We have carpet in m husbands man cave room and it end up getting pretty messy on our last function so decided about getting new carpet but tried instead to get it cleaned, Randy (the owner I believe) told me he could probably make all the Stains come out and back to new. Well he did he end up taking all stains out and even making carpet plump again while using a rake to make the thickness come back.Stains of juices and sodas all went away and saved me thousands of dollars for only $120Great work and great service.

Randy (the owner) was a breeze to work with. He came out a couple days before our carpet cleaning appointment just to inspect the carpet and to touch up on some spots WITHOUT ANY CHARGE. He was also very understanding when we were running late to our appointment. He went above and beyond to show us what he was doing and to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Plus he was just a nice guy and someone I would trust to clean the carpets of my friends and family without a doubt!

Randy did an excellent job on two of my area rugs that had pet stains. They were treated 1st for odors and stains and then he proceeded to clean not only with steamer, but a rug scrubber as well. Pricing was great, he was respectful to me and my home. Prompt, on time, and personable. I would highly recommend him for not only carpets, but tile floors as well. He will be coming back to do mine. Randy quoted a price and did a beautiful job at the actual quoted price. I find that rare with carpet cleaning companies these days. My elderly dog had quite a few accidents and he was able to get them all out. I thought the carpet was going to need to be replaced. He is professional, on time and did this for us on a Sunday! I highly recommend Tops and will definitely call Randy again next time I need carpet or floors cleaned.
