I was so lucky to meet TONY and Jessica, this was my second time purchasing a home, but they did a lot more than what I expected. My case was a lot complicated because I was purchasing out of State and currently living cross the country. They took time to listen to me, never pressure me to put offer on houses that I didnt like. A lot of fun virtual home tours with Jessica, she is the best for home tour! She even drove around to show me how the neighborhood looks like!When the offer we placed was accepted there were some difficulties because of the Lender and other circumstances around but most importantly Tony and Jessica stayed on top of everything. They always responded to my phones calls and they were constantly in communication with everyone involved making sure things are getting done right. The closing date was extended a couple times, but I was calm because I trusted them and I was right. The Rinaldi Superstars... Let me tell you about TONY and JESSICA. First and foremost, I reached out to 15 different companies about selling our home back in June and only 2 companies actually responded. Seems that there is so little real estate to sell, or the other companies just did not want to touch a mobile home sale. Tony Rinaldi on the other hand, reached out to us, came to home fully prepared and managed the full introduction safely with social distancing. They helped us in understanding what we needed to do, and what and how they will handle the sale. The photos that they had taken were amazing. No smart phone photos and high enough quality to make me look at the home and wonder why we would sell such a beautiful home.They had our home up on the Market and listed on 8:00am on Saturday July 18th and we had three offers within 2 days and accepted one of the 2 full price offers. They assisted our family with everything you can imagine when we ran into a small stumbling block on the foundation. They found contractors and we had the work done immediately. Sadly this deal ended up going through and not because of the Rinaldi Superstars, but because of the buyers choice of lenders and their inability to handle the process. We did 7 extensions to give the lender every opportunity to make it happen, and ended up on October 5th, ending the contract that the buyer has still not been told no by his lender.At 5:01pm when the contract terminated, Tony and Jessica Rinaldi had the home listed again and we were immediately receiving offers. They kept my wife and mostly myself calm and in understanding of everything that was happening. And today, November 2, just received a video clip texted to us congratulating us on a closed home sale.Since signing with them to sell hour home, we have passed their name along to 3 or 4 other people that have home sales in their future. There is no doubt that if I ever needed a home to buy or sell, they would be the first people in my mind.

I cant say enough about how effective and professional Tony and Jessica Rinaldi were. I have never worked with realtors this good. They are very responsive and go way out of their way to help out in every way possible. I worked with them remotely as I needed their assistance in selling my mothers condo and I am living out-of-state. They were on the scene constantly helping her through the process in a kind and thoughtful way. Anything we needed to get the place in condition they were able to help with. The end product was that we were able to sell her condo at our asking price. I highly recommend them!

We chose Mangrove based on reviews we read online. We were looking for a local, one shop agency with agents that lived in the area. We read many satisfied reviews so thought wed give them a call. Though several Mangrove agents were mentioned very positively in the reviews, we thought we would leave that part to serendipity as it has served us well in the past. We left a message and our future agent, Lise Freeman, called us back. We spoke on the phone for only a few minutes and that day, Lise sent us a short list of properties.
