I called them to do carpet and upholstery cleaning. The carpet hadnt been cleaned in years and was very dirty. Steve arrived punctually and I found him to be a very courteous and honest about everything he was doing. He took his time and I honestly know he did his best to get everything clean. When I commented on it he admitted he was considered borderline OCD due to the time he takes to do the best work he can. I really appreciated the effort he put in to get my place clean. He cleaned a microfiber recliner, four dining room chairs and four areas of floor carpet. I knew I had some stains that wouldnt come out but he still did a lot and reduced their appearance. My place looks fantastic now! Other carpet cleaners might have used less chemicals or hurried the job, he didnt it. Five stars!

Based on Yelp and Google reviews we arranged for Clover to clean off-white carpets in 2 bedrooms. There was a mixup on the first visit and they arrived late and had to rush through the job. We were not satisfied with the result and contacted David to let him know. He immediately arranged for a return visit when they redid the entire job. This result was much better!
