Only cleaners I go to now. They really clean your clothes. They are highly professional and nice. The seamstress which we used is excellent.

Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, got the job done and even fixed a rip in the comforter I brought in before the ready by date on the invoice. Will definitely use these guys again

There is a guy with a bald head who works there that is unbelievably rude. He made about 5 comments that were directed at me personally in the span of the 5 minutes I was there. I was so taken back by his behavior I literally left the pair of pants that I was there to pick up. I would rather buy new pants than give this guy my money. Im not sure if hes just an employee, or if he is one of the proprietors, but he should NOT be handling any customers.

I always bring my suits and dress shirts here. Staff is super friendly. The turn around times are quick.

I brought a very expensive dress to them for a simple procedure and they absolutely ruined it, the stitching could have been done better by my 8 year old daughter. When I questioned it and refused to pay the owner (who waspreviously told me that they have a good tailor) he said he would send it back to be redone. Really? To make it worse?I was so upset and I have to go and redo it with another professional.A very big lesson learned.Avoid Lake Ida Cleaners services at all costPS: the answer to the owner:1. I dont see the difference in services between first-time client or regular customer. Every new one customer becomes a regular in the future.2. I didn’t say anything about how the dress was washed3. I can’t leave my dress to be redone because after you did the simple work, I worry it will be worse and it will be not possible to fix in the future.4. The other alteration services already took care of it, I’ll show their work after it will be done.Good luck in your business

Outstanding cleaners and quick turnaround! Clothes are treated carefully and cleaned impeccably. The owner David is always friendly and accommodating of special requests. My husband and I have been taking our dry cleaning here for years and we dont ever plan to leave!

First thing I have to say is that they do a great job and I will NEVER go back and I will share this experience. Picking up clothes today I noticed that I was charged for dry clean instead of laundry. The young lady told me they were a cotton blend and could be done either way... but the person who checked them in was new and might not have known.... so it cost an extra $4.00 per shirt. Ok... but then she told me I should have looked at the ticket when I dropped the stuff off. I dont take a ticket as most of the staff knows...including the owner... he always asks would you like a ticket as do many customers.... she then pulled an it is not my problem out of her ass.... really thats how you address a customer. To my surprise the loud and boisterous owners wife defended her, was talking about me when I walked back in and was nasty and wanted to know what I wanted.Great cleaners, poor staff, lousy owners wife... husband watched and said nothing... go down the street to the next place and do yourself a favor

My wife demands the best not sure how I got so lucky to have her pick me as her husband. But Glad she picked Lake Ida to take be our cleaners. They do a great job plus have coupons that help us save money, David know his customers and does everything to go the extra mile.

I decided to use Lake Ida Cleaners for the first time, And if I’ve ever I made a wrong decision in my life this was the worst decision I could have made by going to this place. Upon dropping off my clothes, I made it pretty clear that I wanted my things to be dry cleaned . I went back to pick it up my clothes, I paid almost a hundred to the girl with the long curly hair, when I decided to inspect my clothes they were all damaged.The bold headed man with the BIG ears said he was the owner Grab my clothes and would not let go of it tugging on it saying that he would not let go of my clothes until he was done talking. We were in a tugging match for my clothes .I told him he would ruin it and to get off of my clothes because I paid for it and I wanted to get out of his extinguishment. Finally he released it .OVER $3,000 DOLLARS OF MY CLOHES DAMAGED.
