Five stars purely for the people working in the leasing office who genuinely care. I have nothing but the highest praises for everybody there, and the apartments and surrounding area are genuinely amazing.Camden Corporate can eat garbage though, put some money into security instead of that stupid technology package (I know this is set by Camden Corporate because Camden in Houston had this too) so your tenants paying out the wazoo can feel safe in their homes. Unfortunately I had to leave this wonderful apartment due to these and other issues with this corporation.
After living here for 7 months I love the apartment, location, and cost of rent. HOWEVER I simply do not feel safe living here already as a result of the excessively frequent break-ins and stolen vehicles that go unaddressed by management. Every single week we have multiple vehicles broken into and Im not exaggerating- yesterday was the first time this happened to my vehicle, and I foolishly thought that having a brand new car with a rigorous anti theft system and no physical key whatsoever, that I would be safe. I even parked underneath one of the many cameras in the parking garage on the 4th floor which is well lit with newly renovated LED lighting. I can see better in the garage at night than during the day. Whenever these break ins happen, we get a message from management that says they will diligently review the cameras but there has been no justice as we always hear afterwards unfortunately we found nothing of use on the cameras. So why bother with them? As a community all we can do to improve the situation is stand together and continue to demand better security from Camden. We pay you plenty to address this so please take it seriously. If you are thinking of moving here, DONT until you can be sure this issue has been resolved.
Great staff, do everything they can to accommodate your needs. Nicer and cheaper than anything else around in the area. Recently updated with new appliances. Staff and residents are friendly and the location itself is great. Reading the other reviews, I think you cant help but have a few crusty crabs here and there.
Absolutely garbage complex. Everything is focused on surface level. Nice countertops, but we’ve had to submit 3 tickets each for heater and hot water and they’ve never actually started working. We’ve just given up and accepted cold showers and a need for sweaters. Half a dozen cars have been stolen since we’ve moved in. They’ve had to do several fire alarm tests that last all day, and rescheduled one after many people had made arrangements to work somewhere else. I think water has been shut off 3-4 times in the last year. Save your money and don’t move here!!
I really enjoyed my stay at Camden Belleview! The staff was super kind and considerate. The maintenance team was always very responsive and quick. The Camden team worked very diligently to improve the building by adding keypads to the doors of apartments, security cameras and led lights to the garage, etc. Prices are comparable to other nice buildings in DTC and the amenities are great!
Worst place Ive lived since college many years ago. Remodeled but doesnt come close to being efficient. Drafty apartments are extremely rough in Winter. Broken water pipes/fire system have damaged peoples property after being repaired multiple times with no responsibility taken by the management. The Smoke Free property smells like the inside of a dispensary. Constant repairs being done on a property that is falling apart. Ongoing thefts of packages and vehicles. The new bright lights in the garage may help with the car theft, but just a little too late. Worst living experience of my life. People are nice, but the property is terrible. Spend the extra $50 a month and go to a property that really cares.
Would not recommend. Hey Camden management; cant believe you have Rob as a community manager. He is irresponsible and just plan bad character. Would never rent here again. Thanks for the miserably long lease. Hire staff who actually have talent.
A true community experience - the staff and residents alike make Camden Belleview the wonderful home that it is. Today - we offer this review to particularly commend the staff - they are always attentive, sincere, genuine and helpful. Case in point: today we needed to move a treadmill into our apartment. It was much heavier than we anticipated and we would need help with the task. I went to the office to ask for help and Jackie immediately offered me Camdens flat dolly. Then Jeremy from engineering offered to help us move the treadmill from trailer to apartment. We were so pleased that we offered Jeremy some cash for his help and he asked that in lieu of cash, would we consider writing a google review of our experience, instead! Talk about commitment to his team! This young man is the real deal - as are all the other folks on staff here at Camden. Their number one focus is to make sure community tenants are being take care of. Its a safe, pleasant place to live and we are surrounded by folks that genuinely care for one another. If you are looking for an apartment home - you just found it! We are proud to call Camden Belleview Station our home! - Pat and Jan Jolliffe
The benefits to Camden Belleview are the nice, renovated units, plus the timeliness of maintenance. Jeremy is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable maintenance staff of anywhere Ive lived. However, the community has MAJOR problems with theft in the garage. We get a community email every other week about car break ins, more recently three cars have been stolen, and someone else had parts being literally cut out of their car. This has been an issue for at least 2 years now, and management hasnt done anything about it except send emails telling us to be vigilant, theyve asked security to increase patrols, and to not leave valuables in our cars. I really wish they would put more precautions in place to prevent the crime thats continuing to increase in our community.Edit 1/28/2021: Since my original review two weeks ago, 3 more cars have been stolen out of our garage, and no noticeable change to increase security.
