They are super nice however I ALWAYS spend 2 hours or more there and the designs are as if my child did them... Also made my toe bleed and the toe dividers used on my feet had pink nail polish on them and i was having my toes painted purple..... they may have seriously reused the toe divider from a previous customer... I dont think Ill be going back.

The owner is very nice. They give a good leg massage along with the pedicure. I will be going back. I was reading back at old reviews. Place has changed owners and the guy that used to own it was rude. The new owner is awsome, friendly to everyone and has remodeled along with keeping it very clean

I have been coming here for about 7 years and Sarah is just amazing! I always get great service no matter how busy she is, She takes the time to say hello to a of her customers and make everyone feel welcome!

Sarah at Regal Nails is absolutely fantastic at her job. Not only does she make you comfortable but she is pleasant to talk to and sing with. She is also excellent with multi tasking and has great customer service skills.

Very pleased and happy with design (currently this design is already a 1.5 weeks old).

I have gotten a lot of pedicures in my life but my god this was the worst. I had an appointment with my mom at 11. The owner showed up at 11:10. The place smelled terrible. The chairs were filthy and had weird stains all over. There were flies and bugs everywhere. The lady was extremely rough and nothing she did felt good or relaxing. She used a pumice stone on my mom for so long that she started to bleed, and then went on to wipe the blood away with her fingers. The same tools were used without being washed on every person there. This place is terrible and needs to be shut down by the health department. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Thee worst nail shop in the QC area very rude I was charged a different price than what was posted I wanted gel but got shellac I was charged $25 for a full set then $20 for the color do not go here they are thieves

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY! I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE NAIL SALON ON THIS DAY. THE LADY CUT MY FINGER (TWICE) I TOLD HER I WAS BLEEDING AND NOT DO MY OTHER HAND LIKE THAT SHE DID NOT SAY SORRY. THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE SHE WAS TALKING AND LAUGHING LOUD WITH HER COWORKER IN CHINESE UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. I NOTICED HER COWORKER NOT SANITIZING THE TUB OR THE TOOLS ALL SHE DID WAS RINSE THEM OFF AND WRAPPED THEM IN A TOWEL AND PUT THEM AWAY. AFTER A WEEK I NOTICED MY FINGERS WAS NOT HEALING I WENT TO THE ER THEY TOLD ME I HAD AN INFECTION. THIS PLACE IS NASTY AND THE COWORKERS ARE RUDE. P.S. SHE GOT MAD WHEN I DIDNT TIP.

I absolutely love jennifer, she always does what I ask, I wont go to anyone but her, however the guy there is terrible. He yelled at me today and that is unacceptable, he shouldnt be there, run far away from him!

The two ladies that work there refused to do my nails,while they were watching tv.They directed me to the older male worker there.About 5 mins later while doing my nails.The guy told me that he dont have to do my nails.He said Im nothing to him..And I was less then him.But hes going do my nails anyway.That guy kept going on about how, I dont deserve to be in that seat,getting my nails did by him.Because of how great of a human he is.I was in shock..I couldnt believe this guy, went on a full rant of hate for me.One lady coworker went in the far back.The other one was laughing.I couldnt make a complaint, due to the fact they own that nail salon.That nail salon is inside Walmart.So I tried to make a complaint to Walmart, about this nail salon thats located in their store.Walmart managers said ...that Regal Nails rents that spot..And that they have nothing to do with them.I never went back.

Was charged 60 dollars for nails that u can barely see...they say those are long...this is after the lady tells me that she cant do long coffin ..my finger tips are bleeding from the messness..

The guy who did my nails was rude and did not remove loose acrylic before adding new. After paying 20 bucks for a fill I lost 3 nails and 3 more are ready to come off. I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received and I will not be going back to this place EVER AGAIN!!
