Moving into this place is the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I have never lived somewhere that had so many issues in a short time.The amenities don’t really include pools and fitness center, because half the time the maintenance people forget to unlock the gates. Middle of summer they decided to shut down the pools for salt water conversion. For how long? “Until further notice”.The parking situation is a complete nightmare. There are no assigned spots or designation for visitors. The mail box has been broken into and left that way for over a month.Move in day my floors had paint spilled on them, the blinds and doors were filthy, every cabinet was sticky with grease, the stove was old and worn, the washing machine was smelly and dirty. I have had the maintenance guys here no less than 5 times in one month and my floors are still not replaced. I have had nothing but issues with this place and the employees. I have spoken to each leasing agent, assistant manager as well as manager here and each one is an utter disappointment filled with fake apologies and no personal accountability.I would NEVER recommend anyone this place for future residence.

This is not a friendly property and the staff members here are cruel and dont care about their residents, this is not a place that is Affordable. you can do better at other apartment complexes

I Recently moved out, and moved in to my new home.I have to say this property is very nice a lot shopping centers near by so closed to the airport. I really liked the high ceilings in my unit, also I liked how professional the staff was, Jessica and Laura were very helpful the whole time i stayed in this property.I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends!

I recently called for information because Im looking to make the move to Colorado. Laura was super friendly, patient and informative.. She told me all about the community and neighborhood. I did my research and they have a lovely community well maintained! (pictures) The Floor plans compare to others I saw in the same area, by far they have the biggest (SO MUCH SPACE AND STORAGE)! When I am ready to move I will definitely be moving to Redstone Ranch!

Ive lived here for a year and a half and enjoy it. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit, and the kitchen is spacious. We also enjoy having a walk in closet for each bedroom, and plenty of storage. The pools, clubhouse and fitness center are all well maintained. I live on the second floor and do hear neighbors above me from time to time, which I think you have to expect in this type of building. I have only had to request maintenance a couple of times and the response was fast. I moved here from downtown so the rent seems reasonable to me for what you get. The staff have always been responsive and respectful. Recommended!

I can not say enough GREAT things about this place. The apartments themselves are beautiful... amenities are wonderful and I can say without a doubt, it is one of the most well kept and cleanest communities I have lived in! The cleaning crew is there every morning bright and early. it always looks spectacular! I had a great move in experience with Devon and Laura. Staff is AMAZING overall!!

We recently moved out and I’m honestly going to miss this place. From the pool and friendly staff. The space had a reasonable price and was great for what we needed. Jessica and Laura in the front always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful with any questions or maintenance issues I’d give them an A+ From leasing agents to hard working maintenance arriving fast to fix any issues. I’d recommend this place if your looking in the green valley ranch area.

I have yet to sign the lease and move in, however, I find it very important to note that the leasing staff both Jessica and Laura have been without a doubt the most lovely people both been incredibly patient and kind. I look forward to signing my lease soon and moving in to these wonderfully located apartments with great amenities! I will update my review in the future once I have moved in. Thus far, they have been a dream to work with during my grueling apartment hunt.

Super-fast getting my dryer fixed! Within hours of my email the dryer was fixed. At my last apartment (community laundry room, yuk!) one washer out of two has been broken for three months and they simply dont care. You guys do! Such a great place, so glad I moved here! I also want to give a shout out to the amazing front ladies Laura and Jessica, they are the best!!

I moved from downtown Denver to be closer to work. Exceptionally helpful office staff in getting the paperwork completed online and having the keys in my hand in a very timely matter. A couple of months after moving in, my fridge went out and I contacted maintenance and they responded within 10 minuets to get the issue diagnosed and the team came the next day to fix the fridge. Wonderful office staff and incredible maintenance staff! Clean apartment buildings, grounds and incredibly respectful neighbors! Definitely worth it!

Honestly I think my favorite part of living here has been the front staff! Laura and Jessica have been extremely helpful during my time here! I always felt welcome coming into the front office and was always greeted with a smile! Any issues that would arise, these 2 ladies would always be on the ball and assisting in a timely manner! Toured the place and found the insides not only spacious but affordable as well. Wonderful layouts and lots of storage. The person in the office seemed kind also. We almost decided to move here and would have if we didnt decide to move into a rental house instead of apartments again. I recommend them.

