I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good barber. Found the Campus Barber Shop using Google.I have been here twice with Jeb cutting my hair. This has been the best two haircuts that I have ever received. My wife has actually complemented on the haircuts which is something that she does not usually do.Reasonable pricing, easy to schedule through their Facebook page and good conversations.

This is an outstanding barbershop... it is by appointment only (every once in awhile a walk-in can happen). The haircuts are great, but the engaging conversation is even better. Its a small place, so everyone can get in on the conversation. Best barbershop in Denton...I highly recommend them...

Made an appointment with Jed for a simple cut with some layers. After washing my hair at home, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Jed did a great job and is a very pleasant fellow! To those of you who hate spending time at the beauty salon, this is a great alternative for a quality haircut. Will definitely be back.

Asked for a medium skin fade but the barber was too busy talking and I walked away unsatisfied. Came back the next day to get it fixed and walked out with a bald spot in the front of my head (no where near the fade, it was on the top of my head near the front)

This is my favorite place in Denton to get a haircut. They can do just about any style or length and they do it fast. Any man 80 years and older accompanied by their father gets a free haircut. What a deal! Im looking forward to my free haircut in about 40 or 50 years .

Really like the small space. Feels like an old school barber shop. Only one I know that uses an electric shaver instead of a straight edge razor for a head shave. It works really well though. Would like to know they have someone thats really experienced with beards though.

So i have mixed feelings about the place. This was my first time at this place. All the barbers where busy when i came in on my lunch break, but the wait wasnt long at all. One of the barbers comes in from his lunch, asks me to sit in his chair and i start describing what i want. As soon as one of the other barbers is done cutting hair with her current client, he sends me over to her because he wants to finish his lunch. I understand you want to eat your lunch bub, but that to me is not very professional. SO.. Marie (the lady on the right with soft hands) was very professional in the way she approached me, asking questions about the way i wanted my haircut and making small talk, like most places do when its your first time there. She took her time making sure she knew what i wanted and cut my hair. I am very pleased with the hair cut, atmosphere is nice and calm. I recommend if you go here, please see her.

Ive since found a new barber shop. I went in for a flat top, I should have turned around and walked away. I asked the guy if he could cut a flat top he said I will give it a try. I should have known he couldnt, because he tried and tried miserably. It is hard to find someone that can do it properly. I had to go home and clean up his mess. Very disappointed, and parking sucks.

Best haircuts Ive ever had. They use a straight razor for a close shave that lasts.

Had an older gentlemen who seemed to rush the process. The more I tried to tell him what I wanted, the more he explained what my hair has currently. He cut the top much shorter than I wanted, and was very rough with the razors, especially around the ears clipping then a few times. My hair in the front doesn’t match the back, and is sort of flat now compared to the style I was growing it out for. Now i’m back to where I was about a month ago. If you go to Campus Barbers, ask for someone other than the older gentleman there. They looked like they were treaing their cleints with more class and could probably cut better as well.

Place was fantastic and the people better. Not to mention my haircut :) These guys really know what theyre doing and you can feel confident you are going to look like a stud and smell like a man when you walk out.

I got a haircut here earlier today by an old man who told me he had sixty years of experience cutting hair. I asked for a fade from a 2-1 on the side, line up and to even out my hair which is about 5 inches long and comed back and to the side. While cutting my hair he had cut me at the base of my ear. He also did a terrible job edging around my ear and was very sloppy. When I asked for the line up he cut my widows peak and called it done. My forehead was crooked and was not nice clean and lined up like I asked. While shaving the back of my neck I felt like he was scraping a piece of wood across my skin. Overall the haircut was sloppy and had to go to another barbor to fix it which did his best but could not fix the hair around my ear. I am not coming back here, I did not make a scene I paid and left.

Amazing! The place was very professional and the cut was one of the best Ive ever had. My hair stylist was Marie.Plus the price is just right! A haircut is $16 which is cheaper than places like Supercuts who do a terrible job.I highly recommend trying this place out of others in Denton just arent working for you. Both the Supercuts by UNT and the Sports Clips in Razor Ranch messed up my hair and left a bad impression. This place felt good all the way around. From the friendly staff, to the professional opinions and styling to the final price.

While traveling, I have gotten haircuts from all kinds of barbers in all kinds of places - often they didnt cut gringo hair or even speak a shared language. This place was the worst. Guy was talking, not paying attention, and clipped one side way too high. Left with half a mohawk.
