The woman that did my nails made three fingers bleed. I had to remind her I needed my manicure done as well. My pedicure was the worse Ive ever received. I wish I could give negative stars. The only good thing I can say the young man at the front was friendly

They called me to reschedule my appointment so my nails ended up breaking and chipping, which is fine, it was for a very valid reason but when I came in on my only day off this month with 3 weeks of growth, that I specifically have off to get them fixed, they didnt even have me scheduled. On the day THEY asked me to come in on.Thankfully, Lee Nails fixed them in a hurry and Im back to looking great!

Good price and friendly service. Not as thorough as some other places I go, and never offered drinks or water even, but they do a good job and I love the massage chairs.

Made an appointment five days before hand, Day of appointment I drove all the way from Rock Island to Davenport to Malibu nails, just to be told that I wasnt on the schedule and they couldn’t get me in today even though I had made an appointment days beforehand and then they tried rescheduling me for four days later. Super unprofessional and wasted my time and gas.

I scheduled an appointment last week, show up after driving half an hour to get here, im not on the books and the earliest they can get me in is in 3 more days?! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. 0*!!!

The nail artists were very attentive to my nails and the rest of my 5 person group. We made a reservation the day of and only had to wait for a little bit. They were talkative and even showed us pictures of their new dog after our nails were done. I live far away from this place and the distance is no problem for the service here. Would totally recommend. Plus, the prices are fair so it makes this experience better.

Terrible experience with this place. Very pushy with the girl who did my full set, she kept pulling and tugging on my hands to set the position she wanted them in the whole time. I showed a picture of what I wanted and how much it would cost so I was prepared for my nail app the next week. Anh who V scheduled to do my nails told me she couldnt do what I wanted and Its been on her schedule for a week so on the spot I had to figure something else out. I had no help with suggestions nor did anyone even acknowledge I was there needing help and I was asking too. She was incredibly rude more worried about the UPS man showing up then she was doing my nails she knew that I was nervous and I havent had my nails done in years and she just didnt give two s****. I should have just walked out right then and there. I was supposed to get this design full set that V scheduled me for and Anh said no I cant and told me this ridiculous price for what I wanted. This experience has made me to never want to get my nails done again and I wanted these nails off. On top of it all I dont think I told someone Ive never met sorry so many times in my life for not keeping my hands where she wanted them. Never going back and I encourage you after reading this review to move on and not go through the same thing that I just went through and it cost me alot more then there regular prices posted on the wall too.

I have been going there almost six months now and very happy. I work in the medical field, so I constantly wash my hands and deal with disinfectants/chemicals. The gel nails hold up. There was one instance where the nails changed colors and I went back in. They fixed it for free in a timely manner. Always happy and recommend!

We went in, 6-8 of us, on Fri morning 9/20. We were part of a wedding party. We did have a reservation. The staff was awesome. They were patient with us. Even bought treats for us, to celebrate! 🥨🥂 We will absolutely return!

Clean and efficient, everyone was nice and helped me figure out what I wanted. My nail tech was clean and fast and knew what she was doing. Took my phone call and booked my appointment right away. My nails turned out cute and were exactly what I asked for. My entourage was treated just as well.

I absolutely love Malibu Nails. The only place I can say I have never left unhappy with my nails and their staff is amazing.

Loved the shop & the staff, but the shellac polish doesnt even last 2 weeks. It peeled right off after 1 week. No scraping or soak needed. Wasnt worth the price $120 for myself & my daughter. Wont be back.

I enjoy coming here, but prices are strange. I came in for an acrylic set, cost $25, on their website it says $20. So I sit down and tell her what I want, and its $5 extra for shape and $5 extra for length. Ridiculous. But they do an amazing job, polite, and very skilled. I would still recommend coming here!