Do not rent here! I moved out over a year ago and was released from the lease (which I have paperwork stating so) and no longer responsible for the apartment. Now for some reason this apartment is in collections in my name! I went to court over this matter and redstone ranch apartments attorney removed me from the case!! I also have documents proving this. I also have a voicemail from their attorney stating that they were going to remove me from the case. Ridiculous! Don’t understand why I am still going through this. They need to get their information correct.Besides all that, the apartment was not all that great for the price! Appliances were old. Living room Window was leaking when it would rain and the whole carpet would be soaked. The window never got replaced! Bugs were coming in through the window as well. Water heater was leaking and flooding the whole laundry room, and that barely got fixed. And I had to call maintenance a few times for that issue. Also, they said it’s a smoke free environment! Lies! People would smoke on their balcony’s all the time. I couldn’t even open my child’s window to get air because neighbors would smoke.And collecting a swab of dogs for those that didnt pick up their dogs poop, What a joke! There was always dog poop everywhere! Also The area is not safe!!! I use to take my child to the park down the street until there was a teenager that was murdered! Smh horrible.I never experienced this with an apartment ever! Horrible management. Horrible staff that don’t know how to fill out there own documents! Do better guys!

Have lived here for about 8 months, no complaints what so ever... Parking could be better, but I understand there is only so much they can do. The main thing I am writing the review for was a personal matter that Lauren in the leasing office was able to help me with. she was personable, honest, and really went the extra mile for me. I have to say I was not expecting the service I ended up getting when I called in to handle my issue. I was pleasantly surprised!! and with the Covid19 and the office closed and by appointments only she has been able to keep me updated on my issues.Thank you again!

Just moved in about two months ago, and I love it. From the moment I walked in the office (over a year ago) to do an application to be put on the waiting list, to now staff in the office have been awesome! Had an issue when moved in with heat, was a simple flip of the switch fix, but the maintenance was really nice and explanatory of everything was doing.No complaint from me so far. Everything was explained to me when I moved in, and if ever a question and I call the office they help explain everything to me. Also whenever I walk in the office, Im immediately greeted by name.Very clean and big apartment, only me and my daughter, but more then enough room.

Ive had a really good living experience. The maintance is always attentive. I have a pool and a gym. I can do my laundry in my own apartment and had no issues . I would recommend 👌 The leasing agents Laura and Jessica are the best!

I am really surprised to see such negative reviews of Redstone Ranch Apartments. I have lived here for the last 7 months and have loved it! The staff in the leasing office are always very friendly and have gone out of their way to meet mine and my roommates needs. When ever we needed something fixed maintenance has ALWAYS been friendly and timely with our request. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly walking their dogs and driving by. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone.

I had a great experience throughout the whole process of applying, touring and moving in! Patricia was very attentive to my questions and needs. Usually, its a nightmare, when it comes to the application process and trying to get straight answer in a timely manner, but she actually made it an enjoyable experience! He was very quick to return calls and answered any question or concern I had. I was excited to get into my new place and take advantage of all of the great amenities that Redstone Ranch has to offer! I will recommend this place to anyone!

Well kept grounds, reasonable prices, and explementary staff! The maintenance workers are also great, explaining a small heating problem I had and fixing it the same day I made the appointment. Office staff is sometimes unavailable, but always check emails and voicemails in a timely fashion. They are also responsibly handling the Covid pandemic with masks and sanitation. Moved here in February 2020 and plan to stay for a while!

We moved here from Wisconsin sight unseen and it was a great experience. The staff was accommodating and patient with us. We were able to move in on time. We lived here for a year and everyone was great. Mainframe people were super nice and all the office staff were wonderful. If you need an apartment in GVR I highly recommend Redstone ranch!

