I have been going here for years and they always get it done! I wouldn’t go to any salon because they always do my nails the way I want them to look. They are super sweet and make you feel at home. Got gel tips this time and they came out fantastic!

Wow! Vina and her aunt pampered me and my sister yesterday with spa pedicures. It was the first time we visited Natalia Rose. My sister made our appointments together, and from the first minute we walked through the door, we were made to feel welcome and at home. We were seated in massage chairs that massaged away our back stress while the ladies attended to our feet. The spa pedicure included soaking, trimming, filing, exfoliation, hot stone massage, seaweed mask, foot and lower leg massage all before painting our nails. Vina and I chatted with her aunt and my sister for a better part of the experience and we felt like we knew each other for years by the time we left. What a gem this place is! We will definitely be back.

I got a pedicure and a manicure, and they came out great! Place is clean and the staff are really friendly.

I went for a facial and it was the best I’ve had. I decided to go back and try getting my hair done. I haven’t had great experiences the past few haircuts I’ve gotten at other places. I was so happy with the cut and color. Lani did an excellent job. I definitely will return. Natalia Rose is a warm and welcoming salon.

My wife and I got a couples facial. What a great experience. Very courteous and respectful. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I came out feeling refreshed and energized. My wife and I devices to purchase an additional set of 3 more spa days. Be warned you it is a Salon and Spa so there will be nose at times but for the most part you are quietly secluded in your private room.

The people at Natalia Rose are so sincere and welcoming. Their manicures and pedicures are impeccable and the pricing is very reasonable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else...

Poor quality. I went here to get acrylics and a pedi done and unfortunately my nails did not last at all. One of my nails broke super easily a week after I got them done. The acrylic broke right down the middle and pieces of the acrylic chipped off of the sides and a few days later the piece that broke just fell off. One week in and I already had a broken nail, and the acrylic was lifting. A few days after that, another nail literally just fell off my finger. It was as if I had press ons on because the nail just fell off where it was glued which was horrible. Two weeks later, and I no longer have the acrylics. They lifted so much on the sides that I was able to peel them right off, there was no point in keeping them on for longer looking like that. My pedi is still in tact and still looks good (thankfully) but the tools that they used during the service weren’t disposable. They were probably tools that are used on everyone else which isn’t really sanitary with the current circumstances. It’s unfortunate because the people who work here are truly the sweetest and they treated me very well but I do have to be honest about the quality of the nails and I don’t see myself returning.

Wonderful experience. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Was worked on by Veta and she was incredibly nice and comforting along with doing great work. Ive had places that made me feel unwelcome as a guy making an appointment but they were different. VERY highly recommend!

Everyone here is super friendly and the place is very clean. Turns out multiple of my family members have been going here for years on end. Definitely returning as a customer when I need my nails done again.

Was soaking my nails nearly an hour and someone got helped before me and was in and out with their manicure finished before my nails were taken off. asked for a refund bc there was still nail residue and they put my card in but the refund never showed in my banking app. worst nail salon ever.

I went on my lunch break for a full set and pedicure. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very friendly and detail oriented. My nails came out good and the price was right. Jillian did an amazing job on my feet which Im very picky about. Thank you ladies for your professionalism and kindness. I finally have a nail place in Danbury!

Very welcoming and accommodating. Traveling through and if I lived here I would become a regular customer! Clean friendly environment. I needed a pedicure after 3 weeks of traveling. The lady who was working on my toes was gentle and thorough. She did an amazing job and didnt hurt me......I have very sensitive feet.

Great service, great manicure/ pedicure. I came as a walk in right before leaving on vacation following a Google search. Jillian provided excellent service, was absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job. Perhaps a smidge on the pricier side however you get what you pay for and I will definitely be coming back.

On January 25th, 2020 at approximately 10:30 am my boyfriend and I got a facial at Natalia Salon and Spa. Both of our upper back and shoulders were massaged. Later on that day, that same area started to get itchy on his back. The next day he woke up to his shoulders and upper back COVERED in a rash. I thought it would go away, maybe he just reacted to the oils (which has never happened before) but It progressively got worse. A week later and a doctors visit, turns out that he got an infection! It is now scabbing over. I just spoke to the manager of the Salon and she argued with me that she didnt believe me. She wanted him to come down to the Salon and prove it to her. We both are from Boston and I was down there just for the weekend visiting family. I told her that and she still insisted that we needed to drive 3 hours to prove to her. They clearly have record that we were there that day. She told me she wanted to get a doctor down there to test it! What!? I NEVER EVER write bad reviews or want to put someones business down but this was NOT handled appropriately whatsoever. I simply wanted a refund. I had no plans to put someones business down. Even though my boyfriends back was infected and people should probably be aware of it regardless. TERRIBLE customer service and DIRTY. Unless you want your skin to look like this, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Love this place, very.....very sweet ladies, they don’t rush you out the door. She takes her time, very personable, extremely sweet. Quality!!! over anything . Best Place is Danbury !!! Finally a place where your nails come first!

Enjoyed an amazing manicure and pedicure with Dio. Its a shame that theyre not open on Sundays.The owner is very bright and cheerful, and I enjoy being greeted by her. She always seems to be happy about everything.

People were friendly. But the work is very very messy! Went in for 2 gel manicures and 3 pedicures and I must say I’m so disappointed. All 5 services are terrible.

Awful first experience. I was cut to the point of bleeding by the technician who was filing my nails because she was rushing. Overflow on the gel polish and was ignored when I pointed it out. And then after a whole dissertation about how gel powder is so much better and longer lasting than liquid gel, my nail has broken off after less than 2 weeks and all my nails are lifting. I will not being going back.

I had a facial and microdermabrasion treatment . It was magical. Im so relaxed and the woman who treated me was amazing she was very detailed and had great skills. If u need a win- This is it.

Wonderful staff, clean, and inviting nail spa!I got a gel mani/pedi and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff was so personable and hardworking. You might not see this spa clearly from the road, but make you take the time to find it. You wont be disappointed. Ill be going back : )

I have been going to Natalia Rose for years now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I wanted to write a special review concerning my recent experience when I came in for Mani/Pedi/Hair/Makeup for my wedding. My wedding was an early ceremony (11am) so I had to be ready to go by 10:30am. The salon doesnt normally open until 9am, but Tiana made sure that Lani and Sue were there at 7am to start on up-dos for myself and my Maid of Honor. Our hair not only looked gorgeous, but it held all day. We got a lot of compliments on how beautiful the up-dos were. Valentina took care of my pedicure and Tiana did my manicure, which were beautiful, as always. Joelle did my makeup and makeup for my Maid of Honor. I cannot even express how talented she is! The makeup was gorgeous, but natural looking at the same time! I cannot thank the staff at Natalia Rose enough for their professionalism, talent, and accommodations! I would highly recommend this Salon!!!

Not very welcoming when you enter the salon.... They also DO NOT have the colors on a book to look and choose from, you have to look at the polish bottle. That is a horrible way to choose a color.