I relocated to Denver for work, and the staff at Camden made it a painless experience. Hayley was phenomenal during my search process and answered all of my questions. I’ve lived here for six months, and this staff is hands down the best I’ve experienced as a resident. The front office staff and maintenance team are extremely responsive. The newly renovated apartments are beautiful. Overall, Denver is an expensive market, but I do feel it’s a good value. There have been car break-ins and thefts, but it’s a common problem in the area. Do the obvious steps and don’t leave items in plain sight and lock the doors. It’s not a guarantee, but it’s not a fault of the property or staff. (Still a reality to be aware of.) It’s a pet-friendly area and there are so many walking paths, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to live at Camden and the DTC area.
I had such an incredible tour with Hayley today. She answered all of my questions and made the entire search so much less stressful for me. She made me feel at home and made me know that I am going to be taken care of. I’m so excited to move in to my new apartment! Jackie told me all about the 24 hour maintenance so I know that in an emergency I’ll be able to get the help I need. Everything about the community seems perfect and they even include an unlimited light rail pass! Camden Belleview Station is going to be the perfect home!
I love the free parking in the garage and proximity to the light rail is nice, in case you ever need to go downtown during peak times. Theres quite a few restaurants right across a small park, where they have a farmers market every Sunday and pretty close to my favorite movie theater! Theres plenty to do, since the pool is open year round and they have a billiards table in the clubhouse as well as a nice little fitness center. The front office staff has been very attendant and maintenance addresses issues pretty quickly!
The supposedly secure Parking Garage has Theft and Vandalism occurring in a regular basis and the management does nothing to deter it. They charge top dollar and then claim “no responsibility” when YOUR car is stolen or vandalized due to their broken security system.
Ongoing management changes, residents really unhappy. Place is falling apart and they don’t seem to care. This place is unsafe, dirty, and poorly managed. Feels like they are losing money and it’s showing up in how the property is run.can’t wait for my lease to end
Would have left a ZERO, if it was possible.Had Thousands of dollars of my stuff ruined, when their “fire suppressant system” leaked, and left 3-4 inches of rusty water in my storage unit. The Complex will not take any responsibility for the damage that occurred. They say that their insurance will not cover any of of damaged items, and have had minimal communication, lack of empathy, and downright rude about the whole issue.DO NOT RENT HERE.....
I was able to schedule an appointment, your the apartment, get immediate approval, and sign my lease all within less than a one hour. Very easy and efficient. Very friendly and professional staff.
We love Camden! We moved end of March in the middle of COVID which was a nightmare but Camden staff made SO easy and great. All the staff is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely love the upgraded apartments! Thanks again Camden!
This place is basic, and if that is what you need, then great. You get a basic apartment layout, with a basic patio and basic parking. Not great, but not bad either. The management is what make the apartment difficult. Since Shelter In Place has started, this apartment company has had power outages and internet outages without any warnings that they may happen, or as far as I have seen, an apology to the inconvenience this may have caused to those working from home. No big deal, as these things can happen unexpectedly. But then, they shut off the water in multiple apartments with - I kid you not - a 5 minute warning. It stated that an unknown amount of apartments would be affected for an unknown amount of time. This means, no shower, now sink, no TOILET! It has been several hours, and myself and many residents have reached out on the community app, to which I have seen no response. So I have gone full Karen, and am now posting a review. Just a heads up to future residents, that the management doesnt like to give heads up.
I love this Community! We just signed our 3rd lease! We cant leave a place that spoils us with fun events and just very involved in everything we do. Melanie, Lorena Jackie and Haley always are very helpful happy and fun. My son loves to go visit and say HI. My dog loves the bark bar. We have our sons birthday party every year in the club house . We swim, grill and play in our community all the time. Im not sure what changed but I had no idea that the standards of our Maintenance team could go any higher. They are always on top of everything. Way above our expectations. Its awesome to see this team pull together and build this community that we all call home! I want to give Jeremy an extra shout out for his positive attitude and hard work. We move in to our new renovated apartment over looking our pool tomorrow. Thank you all for all the hard work you guys do.... Day in and day out. I doesnt go un noticed! Keep it up.
Camden Belleview was a great place to live! The location is ideal with tons of restaurants, the train station, and a dog park across the street. What made living there so easy though was the staff. They are awesome! They know you (and your dogs) by name and stop to have a conversation with you when they see you. They are super personable and made our stay there very enjoyable! If we didn’t move states, we’d still be living there.
My boyfriend and I moved in on March 12th and are so happy with everything at Camden Belleview. Hayley has worked with us since October and has always been so attentive.I wanted to wait a month before reviewing so I could give my honest opinion on our apartment.1. Our move in appointment was so quick and easy and we were given a welcome home package with toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soap, and a portable dog bowl!2. Our move in day was so easy. Our movers were able to back right up to the loading dock which made for a smooth process.3. We had two maintenance issues within our first two weeks (dead light bulb and a leak in the shower). In both instances maintenance fixed the issue in a few hours and were so kind.4. The parking is amazing, we have only had to park on a different level than our apartment once!5. The keep the dog poo stations well stoked and cleaned! Other apartment complexes in the area have their poo bag trash cans overflowing and Camden keeps theirs clean! (Our noses appreciate it).6. Today, I got a sweet phone call from Hayley just checking in since we moved in right at the start of social distancing practices... they truly care about their residents.I love Camden, and would 10/10 recommend!
