Almost want to rate this low just to keep it to myself but it is too good. They have all the best equipment and it is all well maintained and clean. Not the biggest but it is never too busy so it is perfect. It is a bit odd having to walk in through the mall but a small price to pay.

Its CLEAN. The machines are like new. Lots of social distancing and a cafe is part of the gym. Very polite and considerate members. Not crowded. Worth the investment.

This is a great small gym when I was using it I had no complaints however after signing up for this gym two years ago. I begin to stop using the gym. This year in January 2021. I contacted asking to cancel. They told me my contract does not end til August. Here we are my August payment has come out and I have contacted them to cancel once again. Two days & no response.***UPDATE***I owe it to anyone who reads this review since I can’t delete it. I did receive a call a few days after emailing them about canceling my membership after they reviewed my account and understood that the contract was actually over. My membership is now canceled. & they receive two extra stars for me.

It’s a pretty good environment to work out, no one ever re-rack their weights. Place could be cleaner but the reason why I switched was because of Joe the cycling instructor, he has to be the best instructor around metro Detroit.

Not all the employees here are that friendly, so believe me when I tell you that Ivan is the man. Hes friendly, well mannered, and does his job the way all the employees in here should. Give this man a raise, give him a promotion, whatever he wants. Was considering going to another gym, Ill probably stick around here.

Gym has great new equipment. Only issue Ive had is how messy it always is, especially in comparison to the powerhouse I went to before, in Milford, which is immaculate. Plates and dumbbells are always left on the ground or on the bar and cable grips/attachments are disorganized or left scattered around. Its annoying trying to see if a squat rack is being used or if the previous user couldnt be bothered to re-rack the plates and then also walk around trying to find plates for yourself since theyre scattered everywhere. Would like to see the staff actively reinforce the stated policy on this, especially after being charged 60 bucks for the yearly fee.

Worst management.they charged me on extra semi personal training classes and ignored me after that didn’t refund anything, they extend my membership without my permission l didn’t even sign anything.

Scammers they will hit you with alot of hidden fees .

Not worth the price for only limited exercises & machines.

Good gym all new equipment. never had to wait for a rack/bench, even during peak hours (roughly 6-8pm). I also enjoy the convenient 24/7 members only entrance

Very nice gym! Great location and very convenient. I went in to take a look and possibly sign up, until i was approached by this witch named Layla Who was almost forcing me to sign up on the spot without me even getting a possible tour. Then she proceeds to tell me dont waste my time. Horrific and unprofessional management! 0 star!

The morning maintenance guy is amazing. so helpful i spilled my gallon on accident and he told me not to worry. i only come here becuase the maintenance guy keeps it covid 19 super clean. cleanest gym in michigan

I have tried to cancel my membership, do to the Coronavirus pandemic... The owner will not return phone calls, or respond to emails... Unprofessionism, I would not recommend this place to anyone thieves in sheeps clothing...

This place is awesome. Always clean which is a huge plus. The owner is genuinely customer satisfaction base! I expressed that the ladies private workout room lacked a particular machine and within 5 mins i found him placing the machine in the room! Staff is always soo kind! Check it out, you wont be disappointed!

Nice clean gym and staff is very helpful and courteous. They are also open 24/7 and there is a dry sauna plus child care available. Jeff got me signed up a few weeks ago and answered all my questions. Great guy 😁

Absolutely terrible gym. Will never in my life come back here because of the girl Leila that works there. She’s rude and overcharged me $200. When I asked she kept throwing me to someone else and they refused to refund me my money. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This gym is always clean and the staff is very friendly. My one nitpick is that no one ever puts their weights away when they are done.