Staff is always very helpful and friendly, and they go above and beyond to help with things, whether its a maintenance issue or notifying you of a package that gets delivered in the office when youre out of town. We really enjoy living here. The complex is very well maintained. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. Jorge,Frank and Chris are the most knowledgeable apartment maintenance techs we have ever experienced!! THANK YOU! we don’t recall any better. They are quick and efficient with routine maintenance calls, but we have also watched them pool their intelligence to successfully remedy a complex and time-consuming problem others would have probably given up on, and left undone waiting maybe days for off-property help. It is also a pleasure knowing they are courteous, thoughtful and personable. Our neighbors are great and very friendly.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. I think this place is outstanding. It is very quiet here. Maintenance is always done within a few days of reporting. The landscapers are always out keeping the community very clean.

Its okay for me to leave is very quiet and there maintenance is solid, and very near to the stores, close to the schools and health offices.

I have been here for over a year now and the staff has been amazing, with the exception of one time but overall they are friendly and respectful. Their response time has been amazing whenever I have needed repairs done, they have addressed every concern I have ever had, the apartments are super spacious compared to most I saw prior to moving here. I have never felt unsafe in the area and that is a huge plus for me and my family.

These are by far my favorite apartments I have lived at! So well maintained and reasonable priced. The lady working in the front Jessica is so darn nice! Keep up the good work :)

Set up a tour for 1:00 pm on 4/11/20. We waited over an hour for the property manager to come and give us a tour, they never showed. I called the head office they had no idea why the leasing office was locked. We emailed the leasing office no response. I talked to some of the local tenants they said the management had not been in for days, and that no one could get a hold of them. The tenants told me not rent here due to the Horrible management .

Been trying to move out since mid February and there was always some reason why not. First it was we needed a 60 day notice, then 30. Flip flopping back and forth.I gave notice that we would be out March 4 on February 1. Thats more than 30 days notice. But that was insufficient and they demanded I sign a revised notice for March 17.Weve been out since the 4th!Add on top of this constant harassment and people entering our unit for no reason.Constant notices on the door of an unkempt patio, when there is nothing there save for lawn chairs and a table.I have it on video of maintenance bad mouthing me in my own home!Then add on the shootings over the summer, one of which happened meer yards from my bedroom window where my young son slept and vandalism.Beware.

We have lived here for nine months I have to mention, They pay attention to the community, not just repairs but the people too. If something needs to be fixed, they actually fix it right. Not just put a band-aid on it Maintenance and management goes out of his way to make sure your doing ok. They care about this property and the people. I visited the office on this Thursday afternoon at 4:00PM. The door was closed but I saw two ladies working inside. I knocked on the door twice but the lady pointed at me that we are close. I returned to my car, then, the other lady walked out and told me that she was busy and you are not wearing a mask. The point is that I had the mask and could stay 6 feet away when talking.The problem is that these new ladies at the front desk are so lazy and disrespectful. She could have stood up from her lazy chair and told me that I should wear my mask and what is your issue. This property is losing respect and integrity because of these new lazy and disrespectful ladies. Its the time that the new property manager takes care of these issues.

Its dificult to get a hold of anyone Because of office hours cuz Corona Virus. the office has been very strict on receiving anyone, however depending who is in the office I can get help and dont need to call all the time. I usually go to Lora because she is very fast from helping me and is very nice. I like apartments they are clean outside and very big inside. Pool is finally open and is very clean. I recommend redstone apartments. Me and my roomate have been enjoying redstone going for our 3rd year. We are planning to renew.

A friend and I recently visited the complex and took a tour. The leasing office staff as well as our leasing agent Kareema were outstanding and answered all of our questions as well as gave us an insight of the community surrounding the complex. There are plenty of entertainment venues, restaurants, and businesses that are at walking distance from the apartment complex. The complex was very well maintained, clean and quiet. We were also very pleased with the apartment model as it was very spacious and had plenty of storage room. They made our visit extremely pleasant and even had an application check list ready to make the process that much easier! We are excited to apply and be a part of this community!