We moved in right before the pandemic hit and the Camden staff have been with us every step of the way to make sure we were informed and supported as we adjust to our new home. The daily digests let us know what is going on in the building and larger community. We cannot be happier with our new home!
It’s a very nice property, The pool is welcoming and has a great view. The Staff is very friendly, Great location. Downside small fitness center.
My family and I have decided to call Camden Belleview Station home two times now and we could not be happier with our decisions. We first moved here from Texas and even though we couldnt see the home we chose leasing site unseen lived up to all of our expectations. The year round pool was a huge perk with our oldest daughter and the friendly staff and well kept facility was more than enough for us to love our choice, also we love having covered parking with the colorado weather. The only reason why we left was because we purchased a home but when it was time to sell we couldnt think of a better place to call home again. When we returned the newly renovated clubhouse and interior halls was a HUGE improvement! We quickly signed our lease and loved that our new home came with vinyl throughout (huge plus with 2 dogs and a toddler) and the staff was beyond exceptional. Jackie and Halie are always welcoming and know our dogs on a first name basis. Although we are miles from Texas, the community Manager Melanie and the girls make us feel right at home. Every experience we have had with maintenance has been exceptional, I dont think we have had one request not handled within the first 48 hrs. We recently toured an open house with the newly renovated apartment and we can not wait to transfer when our lease is up. We absolutely love calling this place home!
This is a rich corporation that has enough money to pay its leasing agents to provide piss poor customer service, but then doesn’t have any to spare for proper signage to prevent taking pure advantage of tenants and their visitors. No where in their parking complex does it list their visiting parking terms. They leave the parking gate open for several days at a time often, but then tow a car that was parked for less than a night on the 5th floor - which is stated as the floor for visitors parking. Hailey was certainly rude enough to clarify that the horrid tow company Camden has a contract with took photos of my car but that she didn’t know what floor it was on, even though my car was barely covered. Hope the pension received from towing visiting cars is enough for her bonus.
What a wonderful staff! Everyone was very friendly and professional and seemed genuinely interest SD in our specific needs. Beautiful amenities and property. We have looked at countless properties and Camden Belleview stands out above the rest.
I’ve been living here for a few months now and have no complaints! The maintenance issues get solved quickly. The leasing staff is amazing and they always provide treats and pets for my puppy when we stroll by the front office (shout out to Jackie and Hayley- Brodie’s favorites!) I love living at this property!
Recently I visited a friend who lives here and I was absolutely stunned by the friendly staff! Kimberly was so professional and helpful that im thinking about moving here!!
Great apartments, the new grill area looks amazing and the staff are helpful. and the maintenance team is great.
We have been residents nearly a year and we could not be happier. For community living, Camden sets the standard. Having resided in other communities in various states, Camden leads all the rest in comparison. Camden quickly becomes that special place you call home - and for good reason - the staff and tenants make it so. Going beyond the call in every aspect of service and truly taking a personal interest in residents well-being, even our dog Norman is known to staff by name! The amenities are exceptional: an excellent weight room accompanied by an outdoor heated pool and hot tub open year-round; a first-class community room with kitchen in addition to outdoor, pool-side facilities sporting propane barbecues and dinettes, one would be hard-pressed to find its equal. If youre looking for a home - look here first - Camden Belleview sets the standard by which all others should be measured.
Everyone is the office is super nice and helpful. The maintenance team is always on top of work orders and completes them in a timely manner. Plus, the amenities are amazing! It’s a great place to live and we plan on staying for quite some time!
Brent and the entire maintenance team at Camden Belleview Station apartments are amazing. They are always so quick to complete your service requests. Two specific experiences jump out at me. I put in a request one day at about 2 pm because my washing machine wasnt working properly. I got home from work that same day about 4:30 pm and they were already bringing in a new washer.Just last week, I needed a new toilet seat because mine was broke. I got a call that day stating they needed to order more since they were out but they would come replace mine as soon as they got them in. By the time I got home that day, I had a new seat!Thank you Camden Belleview maintenance for all your hard work!! It does not go unnoticed.