I made an appointment on Sunday for a Gel manicure fill/ polish change. I looked at the prices online before going in and it was way more than I expected. Close to what I paid at the place I originally got them done at. Even with the unexpected price jump of what I expected from their websites listed prices Ayna did a wonderful job on my nails and was very personable. Its a relaxing family owned business. I will go back.

I love coming to Malibu Nails! Vy does an excellent job on my French manicure! She is so detail oriented. I just love the way my nails look when shes done! She is the absolute best!! The facility is bright and clean and everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

Reasonable prices. 5 of us went in a group and everyones manicures turned out beautiful! Nail techs were all friendly. One person in our group was even given a discount.

The quality of the experience completely depends on the nail tech. One hand only got one coat of paint. Other times,things were fantastic.

The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating, I ask a lot of questions (since Im a guy Im not super experienced with nails) and always are very helpful with explanations and suggestions. Always have had success with walk-ins (minimal wait).. I highly recommend!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST NAIL SALON EVER. I was so satisfied with my experience; I dont think I will ever be able to go to another nail salon ever again. I went here to get my nails and toes done before a trip to Las Vegas and I was VERY happy with how they turned out. They gave me all the sparkle I asked for and my no-chip shellac manicure lasted over two weeks! The pedicure was also wonderful and very refreshing. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to pamper themselves!

This is my second visit here because after the first one I was in love, when you call to make an appointment they are very friendly and good with time. The environment is calm and friendly they have the radio on and the station plays all of the best songs. They take their time shaping and applying the acrylic. I was a little skeptical about letting ahn pick out my colors but she did an excellent job 💙

Came here for a pedicure with 2 friends. There werent enough chairs open so we had to wait a while but they got us in and made sure we could all sit together. The leg massage felt great and the color looks good. Will definitely be coming back here

I went here today 3/14/2016 to get my nails and feet done with 2 of my good friends. The service was absolutely horrible first the lady told my friend that the color display on the drying table was shellac polish, which wasnt at all. Then she started on my nails, I just had a breast augmentation surgery last Thursday and I told her that and that I couldnt sit up straight so I had to lean back in the chair. Well she continuously would grab my wrist and pull me forward very forcefully. She finished with my nails which look horrid, my 7 year old niece could paint nails better than her. She has no knowledge of the different nails shapes. You say you want stiletto and the closest thing you get are awkward ovals. Then my other friend had to sit and wait after he pedicure for 30 minutes before someone even asked her what she wanted done to her fingernails. They put 3 customers ahead of her. None of our nails are evenly shaped or even close to what we wanted. I even had a picture. Just horrible. Never going back again

Malibu nails is the best salon in Davenport! After getting a terrible acrylic nail done at a different salon, Anh completely transformed my nails into something I loved! She was so kind, and made me feel we’d been besties all my life! She’s incredibly talented and I highly recommend her! I won’t be going any place else from now on.

Anh and Vy gave me the best service ever. I love the staff here. They you know how to make you feel like youre at home and give you the most beautiful nails that you could ever ask for. And theyll have you cracking up the entire time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I most definitely will be back!

The first time I went it was great and everything was fine. I went about a week ago and got my nails done but they didnt do something right because a few days later my thumb nail fell off while I was sleeping so I went back and they redid my nail. Then the next day my middle finger nail falls off too. I dont recommend if you want them done right.

The deluxe pedi was great.. But my hands are a whole different story... Not almond shaped and jagged, air bubbles in the polish and some of the gel nail product left under the nail... They were very nice but I think I will stick to Annas for my nails..

I had never had a pedicure before, and they were very gentle and told me everything they were going to do as they were doing it to put my mind at ease.

I got a No-Chip manicure for my nails and it lasted forever, about three weeks. I get these all the time - this was the best one ever. Everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere make me feel like Im at a tropical place!! Ill be back when i get back in town.

I use to love going there they always would do a great job and always polite . I made a appointment ended up coming in and they said the girl that was suppose to do my nails is sick so I have to reschedule. I was extremely frustrated that I wasnt called and told I was going to need to reschedule .

