Overnight parking is available, just a few spots, maybe is good for 2-3 trucks. Fast unloading. Get in at 7:30am out at 7:50am. The yard is big enough to maneuver your truck. Will come back again.

This receiver goes by appointment time only. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment time and took 2 hours to unload. Some parking on property. 🚚

Using the tql app. My appointment times shows to deliver on 08/31/21.The BOL says appointment is for midnight of September 1st. After sleeping on property all night, they tell me my appointment time is at 9am. Dont deliver here unless you know your appointment time is for sure and layover will be paid

If this is the store at SE corner of Mississippi & Havana, I got good deals because a worker volunteered that theyll match Amazon prices! Looked up every item I bought, found 4 out of 6 (exact match required) & saved over 25% overall. Without that match, they are overpriced and have a limited selection, but are convenient for meeting immediate needs. Plus their copy & laminating services are good, & I saw them hand back a very good/restored copy of someones battered old sepia family photo (had to be at least 70 years old)

Unprofessional, received a wrong order, never got my correct order, they cancelled it on the day of delivery (after I already waited a week) and they were not able to even give a reason, plus did not get the money back yet.Ordered 2 toners, received two packages of facial tissue, pretty obvious when you put together the order, not same category items at all.No customer service, better of choosing another store,or sure, though used to use this one, but waited a week and no results, though the items are not shipped from another state, are shipped from a warehouse 30min away from my home.

Had a 10am appointment didnt get a door till close to 12 I understand it was Monday but that should not be a excuse I still waited a extra hour I miss all my other appointments and made no money they need better system...

Went in for an interview. I was told I had the job multiple times, was told to wait for an email and a call, mind you they have my resume with all my info. after basically waiting 2 days I took Initiative and called and emailed no response oh well very unprofessional staff, hr, the facility is tiny to be called a warehouse more like a store with dock doors anyways, there is better places to find employment. The reviews do not lie.

Terrible place to work. I agree that that GM is in over his head. Turnover is terrible for a reason. Employees are told to do things unethical and then management denies it. favoritism is all over the place. You will be expected to work long days with no reward. New employees are given higher starting wages than older ones. terrible.

Thank you to your plumbing staff, it was very busy the day I came in. Staff still eager to help, very patient. I was looking for pvc for a photography project, Lowes was more expensive and did not have all the parts. Your staff assisted me in helping me visually building my helping messure and cut along with drawing a picture to help in understanding my needs. $35 later project in hand. Seems to be the same thing as all the rest. The guard is the only one in the good mood and everyone else seems to be in a bad mood or missing. Or at least thats the excuse I get

Not a good place to work. General manager is in over his head and has no idea what he is doing. Staff is working 16+ hours a day because of his bad decisions. Some employees are allowed to work less hours while others are forced to work the long hours. Turnover is crazy here 70+%! too many other places in the area to work. You are expected to work without breaks.

Terrible place to work. People are told they have to work without breaks. Some departments get breaks others dont depends on the General Manager and who his favorites are. Very unsafe place to work. You are forced to stay overtime if you are not friends with the GM, otherwise you can leave early if you want.

The receiving manager is really rude, who doesnt know how to communicate with people, especially with drivers who make deliveries to them.... Very unprofessional and incompetent employee... Very sad...

Put in a door 45 minutes past appointment time, 30 minutes to unload, other drivers were there 4 plus hours so be prepared either way

Small place. If your gonna do the overnight parking thing which I dont recommend. Atleast wake your ass up so you can move your truck so others can get in there door. No common courtesy or sense anymore

Had a delivery appointment at 7am. Got here at 6:30 am didn’t get a door until 9:30am. They did not start unloading until almost 11am.
