I thought Id give this place another shot after not coming here for awhile. Never again! The quality is horrible. $75.00 is way too much to spend on nails with bubbles and debris in the polish. It is definitely not neat and clean looking. Very disappointed!

This place was unclean and had many over used items. My nails look almost nothing like the picture I showed. I am very disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE. went here about a week ago to get gel nails, and ended up in urgent care with extreme pain. this place gave me a skin infection on my finger (paronychia), and my finger is now GREEN, swollen badly, and extremely painful. will never go back because clearly cleanliness and carefulness is not a priority. it’s not worth it, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This place is very cheap compared to other nail salons and I think they did a pretty good job for how cheap it was. the only issue I have is that the polish on my nails started chipping a couple days after. Also their heat lamp doesnt work very well so I had to sit there for a little while. The man who did my nails was very nice and took his time to make sure my nails were perfect. If I knew his name I would give my recommendation. Overall I am happy with my nails even tho the polish has chipped but that could be because of work.

This place is very hit or miss. The first time i went with ny sister. My names came out great hers not so much, i went today for the second time and my nails arnt the greatest. And the tables dont dry nails good at all.

I have went to L. A. Nails for years and was treated like a queen.They do a wonderful job and are very pleasant . In fact I moved away and Im going to go back there tomorrow to get my nails done. I will gladly drive 50 miles to be treated well and get a beautiful job done on my nails

Horrible. Gel nails fell off after 4 days. Said they would fix initially. Then changed their minds and said half price to fix. Said they only guarantee their gel nails 3 days. Won’t ever be back.

Its a nice place but if you go for shellac manicure be prepared for it to start peeling off within a week. Ill never go back. After knowing how bad of a job Judy did I wish I wouldnt have tipped her so much.

WORST NAIL PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO! all my nails are different shapes and have chucks of acrylic underneath the nails. they refused to do the nails i wanted until a lady finally said she could do it. very stressful and unenjoyable. if i could give it no stars i would. absolute garbage nail place. i will never waste my money there again.

I’ve been going here every 2-3 weeks since November and I am beyond impressed. They all are patient, take their time doing the best job. They don’t try to force me into conversation, but they remember me and know what colors I’ve used in the past and have made recommendations based on what they know I like. They have fixed nails that broke before my two weeks is up, without charging me. The (gel) polish lasts without blemish until I return. I have not had a bad experience here in 6 months and would highly recommend to anyone.

Got my nails done today and the lady did an amazing job. She made sure that they were even and it took about 45 minutes and they look amazing😍

Took my daughter here to have her nails done for Homecoming .. worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor.. do not waste your time or money .. I will never be back...

Best place ever!

Ok so I had gone here to get acrilic nails, I have never had them so I thought that I would just try them. The lady who did my nail did a very good job on putting the nails on, but when it got to the polish she did 3 coats and told me to go sit in the light, so I did for about 10 minutes, as I’m shopping through out the mall I noticed that my nail weren’t cleaned up, they were pealing, they had dents in them because the polish didn’t dry, and the lady had cut my cuticles on multiple fingers. To be honest they kinda look like bubble nail, which I didn’t want. Don’t waist your time and money here plz it’s not worth it.

An absolute rip off. From beginning to end the entire pedicure took 15 minutes. She made me bleed, wasn’t even looking when she was filing my toe nails. Literally did NOTHING to the bottoms of my feet then slapped some lotion on my legs and called it a day. Zero stars.

If you are going to have your hours posted and state you close at 9 the stay open till 9!!!

Worst experience at a nail place ever. The nail tech made my cuticles bleed, then yelled at me when I asked questions. She said I was difficult because I was asking about prices and using two colors on my nails. I ended up leaving without my pedicure after a horrible experience with the manicure.

My experience wasn’t good. When it came to doing my nails, the experience was horrible. For one, there was a argument who will do my nails. Not because they wanted to, but because they did not want to do acrylic nails. I never get acrylic, so I wanted to try it. The man that did them was very rough...He had bloody nails and I did not like him touching my hands with them. I was not rude about it, but come on? Anyway, he made me pay before he even finished the job? Who does that? He waited to check if I will give him a tip so he can decide how well he will do the job? The nails were very uneven and it hurt. I could not last a day with them. He also shaved down mine a lot. I did not like this place at all, and it was waste of money.

Terrible service, got there at 8:05 wanting polish changed on my nails. Some guy came up from behind me that was sitting in the mall and told me they were closed?? There were two ppl getting their nails done? Im probably better off going somewhere else tomorrow! Thanks for nothing!

I love this salon, theyve always been friendly when Ive gone in. Also, Ive found this salon to do this best job in terms of my color lasting a LONG time... Much longer than my average gel manicure lasts.

Im sitting in the salon right now while she is putting the top coat on my pedicure. I have been here for about 16 minutes exactly and she is already finished with my whole pedicure. Worst service, worst massage, and horrible customer service. My friend I was supposed to be having a girls day with had to remind my lady to even give me a massage because she started the base coat and I hadnt gotten a massage yet. Dont waste your time!!

Horrible experience. I should have known when I walked in the store and the employees were literally sleeping in the chairs that it was going to be a bad experience. They advertised their gel nails as $17.99 but after they completed the service, they charged me $43.00 saying what they did was not gel. I had to ask him to remove my overgrown cuticles and instead of soaking my fingers, pushing them back and cutting them off, he used a nail dremel which damaged my nails and did a poor job removing the cuticles. He did a poor job shaping and a very poor job painting. Stay away from this shop to save your frustration.

Charged me for the wrong service. Then grabbed my card out of my hand. Told me he would call security if I didn’t pay. It is was terrible.

I have never had a problem. Im slightly biased because Ill never go anywhere else, but L.A. Nails does a great job every time.

I shopped while my sister in law got her nails done. She came out and her cuticles were bleeding in certain areas. She said the whole thing was painful. She spoke to the manager and the manager said to go ahead a write a bad review, she didnt care.
