Take a look right here, this is the model. Top notch. Professional, courteous, clean and efficient. As many of you know, a nail spa is only as good as its weakest link. Good luck finding the compromised spot at this establishment because Ive look high and low with none to be found. Get ready! The techs are buzzinnnnn!

Did an excellent job on my nails.

Came to get a pedicure with my daughter. Our nails got painted, but it wasn’t much of an experience otherwise. Less then 30 seconds for foot scrub, leg scrub and lotion message. Employees did not seem like they want to be there and were not very friendly. I greatly prefer Joy Nails in Danbury.

I’m rating this place five stars because it is my go-to salon and I really love the work they do. Rita and Maggie always make my nails look great and I feel well taken care of when I leave! There’s one guy though, MC, who did my nails today and it was AWFUL. they look fine but he’s so jerky and rough and he has these super long nails that stab you the whole time. Go here, but DO NOT see him!!

I wanted to try a new nail salon, and I was disappointed. I got a pedicure and it was the quickest and ugliest pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I really wanted to relax and be able to enjoy myself. I sat in the chair for about 10 minutes if that.

This Spa was very clean and the staff took great care to keep us comfortable. Will return.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The employees have a very rude attitude and FOCE you to tip them in a very rude way . I have the lady who did my nails a $10 tip and she processed to ask why I only gave her $10 if she did my manicure and toes. In a very pushy and rude attitude.

I would not go again. Gel manicure didn’t even last 2 days without chipping ... seems like nail polish was very watered down or something. Service was good and everyone wore mask.

Some workers are good at their craft others not so much. Went yesterday to fill in acrylic and they did a terrible job. They are so thick on top of thick nail polish they are cracking off. I wont go back for acrylic. Their dip powder Manis are good.

This place is very convenient for me, however I would never recommend them. Their manicure/ pedicure looks like an amateur did it. They got the polish on my skin and seemed annoyed that I wanted it removed. Then after waiting a half hour for my nails to dry, I left and one got smudged. When I went back they seemed extremely bothered when I asked them to fix it and said”wait there.” I just left after that and will never go back.

I have gone to a place for 7+ years, but then i discovered this place, my nails are always between 100% and 95% perfection! so many girls have done my nails, some better than others, but the results are almost always amazing, the price remains the same as other places and the quality, the cleanness and care they give is outstanding! everyone always comment on my nails, cause they are always perfect! i love going here!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! the guy who did my nails was horrible with the drill bit and messed up the polish on purpose then got an attitude with me. The lady they had at the register was rude and pushy as well. I will never come back to this place.

I’ve been going here for a few months now and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but no more. Last two times that I got my nails done it did not last more than a couple days and I got the gel power dip manicure. They are extremely rushed to take care of you in there and insist on getting a good tip - if you don’t tip up to their standards they will ask you for more. Poor quality nails here and customer service.

The lady did a bad job on my eyebrows I kindly asked her to fix them and she had such a nasty attitude & was in a rush. Also when I went to go pay (I was going to tip and I did) but before I could even get the money out she said “no tip??” Beyond ridiculous I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I won’t go back! Their massage guy refused to give me a massage bc he wanted more money for a tip. They rarely wrote down my appointments making me wait. My daughter went alone and they insisted tip and pay prior to service. My friends daughter tipped them in a jar they didn’t see and began yelling at her “you no tip”

Massages are nice but they do one spot to many times and it starts to hurt. Also I kindly ask to be sat next to my mother for my manicure and my lady who was doing my nails completely lied to me saying that my mom was only getting a pedicure

This is the second time I come to this place and they do such a bad job. They are always in a hurry and don’t really care when you ask for a regular service. I am a very generous person when it comes to tipping but I refused to give 5 dollars tip for pedi+mani. The lady removed cuticles only from the middle of my nails. I find very strange that a nail salon demands certain amount of tip. Sometimes, I think that maybe those employees live on tips only. Never coming back again. They have a google 5 stars review sign on the wall across the drying area. Total lie!

