I needed to have some long claws (a few weeks old acrylics) removed and wanted a gel manicure after so they weren’t so fragile. When I walked in the first thing I noticed is that it was very clean and well decorated. During the service, Randy was very meticulous as he removed the nails and cared for my overgrown cuticles. My nails are so cute and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

Very impressed with my first visit! Lori took care of my pedicure and she did a fantastic job. I am a runner and have awful feet; she was very detailed and thorough in getting my feel soft and presentable again! Salon also has a great selection of colors! Will definitely be going back!

Finally getting my nails done after months! Love this place it’s comfortable, clean, stylish, everyone here are very kind. They also have loyalty cards which is so my thing. They recently added facials and waxing to their list of services and since I’ve been getting great pedicures from them, I thought I’d try more.Tracy did a great job on my waxing: quick & thorough. Her friendly demeanor helps a person relax and be comfortable. My 16 year old daughter had her nails at the same time, and they were beautiful!

I go to Salon R5 for all my “upkeep” needs. I get manicures twice a month, pedicures once a month and even occasional facials. The staff is amazing. I have had the pleasure of receiving services from all of R5’s staff. Lori and Randi are excellent, friendly and have become good friends. The owner, Tracy, is wonderful and recently opened the esthetician side of the salon. My first facial was amazing and I can’t wait to go back for more.I moved from Chicago and tried dozens of nail salons in the area but none of them felt comparable to my Chicago neighborhood salon until I found Salon R5. It is classy, elegant and a true gem of the QCA. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing salon. Decided to try it since the other places I get my nails done fill up so fast and then rush my manicure. Called R5 in the morning and got a same day appointment set up. Teresa did a phenomenal job with my nails - they didnt chip for 3 weeks. Definitely will be going back

Very clean, nice place for some pampering. Awesome for couples. Nicest place in town and best massage chairs while you are in the chair. Even can watch Cubs or Bears or Packers while getting pampered. Don’t do the mall or cheap place. This is just as affordable and so much better

Have to change my review! Lost 2 nails after less than week they graciously repaired both free of charge, however 2 more came off before my next fill was scheduled. They aren’t what I would consider inexpensive so it’s unacceptable to have so many issues . The work just isn’t up to par. I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend them.

VERY clean and helpful! The space is beautiful and relaxing. The nail techs are so thorough in their work. The manager is very welcoming and accommodating. Definitely will get my pedicures from Salon R5 and no where else.