Hands down, best experience with a leasing person (Hayley) . The amenities are standard (fitness center, grills, community room, pool/hot tub). The pool is not heated therefore its hard to assume it would be a good year round experience. The eco pass which is included with rent is awesome with the location close to light rail two blocks away. Concerns have arose since moving in last summer regarding being a non-smoking property with many smokers in residence; residents not caring to pick up their dogs waste; residents not respecting others while having parties at the pool; and more importantly, a lack of parking garage security with many cars being stolen, damaged and/or broken into on a consistent basis (btw the entry door was damaged a couple of months ago and there has not been an entry door to the garage which is most likely making a large contribution to these concerns). Additionally, there have been attempts to break into the building from the parking garage and there have been break-ins to at least one storage unit. All of these things aside, the community as a whole is doing the best it can and its the best place weve rented from with regards to the leasing and maintenance staff plus overall enjoyment. We wish there was a way to let the ownership how they could do it better. And YES, we would renew our lease at Camden Belleview Station for a lot of things they are getting RIGHT. NO community gets it right 100% of the time as much as some would like to think.
The staff is absolutely amazing and so polite they help however they can! Very pet friendly here but even with the doggy DNA bank people dont pick up after their pets! The neighbors above us are very noisy but the staff took care of that immediately so far we have had some peace and quite hopefully it will last. Overall I changed my rating from a 1 star due to the staffs immediate action and friendliness! They will do whats in there power to make this a comfortable living situation for everyone!
I feel comfortable at the Camden. They are always polite and considerate. The maintenance is timely and the leasing office is incredible. The treat us like friends! I cant believe Im so happy! I will live here for as long as I can.
I moved from a townhouse and an LOVING apartment living! The office staff are so friendly and willing to listen ((Hayley’s the bomb!) and Jeremy is quick and professional if anything needs to be fixed.
Best way place I’ve ever lived at! Made me feel right at home after I moved to Colorado. Wonderful staff!
One of my favorite things about living here is the staff. Since the very first day that we moved in, the entire office and maintenance staff have gone out of there way to make us feel welcomed and valued as residents. We moved here from Hawaii, and did not expect to receive the same kind of Aloha here. Thankfully Jackie is in the office, she understands the true meaning of Aloha, and treating others with kindness. We enjoy living here, and are appreciative of the AWESOME staff we have! Mahalo for all you do!
Thank you Camden Belleview for taking such good care of us. This is the first time we will renew a lease in 10 years. My kid loves the festival activities you provide all the time and our dog definitely knows where the treats are. We love all the staff and appreciate the fast friendly service from everyone. Thank you so much.
I love living at Camdens! The apartments are always nice and the staff is welcoming and attentive.Camden Belleview Station is no exception to this. The staff do well with getting back to you on any issues and helping make sure that everyone is on the same page.I love the amenities this Camden offers and the location is quaint. But, honestly, the best part of living here is the dedication of the team to make the living experience the best possible.
We love this place! We have not settled until we came here. We just signed our second year lease. The staff is excellent with our kid and our dog.We get fast friendly service for everything. Thank you for being our friends and family.
Awesome apartments. Great location and friendly staff! The apartments are modern and functional, the pool is extremely nice and the garage is a huge saver during hail season
Camden Belleview is a beautiful property with a leasing and maintenance staff that is above reproach. In such a competitive market, they are elite. A genuine pleasure to work with.
Always well kept, safe, and clean. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
Working with Camden staff is always easy to do. Tammy is an integral part of the Camden team and is very attentive to her tenants needs. I recommend Camden Belview Station to anyone willing to have an exemplary experience in both hospitality and service.
Eight and a half years ago I decided to try apartment living as an empty-nester having just completed downsizing my life and possessions. I never thought that I would continue longer than a year! There are many contributing factors impacting my decision to stay at Camden Belleview Station which always begins with the people for me. The caring and responsive management team and maintenance crew are committed to the residents happiness and well-being. Other important factors include secured building, parking garage (no snow covered car in the winter), well maintained grounds and clean community areas, quiet community, club house for special events, convenient location, and no more home maintenance projects like mowing, raking leaves or snow removal. I am planning on staying where life is simply simpler and people smile!
Wow! I have never had an easier move in my life, it was a coordination nightmare on my side but Jackie Skates (leasing ninja extraordinaire ) was able to not just get it done but was so patient and friendly. The maintenance staff are willing to help always (not needed them yet) and the residents are true gems. Signed for the longest leasing period and don’t have intentions or interest in moving any time soon.
I have lived at Camden Belleview Station since October, 2009. There has been a change of ownership since then as well as much staff turnover. As of May, 2018, I can honestly say that the current management and maintenance staffs are the best ever. They have been very competent, kind, and responsive to my needs as a resident. They also seem to have a wonderful camaraderie with each other, a sign of a healthy corporate culture. The current after-hours patrol service, Oculus Systems, has also been excellent. One bonus feature of the 5-story building is that it is 100% physically accessible. Between elevators and ramps (exterior and interior), residents and visitors would never need to navigate stairs.