I was very excited to move into this complex because we had such a great tour and experience in the beginning but that soon changed. My 2 roommates and I moved into one of the townhomes here and were quickly disappointed by how old and dingy everything was. During our time there, which was only one year, every appliance had a problem including the refrigerator breaking down twice, the microwave not working properly, the dishwasher not cleaning our dishes, the washer making a loud startling noise every time it ran, the dryer having to be ran 2-3 times to dry even the smallest load, and not to mention, the hot water heater leaking carbon monoxide! We were also prompted to remove our grill and a box from the patio to keep up with the look of the property when trash littered the ground all the time. They took a DNA test from my sisters dog to be able to tell when waste was not being picked up when there was poop all over the ground by everyone elses dog. One of the ladies in the office was rude every time we would go in there. And last but not least, we were called about move out costs an hour before it was supposed to be sent to collections! The lady on the other end claims she called my sister and I and left voicemails and sent a letter to my sisters forwarding address but neither her or I have received any of this notification just to be told an hour before they sent it to a billing agency. Needless to say, I have never dealt with such problems at any other place I have lived! Redstone Ranch is a horrible place to deal with.

I loved the layouts of the apartments and town homes here. My favorite is the Expedition by far because the master suite is upstairs so it has extra privacy. Unfortunately, there are none available so we picked our next best option space wise and thats the mountaineer. Im very excited to move in and take advantage of the many amenities offered!

My current lease is ending and I came to Redstone Ranch apartments to view a 1 bed/1 bath. The front desk staff were the quietest and coldest people ever. They would not say anything unless asked. I guess you have to sign a lease in order for them to talk? I had to ask all the questions about important information such as deposit, etc... and all they did was nod; still not saying one word. One staff person showed me an apartment. The appliances were at least 15 years old. The only perk was the high vaulted ceilings, which was what the staff member would only say. She was quiet otherwise. The building is old and nothing looks as though it has been kept up in 15+ years. I have been a renter for 20+ years and this was the top 3 worst apartment staff I have come across for a place I do not even live in.

Have been renting an apartment here for the past year. Maintenance issues are always quickly taken care of, and the office staff are friendly. The only thing I could see being better is the grounds: they are well maintained, but sometimes there is trash left by my neighbors in the hallway areas that doesnt get cleaned very frequently. Overall, a great experience with reasonable rents and quality apartments.

We toured a two bedroom apartment today at Redstone Ranch. The community is very welcoming and safe--great for a family with children. I was surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment layout. This is definitely the nicest apartment I have seen in Denver. And thank you to Kareema in the office for her friendliness and her hard work to set things up for us!

I fell in love with these apts! A good friend of mine, Sandra, helped me out. Our family was in desperate need of a new place to call home. She eased the process the whole way. I would definitely recommend these apts.

I really do recommend living here. Ive been living here for almost 2 years and I have to say for the first time I really like how the office has been taking care of me. I used to have horrible experiences with everyone in the office but lately the new girls in the office are very pleasant. I usually just go to pick up packages but even before just having to deal with them for my packages was a nightmare. They were the worst but now you are greeted with a smile and great energy, I never met the new manager until the other day, very different then the last. In a good way, Im glad she made changes and Im excited for more to come, oh and you will love maintenance because they take care of business or letting you know why things are going to take longer. I will recommend living here the apartments are very nice and big. I Just wish parking was as great. Reason to my 4 stars. Make sure you add a garage!

Lived here for a year. Overall the apartments are not terrible, but security is. In unit washer/dryer was nice, but the community is really what caused me to move out. During the summer people get really loud at the pools and clearly bring those outside of the community for pool parties. I regularly heard the fights at the parties about 50 yards away inside of my apartment. I caught two kids breaking into my car in the early AM. Called the Police and was told that there was 2 armed robberies earlier that month at the complex. If security is big on your list, dont move here.

Ive been in there twice this week to look at a couple different units and the front desk staff were very polite and super helpful. You made my decision to rent from you guys very easy! Thank you!

My husband and I have been looking for apartments the last few weeks. The first time we visited Redstone the staff was really friendly and answered all of our questions. After looking at other apartments around the same area we decided on going with Redstone. Cant wait to move in we are so excited.

Green Valley Ranch is a great Neighborhood. The apartments by are nice. The apartment community terrible. The pool is supposed to be for apartments only. Nope.. it is a baby sitting pool for Green Valley Ranch. I live right next to the pool gate. I see people drop off their kids after leasing office closes. Tonight, one suburban, three trips. I have told management about issue, all they say is they will review tapes. Last week a guy wanted to fight me because I asked him which apartment he lived and where is his key card. If you are single, or do not have kids, DO NOT MOVE to THIS PLACE.

