I had suspected that my hot and cold water taps to my laundry area were switched, and thought one wasn’t connected at all. You guys came out and verified that I he taps were switched, and that I indeed had cold water. Taps (and their labels) were corrected and alll is good now. Perez came out to my home, inspected my A/C unit. Discovered that it is 17 years old. He just needed to replace a small but important part.I will purchase my new unit next spring.He has been here before and does good and honest work! I had embarked on a diy under our bathroom sink and I decided I didn’t want to take eternity to finish and we needed the water turned back on! So I called, and Squeaks was able to fit me into the schedule the same day to save me! Sean was so nice and so professional, giving me an up-front price and checking in with me along the way to make sure I was apprised of every step. When the new faucet didn’t totally hide the rust under the old one he gave me some time to clean it so that it would look really nice in the end. Such attention to detail and care for the customer! He also affirmed my initial work and that was such a gracious thing to do!

The service itself was great once they came over. Steven was patient and explained the problem clearly. But they cancelled the appointment I had scheduled with them and I had to wait for several days before someone showed up!

Our hot water recirculating system was not working after a water outage. They were fast, came out as promised and got the work done quickly. It is nice to have instant on hot water again. They were a little pricey, but plumbers are in high demand after the great freeze of 2021.

Sean, The Service Tech was great and fixed the problem right away.The problem at Squeaks Services is their back office.They dont follow up, they dont communicate, they seem confused about the status of the repairs and have no idea how to coordinate the logistics for a smooth and efficient experience for the Customer.Our Gas is still turned off.Squeaks was supposed to coordinate with Xcel for the permitting, re-inspection, and turning the gas back on.When I asked status, their response was:We dont know.Call Xcel.And then she left me a couple snotty texts when I said was not happy with Squeaks follow-up and performance.I wouldnt use them again.They dont care about the Customer.

Technician Zach was exceptional! He was very professional, efficient and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do then went to work, completing the job in 1 1/2 hours. Then he showed me the required updates he installed and how to operate the new water heater. I am very impressed with his work and the service he provided. I have hired Squeaks on 3 occasions now to install a new water heater, unclog a laundry drain and install a shower valve and diverter for a new basement bathroom. Each of the 3 service professions were friendly and competent. Communication to schedule appointments was easy and estimates were fair. The only issue I had was a technician forgot a sediment trap on my water heater so it didnt pass inspection on the first go, however they fixed it immediately after I notified them.

Steven Scurlock is very professional. His service is prompt, provides alternatives and solutions, and explains with details the scope of work. We have been in touch with Mr. Scurlock for a couple of years and highly recommend him for anything related to a HVAC system.

They were able to come out within an hour for a commercial service call on a Saturday. The phone staff and plumber were pleasant and friendly and they were able to take care of the problem. I had a new bath room put in my condominium. The sink drain had a slow drain for years. I spoke to Larry Benvidez at SQUEAKS SERVICES and got an appointment for the same week. Squeaks Service was incredibly efficient, professional, and honest about the scope of the work. Initially Brian and his assistant came to replace my water heater with a tankless water heater. They arrived on time, kept the area clean, and finished by late afternoon. While there, however, I had them look at a leak that had sprung up in my laundry room the night before - turns out it was quite a bad blockage with blocked and rotting exterior pipes. They came back the next day and fixed all of my kitchen plumbing. Brian was incredibly professional throughout, keeping me posted with each aspect of both projects. Would highly recommend!

I had a nasty, deep clog in a drain and Mr Squeaks was able to not only give me same day service, but they had a tech at my house in less than 2 hours after calling them! Brian was friendly, professional and courteous. He got the job done and left the site spotless afterward. Its been a few weeks now and were still draining smoothly. Quick, quality toilet installation from Darrell. He showed up on schedule and was a pleasure to work with. We were impressed at how soon they were able to fit us on their schedule.

Our furnace stopped working so I called Squeaks Service. They sent out a technician and within almost 2 hours of calling a technician arrived! They were very affordable! This was the first time we have used them and Steven was awesome he was very nice and professional and answered any questions. If we are ever need help in the future we will definitely be using Squeaks Service.

Perez did a great job with the replacement of our old tank water heater with a tankless on-demand heater. He explained what needed to happen to install the tankless heater during the quote process. Showed up on time, and completed the job in less than a day. I was very happy with the work he did and how he cleaned up when the job was over.

Unexpected/additional Charges Once On-site. The experience I had was a combo of issues between Home Depot who contracted out to Squeaks. I removed 1 gas water heater work and it Squeeks replaced with another gas water heater. You might expect that it would be a simple install swapping out one for another, for the first $2000 I paid through Home Depot for supposedly a full install. Instead Squeeks called me that it required an additional $685 in extra costs. I never did understand what was unique about my installation requiring more work swapping out a water heater. It should have been all the same connections to my understanding. Overall I paid an extraordinary $2,600 for a water heater replacement, but it was a Saturday, I do not live near the rental location to inspect, and my tenants couldn’t go 3 days with no hot water. I got hosed and had no good choice really but to pay this incredible amount of payment. I got an explanation, but it made little sense to me not seeing the work. I would not use, and would not recommend. Had it not been an emergency I would have sent them back to the shop when the new charges were introduced for other companies that would have been less expensive.

They were great to work with for installing a whole house humidifier. Perez was helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend!

Squeaks was prompt in responding to a clogged kitchen drain. Sean thoroughly inspected everything and gave me a courtesy call with a price before any work was done. Stephanie who scheduled me was awesome as well. Very professional all around. I will be using them again.

We needed a trench dug and gas pipes inserted, a regulator placed on new replacement & larger meter and connections from gas meter to new generator done & regulator and pipes placed, but job is not complete as yet so far they did a great job and will finish soon!They passed inspection and buried the pipe! Now we wait for the generator to come and they will put a regulator on and hook it up to the gas and wait for a different inspection and then they’ll be through!

Considering the hassles he encountered in getting the water heater then finding out it was faulty and then getting another one for us, he was very respectful and got the job done. He didnt leave his name and since he was wearing a mask (covid), I dont know for sure who it was (maybe Darryl?). In any case we thought he was professional and considerate.

Buyer beware: go elsewhere! I recommend going elsewhere and will never use this company again. They are way overpriced and there were substantial discrepancies in their pricing schedule between the estimate and the final invoice. Very deceptive pricing practices. They agreed that the estimate and invoice were confusing when compared and alluded to making it right, yet went radio silent after that. Not a word since.

Service: Water heater replacementAs a retired engineer whos previously done all home repair work himself (including a complete 8 year renovation of a small Victorian home), its been difficult to find reputable service pros that are willing to fix whats wrong for a reasonable price when Im not able to do it myself. Enter Squeaks Services. Our water heater replacement was completed the same day we called to request the work. Darrell, the service tech, confirmed all work and associated expenses prior to beginning, and provided great before and after photos of the installation, including confirmation of the desired water heater. Finally, the additional fee for pulling the building permit for the work was more than reasonable, and considerably less than what other companies quoted. We give Squeaks a 10 for their efforts. Recently we had an issue with two of our Moen Shower valves. After doing some research online it seemed that the problem was related to the mixing cartridges.