GREAT PLACE!!! I stayed in the guest suite for a couple of days and had a great time. Quiet neighborhood, clean community, what more can you ask for?! The suite itself is a 2 bedroom 2 bath. SUPER roomy w/ comfy beds. The staff is very friendly. I didnt receive a parking tag and didnt have time to get to the office to pick one up before they closed so they were kind enough to leave one in the room for me. Also, I had to check-out an hr before they opened but once the lovely ladies working in the office working saw me standing outside they welcomed me into the office so I could check-out!! Amazing customer service! If I lived in DTC I would definitely rent here!
Wonderful supportive staff. They always try to make things right and explain processes. Try to make this a home and community.
Camden Belleview Station has been an awesome place to live! You have covered parking, year-round pool and spa, 24 gym and a sweet clubhouse with a pool table. You also have the best places for breakfast, lunch and dinner or even just drinks within walking distance! Not only are the location and amenities great but so is the staff! They often throw resident events which include prizes, drinks and sweet treats! Melanie and her team are always willing to help in a timely manner as well! Service requests are always done within a day of me or my roommate submitting a ticket online. Which leads me to another big plus-MyCamden! It is so simple to know what’s going on in your community with a MyCamden account as well as paying rent or submitting a service request! Not only is the whole team quick and efficient at what they do, they are people who truly care about you being happy when you come home!
Love this place! They always have something going on. We did a sip and paint recently and it was amazing! The staff is always so friendly and helpful!
This place is great! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love being apart of this community!
I moved from a one-bedroom unit in this complex to a two-bedroom unit, and while it posed its challenges in ensuring everything was switched over, the management staff, particularly Lauren, was SO helpful. Again, it wasnt completely seamless, but Lauren was so patient and very understanding with our circumstances--she made it much less painful. I would definitely suggest this complex to a friend.
I really enjoy living close to work and downtown and the highway. Front desk and maintenance staff are always helpful and friendly.
Lived there for a few years. It was home but unfortunately the area is a high crime area thanks to the extended stay down the road. Tons of vehicle break-ins. Camden will nickel and dime you for everything. Staff was overall friendly but dont expect to catch any breaks on anything. I moved there initially because it was the best price around for the area. Might not be the case anymore. It is central to a lot of fun stuff to do. The reason for the two stars, Camden just wants the money it is owed. They dont actually care about the residents, if your upstairs neighbor holds 3 am parties they wont do much to help you out. I know because I complained a ton. So much so I moved to a unit upstairs where I was treated to a disgusting carpet that should of been replaced. When I wanted a dryer that should of been working on move in I was presented with an option to purchase a new one. So like I said they dont really care but they will happily smile and empathize with you without actually doing anything. Brilliant business plan. Thanks Camden!
Pros:Actual apartment is really niceNice staff, helpful maintenanceClose to light railCons:Force you to pay for a valet trash service (which misses the trash about 25% of the time)Force you to pay $95 for a technology package that includes cable (twice as much as if you would only pay for only internet from the same company)Lost my bike ($700 retail) when they moved my stuff from my storage unit to a temporary unit due to a leak. No compensation.
This is the worst apartment rental agency Ive ever come across. Theres theft all over. The emergency lighting doesnt work so if theres any power outage there is no way of navigating the halls to escape three building. They constantly have water outages. The service people come into your residence without knocking, my wife was asleep naked and they came into the bedroom. The also let my dog out and didnt let anyone know, my dog got hit by a car because of it. If you need a place to rent go anywhere but here I promise theyre going to screw you. Plus the rent is higher than all others on the area.P.s. they responded to my review with total lies. I never spoke to anyone resolving anything completely bogus. They have zero clue as to who I am or what issues Ive raised.
Apartment complex is nice on administration end. Might as well get packages delivered to amazon locker or such(stolen) . Cars get rummaged through and things get stolen. Security needs to be in place.
My dog and I love living here. All the staff and residents are super friendly.
Applying for an apartment can be, and usually is, annoying and stressful. At any Camden property, it is very easy and super quick to get a decision. Trust me...I will only live at a Camden property for as long as I choose apartment living. Quality properties, great amenities and each property always has a fantastic staff!
This place is awesome! The staff are really nice, the pool is really big, you get free candy and free coffee or hot choclate! And yes I’m 11 so that’s why this review sounds childish but it’s true!!!😂😂😂
I honestly dont get what the negative reviews are for. I recently moved here from Dallas, TX and I feel like all the kinks mentioned before have been worked out. My key fob didnt work, and as soon as I said something about it they handed me a new one- no questions asked. The front office is lively and has very friendly and helpful representatives. The layout of the elevators could have been thought out a bit better for people moving in, but all in all Its a great, convenient location with affordable but luxurious living. In response to the other reviewers: In my personal opinion, complaining about things you havent tried to fix is absolutely ludicrous. Special snowflake syndrome at its finest. Keep up the good work
This place is great, an awesome location to call home! Since Ive been here, my leasing agent Jackie Skates has been so helpful! Thank you for everything Jackie :)
My boyfriend and I were going to live here until we found out they require all residents to get a MANDATORY cable and internet package. I have not had cable in the last 5 years and will not live somewhere that makes it mandatory. This was the front runner and we were ready to apply until we found this out! It’s just over $100 extra a month. No thanks! I hope the management at Camden sees this and rethinks their decision! Your partnership with the cable company just lost a prospect.