Oh please, you call that a manicure? The beauty school students did a better job. Finished filing and rubbed my hand with cream for 1 minute and a hot towel, done! Really? Dont bother with this place, go somewhere else!

Front desk was very rude. I have never been more insulted by a business. I have been here multiple times and have always been an OVER TIPPER. Today, I was not happy with the service and the young man who did my nails just assumed what I wanted rather than asking, so I left a tip smaller than usual (but still left a tip) and the woman at desk stopped me from leaving and said that what I left was an insufficient tip! I will NEVER return. Totally appalled.

I would give no stars if I could! Awful place, very rude!!! My bill was $37 and change which I gave the exact amount to the lady that did nails, I left her tip the on the table... The owner followed me outside to tell me that I didnt leave a tip! This was unprofessional! Who is he to ask if I tipped his employee!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK

Would give zero stars if I could. Went here to get my acrylics removed and have a manicure done because my original place is closed Sundays. First of all when the guy was telling the lady what I needed done, she was arguing with him about it right in front of me. Then she called me over to sit, and took out a metro card (yes a bus transit metro card!!) and was ripping my acrylics off with it! Which was VERY painful. It doesn’t end there, she then stopped in the middle of my manicure and demanded I pay before she continues!! She claimed it was “so I wouldn’t ruin my nails while I pay” which made no sense because she grabbed my hand after I signed the receipt and didn’t even give me the chance to put my card away. Rushed my whole manicure and didn’t even clean under my nails. Worst nail salon experience EVER.

I was so disappointed! I have been here many times before but today was horrible. I got a gel madi and regular pedi and they didn’t even bother to take my cuticles. They cut my finger and the worst part of all, the girl helping my mother out was on the phone texting away! She stopped doing my moms nails to text!

I’ve come here at least 12 times . The last two times my nails look like a child did them . I get powder gel and the polish is all over my skin, my hands . This time was my last bc now the color has all little white dots in it . I show the owner/ manager . He said nothing !!! Just charged me . They don’t care about their clients they just want the money and that’s it . I brought 3 people here as well . None of us will be returning . I wish i could include a picture

Do not waste your money ot time here..I was satisfied when they 1st opened so I returned with a friend only to get a 15min rush job.No soak..no cuticle oil or cutting..bad file job.. no top coat..no lotion massage so my feet were dry/ashy. AND not only did she mess up my debit card payment she pretty much demanded a tip I gave her $1and Im so glad I did because my paint was chipped the next day.. Its been 20+yrs of getting pedis & this was the worst by far! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

It was clean and all I stopped in real quick and asked for a gel manicure, The way she did the gel manicure was different then how i usually get it done. It was a mess! Also I did not have enough to leave a tip but the lady up front was forcing me to leave the girl a tip. Which was embarrassing. I opened up my wallet to show her that i had no more money and she pointed at my card. Will not be going back to this place ever!

Nice atmosphere 💕 Cordial and friendly staff 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 The prices are super good ( competitive with many CT nail salons and I mean that in a good way ! ) The ONLY thing that bothered me was the instruments/ tools didnt appear to come out of a sterilized bag?! I would take away a star 🌟 for that; but I would give 1/2 a star for the cold bottles of spring water they give to their customers! 👏 Ill be a returning customer🌹💅

I will not return to this place evermy powder nails came out terrible for my manicure and one of my toes where messy,when I asked them to fix the guy that did it had a very nasty atitude.I normally tip very well, but this chaaracter only got$5.00 tip from me.I will not be back!The only good thing is the man in charge fixed the toenail paint!🙄

Most painful mani pedi Ive ever had. Lemon juice squeezed on my legs and left to dry there. Bleeding from my cuticles. And the polish job was mediocre at best. Free massage signs everywhere but when starting a timer was placed in front of me and i was told $10. First time I ever thought about just getting up and leaving a place. I wish i had.

It’s pretty inside I like the fish but I got there at 4:30 and left at 7:15 I waited 2 hours to get my nails done. 7 walkins after me and they left before I even started. The lady cut my finger (for acrylics) and my finger still hurts (the next day) and when I was walking out they demanded for a tip.

