Best property managers you could ever rent from... just ask any of their tenants!

If I could give these company 0 stars I would. We went and checked out the place and everything was good. We asked the lady 5 times if we were approved and she said yes. We came home told the kids told our family that we finally found a place- only to be told a couple hours later that we werent getting the place. absolutely disgraceful.

The duplex connected to my place were chain smokers so our apartment smelt like 2nd hand smoke constantly. (We did not smell any smoke when we did the tour so we werent aware of this problem until we moved in). We were told that the building was smoke free. However when I told the managers what was happening they told me they couldnt do anything & if I wanted to move out I had to find a subleaser. I now have a life long medical condition due to the 2nd hand smoke I was exposed to. Its a painful condition that I still have to this day & these owners are to blame.I also told them about my medical condition I developed due to the 2nd hand smoke I was being exposed to & they did not change their stance (even when my doctor wrote an official letter to them). They are cold hearted people even though they come off as nice at first.DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

We came into a clean apartment and they gave us most of our security deposit when we moved out. This was my first experience with a lease and they were fair and understanding, which was deeply appreciated!

Weve rented from Sunny Daze for almost 4 years now in their Brittany Courts lower building and love it! Phyllis, Cindy and Bob are great and whenever there is a minor issue they go above and beyond to help. They keep their apartments very nicely kept and the price is great. The units have newer carpeting, floors and appliances. Im looking forward to signing the lease again for next year. They really run a great business!

Amazing! Cindy, Phyllis and Bob are awesome! Our townhouse was very clean and extremely nice! If we ever had a maintenance issue, they were very quick to respond and have it fixed. They are by far the best people Ive ever rented from!bWe got our full security deposit back when we moved out and the only reason we left is because we moved out of state. I would have stayed with them as long as we were renting! If you do your part, they will help you with anything and everything if they can.

Sunny Daze is run by very nice, helpful ladies who are accessible and friendly. I have never had an issue renting or subleasing with them. I recommend Sunny Daze to anyone looking for rentals in Menomonie!

They had a nice rental property that I stayed in for two years. All of the rooms were in good condition and my four female roommates and I never had issues with the apartment. On the other hand, we had a few issues with the management. We were treated poorly and with little respect since we were college students. When we requested for an additional lock on our door as a safety precaution with recent break-ins in the community, they did not take our request serious. There was an incident in which a check was lost after being dropped in their mail slot and we were automatically at fault. Their availability times were also very inconvenient for anyone with a typical 8-5 job schedule. And last, in winter time, although our contract stated we had plowing and shoveling services included with our payments, we were continuously getting stuck in our lot and shoveling ourselves.Overall, despite the physical space being in good shape, I would not recommend leasing from this agency due to the poor management and landlord interactions.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have no choice this time, I need to share how truly awful my experience with Sunny Daze was. I signed a lease on an apartment seven months before the move in date. Two months later, I decided to transfer from UW-Stout and needed to move out of the city, so I gave them five months’ notice that I would need to break my lease. Any other apartment would have easily accommodated that, yet Sunny Daze acted like it was unheard of. As a brand new renter (it was my first apartment), I didn’t notice that Sunny Daze failed to include a lease termination clause in their rental agreement. They gave me no options or assistance in dissolving my lease, even though they had more than enough notice. Instead, they told me that I was responsible for finding a subleaser that both they and the roommate I signed the lease with approved of. Shady thing is, Wisconsin law states that “your landlord must make reasonable efforts to re-rent your unit—no matter what your reason for leaving—rather than charge you for the total remaining rent due under the lease” (Wis. Stat. Ann. § 704.29). They did no such thing, yet after years of disputing this injustice, I was forced to finally cough up the cash for the entire year, since after almost 4 years, this suddenly showed up on my credit report and prevented me from being approved for a new apartment. The cost included the full rent - including my roommate’s (who actually lived there) unpaid half, cleaning and damage fees, and lost key fees. I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A KEY OR SET FOOT IN THE PLACE AFTER THE LEASE STARTED, but I was charged cleaning, damage, and key fees. I’m not sure in what universe that’s fair. So please, think of my horrible experience when considering this apartment, ESPECIALLY if there’s a chance you could be relocated during your lease, or you will be sorry, just like I was. I truly hope no one else has to suffer through something like this, and that Sunny Daze will realize the way they handle their business is despicable. At least this experience taught me to be more careful with what I put my name on, and whose hand I shake.UPDATE - They also called me after I posted this review threatening to take legal action against me if I didnt remove my post. Sorry ladies, this is America and I have every right to share my awful experience and warn future renters not to get into bed with a slimy company. Get real.

Ive rented two different apartments over a course of six years with Sunny Daze. Properties are prime location, very reasonable price, clean/well maintained, and best of all- the ladies are fair and helpful! Theyre MILES above other renters in town!

I have rented from the ladies for 6 yrs total, they are very professional,if something breaks they fix it immediately, as long as a renter is up front and honest they will do what they can to help anyone. Very clean properties.

Sunny Daze is the absolute worst company in Menomonie. I would rather live under a bridge than rent from them again. They were rude, unprofessional, and immature. They lost our rent check and stated that we had to pay $240 in late fees and when I called to inform them that we had paid they would hang up on me and not return our calls. My neighbor even stated that they refused to let him have a service dog even though he was suffering from PTSD from combat. WHO DISCRIMINATES AGAINST VETERANS???? I had to move out before the lease ended because they were so horrible to me and I did not feel safe in my own rental apartment. If I could give them no stars I would.