Get everything in writing! That way you won’t get screwed when you leave! 👎🏼
I loved living here for the last 10 months, however, recently, I was involved in a car accident in which totaled my vehicle. With this, I had multiple cars be switched in and off of my lease with confirmation in regards to it being completed whether I asked for a plate number to be taken off or placed on. On the week that I got an official new car to be mine, I had a busy week at work in which led me to delay the process of getting my rental car back to the rental location until the day it was due (on a Friday). All to find out, when I walk out to the garage at 6:15 in the morning, I found that it had gone missing which had me go up and down ramps for 20 minutes with the alarm button in hopes that it was somewhere in the garage. I ended up having to wait until the office opened to find out where it had gone and why in which they did take full fault for and let me know that the tow charge was taken care of. I had to rearrange my work schedule that afternoon to go further up North from Downtown to get it from the company, miss a few work meetings that my boss then had to cover for, and was completely inconvenienced as far as what that day looked like. After talking multiple times to the team, the only compensation they were going to give me was a $12 uber ride which I am not even going to send over their way because that is just a waste of everyones time when I asked for something fair and reasonable according to a few other people I have spoken with in regards to their apartment experiences. All in all, I am disappointed with how they handled this situation and even said that they covered the tow fee as they knew it was their mistake as compensation which that should never even be considered for compensation for the inconvenience, frustration, and stress that this had all led to as the cherry on top stemming from the accident. At the same time, over the last couple weeks, there have been times where valet trash hasnt picked up the trash without notice which then makes the hallways smell as everything is enclosed. As for the positives for here, I know many residents love the amenities and before this incident, the management team was great and I still think Hayley is awesome as I know a lot of this was out of her control on what could be done which is why it was escalated.
*Not a good place for pet owners!!*Camden isn’t a good place for pet owners to live. They charged us Two large pet fees that were not refundable and when we moved out only $100 went towards pet damages. We requested to have photos emailed to us about where the damage was in the apartment and never received anything. If you have a pet I would advise you to look else where and make sure the pet fees go towards pet damages otherwise you’re spending WAY more money. Camden is nice enough to have multiple doggie poop stations but they were always out of bags causing us to buy our own to avoid the $150 violation for not picking up your dogs poop.We lived at Camden for 15 months and within that time frame there were three, building wide water shut offs. The water was off for 12+ hours each time and even when it was turned back on the water was cold. All the tenants received were 1 gallon of water, a handful of wet wipes and a few tiny scope mouthwash. We were told to fill our tubs with water so we could continue to flush our toilets during the shut off. I would think one water shut off would be acceptable, but three? And minimal supplies was given to tenants.Camden requires all tenants to pay for valet trash, which sounds like a luxury, but you can only put 1 bag out at a time. If you put anything more they will leave a note about your violation and will leave all the trash. Unexpected days, with no notice when they wouldn’t come at all.The fob system within Camden is very faulty, you have to carry around the fob and master key at all times. The garage door was constantly broken, being open all night or shut without a way to get in or out. The garage has been broken into multiple times while we lived there. Making us constantly worry about our vehicles. While residents the staff is very nice, and the amenities are well kept. But I’m sincerely disappointed by my experience living here. I would shop around if you’re looking to move to the DTC area.
Rescinded my negative review. Not all issues have been resolved to my satisfaction, but my previous review was also done in a stupid way.Office Staff: Overall: AWESOME, Willing to work with you and address concerns, questions, complaints. Some minor issues, but all worked out. Was disappointed that my initial complaints required me playing the race card to get anywhere.Old manager - Jessica: Awesome, approachable, willing to work with you.New manager - Melanie: Limited interaction, but so far, its been good, similar to Jessica.Sorry to group the rest of you all into one: Experiences have been mostly very positive. A couple less than optimal experiences with one or two. (One was a temp, I understand). There was a few times where I felt my integrity was attacked or I was not treated seriously. A tenant to tenant issue came up where I was the one held at fault, even though the other neighbor clearly lied or had holes in their story.Maintenance: Chris Rome is fantastic! Scott is awesome! I cant remember the other guys name, but he is pretty great.Security: Friends vehicle was stolen from 6th floor. The Staff assisted greatly. I believe there have been many efforts to improve. My car also was broken into. The suspect was caught quickly. Security concerns are still there, but I have seen much improvement to protect the tenants and our property.Other tenants: Not going to go there. Just be aware, it is an apartment and noise from above is an issue like any other apartment building. The Staff is willing to work with you and mediate between neighbors. Sometimes, they arent very effective, which was one of my main complaints. There was an issue with our water meter. Still not resolved, but Melanie and Chris (and others involved) are working on it for me. Had a couple times when I asked about it where I was questioned if I wasnt actually using the water...11,000 gallons in a month is not normal, especially in a two bedroom apt with two tenants, where both work full time and one or both regularly travel. When we were told that there was nothing with the bluetooth water meter and we were treated with suspicion (our perspective), thats when anger started.I still will not give a full 5 star, but a solid 4 star. Mainly because of the water meter situation.
