So happy I listened to my friend KC and caMe here!!!! Tina did an amazing job on my nails. I had been going somewhere else and was very unhappy the last two times I had given them a chance. Tina recommended to replace their work with a new set and I’m so happy I did. She did an amazing job!!! She took her time and did exactly what I asked for. I will most definitely be going back for her!!! Give this place a chance the reviews don’t do them justice. I never write reviews and I just had too share my experience and hope they stay in business!

I got a full acrylic set. They were super careful and very efficient. The set was perfect and not lumpy or thick. Apparently they are under new management now. And my friends had recommended I go there and I’m glad I did. They have really turned over a new leaf. AND they were able to help me persuade my sister into getting a manicure too! I’m 1000% coming back

They did a manicure while I was getting a pedicure. Never have I had that happen before. They didn’t ask what type of pedicure I wanted and when I asked them to fix the polish the person that did it didn’t even come back out. She sent someone else.

Pro Nails is the only place I go for my nails! With new management the salon is running great! I am always satisfied and happy leaving the salon. I tend to always get acrylic sets/ fills with gel polish and they come out great and last very long, sometimes up to 4 weeks, while still being affordable. Max and Tina are great and I 100% recommend the salon to anyone!

The man is disrespectful and rude! The place is dirty! He did not change the towel from the person before me and when I asked him to he became disrespectful! And changed the price of my services ! It went from 65-to 98 just because I questioned the towel

Probably the worst place I’ve been to. &70 and these nails are ridiculous, bumps everywhere she didn’t file them properly. They’re all crooked and not filled in. I’m beyond disappointed.

This place needs to be closed ASAP...I went for a fill because I was desperate (I dont care how desperate you are, go somewhere else) & everything was okay-ish until I witnessed an employee (I think the manager - it was a man) take the bowl with acetone that I was soaking my nails in & poor it BACK INTO a large container in the back where it was originally taken from. I was so disgusted that they REUSE acetone that I literally left with 3 nails being filled & went somewhere else.

I went to this place for a few years because I liked one person’s service in particular, but I went to get my nails done and this person was away on vacation. To me, I didn’t think this was an issue. So then the manager offered me to get my nails done with someone else but I didn’t really want anybody else to do it because I tried it before and I didn’t like it. So I said I would wait for the person that I was used to, to come back from vacation. When I said this, the manager got very upset and rudely said to me, “if you go someplace else to do your nails, don’t come back because we don’t care.” Obviously shocked with this sudden response, I repeated what he said to confirm what I heard, and said “you don’t care?” And the manager confirmed then proceeded to tell me to leave.

Would rate 0 if I could. My nails are so uneven- service was rushed. My friends hand got so cut up and the own disregarded her and was very disrespectful. Don’t waste your money or the half hour it took to get these done. Horrible horrible JOB

I came here and paid $60 dollars for a regular set. The service was awful! The lady was using a nail to take the access of extra acrylic of my nails. I wouldn’t recommend it very overpricing for such a bad job in nails. And didn’t even fill in well or shape them up good also two of my nails crooked because she did not took the time to do my nails the right way.

This is the worst nail salon ever. I called an hour beforehand and asked if I needed a reservation and they said no just come in. Once I got there he said to wait 1 hour and come back so I did and he ended up telling me to wait 45 more mins. Then he said you’ll have to wait till 6 and it was 4:30. Then he messed up my eyebrows terribly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I wouldn’t come here again if this was the last nail salon on earth. If you get a full set of nails they are lumpy thick and lift after 3 days. Their color selection is terrible and they have cheap brand polished they don’t even have essie or OPI. Also their manicures are even terrible it’s hard to believe these workers are even licensed nail techs I could do a better job myself

Max did an amazing job!!!

First off they rushed through the service for both me and my friend. Very poor in my opinion. When I told the owner they missed some spots and he cut my skin multiple times she just shrugged told me I just had “thin skin” and continued to charge me 40$ for a very poor set of acrylics. Save your money and do not get any services done here. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I tried giving this salon the benefit of the doubt despite such mixed reviews and I was SO disappointed with my experience. I’m not one to get my nails done hardly ever but I can tell the difference between a good job and bad. let me tell you, these looked like a quick paint job gone bad. I got shellac and the lady quickly filed and then did a quick paint with trying to trim my cuticles after and wouldn’t even get the excess paint off on my surrounding skin and cuticle area telling me it’ll eventually come off with washing my hands. I get that but they’ll be chipped by the time that even happens with the way these nails were filed. I was in and out in 12 min...

