I came in from out of town from Texas with a broken nail and some cracks. I had just gotten my nails done before I left TX. I was so upset my nail had broken and we were planning to be gone on a month long trip! They fixed my nails and added extra strength to all of them and wasn’t going to charge me very much. I was so pleased with their professionalism and the job that they did. Thank you so much Nail Tek. Now I can enjoy my trip without worrying about my nails. 😄😄💕💕

For paying $66 for a pedicure and being there for an hour and 15 min I defiantly expected a much better job of my actual pedicure that was done. I got French tip and I think the nail tech was new but either way that should be a basic design anyone should know how to do. It was very sloppy and I got gel so it would last longer and now I already want it off my toes. Don’t think I would return if I had the same person do them again. Other then that the customer service was great.

This is my third time getting my nails done at Nail Tek and I can without a doubt say my experience is repeatedly amazing! Attention to detail and professionalism stand out the most here. I always ask for Wendy and walk ins don’t have a long wait. It is hard to find their location but once I realized it was right next to the Shell gas station all was well. Will definitely remain a regular 😌

Very willing and edger to give not only myself but my children exactly what they wanted. Was very professional and on time for the appointment that I had set up for 2 adults and 3 children. The price was absolutely amazing and beyond fair... Couldnt have found a better place to accommodate me.

I always set an appointment or call ahead of time to make sure I’m okay to come in. Ive never had to wait, even if I do a quick walk in. Im always asked my preference on my nail shape and size! My nails always look amazing and their deluxe pedicures feel SO good! Ask for the hot stones!!! All in all I’ve had great customer service and WENDY is a sweetheart and has become one of my good friends! ☺️❤️

Watch how much they charge you. I was overcharged by 30 dollars that they will only give me a ten dollar credit for. Every time I went in my shellac would fall off and peel a few days later.

Very happy with my nails and the service I received. The entire staff is extremely friendly, and the owner new, is wonderful to talk to. I highly recommend them! They did a particularly good job at shaping the nails and getting nice even coats of gel...I was very impressed. Ill be back

Four stars only because my Technician talked to the other tech the whole time which was uncomfortable, but she did a fantastic job on my manicure and took her time to do a good job. I will definitely use this shop again.

Been to MANY nail salons in town, this has been my go to for the past almost 2 years. Very friendly! Great service. Haven’t ever had to wait very long to sit at a chair. Great at designs.

I’ve have been coming here since January and have always enjoyed my experience, yet two days ago my fingers were cut up like carrots on a cutting board, i have 3 deep cuts on the sides of my nails. in the past i’ve been given quality nails, yet this time i got an acrylic fill and not all of the previous color was removed so it’s visible in the bottom of my nail. then once she applies the powder and shaved them down they were paper thin and bendable so i asked for more coats in which she began to rush and provided to cut me. i was still charged full price, 58$. I will not be returning.

My girlfriend has a very high opinion of these people and has gotten her nails done a few hundred times by this point. She spent a long time looking for some professional top notch nail artists and now she won’t go anywhere else.

I have a new manicure and pedicure. The owner does great work especially with the pedicure. Today I splurged and had both mani and pedicure. He is a little more expensive, but worth it. I can walk in and be seated right away.

Horrible experience. I took my daughters in for a “treat” and my oldest Shelac fell off within 4 hours. My youngest daughters nail polish fell off within 4 hours. My shecalc is chipping.

Owner had their vehicle in the handicap area and customers were unable to use it (no tags). Just poor customer service overall.