They did an awesome job on my pedicure! I am unsatisfied with my eyebrow wax and as I tried to express my concern the owners daughter became VERY RUDE and unprofessional blaming me. I will not return here due to the lack of professionalism.

I had an appointment for 11 I got there at 11:05 and was told they had to reschedule me. Horrible customer service. They gave me no grace period. I have been getting my nails done for well over 10 years on a regular basis and have never experienced any like this. She already had someone in her chair so she wasn’t even ready for me yet.

Came here about a couple weeks ago. It was very clean and relaxing environment! Had a gel pedicure done. Unfortunately, the young man who was doing my toes was rushing and peeled off the gel on my toes instead of wrapping them. My toenails felt thin afterwards, But looked somewhat decent. Didn’t last as long as my usual gel pedicures did.

I came to a professional nail salon to get shellac removed properly not to be peeled off by clippers! My fingernails and toenails are so thin. Definitely don’t recommend this salon and I will not be back.

Terribly unorganized. We called first to make sure they had availability for four people at one time (we knew it was right before the holiday, so we wanted to make sure anywhere we went had enough staff on hand and werent too busy). They told us to head right over and that they would be able to get us in, no problem. Three of us started with pedicures and one of us started on a gel manicure. (We later decided that all of us pedicure girls would also do manicures after we finished pedicures. They also told us this was no problem.) They got our gel manicure girls polish soaked off (they left her for about 30 minutes with the cotton and foil on) and then they stuck her hands in the bowl of water and left her again. They finished all three of our pedicures, got through two of our manicures, started on the third girls manicure and our first girl (the one whose hands were soaking in the water) hadnt even been attended to yet. Her hands were still in the water. The staff seemed more interested in socializing with the other clientele and each other than helping us at all. The woman who did my nails seemed bored and in a big rush. Her pushing back of my cuticles was barely a touch, let alone a push. When I asked her to clean up and file off the gel that was on my actual skin instead of my nail when she was finished, she seemed annoyed that I was asking her. It was her bad job to fix so I dont know why she was so bothered by it. Im usually not picky or one to cause an issue, but this was exceptionally poor service so I had to write a review. Please save yourself the time and go anywhere else. Leaving a client sitting for over an hour before you even start her nails is absolutely unacceptable.

This is the best nail salon I have been to in my whole life! They offer a wide variety of services, the location is clean, and the staff are amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about Malibu Nails.I came in with a horrible dip from the last place I went. Anh managed to transform my nails into something that looked natural, but beautiful. My thumb had a huge chip in it and she somehow managed to keep my natural nail and the length. I recommend this place, and more specifically Anh, to anyone looking for a high quality service at an affordable price.

I am very picky on how my nails are done and every time I have gone here they have done a wonderful job. Even on the designs. (I usually just show them a picture of what I want and they do a wonderful job with the hand designs!) I would and have recommend giving Malibu Nails a try!

Here she comes to save the day! Hon was a doll, I was having issues typing at my job with some acrylics I had gotten and needed them removed. She managed to take them off swiftly and painlessly. Not to mention how great they look considering I just had fake nails forever! Above all she is a trooper, not only did she put up with my constant curiousity, but when we removed one of the foils from my nails some splattered her in the eye, with a quick washing she returned as if it was no big deal. The girl just had acetone in her eyeball! This girl kicks butt. Thats what I call a bonding experience. I know where Im coming from now on.

I called and asked if they could accommodate five pedicures at one time I asked multiple times and each time they said yes no problem we can work on all five of you at the same time. When we arrive we got seated but there are only three people to work on our feet the owner left and got some food and ate it rather than servicing It was very unprofessional. I left without getting my pedicure. I will not be back and I will make sure every social outlet is aware of the horrible service they give. Customers are not #1. Very bad business. Had I known that they really couldn’t take care of us I would’ve went to another salon that could’ve.