I cant speak to the sanitation because I dont know how it works but I was surprised to see such low ratings. I love this place. Their prices are good and they spend a really long time actually working on pedicures, not just slapping some polish on. I dont come for people to be nice to me, I come to get my nails done.

I love this place they are so kind and always give me what i ask for, when i get acrylics after two week one or two will break but they will fix it and if you ask they can do it so it stays on longer and lasts :) the manager is nice and is very helpful recommend this place

The guy who was at the front desk was beyond rude. I asked him a simple question on pricing for my nails to be polished, and he was completely unpleasant. I never thought someone could be so horrible. I would not recommend going to this nail salon.

My nail color lasted a month which was amazing they did a good job

If I could put less than one star I would. Their customer service is awful. Their “no refund” policy is a joke. I’m having a reaction to whatever they used on my nails, or their tools were not sanitized so I called to ask for my money back and for my nails to be removed and the woman laughed at me, said I won’t receive a refund AND would be charged $10 to get the nails removed. What a joke. Learned my lesson and never going to a nail salon in a mall, especially this one, ever again. Absolute trash.

If i could give it a rating it would negative 100, it was horrible. The tools they use is not sanitary, it could lead to skin problems. And I hate the fact when she cut me with the file, saw the small amount of blood, and than went back with the file and this time softly to get rid of that small portion. And I regret going there, I wish I never went there. And their nail polish is horrible, its old. Also it way over priced, and the service is horrible. Do not go there, go some where else. THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE.

They used dirty nail clippers and tools on me. When I questioned she said they go in the uv cleaner. I also asked for my cuticles to not be cut and little by little she cut them. The next client she had was a child. I never saw her clean the tools or put them in the uv machine so I called her out and said stop you need to clean those. I went to complain to a manager and no one to be found. No one working there cared.

I’ve been coming here for years and recently have been so extremely disappointed. I asked for oval shaped nails and every single one is a different shape but all of them are not oval. The UV gel has bubbles in it and you can see the spots they missed. She got the polish all over my fingers. They look terrible. The angry older Asian woman always makes my feet bleed when she does them. You can tell the staff don’t want to be there; they get huffy and puffy when people walk in- God forbid they have to do their jobs. After the past three times I’ve come here, my nails look terrible and I will no longer be coming here.

Took weeks for my natural nails to heal from regular mani pedi.

My low rating is not due to the quality of the work but rather the abysmal customer service. I had requested a Spa pedicure, when I asked the technician how many minutes are included in the spa pedicure she responded 6. Never mind the fact that the menu said that the spa Pedicure included a blissfull 10 minute foot massage. So I requested an additional 20 minute massage. Well that is where the story begins. The technician began speaking to her colleagues in Spanish complaining about having to do a 20 minute massage, she also proceeded to insult me and my friend saying awful things about the two of us. This was reminiscent of a Steinfeld episode. When I had enough I finally responded to the technicians in fluent Spanish. The expression on their faces was priceless! I called them out on their bad, rude, offensive behavior; needless to say they did not say a peep for the duration.I blame the owner, who spent most of the time outside the store on his cell phone instead of supervising his staff.When it came time to paying the bill the owner was furious that I wanted to a) pay by credit card and b) leave a tip on the card. He actually pleaded and tried to cajole me into leaving a little of the tip in cash so he wouldnt have to take it out of the til or pay taxes! Seriously... tax evasion!!! After the lack of professionalism and horrible things that were said about me and my friend, I was justified in not leaving a gratuity.

Do not get a nail service from this salon!! If I could give zero stars I would-Went yesterday for a Mani/Pedi and the instruments for the pedi were not sterilized, chairs were not clean and pieces held together via duct tape. The nail technician proceeded to do mani and pulled out an already opened sterile pack of nail instruments from her desk. When she finished she attempted to put them BACK inside the opened pouch for future use until I said something. Overall - dirty, un-sterile, unfriendly and I hope I dont end up with a nail infection. WASTE OF MONEY

Some of the girls there that do your pedicure are very nice .. this place is over priced !!!!!!!! They can’t do nails it looks like my little cousin did them !!!!!!!!! As far as my toes goes they are okay I couldn’t complain but they charge way too much for all that I could of went to this place on main st ! I won’t be back here again ! Sad !

First time Ive ever had my nails done when they didnt use sanitized instruments. The file and buffer were heavily used and ragged. When I asked the operator Dont you have to use a sterile cuticle clipper for each customer? she replied No. Its O.K. It wasnt O.K. with me.
