RENTER BEWARE they raised our rent by $1000 to meet “market competition”! I understand it’s a business but to raise rent by 50% is outrageous considering we were great tenants who always paid rent on time for over 2 years. Although we loved living here for for awhile the property recently took on new management. The quality has since spiraled from broken gate, poor lawn service, no more community get togethers, crime, and more. Since our rent was raised we have been apartment shopping and every complex we have seen, has only raised rent by 10-15% for current tenants. I am frustrated to say the least with this money hungry management.

I have lived at Enclave for almost 2 years and I am grateful I found an apartment that was well kept, clean and beautiful. The staff is amazing and always takes care of any issue I may have. Joy- who is the assistant manager is the best. I have known Joy for some time and she is the most hard working woman I have encountered. I am so grateful to live in this wonderful home. Thank you Enclave!!!!!

My family and I have just recently moved into the Enclaves. We love the community and how clean it is. They have stayed on top of the landscape and it is a beautiful place. So far, it has been a great place to let our son play outside and all of our neighbors are friendly.

Just moved in and could not be happier. After MUCH research, I chose to move to Enclave at Delray for its magnificent open plan on a 2 BR. Not regrets whatsoever. The community is smack in the middle of everything I need and surrounded by magnificent restaurants. It is also quiet and clean. A definite WIN!

After a very stressful house hunt we found Enclave. Bernard was immediately responsive to our needs and provided concise information about the community, the requirements to apply, and move-in process. He did not overstate the benefits of this community. We are literally 10 minutes from downtown Delray and Boca Raton!It was very well manicured and cared for. The unit was beautiful with seemingly new carpet upstairs and tile downstairs, fresh paint, and it was an upgraded unit with granite countertops and onyx appliances.Weve had one maintenance call which was answered immediately and resolved in a couple hours. The staff are pleasant and always busy keeping things up. The clubhouse is a representation of the care they put into the community with a lovely pool, gym stocked with everything you need for a great workout, and even an office center I can use as I work from home. I would highly recommend Enclave at Delray Beach to anyone in this insane South Florida housing market looking for a new place to call home.

I moved into The Enclave on March 25th and I could not be happier. The staff (Bernard, Joy and Joanne) are extremely friendly and attentive. My townhouse is beautiful, my neighbors are friendly and I already feel at home. Choosing The Enclave was a great decision for my family. Im quite sure that you would agree.

Moved in January 17, so far so good. Bernard, the manager, was very friendly and helpful with the move-in, also very informative on the pet policies, and answered every question and concern that I had.THANKS BERNARD!Pros:I had a problem with the air conditioning the second day after I moved in, but I called Bernard, and the next day the problem was resolved.Maintenance is very quick to respond, and very polite and professional. For the price in this location, this is the most spacious, beautiful, up-to-date and professionally maintained two bedroom apartment in Delray Beach. ( Trust me, I’ve looked at over 10 apartment complexes )Cons:The GYM could have a few better options.

Unfortunately the quiet place that i first moved into is no longer this place at least not on my block. The guy who lives on the end unit decided that this he owns the block and believes that he can do whatever he likes at whatever time he likes, the rental office doesnt enforce parking and therefore people park wherever they like. Avoid this over priced place and all the headaches it brings.

I am moving today and the truth is I am very happy because the staff of the leasing offices is very helpful especially Bernard who helped us at all times to get the property we wanted. ¡Thank you very much! regarding the property we have been at different times and everything looks very good, quiet and clean.

After leaving a 4500 sq ft with 10 acres we didnt know what to expect. After being allowed to move in my wife and I couldnt be more satisfied. Everything has been such a joy to live here. Everything that was promised has been more than delivered.Would strongly recommend living here

We lived at The Enclave for over 3 years and once moved in you feel right at home.. Our first unit was a cozy Tavertine.. The upstairs was very spacious.. The garage is great to have in Florida! Its quiet inside also, we didnt hear from the neighbors until we were outside.. ( =Our second unit was an open Saturnia.. This was also very spacious.. The grand wide stairs greet you once youre inside.. The stairs alone with the carpet and view of the window above the front door has been one of my favorites.. ( = Once youve reached the top of the stairs is a wide open floor plan.. The den is so nice with a window.. opposite of that is the living room and sliding glass door that leads to the balcony.. From sunrise to sunset the windows allow Gods great light in.. I have always love that about this unit..Whether you pick a Saturnia or Tavertine or other floorplan I am sure youll enjoy your home.. I better stop revieweing or I will miss it more.. We moved out because we needed to be closer to a hospital for our new arrival.. ( = Enjoy your visit and stay at The Enclave in Delray..

We came to see an apartment, but the receptionist wasn’t welcoming and she didn’t want to show us anything even though we heard the manager whispered to her “I’ll take them”. She heard it but she still decided not to make any showings.