We love living here and all of the staff is truly amazing. They go above and beyond everyday for the residents.
Jackie was awesome! She gave me a great idea of what the apartment looked like and send me photos when I could not visit personally! Call jackie :)
Dont trust them! They will say one thing and do another! Boooooooo
Terrible apartments! You pay a fortune especially if you have dogs and for poor service. Our $400 non-refundable pet deposit was not even used towards the cleaning when we moved out. We left our apartment nearly spotless after living there for 15 months and they still charged us over $500 for “general cleaning”. We even asked for a breakdown of the cleaning bill and they never provided that to us. Everything is always broken here such as doors leading in through the parking garage, the water was shut off for the whole building THREE times in the 15 months we were there, the valet trash that you’re required to get doesn’t always get picked up leading to rotting trash smell in the hallways, and there were cars being broken into in the parking garage and because of their lack of cameras the thiefs were never caught. So where is all our money going!!!??I simply hated my experience here.
Never lived there but visited it and checked the interior. Its pretty decent but nothing high end. But not bad for the price and location
ProsMaintenance staff is super kind and helpful.Location is great.Units themselves are pretty nice, (although ours was pretty grimy in the kitchen and the insides of all the cupboards were covered in strange white dust when we moved in).The recent interior paint job did improve the dark and foreboding hallways a ton (not sure the other recent renovations have really been that necessary).ConsDont let the locked doors, fob system and garage give you a false sense of security- rates of burglary and theft are higher here than at most other complexes nearby (all the ones with large locked garages seem to have higher crime in general). At least one apartment was broken into while we lived here along with multiple cars and storage units. Half the time the fob system is down. Management will tell you thats ok, use your building key. However we only were issued one key for two of us... But you can usually find a broken or otherwise unsecure door to get into at any time anyway.Do not let yourself be in a position where you need to go month-to-month; the monthly rate is insanely high (much more so than any other complex Ive been at). Management was unwilling to help with the cost or terms (we didnt even need a full month extra)- not surprising but still something to be aware of if you think that might be an option youll need. Its like living in a dorm. Most residents are nice but there are a lot of young people who treat it like a dorm. Im also just too old to watch beer pong out my window every weekend, but maybe thats your jam!Having visitors here was a nightmare. Its like a labyrinth and using the call boxes is a right pain.
Wish we could give this place a 6/5. Our dog loves it just as much as we do - great staff and location - it has it all
Just wanted to give a shout out to the Maintenence Dept. Very courteous, professional, and always get the job done quickly. Thanks maintenence guys
Thank you Hailey, Jackie and Barbee for a great paint and sip community activity! We had a great time!!
For $1,500 a month (1 bedroom) you could find a WAY nicer apartment.Ive lived here for 4 days and I cant wait to move out. Coming from an apartment complex downtown thats the same price (The Marq at Rino), I am mind blown at the amount of issues Ive had. This is one example: When I moved in I had 1) no heat 2) no hot water 3) sink faucet sprayed water 4) bathtub drain cloggedMaintenance did fix these problems, but how on earth they missed ALL of those if they actually did a walk through is beyond me. Pretty sure Im living in apartment that hasnt been cleaned or looked at by anyone since the last tenant moved out. Which is disgusting. If my experience changes throughout Ill update this post.
This community is the best. Love that they host community activities.
Horrible place. I lived here 2 months and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The managers did not lift a finger to help resolve the many problems I had. I was without water for over a week and yet my water bill was more expensive that month and they refused to get me a hotel room so I could take a shower.
Terrible!!!! The staff with just walk into your apartment without notice what so ever! False promises and dollar store appliances.
If you like your apartment to be 90 degrees in the middle of the summer when you pay a huge amount of money for a upscale living and convenience, Camden Belleview Station is the perfect place for you! Recently, my air conditioning was broken for THREE WEEKS during one of the hottest months of the year, and not only was the AC broken, the vents were BLOWING HEAT!! And Camden management did not even credit my rent for a portion of the time that my apartment was literally too hot for me and my dog to live in.You definitely do not get what you pay for at Camden, and do not be fooled by the well kept exterior. The fairly new building is constantly having issues with water, plumbing, air conditioning, etc. And not only is Camden a huge rip off, the management is disrespectful, rude, unresponsive, and manipulative. I was told time and time again that the air conditioning was fixed, only for it to break the next day. I would then call the maintenance line yet again, only to be ignored for hours and hours while my apartment turned into an oven. Additionally, I was basically laughed at when I told them that the vents were blowing heat (which they later admitted was accurate).I highly recommend you save yourself from waisting money, discomfort, and time and chose somewhere else to live!!