A month ago, I applied for a one bedroom on “tax credit” the application fee is $40 and the requirements to qualify for tax credit is that you could not exceed the income limit depending on size of family. Furthermore, the apartment owner can only charge monthly rent according to family size and how many bedrooms. Lastly, on their application, a background check is required and as I read, an applicant must not have anything related to drugs, violence, and prostitution. I though great!! I meet the requirements. First, I was declined because I did not make enough money because I did not make 2.5 times the amount of $950-$975 rent. This exceeds the income limit required to qualify for tax credit for a family of two. I gave them my child support monthly income. Second, I was declined again because of my background check. I called the company they used to conduct the background check and I was able to provide the court documents with outcome of the charges. Not guilty and none related to drugs, violence, prostitution, theft, etc. Third, I was declined because my charges were within the seven years in the report even though my charges were a misdemeanor as the apartment manager stated. My credit ran clear, no evictions, I had a job, and I’ve never had a bad reputation as a bad tenant. So disappointing.

Redstone Ranch is an AMAZING place to stay due to the location of my workplace and also it is close to all shops which makes it convenient. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment.The staff are very kind and friendly and will try their utmost best to make sure that all your needs are met.

I love it here in the Redstone Ranch Apartments its a beautiful place to live and its very clean I dont k ow why people are so agents the people that live here as well. People with children have them play out side kids will be kids and mess around with things they are also noisy and dont know how to calm down when they are asked. If you have neighbors that are loud I highly suggest that you knock on there door and ask them kindly to stop making so much noise on their floor theres no reason to get upset about it. If the office isnt doing as you ask faster them take matters into your own hands.

My experience with this complex was worth less than one star. From day one moving in. I didn’t have power. I didn’t have a working heater (water or air). Things took days if not weeks to be responded to. When I moved out I had to break my contract and I was willing to pay the fees agreed to. When they printed off my final bill, I paid the number they circled and told me to. Apparently that number was incorrect and I have discovered this because they sent me to collections rather than sending me a bill. Mind you, the difference is less than $400. I would have paid it no problem but now I have been sent to the renters bureau (so I now have a mark on my record) and to collections (so I now have a ding to my credit). I will never ever recommend this complex to anyone, and I especially will tell them NOT to live here if they are trying.Along with those issues, the floor was warped causing divots in the carpet (aka rolling ankles frequently), it’s supposedly a non smoking complex and they did nothing about the neighbors causing my apartment to reek of cigarettes, and there were several instances of me and people visiting feeling unsafe in the complex.Do. Not. Live. Here. Under any circumstances.It’s also ridiculously priced (1,200+ for a 1 bedroom which doesn’t include a garage) because there are low income residents here and someone has to pay the difference.Also, check the dates before reading reviews. The positive ones are all over a year old, clearly something has gone wrong.

Checked out Redstone Ranch this past weekend, and liked what I saw! The area was nice and the complex looked like it is maintained. The unit we looked at was very nice and spacious, with a open floor plan that just worked. The leasing agent, Kareema, was very informative and pleasant while giving us a tour, telling us about the area, and walking us through the application process. The entire experience was great and Im filling out an application! Thanks Kareema!

This was my first place I moved into on my own, I was so excited. This place took away that excitement after a few months living there. I just moved out and much happier where I am now. First you have kids running around the whole place yelling and screaming, and if you have pets they will tease them and watch them bark. So there is quietness in the place. Then I had neighbors below me, pounding a ball on the wall all night, if the couldn’t play outside because of the weather. Then the staff were rude, if you had any issues. Also some kids broke my brake light just a few weeks moving in. So if you don’t have kids I would say don’t move here, that is all you see and hear. Another thing they would tell you the day before they come into your place, which i think they should check and see when the time is good for you. Then sometimes they don’t go in on the day they said they were, which is ridiculous. It was like a day or two after the day. So I would say this is one of the worst place to live in Denver. TO bad because its in a nice area. Really this place made me mad, ever time I had to come to the place. I really spent so much time at other house because I was miserable here.

Kareema and the rest of the staff were amazing... Apartments were nice and clean. They did a wonderful job. They showed us multiple places and were patient with our family.

