GEL NAILSI went there because of a recommendation I walked in and l thought I was lucky to be able to get my nails done immediately...To make the story short. A nice guy named Leo did my Gel nails it took one hour + minutes . I loved how they were looking at!! I was so happy that I gave him a great tip.Well next day at 7am after showering BOOM one nail broke ... I said OK I just glue it.. than few hours later another one and another one.... by 10pm I had not one left . I was just driving all day nothing heavy.. I called and the person who answered the phone remembered me .. after explaining the situation he offered to redo or a gift card but I do not want to go back there (it feels uncomfortable for me )and I explained that he said well I cannot help that IT.Im a huge supporter of any bussines since Im the owner of one too and I do understand what they told me but also in my side I will have provided a solution to this not Just an OH YOU LOST $91 YOUR FAULT...

Everyone was very nice it was clean beautiful place but my nails didn’t last one day I paid 70$ for a acrylic and told the lady I did not want uv she still did the Uv gel i didn’t want to make a scene so I paid 70$ and a 10 dollar tip for nails that were poorly shaped and done they look terrible I willNever come back to this place especially paying 70$ with 70$ I can get a full set and a pedicure for that price somewhere else that does a better job then this place never again !!!

This was my first time here, based on a recommendation from a friend. I called to make an appointment the day before, I purchased a gel manicure (25) and regular pedicure (20). Total was 47 and change, which is the best price I could find in the area.Service was good, the nail technician was gentle and took her time, and her massages felt wonderful. I didnt feel pressured to upgrade from a basic pedicure and I felt welcomed. The location is clean and the customer service was friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Been to this place a few times and they did a better job than most places around this area. However I walked in recently and was turned away at 6:25 when they close at 7pm and was denied a pedicure. It was not the first time I was turned away. Also have had problems requesting my manicurists doing my nails a certain way and it took requesting the manager to do something specific for me. Will gladly take my business somewhere else.

On the recommendation of a friend, I booked a reflexology session for my spouse and myself today. WOW, it was amazing! For $29, you get an hour of authentic reflexology. The massage side of this business was closed off and very zen. You get your own private space. The temperature was perfect and there was relaxing Asian music playing overhead. The session starts with a foot soak and approx. 10 minutes of back/neck/shoulder massage. Then you lay back in the chair and get 50 minutes of hard-core foot massage and reflexology. They go in HARD, and I mean that in a good way. Good lotions, and the session ended with some hot stone massage. You cannot beat the price. Our reflexologists were Kevin and Michael and both were friendly and professional. Cant wait to go back!!

Great 1 hour reflexology massage. Great deal for price. I am not local but will be back every time I come to visit family. Felt amazing after 15,000 steps at Bronx zoo.

I had a pedicure done by May. She was very gentle and easy on my toes. The place is very clean too. I think I just found a new place for Pedicures 👌👌

This review is for the reflexology service, went with my mom on a whim (we both have plantar fasciitis) and it was THE BEST foot massage I have ever had, and I have been to several massage parlors claiming to specialize in reflexology but this was the first time that my feet felt so great during AND afterward. They start you off with a nice m foot soak and massage your neck, arms and back then you transition to a very comfy leather recliner and they cover you with a warm towel for your body and one for your face (to cover your eyes) Jason did an outstanding job, I was so relaxed the entire time. I ended up purchasing one of the package deals and will definitely be returning!!***UPDATED TO ADD: IT HAS NOW BEEN 4 YEARS AND MY MOM AND I ARE REGULARS FOR THE REFLEXOLOGY. SHE REQUESTS PETER AND I HAVE SEEN A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE BUT CURRENTLY SEE KEVIN.

This is a two party review as they provide two different services. One side is nails and the other is massage and reflexology.The nail side is drab, and could use an update. The mani/pedis are like any other place of its kind, its quick, cheap, and no-frills. If it isnt busy, you might get a quick neck massage. I wasnt happy when I realized that the nail files arent cleaned and sanitized between clients, so I wont be going back there for my nails.Now the massage and reflexology were a pleasant surprise. It has a soothing atmosphere. Ive had both the chair massage and foot reflexology.The chair massage wasnt bad for a chair massage. The foot reflexology is well worth having!! Watch your worries and aches melt away!

I scheduled an appointment a couple months ago for a 1 hr massage. I got there 15 min beforehand and they told me its not for another 15 min. I said I can wait till 4:30 when my appointment is. By 4:45 I asked when will I be seen because I had somewhere else to be after my apt and he said soon. By 5:00 they finally took me to a bed for my massage. By 5:10 no one came to massage me so I started to leave and he said how about just 20 min and offerer a good price. I said no thanks and left. I decided to give them a second chance bc the price is very cheap and they do a great job on the massage. So I called and made an apt again for 4:30. I show up and he tells me my name isnt written down and he cant see me until 5. Left work early and everything. I didnt even get an apology. Fooled me twice, shame on me.

Me wife and I get pedi / manicures from this place and always paid the same amount even though I always had less work done since I dont have my nails painted (feet or hands). Yesterday I was told that the special price changed and that the price for men is higher than women. When I asked why I couldnt get an answer. Nobody spoke English. So I went up the street where the prices are the same for both men and women and got a better price and service. Shady business in my book!!