This is my second time in this place. First time it was ok, I dont remember the girls name who did my pedicure but I told her to cut the corners and at least she tried. This time I got Michael omg! I dont remember how many times I told him to please cut the corners but he didnt do it. He was telling me no, and no... I was going to do manicure and pedicure but after that I just had the pedicure and thats it. Youre not telling me no when Im paying Its not for free. I will not come back to this place.DONT EVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. the tips its up to us. But they will follow you and keep asking and asking for tips when they DONT DO A GOOD JOB!MICHEAL ITS HORRIBLE!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I paid for a gel manicure and they only painted my nails with gel and didn’t even paint enough nail polish on them you can see streaks of my actually nail. Will not be going back.

So upset that when I went to pay for my powder French nails that was already 42dollars the girl demanded 7 dollars for tip!!! Since when are we obligated to give them what they want for tip????Never coming back again!!

Despite the recent negative reviews, my experience here was pleasant. I went there couple of time already and never had a bad experience.

I brought my daughter in for a mani and pedi. They did her mani in the pedi chair, which if she was an adult they would have never done. They also charged me full price for her mani when they just painted her nails and didn’t even clean under them. For my mani, they just painted my nails and cut them... nothing else, no cleaning, or lotion. I just felt like if you’re going to charge me full price for a mani and pedi make it a proper one.

This was the worst salon I have ever been to. The girl that did my nails I dont think understood English I kept telling her she was hurting me and she just kept on going until she cut me. I ended up having to go to the doctor because my finger became infected. On top of this I had to pay for this plus a doctor bill. I would never recommend this place!....People please be careful!!!

2nd time attending this place with a friend... They told Us we would have to get Mani and pedi at the same time.. we thought this was great.. until... they DEMANDED THAT I had to leave $5 Tip for each girl doing my toes and nails smfh after I just spent $65 on a Gel mani and pedi... I have NEVER EXPERIEN6THIS TYPE OF SERVICE ANYWHERE... I was leaving each girl $3... and they BLOCKED me from leaving until I left more... NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO HERE NOR WILL WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Not only did the nail tec have to be told to remove my cuticles more than once I felt rushed then she tells me my lashes are short so do U want extensions, top that off she tells me mani and pedicure is 30 guy comes over asked if I want a massage 10 more to stay in one spot and stop to conversate with the other as Im paying Im asked about tip they wanted more than recieved when they lucky I tipped at all with the crappie service, how u ask for more tip you never know if someone can give you anything at all especially if u say one price and then write up a total different price, wont be seeing me again.

DONT go here! SHADY! I know it looks clean and pretty- but I had an absolutely terrible experience - Took photos and a video at the end when I asked for the managers name and contact and basically got brushed off and told “I don’t know” repeatedly regarding when the manager would be available to speak to or when he would be there to manage the incident- wasn’t offered any information nor told that I would be followed up with and I wanted to report and address my awful experience with CINDY- I came in for the powder gel manicure and was there for 2 1/2 hours because of how she was careless, impatient and took shortcuts which resulted in quite an injury on my finger/skin and she injured the nail and it was very painful- CINDY did the powered gel in an untraditional and odd way- it looked of POOR quality and BAD Training- I’ve been getting specifically powder dip gel at many salons for at least two years- and this experience was not consistent with the technique of applying powder gel-another girl “Tainti” eventually had to “fixed” the nails but I came in at 4:15 roughly in the afternoon and left at 6:30 because it took them that long to fix everything and with my injury! It’s absolutely sketchy that the manager isn’t even available at any point to address customer concerns —- I complained about my injury and they took $10 off which totaled 31 and change. What concerns me more is that the business does not seem reputable as the manager is not accessible, and the level of training is questionable!!!

They do your nails and toes very quick so that’s perfect for someone that doesn’t like being in a nail salon all day but they are VERY RUDE .. they hunt you down for tips ( because there are 2 separate ladies that do your nails and toes ) without even letting you breathe & deciding upon yourself .. VERY DISRESPECTFUL, you don’t do that in customer service .. not coming here again I felt uncomfortable.
