While I dont mind complying with the mask mandate I found it kind of insulting that the hair stylist after finishing her client cleaned up her station then asked me to go to the back have me wash my hands but the other 5 people I saw come in for hair cuts were not asked to do this . She didnt wash her hands even though she went from her last client to me, and shes the only touching me not vice versa.Again I dont care 1 way or the other on protocols but at least have the same protocols across the board not pick and choose.

They are noticeably careful about disinfecting their stations and equipment. Karen the only operator I have had at that store is very careful come on Inn gives a great haircut.

I walked into the salon yesterday at. Closing time around 1900 the lady short had a boy hair cut my son hair and she mess it up instead saying she didnt know how cut she was only there for the money not the service and thats awful i have to take my son somewhere else so that a real barber can fix his hair stay far away from this place

Barber was out of town so came here to get quick fade and it’s not their fault, most of their clients don’t get fades 👀 but very poor clipping skills. Friendly though.

My entire family has been going to Jennifer for about a year now. Jennifer is a true professional with expert skills in cutting and styling hair. Jennifer always eases my little ones nervousness before he gets his haircut. Now he loves to go and cut his hair knowing he is in great hands with Jennifer. I highly recommend Jennifer for haircuts, styles, color - you name it she is fantastic!!

I usually have the same young lady cut my hair, wish I could remember her name...Im horrible with names lol. But shes always done an amazing job, is always very sweet and is definitely fun to talk to. Which makes it an even more pleasurable experience. Had a different employee cut my hair tonight because the one that normally does mine was busy with another customer. Was still a decent experience overall though.

I had Chloe cut my hair and she was great and I had great service. A little wait due to people ahead of me but stylist got done with their clients in a timely manner. Very good experience definitely plan on going back.

Ive been here A few times and it is hit and miss. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here if your doing anything more than a trim of long hair with nothing complicated. But I wanted a really nice short hair trim, and the very nice girl combed the back of my head raw! And it was awful, she had crazy long nails that got in the way, and cut chunks out of my hair, so Ive got bald spots. Horrible. I had to go elsewhere to salvage it! Ill never go back!

Went in and said DO NOT CUT THE TOP LENGTH just wanted the sides cleaned. I now have a short mohawk that looks awful im 30 years old and look like a jerk. Why would you cut the top if i said dont?

I havent been to super cuts in years but thought I would give them a try again BUT...30 minute wait with no line because the only 2 people working are doing color. Manage your employees better and have 1 person do color and 1 open to do the cuts or have another person working. Should never be a 30 min wait in the middle of the day with only 2 customers in the store. Exact reminder of how this business is mis managed.

So I dont usually like to give bad review but I also never been cut getting a hair cut before.I didnt realized that I was cut until I got home and took a shower. I felt clipper jab into the back of my ear but it didnt hurt that bad so I didnt say anything or think anything of it... Im sure it was an accident but still should not have happened.I gave it 2 stars cuz the hair cut turn out pretty good.

There were only 2 people ahead of me and I waited 30 minutes; I was patient though. The hairstylist was friendly and did a quick fairly good job, but once I got home and combed my hair forward, I saw that she didnt even cut it evenly. For an easy mens cut that wasnt even done that well, $15 way overpriced. If all you need is a simple mens cut, go to Great Clips - they are cheaper and faster.

I always get my haircut here, and have been for the past couple of months, and I am going to continue to get my haircut here. They are registered cosmologists and you can tell they are professional. I am always satisfied when I go here, the workers actually talk to you and are very lively and the prices are good. A basic haircut is about $15-20

Solid job for a quick local haircut . I was actually in the chair faster than they initially told me, and once there had a personable stylist who did a good enough job my detail oriented wife didnt have anything to get them to fix. Shes always hesitant when it comes to great clips, Supercuts, etc, but theyve gone 2 for 2 getting her approval.

Super nice and easy going employees and they ask what you want tell you the price you wait a few minutes you get your haircut and right after you can go get your nails done or go to Starbucks

Super professional with mad skills!8/13/2020 UPADATE: stylist’s name is Hanna and has short hair with red on top currently) I have never have a bad experience at this location until today. Me and my son came in to get our hair cut and the lady that cut my hair did awesome but the young lady who cut my sons hair apparently has never cut a child’s hair before. Was the haircut bad? No. it was decent at best and could have been better if the stylist didn’t have such a attitude? Yes. My son is a 7 year old hyper boy so is he gunna stay still the whole time? Heck no and any stylist should be prepared for that when dealing with a child. Is it frustrating? Sure I can definitely understand that, but I’m paying for a service and you’re job is to perform that service to the best of you’re ability( I don’t know maybe that is the best of your ability...sure hope not..) any ways I asked if she could tighten up his side with the clippers since it was much longer than what I originally asked her to do. With attitude she says “I mean ya I guess if he can stay still” wait what? I’m sorry was I asking too much of you by requesting you to do you’re job?? Oh I’m sorry you must have forgot you’re role. After the unnecessary attitude she completed what I requested and asked if it looked good. I said “well these pieces here are little long can you trim these up please sorry I’ve OCD when it comes to hair cuts” again with unnecessary attitude she goes “oh ok”. For everyone in the Supercuts sake I just paid and left and decided to post this instead of publicly shaming the stylist on her lack of professionalism and attitude. So if you’re reading this I actually do recommend this Supercuts because everyone else is awesome, but if you plan on getting you’re child’s haircut make sure you stay away from the short statured short haired Hispanic/possibly Asian young lady because God forbid you’re kid moves it will completely affect her ability to perform her job the correct way. I hope all who read this have a blessed experience. DROPPED MY RATING SO THAT MAYBE THE OWNERS WILL GIVE A DANG.

Go here a few time a year. normally its a good experience. will say the last time i was there they must have had some personnel drama. cause all the girls were talking bad about someone else who works there. it really made me uncomfortable. I still will go back but it was a bad experience.

Went to get my haircut and asked the lady to cut very short. I had to ask her to cut it even shorten than she did 3 times because she was either nervous or to busy talking to realize. I eventually gave up and its about 4.5 inches longer than I want. Plus my bags look awful.

Hair stylist was a manager in the area filling in until she found a new manager. Good cut. Quick. Very personable. Not a lot to cutting my hair though as I typically get a clipper cut, 4 up top 2 on the sides. Clean the ears and neck, bing bang boom Im usually done in 5 minutes. It aggrivates me I have to pay $16 for this type of cut, same a a styled cut that takes much longer with way more work and precision but thats whatever, I just have to deal with it I guess. I usually get my hair cut on my lunch break due to how fast I can get it done and as a result I must have a simple rinse afterward. My work shirt is a black polo. I am in sales. I work with the public and cannot have little stray gray hairs covering my shirt. Very unsightly as you can imagine. The rinse has always been free. Has been for the 45 years Ive been getting haircuts. What really chapped me was she informed me she was going to have to charge me for a rinse because it took as much time as a shampoo. Well, no it doesnt. Shampoo is a whole other step. And I am dropping $16 for what amounts to a buzz cut, the least you could do is run a little water over my head to rinse the stray hairs away! I did get the rinse for free but not before she informed me she would make an exception this time. Really?!?! Sorry, wont be back. And I wont recommend this place. Guys talk too about where we get a cut from and I wont reccommend this place. However, I will have to start taking recommendations for where I will get my next cut.

Three different hair stylist kept saying they would cut my hair but had to go to the bathroom, finish cleaning excuse after excuse. They were then in the back talking for ten minutes mind you had already waited twenty minutes. I finally just left very unprofessional customer service.
