They have a stylist named Ale who is one of the greatest in the quad cities. I would recommend anyone looking for a new cut or color to stop in and see her! Never letting anyone else touch my hair again!

Found this place through Groupon. The stylists were friendly. I found what I wanted and she went off of the picture. The prices were great too. I highly recommend!

Since I have taken over as manager at this shop, we havent had any unhappy clients, and we have a very awesome, relaxed atmosphere to make anybody and everybody comfortable.

Im fairly new to the area and was in desperate need of a trim and color. I do have family that does hair but they were all either off that day or booked. I called Karma and spoke with Miss Crys who was very busy but offered to have us come in at 8:30 that evening. We took the appointment as we work late shifts and would be up anyway. The salon itself was clean and well kept and nicely decorated. The atmosphere was laid back but professional. We arrived early but didnt have to wait long. Miss Crys is the manager and had been working by herself since 10am. She was excited to see us and thanked us for coming in (truth be told we were the thankful ones). She made us feel very comfortable, most ladies know how stressful finding a new stylist can be, and relaxed. She finished with her current client and then got right into working with my sister and I. She asked what we wanted and she grabbed her color book. She was very knowledgeable and assisted us both in picking the perfect color. My hair pulls red and I wanted NO RED!! She colored my hair and did my highlights, while my hair was processing she started my sisters color. We knew she had to be tired as it was now going on 11pm but she never missed a beat. Her attitude was upbeat and bubbly the entire time and her goal from the moment we walked in was to provide us with excellent service, a great value and to assure we were more than satisfied with the outcome. Lets proceed to rinsing the color....this woman has magic hands! She rinsed out my color and washed my hair and gave the most AMAZING scalp massage ever!! Id go back again just to let her wash my hair if Im being honest!!! She trimmed my hair and since I was going fairly bold and stepping away from my norm I didnt want to see my hair until it was completely done. She kept me from mirrors so I could see the finished product reveal. She styled my hair and the let me see. I was AMAZED!!! The color was exactly what I wanted, my hair felt amazing, I felt beautiful! Miss Crys is simply wonderful in every way. Ive found my new stylist and couldnt be happier. She stayed with us until after midnight assuring we were satisfied and to be honest, after paying and leaving I felt like I owed her more. Please, if you are looking for excellent color, and an amazing cut at an affordable price in a great atmosphere, go see Miss Crys at Karma, you wont leave disappointed!!!
