Dropped of my 4 couch cushion covers and one comforter. Only took the comforter to the dry cleaners because its too big for my washer. (never have used a dry clean service before). I was told by Monday 1/4 as it was on 12/30 before new years. Never received an estimate (my mistake). Finally called to inquire about my belongings on 1/6 (never was in touch with me) and picked it up and they pressed my covers for an extra charge without asking first. I did not know what to expect for the price but it came to over 230$. Im a college student and paying that is not easy, took a toll on me and would have appreciated an estimate for courtesy. also took 2 couch covers to a dry cleaner near by and they estimated me 10$/ a piece instead of 60$

Sanjay and his crew are always accommodating and never make you wait! I switched about a year ago and have never been disappointed! Always a genuine smile and warm greeting....anyone who does less than a 5 star is nit picking and probably never gives a good review. Definitely should be picked Best of Delray!!

Kristal Cleaners is always amazing! They are friendly, courteous, and the service they provide is unmatched by competitors in the area. They have rushed orders for me multiple times for special events or time constraints, and I feel like they have always taken a great interest in me as a customer. Very fast and fairly priced. They always do great work in a timely matter and have gone above and beyond for their customers. I have never run into a situation where they have made false promises. I go there for all my dry cleaning needs as well as my clothing repairs. Its nice to see a company that takes care of their loyal customers. Would highly recommend. Thank you for doing great work!

I’m on a roll this morning... just got a call from Sanjay at Kristal Cleaners and he is awesome. Will now get pickup and delivery of my dry cleaning and he accommodated me by using my hangers without a pause in his voice. Lol I said Are you sure, don’t want extra work for you all, he replied “No problem at all”. Thank you Sanjay and all at Kristal Cleaners!