I stayed in the enclave community for a year. I rented their 2/2 coach home and I can’t say enough of how comfortable, safe and happy I was. As a recently single lady I needed a safe secure place to be and this was it. I wish I could have stayed longer. I would move back if the opportunity ever presented itself in the future.I also happen to be there during an impending hurricane and the neighborhood came together so easy to help one another.Move in was awesome! Move out was seamless. Staff is on point! Service when needed which I barely needed was fast!Plus if you are social, the community events are great!I can’t think of a single issue to write about .

I was relocating from the Fort Myers area to the East Coast. I looked at 25 apartment complexes between Deerfield Beach to Boynton Beach. The majority of the communities had terrible parking, unmaintained grounds and some representatives that really weren’t too anxious to help out, without an appointment. I was very turned off and getting frustrated with the overpriced junk that really didn’t suit my needs.....and I’m pretty easy to please.Then I found The Enclave in Delray! Joy was my fist contact who showed me the most beautiful unit with an attached garage (a very rare find) which met my needs 100%. I would’ve had to rent a separate storage unit offsite, or in a different location if I rented in any nearby area community. The grounds were very clean, the setting around the water view was exactly what I want to wake up to with my coffee, and the sunset is incredible at night. I did go back a few times to be sure, and Bernard also helped me view the property for a 3rd time. SOLD! Best place around!Applying online from out of town was flawless. Communication with Joy, Bernard and Youlande was top notch, everyone wanted to help, answer my questions, and was patient as I made my decision. Compared to the many places I’ve seen, this place is Outstanding!Thank you Joy, Bernard and Youlande. I love my new home. You guys are phenomenal to deal with and should get a raise. I had a career change that required me to quickly relocate to Delray Beach. I have not ever considered a rental community since I was a teenager, due to the typical concerns that they tend to be of poorer quality, noisy, lack of maintenance, etc. I was unable to find a private rental condominium or home, so drove by The Enclaves so I could have a :last option in case nothing could be found. The sales agent Stephen showed me a unit that was much more than I expected with an attached garage, tile flooring or wood laminate throughout, and in the process of being completely repainted. They were able to push up the schedule to complete the cleaning for the unit to get me in on my schedule, a full five days before it was originally scheduled to be ready. The amenities are impressive, the maintenance has been flawless. I had an issue with my air conditioner and went to their office on my lunch break to try to schedule a service call since the weekend was approaching. They literally sent a technician to my unit right behind me who was able to immediately diagnose an correct the issue. Cable, curbside trash pickup twice a week, and a monitored alarm is also included in the rental price, and you would be hard pressed to find a private rental with half of these amenities at this rental price in the area. Both the staff and the residents are very nice. My neighbor has been here for over seven years, I think a very strong testament to the community. Lynda the manager, and Stephen the agent, as well as all the maintenance staff have made me realize what a fantastic decision have made by moving here. I could not make a stronger recommendation.Thanks again Enclave!

The Enclave is very well managed, clean, quiet, and very nice respectful residents. During my time as a resident any and all issues even though very minor were all addressed and taken care of immediately. Additionally, the move out process was very organized and well documented and my security deposit was returned in less than 15 days. In full i might add. Joy the property manager is a pleasure to deal with, and a top notch maintenance crew. I highly recommend the Enclave !

Great place to live!!

I do not see the day I will get out from here. We have been here 2 years. The community is extremely well maintained but the personnel at the administration office has come to be one of the worst I have ever treated. I have lived in 5 different countries around the Americas, and this has become the worst place.

We stayed at the enclave for almost 3 years while looking to buy a home, overall we didn’t have many problems but management was horrible to deal with. They will get on you over every little thing, very rude and unprofessional. In addition to that the plumbing was awful we were constantly having issues and The dog park was atrocious. Most importantly, prepared to not get your security deposit back. They kept our deposit or 1,000 and we had to pay an additional $800 for regular wear and tear to carpets and paint scuffs. Be warned.

CHECK YELP & Better Business Bureau for the REAL reviews from residents and people who have left.Not a terrible living experience. The problem is 1) parking—there’s not enough of it 2) nonsense fees 3) security deposits.This is from my updated review on yelp:So now Ive moved out and perhaps not surprisingly, theyve not only moved to retain my security deposit but also to charge me an additional $600+. Why? For carpet, paint--all the things they have to replace for each tenant. Like all the other former tenants, I will see them in court before I allow them to keep one cent. And by the way heres what I did before I moved out: filled & sanded holes, primed walls, primed any other dirty spots on walls, steam cleaned carpets, cleaned all bathrooms, tile, etc., swept garage out. In 20+ years of renting, I have NEVER had my security deposit kept before. See attached pics of how my apt was left. Save yourself the money and hassle with this place and move elsewhere. I Youve been warned.

I have not had anything but a good experience here. It is a little more in price but the included utilities make up for the difference. This is a quiet neighborhood and I feel very safe.The management has been very helpful and almost always available when needed. Stephen had us moved in within a week. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. I see a lot of negative comments about parking and security deposits. If you are respectful and follow the rules you will not have an issue. Do not park where you are not supposed to and you will be fine. Do not damage things and you would not be charged.