Together, my husband and I have lived in about 5 different apartment complexes over the years. Camden has been our least favorite due to a number of reasons. Let me go over a list of pros and cons:Pros: Location. Walking distance from Lightrail. Covered parking is included. Storage unit on deck is nice. Pools is large and relaxing. Parcel lockers make it convenient for getting packages. Reasonable price with packages that include internet/cable. Los Chingones is waking distance away!Cons: Fitness area is small with beginner equipment, so we paid for a Lifetime Fitness membership. The building is a U-Shaped building which makes moving extremely inconvenient unless your unit is near the one loading zone. Visitors basically need Google Maps to navigate to your apartment location. Water outages occurred approximately once or twice a month, sometimes lasting longer than 12 hours (another reason to invest in a gym membership with showers!). Fire alarms went off about 6 times during our year lease, and these sometimes occurred during the early morning hours on a weekend. Camden seems to always have maintenance issues or lengthy maintenance projects; while we lived here, there was a re-painting of the entire building, reconstruction of the Welcome Center, numerous water outages due to broken valves, and electricity/internet outages (which I realize is out of their control but Ive never had it happen as much in any other apartment). All of these projects involved lengthy periods of our inability to use the amenities we pay for, and a true test of patience and sanity. There were a handful of breakins during our time here, not in our own apartment, but in others. The garage is not secure, and remains open to anyone trailing in behind you.
Have had a great experience thus far with the leasing staff & am a huge fan of my apartment... we toured several apartments in the DTC area and found Camden to be at the top of our list in terms of value & location!
Great view and space, but management isnt good. There have been multiple false fire alarms, water shut downs and issues with smoking.
DONT LIVE HERE!***Since i posted my review, i received my final closing bill. I paid it in a timely manner (1 week later), and they sent it to debt collections. I now have to deal with a collections agency because of their lack of organization. Proof of payment was sent to camden, and collections confirmed that Camden was in the wrong.- now for the review-My husband and i have lived here for 2 years now, (not by choice) and we absolutely HATE it. I would not recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE. Heres the laundry list of reasons why:- MANAGEMENT: in the 2 years we have lived here, management has changed 5 times - shows just how terrible this place is. Previous managers to prove im not lying: Tonya Uhlman, Tim, Care, Tim (again) and now someone new.-PARKING: management decided to issue new parking tags, for whatever reason, and towed anyone who did not have the new parking tag visible. We spent nearly $300 in towing fees to recover a car that had the old parking tag (still proving we are residents at Camden) and management refused to do anything.- FIRE ALARMS: fire alarms going off constantly in the middle of the night... in the 2 years we lived there, id feel very conservative saying the alarms went off 30+ times. By the 5th time we werent getting up to exit the building because we knew it was a false alarm, that another pipe had burst (their only excuse every single time)-walls are paper thin, so you can hear *everything* your neighbor is doing, even people walking in the halls- DOGS: some owners werent picking up after their pets, so camden decided to do doggie DNA and REQUIRED every dog to provide a sample, all so they could pin down the culperate.-FOBS: fobs dont work on some doors, so you have to use the key, then on others theres only a fob so you have to carry all keys at all times-PARKING GARAGE: parking garage door always gets stuck (sometimes up to allow anyone to come in, and sometimes down to where no one can leave for the day). They also have issues with peoples cars getting keyed INSIDE of the parking garage, where your car as a resident is supposed to be safe. Nothing was done to repair these damages to residents. This happend on 4 different occasions in the 2 years we lived there.- FLOODING: the first floor flood the second year we lived there, and it took almost a full year for them to replace all of the carpet for existing residents. We talked with multiple residents who expressed their frustrations just waiting for new carpet when it was moldy. (we all know how quick they are able to get new carpet in when it means a new lease will be signed, though!)-RENT: rent is outrageous for what you getMy hope for this review is that people will make their own educated decisions, but be aware of what they are getting into....
Beware, many vehicles broken into in the parking garage on a regular basis Sunday’s and Monday’s, no security staff or cameras installed with recurring vehicle break-ins.
Nice apts, garage parking, nice sized apartments.
My friend lives here and she loves it
Love the amenities and pool thats open year round
About as bad a management company as you can find. Front office about what youd expect for a place like this. Would also agree with everything Lauren said below. Break-ins a plenty, met with silence from the front office, tons of maintenance and cheap upgrades. The message boards are filled with complaints about this place.
Very clean space work on parking visitors parking is five stories up
Brittany really cared about my concerns and helped to resolve my issues
Its a bad place and i dont recommend it to anyone.
Beautiful apartments!!
Good place
DO NOT LIVE HERE
Rude rude rude staff
