward to renting more of their products. Great Team Work iShed!