The place gives you the benefits of a gated community for a more compact Condo community. The two bedroom two bath unit is larger than average and has an attached garage for convenience.The patio overlooks the Swimming Pool and Green Areas. It is conveniently located between The Turnpike and I-95 on Atlantic Avenue. Major Plus: Pet Friendly. The common areas are kept well manicured. Small luxury gated community.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They were so nice to get me to move in there, however, once you are in, things soon change. Not to mention upon leaving... it was a complete NIGHTMARE! I was warned by former neighbors who had awful experiences when they left as well. They took every penny they could and made charges that are completely ridiculous. Place is a scam with the rudest assistant manager that I’ve ever had to deal with. She is a nasty woman who lives there and thinks she runs the entire community. She has made rude remarks to not only myself but to other neighbors as well. She has been an unpleasant feature of the community who has made many people feel uncomfortable at their own home. She has been an ongoing problem for way to many people. I am blessed to have a very successful career, so the rent (although was ridiculously over priced) was not the issue. For the price you pay to live there... 100% NOT WORTH IT!!! Robbery at its finest!

I used to live here and it was a wonderful place too. They club house is not very big, but hey do serve cookies and lemonade every day for free. On one day of the week they have a breakfast that the whole community can go to, they have Dunkin Donuts, which is pretty nice. They bring loads and loads of donuts :p The places are a bit small though, good for one or two people ;)

Great place to live. Very affordable for the area. Very pet friendly. Not super strict. They always have parties and get togethers. 1st apartment to ever refund us our deposit.

I lived here for two years. Maintenance does not help you with a light bulb change unless you put in a work order. Manager will screw you out of your deposit so be sure to take pictures before you move in and for any work order you have during your lease. They will use it against you to keep your deposit. There are better places with upgraded units and less monthly rent do your research. I would never recommend this place. Plus parking is horrible. They charge you to put up shutters during hurricane season. For those prices they should at least assist seniors with their shutters but they dont. Not a nice place to live.

For reasons known by staff of The Enclave, I have removed my 5 star rating. 2 stars is generous but I took into account the kindness I was shown when I moved in and the great maintenance team.

I love living here. You wont find a more helpful management group. Extremely affordable and wonderful living space.

Place was nice to live! Total nightmare leaving, they try to charge you for normal ware and tare things, like paint, stove, and carpets. It happens to everyone, plus they raise the rent every year.

I lived at the Enclave from 2006-2008. The smallest, priciest apartment Ive ever had. And one of the nicest. Great setting, great neighbors. Evety evenung after work in the pool with a margarita and a book. No kids, few adults. Pure bliss.

The complex hired this towing (parking police) company, who site your car just to take our money! The company is All Country Towing/Immobilization. Plenty of parking for the residents and guest, this service is completely unnessisary. just another way to take our money!!! Very unhappy!!! I will not renew my lease here when it expires unless this company is gone.Took over 2 hours after calling company until they arrived to steal our money and take the boots that damaged her rims off the car. Im disgusted with this whole situation.Other than the whole parking police thing, I love this place!!!

To start, residents are NOT SAFE in this community! The gate let’s 10 cars in at a time and the side gate for people that walk is broken so anyone can walk right in! Didn’t seem like a big deal at first until my apartment got BROKEN INTO by a complete stranger that decided to walk right in! That is unacceptable!!! And when we confronted the office they told us there’s nothing they can do they don’t have the budget to fix anything! WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE RESPONSE! I can’t even get out of my lease and move to a safer neighborhood without paying the outrageous cancellation fee! I now walk into my apartment and check to see if someone’s there before relaxing! Long story short, horrible management and NOT SAFE to live here!

Office management is headed by a women named Linda, she has a serious disposition and seems to act if she is a correction officer walking the jail lol, this women is bazaar with her ridiculous demands I have friends living there and they are not going to resign lease, they say they feel like they are living back in a collage dorm constantly being watched and reprimanded by email or rude facial expressions by this women for nonsense, my friend and many other neighbors dont even frequent the pool anymore witch is nice because this women is constantly there smoking cigarettes and staring down anyone and everyone that decides to go and relax for the day with a look on her face that will scare a rabit dog.. Its concerning, you feel as if she does this on purpose to have the day to her self like it is her own oasis lol... Crazy.. The community is very nice and in great accessible location but I will say the rent is much higher then surrounding locations that are just as nice or nicer, coupled with the fact of the pressure this women brings to the community my suggestion to you is look elsewhere hear my warning to you.. Haha.. Also I hear that they hammer you for any and every detail when you decide to vacate you will need and attorney...also dont let the balloons and fake promises of landscape design fool you.. That stuff is a ploy and will sit out in bags on pallets for over a year hahahaha... Sad.. Waste of a good location... If you ate wondering why this detailed comment well simple Im trying to get my Google guide points to another level 😂 and I could not resist this women needs someone to address her before this communities investors go bankrupt.. Last time I was there it seemed vacant 60 percent and I guarantee it is due to that doll of a office manager Linda... Gross...