Well kept and quiet community around the apartments along with access to various banking and shopping stores within walking distance. It is also near a number of great schools.

I met with the leasing agent Claudia yesterday. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. I could not be more excited to move into the complex!

Went in and spoke with Jahar regarding available units, and to my surprise he was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about all information and questions! First impression was awesome!

I fell in love with this place! The staff was extremely helpful. Alex and the rest of the staff answered all of my questions. I cant wait to call this place home!

Clean and well maintained

I would never rent here again nor would I refer anyone to live here! I would first like to say that my entire year here has not been bad. The maintenance team has always been amazing and I have never had any issues with tenants up until a couple of months ago.They are starting to move the wrong people in and eventually will bring the entire complex down. I have the worse neighbors who is always loud and when they do take breaks of not being noisy it usually for 30 minutes or so. I have complained to the office several times and even called the service line several times. As I am writing this review they are jumping on the beds over my head. I have tried to be very reasonable doing things like moving to another room in my apartment, Cutting my TV up and I even went as far as moving my beds into the living room because they are not as loud in that area. I feel very uncomfortable in my home and I feel like nothing is being done about their loudness. Everything should not be chopped up to, Apartment Living You are paying what could be considered mortgage price rent on time and should have the right to have a little peace in your home. I feel like I live in their basement and its their house.Its really sad when you find things to do to kill hours to come to your own home. I keep getting excuses from the office that we are sending letters and I even offered to allow them to come into my home so that they can hear what I hear. My lease is up in a couple of weeks and I think that the office feels as if I should have to deal with it only for a couple of weeks. I believe that is totally not right and I will not be dealing with this for a couple of weeks. I will be calling corp. in the morning because I have totally reached my end with them. My piece of advice to Red stone Ranch: If you all continue to move people in who does not respect others around them, you are going to have a mess on your hands and not that many good people are willing to live within mess.

Well I just moved here from Houston.And I am currently trying too find a apartment.And I heard y’all were the best.All I need too know is the price for the apartments usually???

Maintenance orders always took weeks to months to be fixed, if at all. (We had a problem with our refrigerator leaking and always freezing our food. If we turned the temperature down just a tiny bit, it was literally warm. Maintenance came out twice and told us our refrigerator was just too full, when we hardly had anything in the fridge. They didnt do anything to fix or try to replace it.) The pool was always full of screaming kids with hardly (if any) supervision, and neighbors were almost always obnoxious and loud, even in the middle of the night. We had five different people/families living above us in the two years we were there, and all but one were very obnoxious. We had to complain several times about one family that always blasted music around 12 am; we could literally hear the lyrics to the songs because it they would have it so loud. One of the minor issues I had with them was that their newsletters ALWAYS contained spelling and grammar errors, which made them look extremely incompetent.One of the saving graces of this property was the manager, Gabriella. She was always helpful and understanding, and kept a level-head when people would come complain to her.I gave Redstone two stars because we really liked the apartment and the layout. There is plenty of storage space, and the full-sized washer and dryer were definitely a plus. However, I personally would not return there, especially not for how much the rent increases every time you want to renew. Our one-bedroom was $970 when we put the hold on it. (They bumped it up to $979 in the few weeks before we actually moved in, even though we were told $970.) When we renewed a year later, it jumped to $1,133. If we were to renew a second time, it would have gone up to $1,190. I get that they have to compete with the other apartments complexes in the area, and that its not just them, but the prices are seriously outrageous.

Rude office employees who only care about certain people who walk in. Not going to schedule a tour.

Dont move here. This place is a joke! Sketchy neighbors, sketchy neighborhood. If you plan on having decent parking close to your building then make sure you get there before 9PM or youll have to park on the other side of the complex. Outdated appliances (we have a microwave from the 90s). The staff is nice but you can find a better place to live.

Great complex, very helpful and supportive. Great place to move in and rooms look very nice for the price.

The rent in denver has skyrocketed,but personally redstone ranch are the first apartments I would be okay with paying the rent for as the apartments here are BEAUTIFUL. Each time I have came in whether I was leasing or not, Jahar and Isabel were VERY helpful & patient with me! Do not hesitate if you want to rent here!!
